After finishing up with the other meetings and events, Celestia turned to her secretary and asked,
"How many more meetings are there, Ms. Knots?
"You have just reached the end of the day, Your Majesty. You are all finished up." Ms. Knots answered.

When she walked back to her kitchen for a meal, she couldn't stop thinking about all the talking that continued on and on about the problems between countries, helping sort out the arguments going on within the Canterlot Society, and having to sign all sorts of consents to ensure that there are no dangerous creatures in the Everfree Forest or elsewhere. After walking up the stairs, she saw Spike doing the dishes and not noticing her. It gave her a playful idea. "Phew. I thought would I never be finished." Spike said, looking at the now empty sink.

I know that I've stopped on my other story, but I'm just taking a break and trying to find out what to write next for the next chapter. Anyway, this story is a bit of a "midquel" during Spike and Celestia's time with each other. I had this idea basically since a while ago. I know, I'm a big Spikelestia shipper, but what can you do? There was also a fireplace that was put underneath a chimney to stay warm.
"Wow. You really know how to decorate." Spike said.
"Oh, you think this is good? Look outside." Celestia said, pointing at the door.
With no sense of hesitation, Spike immediately dashed outside, and when he did, his jaw dropped and his eyes widened. He couldn't believe what he just saw. It was a huge swimming hole that was surrounded by a forest of trees, fitted with a Tarzan rope, a slide, and a small dock for jumping into the water. Spike was so awestruck that he could barely hear what Celestia was trying to say.
"... Spike... Spike... Spike?"
Hearing Celestia's voice, Spike snapped out of his trance of astonishment.
"Y-Yeah Celestia?" he replied.
"What do you think of this place?" she asked.
"Can we live here?" Spike asked, completely excited.
Celestia chuckled at his compliment as she gazed at the swimming hole as well. After staring at the water for a short three minutes, Celestia asks,
"After we unpack everything, would you like to go for a swim~?"
"Sure! I can't wait to get into the water." Spike said, enthusiastically.
"I was hoping you would say that."
The two went back inside the cabin and started unpacking everything. While they were getting everything ready, the two have wondered how long it has been since they've gotten to relax. Spike had to pander to everypony's demands in getting everything done while Celestia had to attend about every event that was held in Canterlot and everywhere else across Equestria. It was so tiring having to listen to everypony else talk about their own problems and having to put up with their nonsense about what has happened time and time again. But now, they are away from all the drama, and are more than ready to have some fun. After unpacking everything and sorting all of their stuff, they came back to the living room.
"So ready to go for a swim?" Spike asked.
"Yup. I'm ready to go outside." Celestia answered.
"Great. So where are the the swimsuits being kept?"
"Who said anything about swimsuits~?"
'Huh?"
