For centuries it has been theorized that there is something beyond the realm of Equestria, of creatures that held terrible power and skill. Ones that held a type of magic that is unknown to Equestria. However, the majority of the population thought it was all just total nonsense. That these creatures are nothing but myths from a lost time. That all changed when a drastic attack fell upon Equestria. Twilight, with the help of her five friends, had to use all their power of their elements to triumph a mighty foe. But at a cost.

The battle was set to destroy Equestria, forcing them to rip it out of time and space. The magical land appeared on a new planet. A planet called Earth. The inhabited species are not too keen on having their world being trespassed. Worst is that they have dangerous weapons and they are easily startled. With Twilight and her friends missing, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna must acquire forbidden knowledge in order to protect their ponies by using any means necessary. A growing conflict is brewing as the two species previously believe to be isolated, now are forced to confront each other with the tools of technology and magic.

As the two sides are set against each other, Twilight and her baby dragon Spike, awaken in a small forest on this new land, guided by a mysterious figure. They learned that something sinister is happening, something is manipulating the two species into total destruction. It is up to Twilight to find her friends and stop a mad god from succeeding. So Twilight, Spike, and others must traverse across Earth in order to prevent undesirable consequences from this event and endure the tribulations that are to come.
