War of Survival

*Two Months Later*

The last two months have been stressful and painful on both side during the war. King Hercules used Chrysalis to read out anything in the equestrian written language for him while slowly teaching him it as well, she's teased the Yeti king daily about it. She even gave Hercules history lessons of Equestria and other nations due to her years of experience so that he'll learn more about his enemies.

Speaking of the enemies, the attacks on those three places were just raids for intimidations, with those Hercules hoped that Equestria and it's allies would stop their attempts to invade Yetiheim. But instead, they keep gathering soldiers from their nations together around Equestria and send them around the mountains. Their invasion forces would have succeeded if it wasn't for the Mountain Hydras guarding the borders of the snowy mountains and obliterate their armies fully. Hercules then tried to send an even harder message by ordering his chieftains to go futher down in Equestria and even go to other nations and do alot of pillaging and plundering.

The brutality of their raids have been felt as far abroad as the eternal winters of the Windigos and the magic-stealing rampage of Tirek, for the Yeti marauders are reckoned to be perhaps the most adept sailors and navigators; bandits and raiders in all the world; unequaled by any in their courage and reckless thirst for conquest. The Yeti Warriors of Chaos are, without exception, great warriors, blessed with incredible strength at arms and the unpredictable might of chaos magic.

King Hercules did not like it at all, he just want it all to end. But he dosen't want it do end with is surrender. Every week he send letters to the leaders nations who are at war against him, told them to leave him and his race alone, to end this war just by standing down. But all he recieved is insults and demand of his total surrender. They all called him alot of things such as 'monster', 'fiend', 'tyrant', 'beast', or even 'killer'; King Hercules came to the conclusion that the nations can't be reasoned with and soon he must lead a full scale invasion against them to bring an end to this war. While his chieftains continued on with their looting and pillaging while the Yeti King himself will train a strong and powerful invasion force to end this war once and for all.

Chrysalis has informed Hercules that the Bug Bear Territory is a place where no one would travel and since she saw how well the Yetis can handle wild monsters and use them for war she has no doubts about them being able to tame the Bug Bears and colonize the territory to prepare an invasion against Griffon Empire of Griffonstone.

The Shamans of Chaos came to King Hercules with the progress report about the Crystal Heart. They told Hercules that the heart can turn the air itself into magical energy and that their chaos magic can twist that energy into different purposes. They tested it by trying to focus it's energy on their chaos magic so that they can create new war beasts without the need of rocks or other already existing things to create new life and the good news is that it worked. So they created a few new war beasts to help them in their war; both in ocean and air:

The Crociladons are a fast breeding aqua-reptiles who are more easily found in beaches and coasts.

The Sea Serpent is known as the mutator of sea and while it only eat plant-life in the ocean, it is known for turning as many fish lives into aggressive mutant monsters under it's command.

The Calypsonian is a 100 feet tall sea monster attacking ships for the need to eat the woods of the ship.

The Axe Sharks have their axe-like noses so strong and sharp they'll use it to ram ships from bellow and cause the ship to sink to eat the crew.

The Saber Fishes can jump and glide in the air (almost like flying) and use their sword-like noses and fins to cut the crew down.

The Stone turtle is like a sea warthog, it digs a cave under water to keep it's cubs safe and it they see something close to their home they will attack it for protection of their cubs.

The Swinglings are an invasive air species that attacks and devour all lives in a swarm.

The Cry Fiend is a demonic-looking air creature who can roar a shout so loud it will deafened anyone that hears it's scream.

The Crodivers are a predatory air creature who focus their hunting trips on the ground by attacking from the sky.

The Slyvfers are a highly aggressive air creatures living in the mountains, they are natural enemies of the Dragons.

The Thunder Vulture is treated as the king of thunder and wind since it's psionic energy allows it to manipulate them to it's will and it will not hesitate to kill anyone or anything trespassing it's territory, which are the clouds.

The success of using the heart's energy productions to do things out of thin air, King Hercules will use such advantage to recruit more warriors and beasts to help the fight. The newly created beasts of the sky and the sea are ordered to plague the enemy forces of the ocean and the sky to bleed them out, infact, Hercules sended out all of his beast around the enemy nations as wild monsters to plague them and make them more exhausted.

During these last two months, Chrysalis has been sneaking into Hercules' room and getting into bed with him, even where she has her own room. She's always saying about feeling more secure and that he's just so nice to be around. But Hercules suspects that all she's trying to do is getting into his pants any way she can.

*Present Time*

From the highest balcony in the highest mountain of the north, the Yeti King use his chaos magic in his eyes to view every battle he could find between his subjects and the enemies. All the killings just carried on and on, so much on what's the purpose of it all? Entire armies clashes with each other and kept on spilling blood of every father, brother, cousin, uncle, son, grandson and even nephew on both sides, both sides violence were going at an extremely fast velocity.

Since the other nations won't listen to Hercules peace requests, he and the rest of his species have done much to survive in this new world. They raid and pillage any nearby settlements for food and supplies, as well as any riches the enemies had. They were also careful with selecting villages that had weak garrisons. They maybe a chaotic warrior species, but that doesn't mean that they aren't stupid or barbaric. It was getting harder and harder since this Princess of the Sun decided to get her head out of her ass with this alliance of hers and send troops to defend the Equestrian country side.

If the Yeti raiders weren't enough, Equestria and it's allies received countless reports about monster attacks on their subjects. Towns and villages, even military outposts has been attacked by monstrous predators and they had been killing many in their hunts.

Needless to say, King Hercules was heartbroken.

Everytime he sees a life being taken away, he feels pain. He ordered his warriors to make their deaths quick and painless so that he won't have to watch them suffer and feel their pain as well. But nevertheless he's still hurt that he must keep fight and kill for the well being of his species. Truth is he never asked for this, all he tried to do was making friends with the natives with hopes of that his race could travel freely around the world and live in paradise full of adventures and new experiences, to have all his dreams come true. But instead all he recieved is violence, pain, suffering... death. The only thing the natives of this world gave him and his race is hatred for their apperances. Now, King Hercules believes that they all are beyond redemption and the only way for his species to live in peace and freedom is their extinction.

After a short time alone, Hercules felt a pair of arms wrap around his body. He looked down to see they were black and realized it was Chrysalis. She was smashing her breast up against Hercules' back and he was struggling to contain his urges. He was reminded that his race are not the only ones being victimized by the world, the changelings under Queen Chrysalis has always being under iron boot of persecutions and famine until a brainwashed changeling named Thorax took over her hive and turned them all into 'abominations' and serve the Equestrians. She spent centuries of looking after the well being of her race and tried to keep them safe and alive; and how did they repaied her with? Betrayal, abandoness and more violence to her after all she tried to do for her race's well being.

"Why the long face? Bad dreams?" She moaned both in curiosity. Hercules mostly sighed in sadness.

"Can you see it all, hear it all? The whole war. The horrors of it all." He asked her and that caused her to stopp her flattery and stood next to him.

"Of course, sire. Thing is, it is no stranger to me." She told him and once she looked at him she could see the sad face of the Yeti King, her faced turned sympathetic.

"Chrysalis... am I a good ruler? Have I gone too far? Was there something I could have done to stop this madness?" Hercules asked her with a voice of regrets.

"There are things we all wish to undo... but once the deed is done and cannot be undone, the only thing we can do AND the very thing only is to carry on and make it better." Chrysalis encouraged and comfort him as best as she could. It seems to work since Hercules turned his face to her with a small smile of hope as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Thank you, Chrysalis. Your words are always helpful and needed. I'm just glad that my race are not alone in this suffering." Hercules said to her in a tone of kindness. This cause Chrysalis to smile and lightly pulled Hercules into a hug, which he welcomed without hesitation.

"Hercules, I have been given a little though of something." Chrysalis said as they broke from their hug and Hercules starts to listen to her.

I have been living here for the past two months yet you feed me, gave me somewhere to hide and ask for nothing in return. What would you like to happen say, if I stay here with you. I’m sure I can find something to please your tastes~" She said in a lust full tone, she pressed herself a little closer to him, making the poor Yeti sweat a little.

"Uuuuhhh, Chrysalis, that's really nice of you but I-" King Hercules was interrupted when the changeling queen used her magic to teleport them both in his bedroom with Chrysalis sitting on top of him, still pressing her breasts tight against him.

"Hercules, since I will stay here with you I must help out and contribute to this war. The only way for me to do it is to make a new hive to assist and I think it's very fitting that a King would work together with a Queen, don't you think?
