I watched as Tempest glared at me “Changeling why did you stop her from interrogating me?!”

I sighed as I cast a simple soundproofing spell “Because I am about to do something much worse than she ever could.” I slammed my crooked horn into the broken horn of Tempest. The unicorn screamed as I let my spell do it’s work, she screamed “Mum, Dad don’t…”

After about an hour I removed the spell. I frowned “Are you going tell me where the Storm King’s Castle is?”

Tempest growled “Never.”

I shouted “Let’s see how you go after three hours of the spell!”

I watched she writhed on the floor, yet despite her screams of pain after 3 hours “I will never give in, I will outlast you.”

I sighed “I know which means I will do it the hard way!” I slammed my horn into hers. I could see her memories, I found the information on the Storm King’s Castle and then left her mind I frowned as I saw the unconscious unicorn lying on the floor. I turned around and left the cell, I locked the cell behind me as I trotted out of the prison.

A arrived in the throne room which had a large table with several maps as well as miniatures of ponies. Celestia, Luna, Starsong and Twilight who was fidgeting. A large stallion with a fiery mane and red coat was also present, I noticed his cutie mark was two swords, one crossed over the other. I approached “I found out the location of the enemy.”

Starsong frowned “How, you prevented my brutal method of interrogation.”

I frowned “I got it from her mind.”

Starsong grimaces, Celestia frowned , Luna sighed. Twilight however was not content to remain silent to the implications of that, she shouted “You used mind magic on her, how could you?!”

Starsong growled “Yes Twilight we get it it is a major breach of a pony’s privacy! I’m not sure how to punish her but I’ll find a way later! For now though we are going to make use of this and defeat the Storm King!”

Twilight was about to interrupt when Celestia spoke “Starsong is right, this is a war Twilight. We haven’t one in over one thousand years and I am eager to see it ended quickly and decisively.” She then turned to me “What do you know?!”

I said “Well the Storm King’s Castle is far beyond the Bone Dry Desert and all areas around the location are under his control.”

Celestia scowled “I will have the airships prepared” she then turned to me, my wife and Twilight “You three will report to the armourer and you’ll get you fitted for some proper armour.” I watched as Celestia and Luna left the room before Twilight could respond.

We trotted silently to the armoury, Twilight glared at me the whole way. We arrived to see several ponies. They ran up to us “We’ll take you measurements come with us.” They dragged us into separate rooms, I blinked as several stallions and mares began measuring every part of my body including the holes in my legs. I shook my head as I tried to maintain my balance but after they left I collapsed to the floor.

I woke to a hoof poking me, I looked up to see one of the mares holding a suit of armour, I stood up and asked “How long was I out?”

The mare said “One Hour.”

I shouted “How did you make a personal suit of armour in one hour!”

The mare smiled “Well there was one hundred of us workmen on it. Now please try it on princess.”

My eyes widened, (Princess! What oh I married a Princess that makes me one too, I didn’t even think about that.) I turned to the mare and levitated the armour onto my body. I smiled as the pitch black obsidian matched my chitin and covered me head to hoof save my wings, not to mention the bright green emerald on the chestplate. I took off the helmet “This armour is fantastic!”

The mare smiled “I’m glad you liked it, I just hope you enjoy what we did with the other two.” I stepped out to see Twilight wearing a purple suit of armour with a gem similar to her cutie mark on it, she was glaring at me.

I looked around confused, there was a pitch black suit of armour but no other ponies in sight. I frowned “Where is Starsong?”

Twilight snapped “I don’t know, there is the creepy armour here!”

We both spontaneously gasped as the suit of armour began to move, it’s eyes glowing red as it stood up on it’s hind legs. A deep voice spoke “Twilight, Chrysalis like my new armour.”

I shouted “Who are you?!”

I blinked as a hoof pressed the back the helmet, I gasped “Starswirl’s beard!”

Starsong smiled sheepishly as she rubbed the back of her head, I frowned “What the buck Starsong?”

Starsong smiled “It was just a joke” She then scowled “Besides you need a punishment for what you did and I can’t put you on the couch because you live off love.”

I sighed “Your right but that was really scary.”

Starsong said “Anyway we need to head out to meet Princess Celestia.” We trotted out to see several massive airships full of guards, Luna and Celestia were wearing full armour which matched their coats have their Cutie Marks on the chestplate.

Celestia shouted “Come on! We are going to end this.” I noticed Luna looked at her sister with concern. Twilight reluctantly trotted onto the ship with the me and Starsong behind her. I blinked as I saw Applejack shouting out orders to changelings, I blinked as I saw her wearing a suit of orange armour, I frowned wondering were my daughter went as the ship took off.
