A young man, just a normal young man who had been transferred to Canterlot High for unknown reasons. He seems normal enough for the girls to take a notice of him. They soon realize why he was transferred. Being known as a boy-genious, he was sent from school to school due to his vast knowledge being more than the school could handle.

All he wants are friends, but being sent from school to school every month prevents him from doing so. Once the girls find out his problem, they do what they can to make his wish come true before he is sent off again, or will something unexpected happen to him that will prevent that wish from coming true?

There are more problems to meet the eye as well. Romantic problems. What will Shining Cobalt do when he has 6 girls falling head over heels for him?
