~ 2 weeks later ~

Looking into her bedroom mirror, Twilight sighed as she took a long look at herself looking 'beautiful'. She giggled at that. Every pony always told her she looked beautiful, but she didn't really care what they thought. She did however care about what her mare friend thought. She would get the occasional cute and pretty from Dash, but mainly it was awesome or amazing. After being with Rainbow for the year that she has, she just interpreted those words for meaning beautiful. With a blush and foreign feeling growing in her body, Twilight stopped in confusion. Though she quickly just dismissed it, too eager to have a fun night out with her friends. It wasn't often she got to go out with all her friend's together. With Pinkie running Sugar Cube corner, Rarity usually busy with dress orders and Apple Jack almost always preoccupied with her tree's, the only friend's she saw often was Rainbow Dash and Flutter Shy. Mainly because one was her mare friend and the other she had tea with on weekends. She usually had spike around to keep her company all the time, but he was in Canterlot helping princess Celestia with apparently a mountain of letters that had to be sent urgently. With a sigh, she headed out her big wooden door towards Sugar Cube corner to have some fun with Rainb- her friends.

Sitting down on her bed and bracing herself for the final one, Rainbow quickly yanked the unwanted feather out with a grunt of pain, but also pleasure. All pegasi didn't get pleasure from preening or cleaning mostly just pain or nothing at all, but Rainbow was one of the few that did."Imagine if Twilight knew.." She mused to herself knowing full well her mare friend would take full advantage of this during sex. With a grin Rainbow headed down her curved set of stairs and over to her cloud door, getting ready for the flight over to Sugar Cube corner to meet with her friends. She couldn't really remember the last time they all hung out at the same time and place. She would some days pay a visit to Flutter Shy because she was almost always doing nothing, but It was mostly just her and Twilight at the library. Cuddled up by the fire reading some Daring Do or a book Twilight insisted she took a look at. She always loved being around Twilight, whether it be reading a book she had no interest in or cleaning the library it didn't matter. As long as twilight was there she just felt.. Complete. With a smile and a flutter in her heart she headed out her door and started her flight to see her friends.

Walking up to sugar cube corner's main entrance was kind of scary if Twilight had to say so for herself. She was never one for parties with ponies she didn't really know on a best friend basis, but she would normally have a drink or two. Though tonight was different. She just wasn't feeling.. Herself tonight. She had a hunch at why she was feeling like this, but she prayed she was wrong. She knew her heat cycle was coming up, but it definitely wasn't supposed to arrive this early.. With a sigh she pulled out a chair and took a seat, looking up at Luna's starry night. She always liked stargazing, it calmed her down a lot. So a few minutes of peace and quiet before she had to go into a rather loud party never hurt any pony.

Landing silently on the streets of Ponyville just outside of Sugar Cube corner Rainbow smiled as she got ready for a night of fun and laughs. Walking up to the main entrance of the bakery and reaching for the door handle, Rainbow stopped dead in her hooves as she spotted a very familiar coloured pony out of the corner of her eye sitting alone looking up into the dark abyss. "Why is she all alone out here?" Rainbow questioned herself before cautiously trotting towards her mare friend to see what was wrong. "Hey uh, Twi? What are you doing out here? The party is inside remember?"

"I know dash I was just.. Having a little peace and quiet to myself before I headed in." Twilight said while getting up from the chair and heading over to stand with Rainbow. "To be completely honest, I thought you were already inside." She said now face to face with her mare friend. Quickly finding herself getting lost in those hypnotic magenta pools.

"Nah, I was just about to walk in before I spotted you out here. How can you be out here with how cold it is? What if you caught a cold twilight? How could I give you goodnight kisses then!" She teased, extending a wing over Twilights back to keep her warm while leaning over to give her a soft peck on the lips. Rainbow knew Twilight didn't want there relationship to be public yet, but she just loved the surprised reaction she got from her whenever she did that in a public place, Twilight would always get her revenge somehow. Though this time when she pulled back it wasn't Twilight with the surprised look, it was herself. All Rainbow saw looking back at her was a face of confusion and.. lust? "Is uh.. Everything okay Twi?" Rainbow asked starting to get rather worried.

Snapping back to reality Twilight quickly regained her now heightened senses and blushed madly. "Y-yeah I.. I'm sorry Rainbow, I just.. got lost in thought is all." She said trying her best to sound normal in her, clearly, not normal state. She couldn't have Rainbow finding out about her 'condition' at all tonight, for tomorrow was there date over in Canterlot. She knew how much Rainbow was looking forward to it.

Giving a questioning look over to her mare friend Rainbow turned and looked at the door to Sugar Cube corner. "I'll have to keep a watch full eye on her tonight.." She told herself. "So.. Do you wanna head in now? I'm kind of getting cold out here and I'm a Pegasus." Rainbow said with a chuckle.

"Um, sure Rainbow." Twilight responded following her mare friend with a faraway look, now clearly deep in thought. This wasn't her first estrus cycle so she had a pretty good idea at what her mind was going to conjure up, but what was really worrying her about this heat was Rainbow Dash. She's never had a heat cycle while being with a special some pony before, let alone a mare that was absolutely beautiful to her. "I just hope its not a bad one.." She thought to herself with a sigh while clueing in to her surroundings. Rainbow had led her over to an empty table. Looking over at her mare friend, she bushed at what Rainbow was doing for her. She had a chair pulled out and she was motioning Twilight to sit down with her wing.

"Malady." Rainbow said in a mock Canterlot accent, making Twilight blush and look away with the same face she saw earlier. Seeing her mare friend walk over and sit down Rainbow pushed the chair in towards the table and smiled. "I'm gunna go find the others, ill be right back ok?" She said while sneakily giving Twilight a peck on the cheek before walking away with a grin on her face, not knowing that every little contact that she made with Twilight was making her hornier and hornier.

Watching Rainbow walk away made Twilights heart lurch. Her mind on the other hand was starting to slowly disobey her, going more rogue by the second. Making up very sexy fantasies about her mare friend that she would love nothing more than to become reality. Groaning loudly to herself Twilight quickly looked around trying to find something, anything, to take her mind off Rainbow's perfectly round flanks. Glancing over towards the bar, Twilight noticed an empty seat. twilight sighed loudly, she never drank at parties with ponies she didn't know but she knew for a fact alcohol would help her take her mind off this little situation that has slowly been getting worse. Getting up from the chair that Rainbow put her in she walked through the crowd of ponies towards the seat she eyed earlier. Her heart was telling her to turn around and go back, but she knew if she did there would be no stopping herself from tackling Rainbow to the ground in sexual abandon.

"Well hey there!" The rather cheerful bar pony said. "What can I get ya tonight? Miss.."

"Twilight." Twilight responded with the best smile she could conjure up. Looking down at the menu in front of her she quickly skimmed over the different types of drinks she could get. There was strawberry tequila's, raspberry rum, apple cider and so much more for her to choose from, but the one thing she read that stood out more than anything was called angels remorse. "This drink is a mixture of every single drink on the menu. Customers are only allowed to have two of these crazy concoctions." Twilight read to herself with a gulp. Twilight knew she was a super light weight when it came to drinking, so just one of these would get her absolutely smashed. Waving the bar pony over with a hoof she gulped again as she realised what she was doing.

"So? What will it be for tonight miss Twilight?" The bar pony asked after making his way in front of Twilight.

"Ill have the.. angels remorse?" She asked with a cautious voice, knowing there was no going back now.

With the bar pony giving a big grin he grabbed every drink on the shelf and mixed it together, quickly pouring it into a small glass with ice and serving it to Twilight. "You be careful with that ya hear?" He said before walking away to serve other customers.

Looking down at the insane drink in front of her Twilight sighed as she picked it up in her magic and gave it a smell, instantly wincing at the odour it was giving off. "Maybe it wont taste as bad?" she told herself as a ruse in order to get herself to drink it. It worked. With 2 big gulps the drink was gone and making its way into Twilights body, instantly she was hit with the strong taste. slamming the glass down on the table Twilight wiped her mouth with a fore leg. She could already feel what it was doing to her, making her feel weak. Soon she would be drunk and not have a clue what happened tonight come morning.

Making her way through the crowd of ponies Rainbow sighed as she approached the table that she sat her mare friend at. She had no luck finding her friends so she just decided to hang with Twilight for the night, not like that was a bad thing. She couldn't be happier about getting a whole night out in public with Twilight, but something about her behavior tonight just felt.. off to Rainbow. She knew when something was bothering Twilight and she intended to get to the bottom of it. Quickly making her way up to the table Rainbow's eyes went wide as she looked at the now empty seat that Twilight was sitting in not 15 or so minutes ago. Taking flight as high as she could in the medium height building Rainbow looking around nervously for her mare friend. Instantly her eyes made out the purple colour of Twilight sitting at.. The bar. In one second Rainbow was over at Twilights side, frowning as she looked up into her mare friend's eyes. Rainbow could tell Twilight was clearly drunk out of her mind, for reasons currently unknown to her. Twilight never drank! Especially in a crowded place like this!

"Dashie! He.. Hey!" Twilight giggled towards Rainbow with a hiccup while getting up and off her chair with a wobble, giggling more when she got caught by Rainbow before she fell over. "Do you.. Do you want a drink? Or.. maybe we can do something else?" She asked with slurred speech and a grin. Slowly bringing her hoof and running it down Rainbow's chest.

"What? No!" Rainbow yelled with a blush before putting Twilights hoof back down on the ground. "Twilight.. You're drunk and you're not thinking straight. I gotta get you home.." She said to herself with a sigh. This was not how she expected or this to go what so ever, Twilight getting drunk? This hardly ever happened! "Here twi.. Get on my back." Rainbow said while crouching down allowing Twilights drunken body to get on easier. She watched as Twilight clumsily got up and onto her back hitting her wings and backbone in the process. Eventually Twilight got comfy on her back, rubbing her purple snout into Rainbow's mane. Something was definitely up with Twilight and it wasn't because she was currently drunk. She had been acting weird to Rainbow before they even walked into Sugar Cube corner, now this was just adding to the mystery.

Walking up to Twilight's library, slowly as to not wake the now sleeping figure on her back, Rainbow opened the door with the spare key and walked inside the dark main room. Carefully walking up the stairs Rainbow made her way into Twilights room and towards her bed. Getting up and slowly sliding her mare friend off her back and into her bed, Rainbow hopped off and pulled the covers over Twilight's cute, sleeping form. Rainbow looked down at her mare friend and sighed. She didn't know what was wrong, but she needed to find out before she could ever have a proper night's sleep again.

Finally I finished this chapter. I've been busy this past couple months so its been hard to write this or my other story. I will always try to get some writing in every day though!
