“ELEVEN!? Really?! We’re having eleven foals!?” Rumble stared at Scootaloo’s alight middle, dangling above him like a disco ball.
“No, you’re not. The brightest one of those is Scootaloo’s heart.” The doctor wiped off his fogged glasses, biting his lip hard to distract himself from his throbbing cock. “From the looks of things, you’re only going to have ten foals... Luna almighty… ‘only’ ten foals... ”
“WOOHOOO!” Scootaloo’s giant wings flexed, smacking and popping up ceiling tiles. Rumble zipped to her face and caught her in a long, heavy kiss, their heated moans doing nothing to help the doctor’s predicament.
They pulled away with a loud smek, Rumble’s purple eyes meeting Scootaloo’s bigger violets. “Let’s go celebrate!” he said.
Scootaloo growled low. She began turning herself around in the room, the walls and ceiling groaning and cracking. Gauze went flying, trays clattered to the floor, and jars of cotton balls spilled to the ground in the orange/purple tornado that was an eleven foot mare in a nine foot room. The doctor dove for cover as Scootaloo shimmied and shook her way back into the hospital hallway, the sounds of framed paintings hitting the floor with every heavy step. Rumble followed right after, and the doctor was left alone in the ruin that used to be his examination room.
He eventually got up in a daze. Shaking, he closed the door and pressed a hoof to the intercom, speaking calmly despite his clenched teeth.
“Nurse Redheart? Yes, cancel my four ‘o’ clock… No, everything’s fine, I just really, really need to go home right now.” He stopped to inhale deep, the room still saturated in hyperfertile musk. “I just remembered it’s my wedding anniversary, and I need to get my wife something…”
“Well Scoot, we’ve got another hour to kill before we need to go pick up the kids.” Rumble and Scootaloo glided together high above Ponyville, riding a thermal in lazy circles. “Got anywhere special that you wanna go? Anything you wanna do?”
Scootaloo smirked. She flipped over and gestured for him to follow, coasting down to a stretch of nimbus clouds above Whitetail Wood. She came to a soft, skidding landing, her broad wings sinking into the pillowy white before springing back up like a sponge.
She gave Rumble her best come hither look upon him landing. “The only thing I want you to do is me, big boy. Right here, right now!”
Rumble’s eyes shrunk to pinpricks. He trotted up to Scootaloo’s face, and she took his face in her hooves for another kiss. She manipulated him as easily a filly would a doll, but Rumble pushed more and more into her, his tongue sneaking past her lips to mingle with hers...
Abruptly, Scootaloo pushed him away. She nodded instead towards her nethers, guiding him there with gentle hooves. Excitement filled Rumble’s chest as his reached full mast, slapping against his barrel to mat his fur with sticky pre.
“Nuh-uh.” Scootaloo’s nostrils flared from the scent of his musk, but she resisted. She plopped Rumble between her legs, thrusting her crotch up in his face. “Tongue first.”
Rumble suddenly looked like a kid in a candy store. “Yes, ma’am…”
Scootaloo moaned at his first touch, sighing as he nosed and teased her baseball-sized clit. She sank further into the cloud as moans escaped her, rising and falling in pitch from Rumble playing her like a fiddle. She stroked her growing womb with care, shivering at the realization she had ten little lives inside her. Another whole year of this awaited her—another year of rutting, another year of growing, another year of being the most awesome pregnant mare in Equestria! It’d be an amazing year of raising her four boys with her husband, and if things all went to plan, it’d merely be the beginning of all those things.
Scootaloo bucked her hips and cried out, the first of several orgasms already approaching.

A Family Starts, A Family Grows
Weather in Cloudsdale was always pinpoint perfect thanks to the local weather factory. The expertly trained Pegasi made sure each cloud was in its perfect place, confirming that every drop of moisture is both planned and accounted for. This was especially important on evenings like tonight, for the Wonderbolts were performing a bombastic retirement party for one of their veteran fliers, Spitfire.
Scootaloo maneuvered her way up to the friends and family box of Cloudsdale Stadium with the grace of a hot air balloon. At six months pregnant, her enormous orange belly was now comparable to a medium-sized boulder, and the rest of her had only continued to grow alongside it. Her last measurement had put her a little over 14 feet tall with a 30 foot wingspan, and her growth didn’t look to be stopping any time soon. Being four times taller than an average mare came with some complications, of course, but at the same time, Scootaloo couldn’t help but love it.
She had a feeling she’d break 20 feet with this brood...
Scootaloo inched through the spectator box as carefully as she could, muttering half-hearted apologies to the comparatively-tiny ponies as she made it to the extension just for her. Once seated, Scootaloo leaned back in her seat with a serene sigh, one hoof resting atop the crest of her huge belly while the stadium’s jumbo-sized barometers and weathervanes displayed real-time readings of the breeze.
“S’cuse me, coming through!”
Scootaloo glanced over to see Rumble wading through the packed stand, his steady steps not even phased despite being loaded down with enough snacks and drinks to feed a hoofball team.
“Have I mentioned that I love you?” Scootaloo asked as he settled in next to her. “Because I do.”
Rumble snorted, handing her the first of four double XL lemonades. “The stand had to make new food since they didn’t have enough for our order. They’re sending someone up with the rest.”
Scootaloo licked her lips. She popped off the cup’s lid and slugged the lemonade in one go, then snatched the second and drank that one, too. The third and fourth were chugged just as fast, her sights then turning to the double XL apple juices. These ones she’d take her time on, though. “Does that mean we have a gofer? Because I wouldn’t mind seconds.”
Rumble paused sipping his ginger ale. “You’re starting another growth spurt, aren’t you.”
In reply, Scootaloo grabbed the mega bag of hayfries and devoured the whole thing in two chomps. Next she went for the two supersized buckets of popcorn, tilting them into her maw one after the other in a cascade of butter and salt. Then she ate the platters of gooey nachos, the three daisy and oat smoothies, the seven cinnamon pretzels, the fourteen assorted candy bars, the half dozen tofu hot dogs with extra relish...
Rumble smiled. He leaned into her while munching on cheese curds, her tree-sized wing enveloping him with a light squeeze. He was a giant among stallions, yet next to her... He snuggled into her thick, fluffy coat, so soft and fresh-smelling, the curve of her gargantuan womb rising and falling with her powerful breaths.
BANG! BOOM!
A shower of fireworks lit the air. Ponies cheered as the Wonderbolts anthem blared from the speakers, the blue-clad team spiralling in tight formation from below. They fanned out in a star pattern with smoke trailing their tails, and Scootaloo and Rumble applauded along with the rest, sitting back to enjoy what they knew would be one hell of a show.
“That had to have been the best performance I’ve seen in years!” Rumble all but shouted. “Holy moley!”
Scootaloo had to agree. Amazing maneuvers, perfectly choreographed aerial feats, and a slew of pyrotechnic stunts to honor Spitfire’s last show. The fiery finisher had to have scorched some eyebrows in the front row seats, but Scootaloo doubted anyone cared. Most had now dissipated as the stadium lights cut out, but Scootaloo and Rumble had hung back, waiting for the mare of the hour and her replacement captain to fly up to the family box.
“Congratulations, dear!” an older yellow mare said as Spitfire landed. “That was a fantastic show!”
Spitfire hugged her. “I’m really glad you could be here, Mom.”
Stormy Flare kissed her cheek. “You were SO fast! Are you sure you even need to retire?”
“...Yeeaah.” Spitfire flipped her sweaty, fiery mane out of her eyes. “Mind’s willing, but the body’s another story. Doesn’t mean I’ll never do a show again, but not every single week.”
As she said this, her replacement captain had landed and was now making a beeline for Rumble and Scootaloo. “Sorry about the wait, guys!” said Rainbow Dash. “Man, I don’t think I’ve ever been stopped that many times after a show! Three autographs, two pictures, a Q&A with the Cloudsdale Crier… sheesh!”
“Anything else planned for the last few yards?” Rumble asked.
Rainbow perched on the ledge with folded wings. “I suppose I could squeeze in a book signing if either of you have one. You carry my book everywhere with you, right?”
Scootaloo snorted. “Still can’t believe you of all ponies wrote a book.”
“Eh, more like dictated.” If Rainbow was tired at all from the performance, it didn’t show in her face. “I did start writing it, but I didn’t get far before I was begging Spike to help me.”
Rumble and Scootaloo laughed.
“Hey, you two try writing more than three pages with a pencil in your mouth!” Rainbow Dash said, laughing as well. “I have to fill out enough paperwork now that I’m captain! I don’t need any more.”
“How’s it feel, by the way?” Scootaloo asked. “Oh newly-promoted Captain Rainbow Dash of the Wonderbolts. Feels good, right?”
Rainbow Dash puffed out her chest. “‘Good’ doesn’t do it justice. It’s not just good, it’s awesome! ”
“Well, you’ve certainly earned it.” Rumble got up from his seat with a slight pop of his joints. “Are you doing anything tonight to celebrate? Or you holding off until tomorrow?”
“Both!” Dash said. “I’m having a small thing at my place up here tonight, then a HUGE thing at my Ponyville house tomorrow. We’re gonna celebrate in style!”
Scootaloo tapped her chin. “I keep forgetting that you have two houses. What’s your place like here compared to your Ponyville home?”
“Bigger!” Dash said with a grin. “And snazzier! You guys should come chill with me and Soarin. We’re heading there in like ten minutes, and I’ve got SO much cool junk inside! Plus…”
She looked around to make sure nopony was listening, then dropped her voice so only they could hear. “I’ve got an unlimited grocery budget.”
Scootaloo sat up straighter. “I’m in!”
Dash snickered. Her eyes lingered on Scootaloo’s mammoth belly a moment before craning her neck up… up… up to meet her violet eyes. “Still growing like a weed, I see. How’re you feeling? Babies alright?”
“Yep! Just fine.” Scootaloo gave her tremendous womb a rub. “Kids are nice and big, and I feel great! We grow a little more every day.”
Rainbow Dash placed her own smaller hoof on the behemoth orb of orange. “How big are you now, anyway? You’ve gotta been measuring yourself on the regular. Don’t act like you haven’t!”
Scootaloo burst out laughing. “A little over 14 feet. It’s been a little while since I last checked, though.”
Rumble couldn’t help but smirk. Rainbow Dash was juuust about 3’6” tall at the tip of her ears, which made Scootaloo almost four times her size. If Scootaloo were to stand up right now, Rainbow Dash wouldn’t even come halfway up to her leg. Scootaloo’s cutie mark alone was bigger than Dash's face.
“Not a squirt anymore, are you?” Dash said, shaking her head before she got caught staring. “A-Anyway, consider yourself lucky I’m a fan of high ceilings. You should be fine now, but I—oh, horseapples, I just thought of something. My place is kind of a mess right now, and I didn’t get the chance to clean it up!”
Rumble and Scootaloo exchanged a quick look before both shrugging at the same time. “We could help you clean,” Rumble said.
Dash put a hoof behind her head. “You don’t have to—”
“Correction,” said Scootaloo. “Rumble will help you clean. High ceilings or not, my big butt’s just gonna be in the way. I’ll go for a walk while you guys tidy up.”
“Oh, come on, I wasn’t like, not inviting you.” Dash flapped up to Scootaloo’s face. “You’re good to come if you wanna help out!”
Rumble snickered. “I’d let her sit out if I were you. If we’re gonna be cleaning, that means we’ll be moving around. And moving around indoors isn’t something Scoots does very easily.”
Scootaloo patted her belly. “I do take up a lot of space.”
Dash looked between them, chewing on her lip and wringing her hooves. “Yeah, but…”
“Go,” Scootaloo said gently. “I wanted to take a walk anyways! I don’t get up to Cloudsdale all that often.”
Dash was still quiet for a few more seconds, but at last she relented. “Fine, fine. Come over in like, twenty minutes, okay? It won’t take long to straighten things up with two of us. You’re a good cleaner, aren’t you, Rumble?”
Rumble barked out a short laugh. “I’m the father of four toddlers. What do you think?”
Dash snorted. “Point. In that case, let’s jet! Last one there is a butt monkey!”
And she rocketed off towards the setting sun.
“Oh, for the love of…” Rumble ran a hoof down his face. “Of course she forgets to tell us where she lives.”
Scootaloo thought for a moment before noticing Spitfire and her mother were still talking. “Excuse me, Miss Spitfire? Could we trouble you for some directions?”
The sun was just setting as Scootaloo carefully strolled on the boardwalk near the Cloudsdale outskirts. Being so large now, even walking was a cause for concern, as accidentally stepping on somepony was always on Scootaloo's mind. There was also the concern of knocking things over with her ever-growing belly, but one of the nice things about Cloudsdale was things were more spread out here. And considering most of the populace was airborne, there weren’t many ponies walking around. Even still, though, having her eyes peeled was a good habit to have.
Scootaloo let the few passersby flow around her rather than the other way around. A few here and there stopped to gape at her, whether it was her overall dizzying size, or her prodigious pregnant paunch. One young colt with his nose in a book very nearly flew headlong into her fuzzy chest, and when he beheld her, the first thing he asked was if she was a princess.
It was a good ten minutes afterward that Scootaloo was still thinking about how long she could get away wearing a fake horn. Perhaps for Nightmare Night...
The throngs of ponies diminished near the end of the boardwalk, the clouds ending past a protective wall that Scootaloo could easily see over. She admired the view before making to head back, but as she did, she noticed somepony out the corner of her eye. A familiar red-maned mare with a contrasting blue coat, one Scootaloo could spot out of a crowd in a heartbeat.
Scootaloo frowned. “Rainbow’s mom? What’s she doing out here?”
It took Scootaloo a moment to even remember the last time she’d seen Windy Whistles. She realized it’d been during her first pregnancy, the early months to be exact, when she was only a little taller than a normal mare. She remembered Windy had been ablaze with love upon seeing Scootaloo sporting a baby bump, but now not only did she look hollow, she looked small and strained. She was nursing a cherry-red tropical drink with a small umbrella at an outdoor cafe table, staring off at nothing with bleary eyes.
Scootaloo approached as slowly and gracefully as an amazonian-sized mare could. Windy paid no heed to her approach, not even when Scootaloo got to the table, nor when Scootaloo moved into her line of sight. It wasn’t until Scootaloo sat down right next to her that she finally snapped to, jumping as something warm and taut brushed against her shoulder.
“Could you not bump into me, please? I really can’t right now and… a-and” Windy’s voice died upon realizing she was in someone else’s shadow. A syrupy warmth around her was chasing away the high-up chill, and it at last clicked what the soft thing brushing against her was.
With no small hesitance she looked up...
“S-SCOOTALOO?!” Windy’s eyes filled her head. “Wh-What in the… Is that really you?”
“Hi, Windy!” Scootaloo put a hoof around her for a hug. “Did I not tell you about the new me? I thought I mentioned it in one of my lett—wait. that was in my cousin’s letter I mentioned it, wasn’t it? Oh, horseapples. I’ve gotten so used to being big I forget who I’ve told about it!”
Windy rubbed her eyes. “Y-You’re…! You’re so BIG! I remember you’d had some kind of spell cast to help with your pregnancy, b-but… wow! Was this what was supposed to happen?”
Scootaloo chuckled. “It’s a long story, but yeah. I’ll have to come over and tell you and Bo about it sometime.”
“I’ll say!” Windy needed another moment to grasp that Scootaloo… little itty-bitty Scootaloo, was now dominating her entire field of vision. “You were so small when I last saw you! I’m definitely going to have to hear that story!”
Scootaloo grunted as she shifted to laying down on her side. She manuevered to be across from Windy, giving the older mare a prime view of her lustrous orange belly. She may have been only six months along, but her womb was already four times the size of a beach ball, with a grapefruit-sized navel that jutted out a few inches. “I would’ve told it to you earlier at the Wonderbolts Show, but I didn’t see you. Didn’t Rainbow give you and Bo passes to the Friends and Family box?”
Windy suddenly became very interested in her drink. “She did, but… e-erm, ah… well, even if we had come, would we have even fit?”
Scootaloo rolled her eyes. She briefly explained how the box had been extended to fit her, as well as giving highlights of how the show had gone.
“I was really surprised you and Bo weren’t there,” she finished. “I thought you guys came to every show of hers you could!”
Windy sighed into the wide rim of her drink. “We’re… trying not to be so overbearing. We know how important it is for her first run as captain to go smooth, so we didn’t want to be a distraction. And besides, the show was for the pony she’s replacing, right? It was their time to shine.”
Scootaloo mentally noted that wondering why your parents weren’t there was probably a greater distraction, but she kept that to herself. Instead she got the attention of a passing waitress, who flew over after she stopped gawking.
“H-Hello,” she said. “Can I get you something?”
Scootaloo noted that the mare’s badge read ‘Night Chimes’.“I’ll take a barrel of chilled rainwater please.”
“...Ssssure?” Night Chimes jotted that down. “And another mimosa for you, ma’am?”
Windy’s drink was still half full, so she shook her head.
“Be back in a minute, then!” Night Chimes flitted away to the kitchen.
Scootaloo waited until she was gone to speak again. “So are you really gonna tell me why didn’t you and Bo come to the show?”
Windy didn’t reply. She stared off into nothing again, her glassy eyes like a porcelain doll’s.
Scootaloo sighed. She unfurled her enormous wing like a curtain, extending it around the table in a makeshift privacy screen. Windy gasped as the cafe lights bled through Scootaloo’s feathers to turn everything a warm orange.
“Windy,” Scootaloo said again.
Windy gulped. She extended one of her own wings to feel one of the Scootaloo’s giant feathers surrounding her, so big and shiny and soft.
“What’s going on with you?” Scootaloo asked.
Slowly, Windy met Scootaloo's purple gaze. “I had Rainbow when I was really young, you know. Younger than when you are now, or even when you had your boys. But young as I was, one day it’ll be Rainbow’s retirement show I’ll be invited to, a-and... the thought of my daughter, retiring… ”
Windy shuddered. She took a deep pull of her drink, the sickly sweet taste like ash in her mouth. “Raising Rainbow went by so fast... I swear, just yesterday we were watching her sleep in her crib! Enjoy every minute of being a mother, dear, because one day you’re going to blink, and not only will your four boys be grown up, they’ll have careers and be thinking about starting families of their own. Starting a family is such a magical thing, a-and… and I feel like I missed out on it a little. I-I’ve thought about having another foal to experience it, but I always put it off a-and… pretty soon, in a few years here...”
Scootaloo chewed the inside of her cheek. “It’s not uncommon for ponies to have foals later than life these days, you know.”
Windy hung her head. “We were so happy with Dashie... B-But, I’ve no idea if Bo will want another a-and... I’m not sure I could handle him saying no… I’ve been so scared to ask and—a-and if I’m completely honest, being a mother is so much...”
Scootaloo tilted her head. “But you’re a mother already. You never stopped being a mother just because your daughter grew up. You know what it’s like to raise a foal, and not only that, you can have something you’ve always wanted! Not to mention you’ll be giving Rainbow something that nopony else can—an actual little sister. Or brother, I suppose.”
Something about that notion struck a chord with Windy. “But… aren’t you her little sister?”
Scootaloo chuckled, her wingfeathers bouncing. “I’d say I’ve outgrown the ‘little’ part, but otherwise... Rainbow and I will always be close no matter what, so I don’t mind passing the title on to somepony else. Especially if doing it means helping you and Bo.”
She paused to rub her enormous belly. “Besides, I’ve got kids of my own now. You’re right that it’s a full-time job caring for foals, but it’s a full-time job that’s worth it. I was an only child just like Rainbow, and I was always sad I wasn’t born into a big family. My four boys are just as excited as I am to meet their new brothers and sisters, and if you decide to have more foals, I know your family will be excited, too.”
Windy leaned back in her seat. She tilted her head back, shutting her eyes as the world rotated around her. Maybe she should’ve gotten an appetizer with the drink after all.
“Talk to Bo,” Scootaloo said. “You know he’s not gonna leave you out to dry if he sees you’re really torn up about it! He’ll be there for you just like Rumble is for me, and if we can handle our little ones, you and Bo can handle do one more!”
Windy opened her eyes, a smile slowly forming on her face. “Me… with another foal…”
Scootaloo waggled her eyebrows. “You know you want to.”
Windy giggled. “Of course I do! Ugh, I’ve been working myself up over nothing, haven’t I? I want it more than anything, and I can’t stop thinking about it! Why haven’t I said something?!”
Scootaloo smiled. She folded her enormous wing, startling a few foals who’d gotten curious about the strange feathery orange screen. “No time like the present, right?”
“RIGHT!” Windy said. She downed the rest of her drink in one go and slammed some bits on the table. “Here we are two weeks into heat season, and I’ve been going NUTS! It’s been so bad Bo and I have had to sleep in separate rooms!”
Scootaloo rose to her hooves and stretched, her full, imposing height towering over Windy. “Then let’s get this party started! I’ll walk you back—eh? What’s wrong?”
Windy’s jaw had fallen upon seeing Scootaloo, all of Scootaloo, looming over her like a titan. “B-Big...”
Scootaloo snickered. She did a slow turnaround so Windy could soak it all in. “Pretty impressive, huh? I’ll have to come visit again once the kids are born! I might be at two stories then.”
Maybe it was the alcohol, but for whatever reason, that last part didn’t really register with Windy. “A-Ah, yes… Sorry, I’m just not used to seeing the new and improved you! You look beautiful, dear.”
Scootaloo sniggered. “C’mon. Let’s get you home.”
With the energy befitting a much younger mare, Windy bolted out of her seat and fluttered over to walk beside her. They travelled down the boardwalk chatting together about various topics, mostly stories about Scootaloo's two pregnancies and startling subsequent growth, paid little heed to the bystanders murmuring or snapping pictures as they passed. Scootaloo did notice the ponies who were checking her out, though and she made sure to put a little extra sway in her step for them, her tail angled just so they could catch a view of her milky breasts.
Meanwhile, an exhausted Night Chimes had just managed to cart over a wooden barrel filled to the brim with ice water... only to discover the giantess who’d ordered it was nowhere to be found.
“Oh, come on!”
The face of cloud buildings in Cloudsdale often changed thanks to magic and easily craftable foundations. The structures had all looked like ground houses last time Scootaloo was in Cloudsdale, but now it seemed the fads had changed, and this was reflected in Windy’s home. Gone were the angular windows and stern divided between floors; instead there were more rounded features with long, open arches. The new balcony hung out from the top floor a few more feet than was typical, and there were even wispier styled clouds decorating the siding. Last time it was puffier nimbus, Scootaloo recalled.
Windy trotted up to the arching front door, but stopped just short of doorknob. “Uh... Scootaloo, dear? I think we have a sliiiiiight problem.”
Scootaloo sized up the woefully small entrance. “Yeah, I’m not even gonna try to get through there.”
Windy fidgeted. “Good, because Bo spent hours re-shaping the doorframe. He’d be heartbroken if it were damaged.”
There were indeed some rather impressive engravings etched in the doorframe. They reminded Scootaloo of eddies in a whirlpool. “How about the balcony window? That looks big enough.”
Windy relaxed. “I think that would be best.”
Scootaloo fluttered up to the balcony and landed as gracefully as a giant pregnant pegasus could. She noted upon flying that her massive wingspan was nearly the length of the entire house, so she’d have to compare it again the next time she came. She waited until Windy opened the window before squeezing her way inside, not surprised to find she was going to have to keep her head down. Even crouched down with her legs bent, her withers were mere inches from the ceiling!
Cool purples and soft blues were the dominant colors of the sitting room. A few pictures of family and friends were framed on the walls, a cabinet filled with awards and trophies was in the far corner, and a standing piano gathered cobwebs against the wall. Scootaloo didn’t have much wiggle room, but thankfully her innate magic made her as a feather, so at least she wouldn’t put holes in the floor.
“There’s Bo,” Windy whispered. “He naps a bit more than he used to.”
Bo Hothoof was out cold in a recliner, his soft snores barely audible in the silence. Like Windy, he also looked more or less the same as Scootaloo remembered, although maybe there was a bit more gray in his stubble. The colors in his rainbow mane might’ve also might’ve been more subdued, although that might’ve been her imagination.
Scootaloo laid down on the floor. She wasn’t tired or anything, but crouching down for much longer was going to give her a cramp. She stretched out as best she could in the small space, her front and back legs curled against the opposite walls.
Windy went over and prodded Bo’s leg. “Honey.”
Bo’s ear twitched. “Mhuh…”
Windy poked him harder. “We have a guest, Bo.”
“Wha…?” Bo rubbed his eyes. “Mmmhhh, a guest, you said? Alright, alright… tell them I’ll be down in a minute...”

Grumbling, Pound shuffled towards the stairs. He ambled up them as slowly as possible to drag out the inevitable. He walked up a few flights before he got to a door with a sign reading ‘CLOUDWALKING REQUIRED BEYOND THIS POINT’. He opened it and was greeted with a tunnel of white that’d been sculpted expertly into more stairs. He flew up the rest of the way into the enormous cloud he and Pumpkin had seen coming in. When Pound got to the top of the stairs, he suddenly felt like he’d shrunk.
Everything about the room was enormous. The chairs, the equipment, the windows, the amount of open area, the space to the ceiling, everything. Erm… okay, maybe not everything. The portion of the room closest to Pound made up a fourth of the total space, and everything there was normal-sized. But the remaining three-quarters looked like it’d been designed for a giant!
“What the…” Pound rubbed his eyes. Was this one those optical illusion things? He looked at the ‘normal’ area, then over at the huge one. It didn’t seem like his perspective was off, but then what the hay was with this? There were a few doors on the far end of the room that led assumedly led to other rooms, and those were ginormous, too! And most strange of all, an entire corner of the room was dedicated to what looked like a… nursery?
Cautiously, Pound flew into the room proper—
Ding-a-ling-a-ling!
He felt the tingle of passing through a magic sensor. A jingling noise echoed throughout the cavernous room.
ZRRRRT! “Is that you, Poundy?” said a scratchy voice to his right.
Pound jumped. The voice had come from a glowing crystal mounted on cloud studs to the wall. He recognized it as one of those new enchanted voice things from the Crystal Empire.
“E-Erm, yeah.” Pound moved closer to the crystal. He just talked into these, right? He was pretty sure he did. “Where are you?”
ZRRRRT! “Sorry, had to use the filly’s room. Feel free to look around! I’ll be out in a sec.”
The crystal went dark.
Pound pursed his lips. He hovered there in place a few seconds, eyes wandering. He twiddled his hooves awhile, but then curiosity got the better of him and he flew over to the bigger area.
It wasn’t a trick. Everything over here was way larger than it should be, from the door-frames to the equipment to the rolls of parchment. The desk really was seven feet tall and twenty feet wide. The sporting equipment really could’ve been for a mid-sized dragon. The posters on the walls really were like miniature tapestries. There was a cloud ‘mini-fridge’ by the nursery area, but it was several times larger than a real fridge! He opened it up for a peek inside, and strangely, what he found was rows upon rows of pony-sized enchanted bottles filled with… milk?
The pieces started to click for Pound. He looked back over at the desk, and there, among the papers and folders and pictures, a huge feathered quill sat in an ink bottle, freshly plucked and orange like the sunset.

Pound gulped. There was the sound of running water from his left, and a moment later, one of the far doors opened.
“Heya, Poundy!” said Scootaloo. “Was wondering when you and your sister would show up here. Good to see ya!”
In Pound’s head, Scootaloo was super short, super scrawny, tiny wings like a hummingbird’s, kinda pale and grumpy-looking. This Scootaloo was none of that! She was so tall that she’d had to crouch to get into the gigantic bathroom! Strong muscles covered every inch of her solid frame that slid and flexed beneath her supple skin. Her wings were long enough to touch two houses across the street from one another. Pound swallowed hard. Upon hearing the words ‘maternity leave’, his gaze fell down to Scootaloo’s blooming belly, swaying ever-so-slightly from her movements. “Hard to say,” Scootaloo said. “Could be a week, could be three, could be longer. Doc says it’s up to me.”
Pound squinted. He… guessed that made sense? “So which is it?”
Scootaloo smiled. She lovingly stroked her womb, its syrupy weight swirling around. “The longer they stay in there, the bigger and healthier we’ll be. My goal is five weeks.”
Pound thought little of the strange emphasis. “E-Erm... others ? Are you having more than one?”

Pound’s eyes grew to the size of dinner plates. He went slack-jawed as he gaped at her, then back at her immense belly. He did it a few times before remembering how to speak.

Scootaloo’s eyes twinkled. “Let’s just say Rumble and I aren’t done yet. Not by a long shot.”
Pound was at a loss. He wanted Scootaloo to elaborate, but she just kept wearing that mischievous smile. Meh, it was probably Weird Adult Stuff like always.
“But enough about me,” she said. “Let’s talk about why you’re here. A little birdie told me that you don’t want to get your cutie mark.”
Pound went pale. “I-I’d rather not—”
Scootaloo cocked her head to the side. “Why not?”
Pound shuffled his hooves. “...Do I really have to say?”
“Poundy.”
Pound winced. No getting out of this one, it seemed. He’d gone a long time keeping this to himself, too. “...One of the older ponies at school told me something before summer started. He said getting a cutie mark traps you into doing the same thing forever.”
Scootaloo’s face was a mask. “And you believed him?”
Meekly, Pound nodded.
Scootaloo withheld her sigh. This was the third time she and the other Crusaders had heard something like this. It might be time to speak with Cheerilee about it. “That kid was just trying to scare you. Getting your cutie mark just shows the world what makes you special, not that you can never do anything else.”
“But what if I get a cutie mark in something I don’t like?” Pound burst out. “What if I get tired of doing it after a while? What if it turns me into a totally different pony? What if Mom and Dad are ashamed of me? What if has nothing to do with cooking?! I like cooking! I wanna be a chef when I grow up—”
“Hey-hey-hey-hey.” Scootaloo held up a hoof. “Shhhhh, calm down. It’s alright.”
Pound’s wings were fluttering at his sides. He was tensed up, pupils shrunk, his breathing quick and shallow. He worked his jaw in a circle while wetting his lips over and over.
Scootaloo furrowed her brow. “You’ve... really been worked up about this, haven’t you? Aww, Poundy. C’mere.”
Pound hung his head. He hiccuped as he came closer, letting her scoop him up and bring him to her chest. He buried his face in her fluffy fur without a word.
He was like a doll to her. She held him in her arms to envelop him in her warmth, and he was soon crying and clutching her tight. Scootaloo hummed a soft tune as they snuggled together like that for a time in the quiet.

“You won’t be,” Scootaloo said. “That’s not how it works at all. Have you talked to anypony about this? Your mom and dad?”
She felt Pound shake his head.
Of course he hadn’t. He wouldn’t be panicking if he had. “Take it from an expert, then. A cutie mark just shows what you have a knack for. What’s easy for you! That’s why most ponies try to make it their jobs. It’s not because we HAVE to.”
Pound sniffled. “Really?”
“Really,” Scootaloo said. “And it certainly doesn’t mean that you’ll only ever be good at justone thing. You can be good at lots of things! Your special talent it just the one thing that clicks. ”
Pound looked up at her. “B-But, then…”
“You know,” Scootaloo said. “When Rumble was your age, he went through a phase where he didn’t want his cutie mark, either.”
Pound wiped his eyes. Scootaloo’s blurry face came into focus above him, smiling down from her high vantage point. Her long mane looked like a swaying curtain from this angle.
“He was good at a lot of different things, but what he wanted most of all was to join the Wonderbolts like his brother.” Scootaloo laughed and shook her head. “He stopped doing anything that wasn’t flying or racing because he thought it might earn him the ‘wrong’ cutie mark.”
Pound’s ears drooped. He’d actually been thinking about doing the same thing.
“He even convinced a bunch of other foals to stop looking for their cutie marks for a while.” Scootaloo rolled her eyes. “I still remember them all sitting around together by themselves, afraid to try or do anything. We eventually had to get his brother to come to camp to convince Rumble how silly he was being.”
A thought occurred to Pound. “B-But, wait! Rumble’s NOT in the Wonderbolts! I heard him talking one day, he said he does something with weather in Cloudsdale!”
Scootaloo squinted. She was silent for a few seconds, almost like she was sizing Pound up. She glanced over at the door to downstairs. It was closed tight.
“Can you keep a secret?” she asked.
Pound’s face was blank. “...Yes?”
“I’m serious,” Scootaloo warned. “Rumble doesn’t want this to get out.”
“Okay, I-I promise!” Pound made a gesture across his chest. “Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!”
Scootaloo blinked several times. “Riiiiight, right. Of course YOU would know the Pinkie Promise, heh. Probably what it means, too...”
Pound looked at her like she was an alien. “Who doesn’t?”
Scootaloo was quiet a bit longer before clearing her throat. “Alright, I’ll tell you. Rumble’s not IN the Wonderbolts, but he does work for them. You know all that crazy weather and other flashy stuff that goes on during the shows? He’s on the team that comes up with that. They work out of Cloudsdale’s weather factory to keep a low profile.”
Pound had to make sure he’d heard that right. “W-Wait, he works for the Wonderbolts… but he’s not on the team? But… but that’s not racing! You said he wanted—”
“—to race, I know.” Scootaloo looked out one of the windows. Up in the sky, she could spot the far-off dots of pegasi moving clouds to the south. “He got to a certain point and realized it wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be. He would’ve had to make sacrifices to go further, and that wasn’t what he wanted. He realized other things were more important.”
Pound frowned. “Other things?”
Scootaloo smiled. “Sometimes, the things we want most are right in front of us all along. In Rumble’s case… it was family.”
Pound opened his mouth, but then closed it again. He looked down at his hooves in silence, thoughts whirring.
“You don’t need to be scared, Poundy.” Scootaloo gave him a gentle squeeze. “Rumble’s cutie mark means he’s good at flying in rough weather, but he didn’t have to be a Wonderbolt to be happy. Being a husband and a father makes him happy too, and trust me, he’s as good at that as anything else! Your special talent is just a part of who you are, not all of who you are.”
Pound looked like he was trying to solve a tricky riddle. “So… most ponies have their special talent as their jobs… which is their cutie mark… because it’s easier ? Not because they have to?”
Scootaloo chuckled. “It’s not easy being an adult. You cut corners wherever you can.”
Pound didn’t know what he was expecting, but it certainly wasn’t that. “And you can still try and do other things.”
“Yep.”
“Or have a job that’s not your special talent.”
“You might have to work a little harder at it, but absolutely.”
“But what if my cutie mark is wrong?” Pound asked. “What if it turns out I’m really better at something else? I may never try it!”
Scootaloo raised an eyebrow. “Poundy, have you ever heard of that happening?”
Pound bit his lip. He looked away again, but only because craning his head up was making his neck sore. “N-No…”
“Then what makes you think you’ll be the first?” Scootaloo adjusted her weight a bit, feeling flutters from a few foals shifting. “I know you, you’re not the kind of colt to get caught up in any one thing. I know it seems ponies get absorbed in their special talents, but that’s because they’ve found something they love! It doesn’t change who they are.”
Pound leaned back into her warm chest. “I-I… I guess that makes sense.”
“Hey, would I steer you wrong?” Scootaloo lifted him up higher so they could be eye to eye. “Trust me, when you find your special talent, you’ll still love to do all the same things you do now. The only thing stopping you from trying new things from then on is yourself.”
Pound was silent. He looked into Scootaloo’s huge face, her words still echoing in his mind. Little by little, his worries gave way to her soothing voice.
Scootaloo studied him. “Feel any better?”
Pound took a long, deep breath, then let it out slow and steady. “Yeah. Thanks.”
Scootaloo brought him close for a nuzzle. “Anytime. Now, all we’re gonna do today is just brainstorm on what your cutie mark might be. Once we have some ideas, we’ll figure out the best way for you to try ‘em next time you come. Sound good?”
Pound still looked a little unsure. “Will you be helping me?”
Scootaloo shrugged. “A little, but this is about you. Finding your cutie mark means finding out about yourself! Besides, I’m a little big to be helping you with most things, heh…”
Pound certainly couldn’t argue with that. “I-I still can’t believe how huge you are! You’re the biggest pony I’ve ever seen! You’re the size of my whole house! Maybe even BIGGER!”
An odd smile crept up on Scootaloo’s face. “You think this is big? Ha!” Scootaloo unfurled her wings as much as she could, bathing the whole room in an orange tint. “Trust me, Poundy. You haven’t seen anything yet!”
Daylight filtered through the curtains, coupled with the cool morning breeze and chirping of songbirds. Rumble stirred in the overlarge cloudbed. The summer air hadn’t rolled in yet and was still blowing cold through Ponyville. A particularly throaty warbler began squawking loudly for the attention of a passing female, causing Rumble to flick his ear. That's not something a pony could keep on ignoring forever. He opened his eyes with a heavy yawn.
“Scoots?”
The mountainous mare he usually shared the bed with was absent. Rumble swiveled his head around, dimly aware that if she were in the spacious room he’d know. He was still half-asleep. The bathroom door hung open at a lazy angle -just enough for him to perceive it too was empty. Rumble took a deep breath and let it out. Scootaloo’s scent still hung in the air, so she must have been gotten up recently. He leaned forward in the bed and rested his foreleg on the large spot she usually slept. Still warm.
“A-HURM !”
A pony clearing their throat just right behind startled Rumble. He swiveled his head around to the window and blew a raspberry, jumping out the bed and walking over to the window. The sunlight was eclipsed by Scootaloo’s huge, smiling face filling the frame.
“How is it I’m bigger than a boulder and you still sleep through my hoofsteps?” Scootaloo grinned, resting her chin on the bottom frame.
Rumble brushed the loose curtains aside and leaned his head over. “You may be six times my weight but I’m still the heavier sleeper.” He said with a smirk. “What are you doing up so early anyway?”
“It’s our weekend off from the boys!” Scootaloo rolled her big violet eyes. “I want to spend less time sleeping and more time with you… while conscious . Also, I’m really hungry.”
“That’s not surprising.” Rumble teased.
Scootaloo stuck her tongue out and leaned away. At this angle Rumble got a better look at his enormous wife. She was a staggering nineteen feet tall now near the start of her eleventh month. Her long purple mane flowed well past her strong chest down to just above her hoof, roped and braided expertly. The size of her belly was nothing short of stupendous; in the past few months it had begun growing outwards making her quite a deal wider than her last pregnancy. Eye level while standing wasn’t a common way for Rumble to take in the sight of his wife these days. A rare occurrence when your spouse is nearly two stories tall.
“What’re you looking at?” Scootaloo asked, resting her chin back on the windowsill.
“All of you, and loving how much you’re still the same pony I fell in love with,” Rumble smirked knowingly.
“SSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPP !” Scootaloo blushed, her ears flattening. Rumble leaned in to kiss her and she returning it vigorously, her big soft lips smacking against his. He felt lightheaded for a moment when she sucked all the air out of his lungs, snorting heavily to compensate.
“Mwah!” smiled Scootaloo. A split second later her face contorted in pain. Rumble saw her wings shiver, stiffening up on her back.
“It’s fine, it’s just the brackish hicks again,” she said confidently, as the painful moment passed. “They’ve been happening more lately.”
“Braxton,” corrected Rumble, looking at Scootaloo with a bit more concern.
Scootaloo rolled her eyes. “Oh… whatever. You know I can’t remember what the first part is.”
Another bout of pain rippled through her mid-section and she winced.
“You sure that you want to go eat breakfast right now?” Rumble raised an eyebrow.
“Absolutely. I am starving ,” replied Scootaloo, ruffling her wingfeathers impatiently.
“We could stop real quick at the doctors place before the buff-”
“FINE! No, really. I’m fine now. It comes and goes quick,” Scootaloo interjected, waving her hoof in the air. The foals of hers felt way more active than the ones from a year or so ago. It seemed every day they were bouncing about inside her womb more robustly. One thing she wasn’t expecting was for it to hurt. Especially this frequently.
“Well… so what have you done while I was asleep?” asked Rumble, changing the subject.
“Got bathed, got my mane and tail done, checked the mail, had some fresh water to drink, brushed my teeth and I even went to check on the boys,” Scootaloo said, a hint of pride in her voice.
Rumble glanced behind him at the clock on his nightstand. It read ten o’clock.
“I was up at seven,” added Scootaloo.
“How are the boys doing?” asked Rumble enthusiastically.
“Great ! They were still asleep when I flew in. Rainbow Dash is babysitting them just fine,” Scootaloo swished her long tail. “She’s great you know. Runs them around for hours to tire them out and then they sleep straight through the night. She’s a good sitter! I don’t understand why she put herself down as being terrible at it all these years. Half of the sitters we used to hire would just… sit around.”
“Great to hear… and how is Rainbow Dash doing?”
Scootaloo smiled knowingly. “Already starting to show. Did you know she’s three inches taller than she was before? A few more and she’s going to be past Soarin’s height!”
Rumble whistled. Rainbow Dash was already a feisty, headstrong mare. The idea of her being any bigger sounded like trouble. Especially for her average height husband. They had both been postulating that somehow the magic inside Scootaloo had somehow bled into Rainbow Dash. Especially when she finally revealed to them how many foals she was expecting.
A low rumbling noise intruded into their conversation.
“Yeah, let’s go eat already,” Scootaloo stamped her tree trunk like hoof into the ground. A few windows rattled in protest.
“Let me just go for a quick rinse in the clouds first,” Rumble said, scanning the sky for any nimbus drifting about.
Scootaloo glowered at him.
“C’mon, I won’t be five minutes,” Rumble shimmied out the window and hovered in front of her, stretching his limbs.
Scootaloo pouted, putting on an obviously fake look in response.
Rumble folded his forelegs and smirked.
“Okay okay ! Just stop flapping there and rinse up already!” Scootaloo said urgently, “All I can think about is stuffing myself right now!”
They both laughed and Rumble darted away. As Scootaloo watched him enter a low hanging puff of cloud the pain from before redoubled. Scootaloo groaned loudly and clutched her tightly packed stomach.
Was this getting worse…?
The breakfast buffet was a special commodity just for Scootaloo once she grew past sixteen feet. There just wasn’t enough food storage in their home to handle her seemingly endless appetite anymore. Luckily they had some help with Princess Twilight Sparkle involving magical food replication, which made resolving their food issue much more financially practical. It was a powerful spell that few unicorns could learn. Most that could weren’t too keen on food prep duty for a giant pregnant pegasus several times a week.
Two of the chefs in Canterlot Castle were able though, sparing Twilight a full time duty of feeing Scootaloo. Butterworth, a stout unicorn mare with a penchant for sweet and salty snacks, and Mousse Mixer, a gangly unicorn stallion with a penchant for desserts, had spent the better part of the morning assembling twin fold up tables stacked with aluminum trays filled with their creations. Together they had crafted a verifiable feast fit for a grand party of ponies.
Butterworth had even taken a picture right before Scootaloo and Rumble arrived to eat it all.
Rumble stared down the long table of empty silver trays of what was a dazzling display of breakfast foods roughly ten minutes ago. Trays of cinnamon dusted french toast sticks, piles of chocolate chip waffles, towers of blueberry pancakes, eggs prepared poached, over-easy, sunny-side up, scrambled, hard and soft boiled neatly arranged in rows for convenient pickings, and a huge container of fresh fruits were hoovered up almost instantly the minute Scootaloo had sat down. Right now the massive orange blur of his wife was devouring a tray of hash browns while reaching for a plate of biscuits.
Luckily, Rumble had grabbed a bit of everything before the table was ravished. Her mounting appetite was fascinating despite the inconvenience. Scootaloo used to be able to eat half a meal before feeling full. Now it was if she needed a traincars worth just to be satisfied.
Rumble swallowed the last of his toast while watching several loaves of perfectly browned bread fly off the table in front of him. The two plates of food he’d eaten paled in comparison to the food tornado around him. With a light blush, he waved over to Butterworth and Mousse, who were lounging nearby watching he spectacle unfold.
BOOM-BOOM-BOOM
The ground thumped with every one of Scootaloos steps now. Sometimes her great weight would cause her to sink half a foot if on soft soil. Rumble gazed up to find his vision filled with her massive orange belly. It looked much more taut than it was twenty minutes ago. The huge boulder of a belly almost seemed to rock as Scootaloo sat down across from Rumble, sighing happily, her stomach jostling from all the food wolfed down. With speed belying her size she snatched a barrel of fruit punch and downed the whole thing in three loud gulps.
“AAAHHHH!” Scootaloo smacked her lips, tossing the barrel away as if it were a paper cup. Naturally, the barrel bounced heavily along the ground and rolled into a large pine tree, breaking loudly in the way barrels do.
“Full?” asked Rumble, his voice mirthful.
“I am now,” Scootaloo replied, tapping the crest of her mountainous stomach. It was so large now that her belly button was several feet off the ground, jutting out larger than a prize pumpkin at a fair. After that meal Rumble could only surmise just how many inches around it was now. He sipped his iced tea as Scootaloo sat back and rested, watching the empty plates magically flying past his nose over to the two unicorn chefs who prepared the meal.
“The pancakes and waffles today were top-notch!” exclaimed Scootaloo, rubbing her belly contently. She swiveled her head towards the chefs. “Thank you both so much for making breakfast! You’re awesome!”
“Oh! Thank you dearie!” beamed Butterworth, boisterously bowing. “Cooking is my pleasure!”
“And we didn’t have much of an option otherwise this morning,” mumbled Mixer.
Scootaloo continued expressing her appreciation and the two chefs struck up a conversation about proper compliments to common breakfast foods. A few short moments into the discussion Rumble felt something warm and wet on his hoofs. Confused, he scootched back and looked under the table.
“Scoot?” he said loud enough for her to hear.
“And I never used that kind of flour before!” Scootaloo glanced down at her husband. “Mmm?”
“You’re leaking under here,” Rumble said flatly.
“Leaking?” Scootaloo reached a hoof down under the table and gasped. “Wow! Leaking is putting it mildly !” she exclaimed, shifting to re-adjust herself to sit in a way that wouldn’t squeeze her teats. They’d been filling up faster and faster the past month or so.. Both had grown much larger, becoming tight and full more consistently as her milk production rapidly sped up. There were times where she would just start dripping unexpectedly as well at really inopportune, public moments.
Even though she was less bothered about it happening over time it still irked Scootaloo, especially when she didn’t notice; usually growing that full of milk would be painful. The magic in her body suppressed that sensation down to a mild ache which had led to some un-planned spillages, soaked ponies, and ruined outfits.
“Ugh ! So early in the day too,” Scootaloo griped. “We should stop at Sweet Apple Acres now and just get this over with before it gets too annoying to deal with.”
“Alright let’s hea-” Rumble paused as the buffet table magically floated up and past his nose, “head over. I think it’s still before noon. Once that’s over with we’ll have the whole rest of the day.”
Scootaloo stood upright, shaking her mane and tail before spreading her incredible wings wide. The wingspan on those flappers had breached forty feet.
“Flying?” Rumble cocked his head. “You sure?
“I kind of don’t want to walk when I’m this full, and my teats are just going to bounce and spray everywhere if I do,” Scootaloo sighed. “Don’t really feel like leaving a trail of milk all the way down to the farm…”
Scootaloo flapped her wings, flattening the shrubbery with the gusts of wind brought about by her liftoff and soared towards Sweet Apple Acres.
Rumble spread his wings, turned and around and apologized to the two chefs blasted backwards by the unexpected take-off, and pursued after her.
The Sweet Apple Acres barn had been freshly repainted the past month. It shone as brilliantly in the sunlight as the ruby red delicious apples dotting the hundreds of trees in the surrounding orchards. A small cluster of salt-and-pepper colored chickens made way as Scootaloo touched down onto the trail leading up to the barn. One of the roosters clucked irritably at being disturbed and gave her an ineffective peck on the leg before flapping away in a trail of dust.
Rumble landed beside her as she slow trotted up the small hill to the barn. As they approached the barn door he glanced up to catch a frown crease her face.
“Stomach hurting again?”
“Actually, I’m just annoyed about being just shy of twenty feet,” Scootaloo muttered, the tips of her ears brushing against the top of the barn door frame. “Really wanted that milestone.”
“Nineteen foot ten inches is still impressive though,” offered Rumble, as he trotted in next to her. He spotted the large custom made pump and steel drums in the back from last session. They seemed polished clean even in the dim light of the barn. It really was a blessing that Applejack was both pretty handy with tools and not very squeamish. Draining herself of milk manually was a nightmare with Rumble’s clumsy hoofs.
“Yeah… but twenty is such a nice number,” Scootaloo halted once she was fully inside the dimly lit barn. There didn’t seem to be any cattle here. “Applejack? Are you in here? Cause I didn’t see you in the orchard when I flew in.”
“She’s out at the market today!” rang out an all too familiar voice. Applebloom rounded the corner from one of the stalls wearing a cute bandana with pink hearts dotted on the fabric, saddlebags full of towels and detergents. “But ahm here runnin’ the farm while she’s out!”
“Applebloom !?” Scootaloo twisted her head back, instinctually eyeing the exit as Applebloom pranced over. “Uhh, didn’t expect to see you here!”
Scootaloo turned her head back around, the end of her long mane swinging right into her diminutive friend.
THWOMF
“SORRY! I’m sorry about that!” Scootaloo pulled her mane back and flung it behind her. “Are you okay?!”
“Ahm fine,” assured Applebloom, shaking her head. “It’s just hair. Ahm made of tougher stuff than that.” The redhead turned to Rumble and punched his leg. “How y’all been doing, stud?”
“Good!” He replied, resisting the urge to rub that spot on his foreleg. Despite her small size she was still a darn strong earth pony. “Good as ever! Just living life one crazy day at a time!”
“Crazy is how damn big Scootaloo is,” remarked Applebloom, dismantling her saddlebag and circling around her titanic friend. The size of her was something nopony could really get used to. Applebloom still hadn’t. She barely came up to the top of Scootaloo’s hoof!
“What brings y’all here today?” she asked out loud, lips curled in a knowing smirk.
“Uhm, y’know how it is, just for uh, to drop in and say hello!” Scootaloo stammered, trying to keep an eye on her tiny friend.
“Uh-huh,” Applebloom paused, then continued circling. She was almost past Scootaloos belly. “Anything else?”
“Apples!” Scootaloo exclaimed brightly. “Bushels of apples! To pick up and snack on later! Yeah! You can just point me to those apples and we’ll uh, have what we needed!”
Just as Applebloom was about to see Scootaloos backside the huge mare attempted to shuffle sideways and rotate her body away, but all she accomplished was having her magnificent flanks jiggle spectacularly, causing her legs to bear down on her over-ripe breasts. A powerful jet of her milk sprayed out onto the floor.
“Uuurrrrggghhh,” Scootaloo flushed red, a tidal wave of embarrassment crashing through her as Applebloom giggled somewhere down below. She wished her damn teats weren’t so over-stuffed. That she could notice better when they were full. That she had bothered to check before today if Applejack woul-
“Hey did you hear me? Ah said ahm just pullin’ your leg!” Applebloom called up.
Scootaloo blinked back to reality. “Huh?”
“My sis told me I’d probably have to ‘drain the lakes’ today if ah stuck around,” Applebloom gestured to the milking machine behind her. “Jus’ get yerself situated over yonder while ah set it up!”
Scootaloo watched open mouthed as one of her best friends pranced over to the overlarge suction machine.
Rumble darted up to Scootaloo and hovered by her head.
“If this is too weird we can just go. I can try to like, use my hooves again ,” whispered Rumble.
“No way,” Scootaloo hissed, trying to keep her voice low. “Your hooves are way too rough for that. I’m delicate!”
“You’re almost nine tons of pony,” Rumble shot back. “No part of you is delicate!”
“You know what I meant ,” snapped Scootaloo, eying Applebloom in the corner. “Not all pain that I could possibly feel was dulled. The spell was made that way for a reason.”
Rumble mumbled something about semantics but then directed Scootaloos gaze to the milking apparatus. It was set neatly on the floor beside a small stack of crates.
“Well… what do you want to do?” queried Rumble.
Scootaloo bit her lip. The tight, uncomfortable feeling was painful. Going to visit Twilight or Starlight could possibly allow for some magical relief. Across town. While leaking like a garden hose all over the ground and anypony who happened to be within ten feet of her.
“C’mon now! Ahm all prepped for ya!” Applebloom beckoned.
There was also the plausibility that neither of them would even be present. Lately it seemed those two were impossible to catch a moment with. Not to mention all the excursions they would end up going on. Scootaloo pawed at the ground while considering all her options.
“You suuuure this won’t be too weird?” winced Scootaloo, peering down at Applebloom.
“Scoots… y’all are like twenty feet tall and super pregnant and I’m about to milk ya. Course it’s weird! But yer one of my best friends… and an apple always helps a friend!” Applebloom said with genuine heart in her voice.
“Plus, it’s jus’ like milking a big ol’ cow! I’ve milked cows since I was a filly!” she added.
“I’m going to… stay,” breathed Scootaloo, her voice simultaneously defeated and relieved.
With a hot blush on her face she stepped over towards Applebloom, every step rattling the numerous metal pieces of farm equipment hanging on the walls. Some even fell off and clanged noisily to the ground.
“Can’t y’all walk any lighter than that?” Applebloom said dryly. “Ah just polished and hung those up.”
“Just be glad I’m a pegasus and not any other kind of pony or I’d be even heavier,” Scootaloo retorted, gracefully rotating in place to assume the position she’d taken every other time with the older Apple mare.
“If you were any other pony ah don’t think I’d be here doin’ this,” replied Applebloom with a wry grin. At this angle she was facing Scootaloo with the barn wall to her back. The enormity of Scootaloos body blocked all the sunlight streaming in through the barn door. Still, there was enough ambient light inside for the job to get done.
“Hold… hold still while I do this,” gulped Applebloom once her friend had settled into place. While she had experience this was still a daunting task; most mares teats only got as big as cabbages while pregnant. The pendulous monsters filling Appleblooms vision were a whole different story. Each one was bigger than she was. Bigger than her brother. Possibly even bigger than Rumble was. The fattened, dark nipples and areola were dripping copious streams of milk, streaming down in criss-cross lines across the tightly stretched flesh. Each one looked to be the size of a small plate and stood a few inches up in the air.
“Uhh… yeeeaaah. Rumble. Ahm gonna need your help with this.” Applebloom said flatly.
Rumble landed next to the small mare. She motioned towards the other side of the cup and explained briefly what she wanted him to do. Applebloom jumped atop the double stacked crate next to Scootaloo.
“Ah got this end!” Applebloom grasped her hooves around the lip of one clear cup as it set around one of the behemoth breasts. They were both leaking a thin steady pressurized jet of milk. Her balance was thrown of momentarily and Applebloom braced herself against the side of the engorged breast. “Now push up from below! Hard! It needs to grip!”
Scootaloo kicked her hind leg backwards on the extended lever. The air intake nozzle atop the machine whirred to life. In an instant the lip of the cup was holding fast to Scootaloos teat. The giantess flinched, her massive wings twitching every so often on her back from all the attention. As they firmly secured the suction nozzle Rumble noticed the massive leaking nipple stiffening up through the clear glass followed by a massive gush of milk jettisoning against the glass.
“Next one! Move that there stack of crates over to this side while ahm prepping the second tank.” ordered Applebloom, trying to keep her head straight while the sound of gallons of liquid roared past her ear.
While the grey stallion pushed those crates to the other side, Applebloom stole a moment to watch awestruck as the pump worked its magic. Every forceful motion seemed to draw out a fire hydrants worth of milk. Another thing Applebloom noticed were the tiny gasps Scootaloo was making far above her.
“Nhh, Ah! Oh !” murmured Scootaloo. Usually when she had this done the process was slower, gentler, with less force. This pumping felt far more efficient and rough. Gallons of milk were pouring out of her with ever rhythmic roll of the machine. It was a kind of roughness she hadn’t felt since she was much shorter than now. She shuddered, her tunnel feeling slick as more and more milk drained from her massive mammary.
“Okay now this one!” Scootaloo cried out, her long red tail whipping behind her back as she jumped and swiveled on the crate.
The floor of the barn beneath the second one was damp with warm milk already. Rumbles fetlocks were dark and plastered wet against his hooves. He reared back and pushed the plastic cup upwards.
At that exact moment, Scootaloo had shifted on her hooves, causing her teat to swing slightly outward. This resulted in Rumble not only applying pressure but also pointing her already dripping nipple right at Applebloom.
A powerful gush of milk blasted the earth pony backwards off the crate.
“Whoa!” yelped Applebloom, disappearing over the edge. A wet splat followed shortly afterward.
“AB!?” Rumble dropped the cup and galloped around, where the sodden Applebloom lay in a pile of white cream. “Are you hurt?”
“Gross!” exclaimed Applebloop, tossing her moppy mane out of her eyes. She deftly tied the soaked bandana around to see properly. “I’m good by the way. S’not like ahm made of glass…”
“That’s my bad… she moved and I wasn’t looking,” Rumble said, completely embarrassed. He pulled Applebloom to her hooves with one tug and stood back as she shook herself dry best she could.
They both glanced up towards Scootaloo. The titanic mare hadn’t noticed anything amiss. That look of bliss on her face was almost comical.
“Alright. Let’s get this over with so ah can go take a bath,” Applebloom trudged back to the cups with Rumble in tow. In seconds they made up all their lost progress. Unfortunately this time the titanic tit they were handling was much slicker from all the milk.
“It’s not taking !” complained Applebloom, who was struggling to hold it steady. The cup wouldn’t hold long enough for the suction to grab. Neither did the milk spurting out like a full force garden hose.
“Just. Alright.” Rumble hooked his leg around the crate closest to him and pulled it right below. “Okay now I’ll get on the one side, and you and me will both pull upwards and hold until it doesn’t fall off.”
“Let’s do it,” Applebloom reared up and bent forwards, leaning in and then pulling upwards once she felt Rumble’s side level out. It was not fastening, and Applebloom pressed her chest and head up against Scootaloo while pulling as hard as possible.
With her head pressed against the side of that massive teat the realization of what she was doing boomeranged back at her. Here she was, trying to properly milk her giant pregnant childhood best friend in the family barn. Having her left ear smushed against the firm skin of Scootaloos breast also meant she could vaguely here the sloshing, churning noise of all that milk bottled up inside there. It was vaguely akin to sticking an ear in a seashell on the beach.
Rumble heaved mightily and managed to slip the contraption on securely. Instantly the pump began sucking away greedily at the over-engorged breast and caused Scootaloo to bounce from the dual sensations. Naturally, Applebloom slid down and landed next to Rumble with a soft thud.
“Don’t even ask if ahm okay,” Applebloom raised her hoof up. “Ahm… gonna need a minute.”
“I’ll grab a towel,” Rumble blurted out, trotting away from the soaked mare.
Applebloom simple leaned back in a daze and gawked at this massive pony who used to be a head shorter than she was.
Seconds later a faded blue cotton towel landed in her lap. Applebloom furiously dried herself off best she could and climbed atop the small crate nearby as the room was filled with the sounds of mechanical churning and soft cooing.
A minute dragged on in silence as the two smaller ponies idly watched.
“Sooo…” Rumble began, “How’s the farm treating ya?”
Roughly ten minutes later the pump had drained every last drop. Applebloom had marched over and shut off the machine, both cups clattering to the ground and snapping Scootaloo out of pleasure land. After getting the quick rundown of what she had accidentally done the massive mare was practically tripping over herself in apology.
“It’s fine, really, ah do dirty work all day and this was no different,” Applebloom assured, hugging Scootaloos big concerned face.
“Really, super sorry… but thanks for helping me empty my ladies back there. It was really uncomfortable and well, it felt like I was making you uncomfortable y’know?” said Scootaloo, sweat still rolling down her face from the exertion.
“You did seem kind of terse,” Rumble said with concern in his voice.
Applebloom blew a raspberry. “Ah was only mad at myself for betting Applejack ah could handle Scoots with nothin’ goin’ wrong. This was the only challenging chore ah had all morning!”
“Ohhhh” Rumble and Scootaloo said in unison.
“So don’t mind me. Y’all take care now!” Applebloom grinned brightly.
Reassured that her friendship wasn’t accidentally ruined, Scootaloo returned that smile and walked through the open barn door. Rumble flew after her and both were on their way.
“Whew,” Applebloom wiped the sweat off her brow. “That turned out messier than ah thought.”
Her gaze traveled forlornly to the many fallen tools on the ground, over to the large dark patch where all that milk soaked in, and then to the huge stainless steel drums that were absolutely brimming with warm milk.
Applebloom gazed at them curiously and licked her lips.
“I WANNA RUT!”
A flock of startled whipporwhills burst out of a nearby chestnut tree and flew away in a panic.
“Broadcasting that to the whole town is not going to help your libido,” joked Rumble, trotting next to Scootaloo as she walked a stead pace.
“Good thing we aren’t in town, dummy,” snorted Scootaloo, glancing down at him.
After immediately departing Sweet Apple Acres they both had decided that some fresh air was in order. Whitetail Woods was a only a short length away. Unlike the apple trees in the orchard all these trees were old growth. They were roughly Scootaloos height or taller, which meant the massive mare only needed to weave around low hanging branches occasionally.
“C’mon, I can’t just simmer down after THAT!” Scootaloo pressed on, wiggling her huge flanks at Rumble. “Help a mare out will you?”
The sight of that prestigious ass never failed to be arousing. It was filled out, round, well-muscled rear layered with just the right amount of fat to drive any stallion mad. Rumble had even commented he loved the way it spread out when she sat on it. He felt himself getting stiff.
“I don’t know if your ass can handle all of what I’m packing,” Rumble grinned, picking up the pace of his trot.
“In your dreams, short stuff!” Scootaloo laughed, leaning her body forwards to really stretch her long, chiseled legs. “My ass has years of experience and now I’ve got the height advantage!”
Rumble nickered at her. “Bet I can make both those cutie marks jiggle with just one slap.”
Scootaloo twisted her flank a bit at him to show off her cutie mark. Each one was stretched bigger than most actual shields in Canterlot Castle.
“Quit making me antsy and do something already! That milking I got half an hour ago made me horny and ready to screw! Am I getting a rutting or what?” demanded Scootaloo, stopping suddenly in the path. The teasing from her partner had ended.
“Probably not,” sighed Rumble after a few seconds. “It’s not like you would enjoy it.”
“C’mon! I totally would!” Scootaloo wheeled around and bent down to look at her diminutive husband. “Just. Try that position you did at the end of the night last weekend. That felt kinda good!”
“Scoot…” Rumble frowned, looked away, and then back at her pining violet eyes. “It felt good because that was my foreleg shoved in there. Which wasn’t great for me when you squeezed it.”
