The Griffons.

A nation of Griffons who's people are militaristic and want to go to war with everyone in the name of glory and plunder, and think Equestria was there country when that is questionable Celestia and Luna both know the Griffons never owned any land in Equestria the Griffons only stake claims on lands not there's cause the Griffion people want to fight wars against everyone the last thousand years they could not. But now with Celestia and Luna both missing the Griffions, have been playing the six Houses by sending soldiers and supplies to the six Houses so they can keep taps on what each House is doing so the Griffons can invade and wipe all the ponies out and put the rest of the ponies who survives in slavery.

The Dragons

For thousands of years the dragons were once upon a time the rulers of the elements of harmony, and the guardians of the world of course ponies do not believe that. The reason the dragons are no longer the bearers of the elements of harmony is because evil dragons are the fault for wanting more power, and in the end the older and ancient dragons were force to cut all ties to the Tree of Harmony to keep it from being corrupted by evil dragons. Now that Celestia and Luna are gone a number of the younger dragons want the knowledge and secrets in the library's in Canterlot as well as the wealth of the cities as well. While the ancient and older dragons want to restore the connection they had with the Elements of Harmony so the younger generation of dragons can restore the balance, and peace of Harmony since the ponies don't seem to be trying to restore the balance.
