"Greetings ponies and non ponies of Equestria and beyond I am Dr Wallace Breen." said Dr Wallace Breen thought-out Equestria many are confused this pony they have never heard of him before and he looks dressed in clothing unfamiliar to Equestria.

Wallace Breen then says "I am the leader of the city of Augestgrad in a country called New Equestria a nation that was secretly founded without your princess Celestia knowing by a group of government ponies more then 300 years ago and they establish their capital at a city they had built by the many ponies that came to work for them and live in New Equetria called New Metro this nation is across an ocean that is like a river, and is the border that separates our two nations from each other." This is new to everyone no one knew of a nation had been made in secret by ponies who did so 300 years ago without Celestia finding out even the leaders of the Houses and factions are surprised even the former villains or are still villains.

"As to why I'm telling you this I have been watching all of you ponies and non ponies fight over Equestria since your princess's Celestia and Luna went missing and believed it was time you all know the truth about what happen to your princess's they are still alive but are still missing by the way." said Wallace Breen.

And as Dr Wallace Breen says that Twilight is at once on the edge and believes she was right the princess's are alive and well and purposely gives Applejack the I told you they were alive look, Applejack is sort of shocked and sort of starts thinking back on what she thought of Celestia and Luna when they disappeared and wonders if she was wrong to doubt them both, Rainbow Dash is relived to know Celestia and Luna are still alive, Fluttershy and Rarity well sort of are shocked but also worried now cause if the princess's return they will not be happy with them at all, The laughing Mare is not happy that Celestia and Luna are alive at all and now must make plans to defeat them as well, the non ponies like the griffin king, Queen Chrysalis, and Chitinus are also angry that Celestia and Luna are still alive cause now they won't have a chance to seize Equestria if the princess's return Grey Monarch is secretly happy that Celestia and Luna are alive and well , Nightmare Moon, Sunset Shimmer, the Dazzlings already know Celestia and Luna are alive, Queen Umbra on the other hand is not at all pleased about that however, the dragons are worried now and are sort of thinking they should have not joined the Faction War a year ago, diamond dogs depending on who is not loyal at heart to the faction leaders are more hoping that the princess's can free their people from having to fight for all the factions, criminal ponies and radical ponies are terrified now if Celestia and Luna return they will not be able to get away with doing bad things any more and be put to death, while ponies who have been doubting the princess's are now questioning there actions .

Everyone one is on the edge the fact that Celestia and Luna are alive but still missing has cause the ponies who do evil to panic, and those who did wrong in the name of the princess's or against, and doubted them are afraid and filled with dread, while other ponies and non ponies are relieved that the princess are still alive.

"Your princess's Celestia and Luna were invited to come to New Equestria by the the government ponies who run New Equestria as to why they came it was so they could have a grand tour of New Equestria and see that unlike Old Equestria; New Equestria is modern using far more modern technology combined with magic and science something that no nation on the this world has." ,said Wallace Breen said.

While Breen is talking, everyone in Equestria is able to see clear pictures and recording of New Equestria, (and everything that everypony is doing in New Eqeustria at that moment without the ponies living there excepts its government knowing about that Dr Wallece Breen has exposed New Equestria to Old Equestria and the nations around it) how they live, the technology they have there and use in at home or at work and in the military, and that the ponies living in New Equestria do not have any racist-ism hatred toward there fellow ponies and work together and there is more joy among the massive population here as well, the ponies in New Equestria even smile more and enjoy living there, and there is even ponies from Equestria in New Equestria some of them they even recognize. Everyone in Equestria see that the ponies of New Equestria have a massive military far more powerful and with weapons better then anything they could create, even the cities in New Equestria like New Metro city are more advance and not in ruins like Old Equestrian cities are, they are all even shock to see the population of New Equestria has over a billion ponies living there (The population of Augestgrad city and the large territory around Augestgrad city and all the strong holds and towns Dr Breen had built in secret or took from New Equestria do not count but Wallace Breens military is able to sort of match New Equestria military) and that New Equestrian ponies were even able to hide their own country from them this long and for more then 300 years without Celestia even knowing no less.

After Wallace Breen told everyone in Equestria how all the ponies of New Equestria after Celestia and Luna went missing refused to say and let them know what happen to the princess's, and from everyone living in Equestria there perceptive is that New Equestrian ponies choose to turn a blind eye to the rest of the worlds problems while their at war with each other, while the New Equestrians continue to enjoy there own way of life, many ponies and non ponies are angry and bitter at New Equestrians ponies and non ponies as they have so much wealth and enjoyments in there own country while all of Equestria and the nations around it are crippled and suffering.

( what the faction and House leaders don't know is that everyone living in New Equestria is ready to fight and defend themselves if they were to come under attack from outsiders as they have kept close watch on Equestria since a certain incident happen 20 years ago.)

The news of New Equestria does get in the heads of faction leaders who see New Equestria as a source of new resources and its population as manpower to replenish there own numbers and supplies unfortunately they do not understand is that there own armies are no match for the military of New Equestria which outnumbers there own armies with both numbers, powerful weapons, and modern technology that is very much like from earth's U.S Military.

Wallace Breen continues to speak and says " You see the princess's were ask to come by New Equestria government ponies because the government ponies wanted to impress Celestia and Luna both and to show that they are to powerful to be stopped and to consider on allowing them to spread the technology they created into Equestria so they could modernize Equestria replace the royal guard with the military of New Equestria and change the country from a poor medieval industrial era to a modern era what you see in the live recordings show what Equestria will look like if the government ponies succeed with there plans Celestial and Luna were last see at Black Mesa research facility it is there that they have gone missing because of a terrible accident."

( Wallace Breen is execrating on the truth that the government ponies want to take over Equestria but the truth is they have no intention to do that they want the princess's to stay in power for a good reason both Celestia and Luna are important for the world, but everyone in Equestria will believe anything now.)

"Now what made your princess's go missing? I will have a full recording show of a male earth pony who caused the events in Equestria to happen and how he caused Celestia and Luna to go missing maybe what he did was an accident or he even did it on purpose I will let you all be the judge of this male earth pony , and now the name of the one who cause Equestria to be divided is Dr Telwyn Freecolt and what you are about to see is what he did to cause your princess's to go missing and everything he did at Black Mesa during the incident he caused, and let me remind all civilians who will watch this just because he may do things that are considered heroic or save the lives of many does not remove his cause of Celestia's and Luna's disappearance, and if Telwyn Freecolt is ever see again report him to my Overwatch military and Civil protection security force as he is a danger to everyone and you will see why", said Wallace Breen. (note Breen is extracting the truth of what really happen during the Black Mesa incident)

Author's Note

The next chapter starts with a brief introduction and description of Dr Telwyn Freecolt and the start of the Black Mesa incident.
After introducing my character it will start in his home him driving though New Metro city to Black Mesa facility everyone the factions the houses its leaders and all there own followers get to see what happen to cause the princess's to go missing at Black Mesa, but you will find out about many untold truths that Dr Wallace Breen left out and won't speak of, and there will some points in the recording that Wallace Breen does not want anyone to see, but get shown anyway with out ever him knowing and you will read why that is, now the many chapters ahead will be just like Black Mesa video game.
I also want to apologize if my writing for characters speaking is rusty I'm still working on improving in areas where a conversation is part of the story and I have to make up what they should say but it should not be much of a problem when I do the Black Mesa Incident chapters.
