We are not so different

I was flying over the forest looking for Discord's energy. I started to fly over the middle of the everfree forest. A few more munites as I flew. Out of nowhere, I heard Discord's voice in the air.

"Come to the mountains to the east."

I turned and started to fly to the east. I was near the mountains now and saw a castle. It was in the middle of the mountains with a dome over it. I landed in front of it and touched the dome. It was like solid rock or maybe iron. I took a few steps back and raised my hand. I made a ball of ki energy in the palm. I pulled my arm back then shot it forward and fired the blast. The blast crashed into the dome. It was damaged and cracked it badly. I ran over and punched the dome. I had covered my fist in ki energy helping me break it. I was now inside the broken dome.

"Ok, not what I thought would happen. No, matter I can work with this."

I throw my fist up and felt for his energy. He was inside the castle right in front of me. I let my arms fall and looked at the doors in front of me. I walked over to the doors and tried to open them. I felt the gravity around me suddenly double all around me. It was almost like King kai's plant. It didn't slow me down one bit. I threw the doors open making one of them fall to the ground. I huffed and walked into the castle of discord. I walked down a long hallway with doors of different shapes and sizes lining the walls. I saw a large pair of doors at the end of the hall. They looked like the doors of a church. I walked up to them with my guard up. I felt Discord right behind the door. I walked into the room and froze. I saw Fluttershy in a beautiful wedding dress. It was a full white dress with gold trim and butterflies. I saw Twilight out cold tied to a chair in front of the still Fluttershy. I was about to try and talk to her when discord appeared in a tux.

"No, no she can't hear you Gohan."

I clenched my fist and looked him in his crazy eyes. I got into my fighting stance and readied my ki. "What do you mean she can't hear me Discord?" Discord turned his head and looked at her standing in front of the wedding altar.

"Fluttershy please looked at us for a moment."

She turned around slowly making me know he did something to her. She looked at us with a smile on her face. Her eyes were no longer teal I knew. They were spirals of Yellow and green. I looked down at the rest dress. I saw it was a split dress that was made to show off her body. The dress showed her legs and folded wings. Her chest was also showing from how open the dress was. I looked away from her and looked at Discord again. He was still looking at her with an evil smile on his face. I felt my anger starting to rise as I looked at him. "Discord I swear if you've done anything to hurt her." He laughed and looked at me with his evil smile. He snapped his fingers causing a bright light covered his whole body. The light faded and I saw he was a human man with white hair. He was now in a set of clothes like mine. He wore a set of black and pink weighted Gi. He still had white hair and goatee with his red eyes looking at me.

"Now then Gohan let's settle this. I've set this hall so whoever wins can marry her on the spot. Now come at me Gohan and let us see which of us is stronger."

I dropped my stance and looked at him. "Are you an idiot Discord? She was scared of you for just this reason!" I walked right in front of him. "She couldn't stop you when you took her."

"Oh, it not like I was going to hurt a hair on her head."

I raised an eyebrow then I pointed at Twilight. "Ok then, So please tell me why you knocked her out." He looked at her and laughed again.

"She tried to fight me as I took the spell book the princess gave her to fight me. When she saw I had Fluttershy she attacked."

He disappeared and reappeared behind Twilight then patted her head.

"It was like an ant trying to fight a boot. She couldn't hold her against me in a thousand year. I have to give her credit she sure didn't make it easy for me." He disappeared and this time appeared beside Fluttershy and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Then there's our lovely bride. You are right about her being scared. I know you were only trying to protect her. I realized that you were right and she was scared of me. I tried taking a form like yours. It didn't help a single bit because she was still scared no matter how I looked."

He took his hand off her shoulder and walked over to me. I flared my Ki making him back off when he got close. I pointed my thumb at the door. "Me, you outside now. I don't think you want to risk hurting them and having me, Luna and Celestia all after you." He huffed and nodded.

"Fine let's get out there already."

We walked out of the room and down the hall. We looked at each other out of the corner of our eyes. We walked into the courtyard and over to the now fixed dome. He waved his hand in the air.

"There's a clearing about ten miles from here to the north."

I nodded as he took to the air. We flew through the air and to the clearing. We flew I stick up a conversation with him. "So, what started you on this path?" He looked at me and then back forward.

"I was born in this forest with the rest of my kind over ten thousand years ago. I was the prince of the race. We were peaceful as we left the outside world be. One day a demon escape from Tartarus. I don't know why he attacked or what caused the attack. I know that my people and my daughter we cursed. Many we turned into the monster of this forest or like my daughter solid rock. She still here but I can't find her now."

I looked at him sadly and flew up beside him. "Your past is not so different from mine. We both lost our home and our happiness. We stopped in the clearing and floated down. He looked at me as I landed. He summons some chairs and a table with tea.

"Have a seat Gohan I know that we're here to fight. But you have my interest pecked with what happened to your home."

I walked over to his chair and table. I seat down then started to tell him my life story. "It all started when a Sayian Raditz came to earth." He laughed and stood up. I smiled and stood up with him.

"You know if you and I had met another way this wouldn't have to happen."

The table and chair vanished leaving nothing in the clearing but us. "I know but if we don't settle this here and now well never move past it. But listen to me for one more moment Discord then we can punch each other in the face."

"Ok, what do I need to hear?"

"No, matter how this ends you need to make right the wrong you've committed to Fluttershy and Twilight. I know it won't be easy but if you truly love her then let her fall in love with you." He looked at his fist and then to me.

"And what if I she can't love me? what then Gohan?"

I shook my head and looked at him. "I don't have that answer Discord. Once this is all over you'll have to find it." We readied ourselves and waited to see who would move first. He lunged at me with his fist covered in his energy. I shot forward ready to defend myself. We were in front of each other and slammed our fist together. The ground shook and cracked under the power of our fist first meeting. We stopped each other's attacked then we both threw another punch. Another shockwave when out from our fist. We did this a few more times making a crater underneath us from the force. We both managed to land a punch to the others face then we were both sent flying. He slammed into the ground leaving a trail of broken rocks and trees. I was thrown it into the air and looked down at him. I wanted to end this right now. So I channeled my super Sayain power. My gold energy covered my energy and the sky near me. I had my power at halfway to the max and flew down to the ground. I landed and looked at Discord now on his feet again. I lowered my stance and put my wrist together. I started to use my father's signature attack. Kamehameha wave. "KKKKKKKAAAAAA MMMMMMEEEEEEE HHHHHAAAAA MMMMMMEEEEEE HHHHHHAAAAAA!!!"

"What!?"

My attack slammed into him and destroyed the forest and mountain behind him. I let up and stopped my attack. I saw him on the ground out cold with some blood coming from his nose. I sighed and dropped from my super sayian form. I walked over to him and threw him over my shoulder. "Let's get you all back to town."

Spike pov

I sat the throne room in Twilight's castle looking at everyone. I had my gut wrapped in bandages but still had a few pains.

"Ok, Spike one more time what happened?"

I looked at Rainbow. I sat back in the chair beside Twilight's throne and started to explain one more time. " I walked in and found Discord holding an out cold Twilight in hand. I tried at use my fire to stop him but I couldn't. He shot me with his magic and then vanished. I found Gohan when I was looking you Rainbow or Applejack. He had me tell him where Discords castle was then he flew off." She gritted her teeth and looked back at the princess.

"Can't you two do ANY but stand there and be useless?! For all, we know they could all be dead!"

I got out of my seat and walked over to her. I grabbed her shoulder making her looked at me. "It's Gohan we're talking about Rainbow. I bet he can even give Discord a run for his bits." Luna and Celestia stood up then looked at the forest.

"Something is coming!"

After that, the castle started to shook violently. Then another Shook wave hit and then another. We all ran out the castle to see what was happening. We all looked towards the forest. We saw massive blasts of air columns shooting into the sky.

"Sweet cotton candy balls is that Gohan and Discord!?"

I kept watching the blasts then a column of light erupted from the forest. It as so bright it blinded me for a few seconds. We looked back a golden ball that was in the sky. "What or who is that?!"

"I don't know but whoever it is putting out a massive amount of power."

We watched as the golden ball floated back down to the ground then a blast three times the air columns. It was a blast of blue energy it erased part of the forest and part of a mountain. My jaw dropped seeing what had just happened to the forest and mountain. Then Gohan appeared in front of us with the girls in hand. He was holding Twilight was in his arms and Fluttershy was holding onto his shirt. She had a cover over her and Gohan's Gi was turn up and burned in a few places. He had some blood coming from the corner of his mouth.

"Hey everyone watch these two I'm going back to get Discord."

He laid Twilight down on the ground and then disappeared. Another second passed and on his back was a beaten Discord. I walked over to him and looked at Discord.

"What did you do to him?"

Gohan laid him down to and looked at me.

"I stopped the fight quickly. I hate to fight pointless battles."

He sat down beside Discord and looked down at him. I walked over with a hand still on my gut. I walked over to where he was sitting with so trouble. I was sitting I looked at him and Discord. "What happened Gohan, why didn't you finish the fight?" He looked at me and then back to Discord.

"Ha-ha you know Spike he and I could have been friends if we didn't have to come this. His and my Sayain race have both died out. Both killed off by a demon that wanted to destroy."

I looked from Discord to him. "What do you mean killed off?"

"Both mine and Gohan's Sayain blood were killed, Spike."

We all jumped when Discord woke up without us noticing.

"I do regret what I have done to Twilight and Fluttershy. I was shocked when I found out that you and I were so alike. I'm going to do like he said for me to do. I'm going to try and make embedded for what I have done to them."

Gohan laughed and punched him in the side of his head.

"Good, it looks like I knocked some sense into that crazy head."

We all laughed at the thinking Discord finally getting sense knocked into his head. I looked at Gohan then I started to think of how I was no help. "Hey, Gohan can I ask you for a favor?"

Gohan pov

I looked at Spike seeing the same look trunks had when I meet him. The look of utter defeat like he couldn't do anything. I gave him my full attention already having a good Idea of what he wanted. "What do you need Spike?" He looked at me with a clenched fist.

"Would you teach me to fight like you do Gohan? I know that I'm not a fighter. But I was so useless when Discord came and took her. I couldn't even touch him or get near him."

He was digging his claws into the palm of his hand and was drawing blood. I put a hand on his shoulder making him look at me. I looked at him with a kind smiled and patted his shoulder a few times. "I will train you, Spike. I know all too well what it is like to feel like to not be able to protect what is important to you. I felt that way when my friends and my master were hunted down by the androids. But knowing that feeling will give you the drive to move forward. The drive to grow stronger to move forward." I saw the look in his eyes change as I spoke. He now looked like he was ready to face the world head-on. I stood up and looked down at him. "We'll start when your stomach has healed Spike. Now from this moment on as a sigh, a respect call me Master Gohan." I helped him up and he held a fist out to me.

"Yes, master Gohan!"
