Surrounded by people, friends, but still feeling so alone is a special kind of hell. Fluttershy is falling off the rails quickly, she feels like she's getting worse all the time. Heading into her second year of university with her friends, Fluttershy can hardly take it anymore. Anxiety, depression and hidden feelings are tearing her apart. It doesn't help that Sunset has no idea, nor is she equipped to deal with such serious problems.

Meanwhile the Fluttershy and Twilight of Equestria, now a happy couple are preparing to visit the human world as a sort of vacation. Two very different Fluttershy's will be coming face to face soon.
