GRAND THEFT AUTO PONYVILLE - WELCOME TO EQUESTRIA
Chapter 4: Franklins first day in Ponyville
Previous ChapterNext ChapterThe next day…
Franklin left the house to see what Ponyville had to offer. He needed some space, some fresh air, some time for himself. He was thinking back to his old live. Ok, saying old live sounded a bit dumb but it being here in this world was completely different from home. No cars, no city noises, no nothing. Just the sun, the nature and the ponies. Sometimes he thought about Tanisha Jackson. He prayed every night to get her back. But it was useless. The pain of losing her hurt Franklin's heart. He always hoped to get her back, he would do everything for her. But no matter what he did, it wasn't enough. Thank God Lamar gave him Chop. At least he wasn't alone. His aunt? He gave a fuck about his aunt. She was a cold stupid feminist who only cared about herself. In his whole life, he wished to know his parents. The case of living with Trevor under one Roof was horrible. At least he had Michael. He was also worried about them. Although they worked together, Trevor still tried to kill Michael. Ok, maybe not killing but he was a big danger. He is also a big danger for himself. He can understand Trevor a bit but he went too far once; Trevor decided to let Michael die in the hands of Chinese men.
Franklin just walked around a bit, looking what the ponies had to offer on their shops. He already lost five hundred bits to get back his weapons and stuff. They were on a new world. At least he tried to make a good first Impression. The ponies didn't trust him. No wonder after that warm welcome Trevor gave them. Franklin was always wondering about if he's doing this for them. Why? He was always that rough and weird but if someone attacked Michael or him he freaked out completely. Franklin thought about that deep in Trevor's heart, they were important for him.
Franklin tried to keep distance from the ponies to not scare them. He didn't need any problems. One pony was sitting on a bench. He tried his best to impress.
“Yo, what's up, dude?” Franklin said.
“Hello,” Was all what the pony said. He knew it was forbidden for him to talk to ponies, but how would he create a deeper relationship with them if he didn't talk to them?
After walking around the town, he met Fluttershy. She was buying some fish for dinner.
“Yo, Fluttershy, what's hangin'?” He asked her friendly. He knew she was extremely shy.
“Oh, ehm, hi, Franklin, I was just buying some food for me and my animals,” She said.
“You have pets?” Franklin said.
“Oh, I have a lot of pets, dogs, cats, birds and even a bear,” She replied.
“THE FUCK?” Franklin said and then laughed.
“Yes, he's pretty nice, it took some time but he's so cute now,” She said.
“Ok?…” He said.
“Do you have a pet?” She asked.
“Yeah, I have a dog called Chop,” He replied.
“Oh, was he a nice dog?” She asked.
“Most of the time. But he's always shitting in my garden. If he was here, you should teach him to shit on the neighbor's garden,” He said jokingly.
“Oh, I don't know if I could do that…” She said.
“I'm just joking, Flutters, I gotta go now, see you around,” He said.
“Of course, bye Franklin,” She said.
After leaving the market he went to the park. He saw some ponies smooching and others were just hanging around. Franklin leaned over a wooden railing. From afar, he could see a familiar rainbow-maned pony. It was Rainbow Dash. He decided to talk to her.
“Ey what's up homie?” Franklin said, trying to act as cool as possible.
“32, 33, 34, 35…”
“Hello?” Franklin said waving.
“36, 37, 38, 39…”
“Ey, Dash!” He exclaimed.
“Can't you see that I am doing wingups?” She asked angrily.
“Wing what?” He asked.
“Wing-ups, or for you without wings, hoofups,” She replied.
“You mean pushups?” He asked.
“Call it however you want. What do you want anyways?” She asked.
“Just hangin' around. I saw you from the bridge and I thought I could talk to you since I'm not allowed to talk to other ponies,” He replied.
“Oh, I forgot. Hey, listen, wanna do a little race?” She asked.
“A race? Why? I don't even have the right clothes on,” Franklin said.
“Oh, come on, dude, just a little one,” She said.
“OK! OK!” He said.
“AAAAAAAAND,GO!” She shouted and ran away.
“HEY! HEY! DASH, THAT'S NOT FAIR!” Franklin shouted and started running.
“REMEMBER! I AM THE COOLEST PONY IN EQUESTRIA! THE FASTEST FLYER EVER!” She shouted from a mile away.
“Damn, she's fast,” Franklin said exhausted.
But suddenly Rainbow Dash fell, “Ouch!”
Franklin ran to help her.
“Why did you stop?” She asked.
“Man, you fell. I cannot let you lay down here,” Franklin gave her a hand and helped her to get up.
"Thank, Frank, please don't tell anypony here I fell, promise?” She asked.
“Why should I tell anyone here that you felt?” He asked.
“Because most ponies here see me as an idol, I have a huge fanbase,” She said.
“Ok, it was nice to spend some time with you,” He said.
“Same here,” She said, “If you want to do some sport, this is the right place. Maybe soon you and your two friends are can visit Cloudsdale too.”
“Cloudsdale? You mean a city on the clouds?” Franklin asked confused.
“Yep, I don't know if humans can walk on clouds, if not you better go to Twilight, she has a spell which can make non pegasus ponies walk on clouds,” She said.
Franklin couldn't believe what he heard. A city on the clouds? This place was even weirder than Los Santos' streets.
It was already late. Franklin wanted to go back to his house. Was he looking for this? For the house, yes. For Trevor? No, definitely not. He hoped that they could return to LS as soon as possible. Sharing roof with Trevor was a horrible idea.
Franklin was walking on a place where it was already dark. The sun was hiding behind the mountains. As he was on his way back home he could hear some ponies arguing. He first ignored it since it was none of his business. But as he saw that some ponies touched a mare, that definitely got his attention.
“Listen, you Little bitch, you know it YOU! ARE! MINE!” A dark blue well-built stallion shouted to a grey pegasus. She was wearing a black hoodie. It was rare to see ponies hearing clothes.
“Let me go you, you-!”
“Babe, think about it, just you and I, I've got money, I can protect you. I'm perfect for you,” He said.
“I'm not your bitch! Let me go, I am not interested!” She said.
“Of course you are, you just need some time, sugar,” He said.
“EY, BUDDY!” Franklin said. The stallion and his two friends froze immediately. He turned his head. He was first surprised about Franklin's appearing but that didn't mean he wasn't ready to face him.
“Hey… human or whatever, what do you want? You know you're not allowed to talk to us, so you better move your little ass away, ok? Or shall we call the royal guards? Ha ha,” He said.
“Oh, sure, but you know they'll also see what you're doing here,” Franklin said.
“I'm just having an argument with my marefriend!” He said and grinned.
“Your marefriend? It doesn't seem so,” Franklin said.
“What do you want? Go away. Wait… aaaaaaaaah, we are very similar,” He said.
“We? Similar? I don't think so, buddy,” Franklin said.
“It might not look like this but back where you come from, you were also from the streets. Why don't we work together? Hanging around with my friends is awesome. Really, they're cool,” He said.
“Yeah, maybe. And you're right, I came from the streets. But this is over. I learned from my mistakes and you should do that too,” Franklin said.
“Mistakes? You mean you became weak, just look how you walk around,” He said.
“Nah, you're the looser here, so let this mare go! NOW!” Franklin exclaimed.
“The buck do you want?” This time the stallion became aggressive and took out a knife. His friends did the same.
“It was a mistake for you to come here,” He said.
“Oh really, come on and fight me!” Franklin said.
“LET'S DO PONYVILLE A FAVOR AND KILL THESE HUMANS!” He said and attacked Franklin.
Franklin opened fire.
*PUM*
He missed the first shot.
*PUM* *PUM* *PUM*
He hit the three shots. Three bullets, three headshots. Thanks to Michael who taught him how to use a gun. He knew how to use them but Michael taught him a few tricks.
‘OH, SHIT!’ That was all Franklin was thinking. After he realized what he did, he saw that mare completely frozen.
“Hey, hey, hey, everything 's fine,” Franklin said.
“You… you killed them?” She said frozen.
“I… eh… I guess so. Sorry, I didn't want to scare you,” He said.
“I… uh… I just want to go home, please,” She said.
“Ok, go, I won't stop you,” He said.
“What's your name?” He asked.
“Rainstorm, what's yours?” She asked.
“Franklin Clinton. Listen I-”
“No! You saved me, I guess they would've raped me. Thank you. Could you please walk me home?” She asked.
“Ehm… yeah, sure, why not?” He said.
“I live on Ponyville outskirts. Maybe ten minutes from here,” She said.
"Hey, listen, please don't tell anyone what happened,” He said.
“Don't worry, I won't. They bullied me back in school. Everypony treated me like a bitch,” She said.
“Why?” He asked.
“Because everypony fell in love with me. Everypony wanted me because I looked good,”
“To be honest, for a mare and I'm saying this as a human, you look pretty good,” He said.
“Ehm, thank you, Franklin,” She said with a weak smile.
“Can I ask you something?” He asked.
“Sure,” She said.
“How is possible that everyone speaks my language and everyone here understands me?” He asked.
“We don't speak your language. We know them, we have your numeric code and stuff but it's just a translation spell from Twilight. You hear me in my original voice but speaking in your language and you're speaking in our language without even noticing,” She said.
“MAGIC? YOU'RE KIDDING!” He exclaimed.
“No, don't you humans use magic?” She asked.
"Nao, no one back on Earth did. We use our technology,” He said.
“I heard about it,” She said.
“How is possible you all heard so much from humans, if you've never met one?” He asked.
“They're just pony tales. But we know Earth, if you look to the stars, you can even see your star system. You are not so far away as you might think. The other question is, how did you get here?”
“I don't really know. All we remember is that we escaped from the police and, well… we ended here. Twilight said something about a portal. I don't know if it's true,” He said.
“It is, you came through a portal Oh, also, our days are different here. A day has twenty hours and one minute lasts a hundred seconds,” She said.
“Ok, good to know, how many population you have?” He asked.
“I guess around three to four billion,” She said.
“We're around seven billion. You're really interested, aren't you?” He asked teasingly.
“Of course, I mean I'm walking with a creature from another world,” She said and smiled.
“Oh babe, I could say the same to you,” Franklin. Rainstorm was surprised.
“What did you say?” She asked confused.
“Oh… ehm, nothing,” He replied.
“No, no, no, say it again please,” She said.
“Babe?” He said.
“Yeah, thank you, Franklin,” She said and a pink Color appeared on her face.
“Ah… eh no problem,” Franklin said.
“You're good…”
“Person?” He asked.
“Yes,” She replied.
They finally reached her house. It was a small one.
“So, I guess you live here?” He asked.
“Yeah, thank you for walking me home, Franklin,” She said.
“Yeah, Rainstorm, see you around… babe…” He said smiling and walked away.
“WAIT!” She exclaimed.
“Yeah?” He asked.
“I… uh… would you mind, if, if, if we meet again?” She said as the pink color returned on her face.
“Yeah, why not?” He said.
“Great! Best time to meet me is around late afternoon, we could do something together, if you want to,” She said excited.
“Yeah, of course” Franklin said and walked away. After that, he went back to the house.
Rainstorm:
