This is a story about a man living an average life inside an empty house. Things were going smoothly, until one day he goes out driving and then tragically falls victim to a car accident. Leaving him critically injured at the brink of death. The wheel of fate spins, and now the human somehow finds himself in a surreal universe inhabited by technicolor ponies with an amnesia case.

Meanwhile, taking residence in this unknown universe, he befriends a 'witty' unicorn. Comprehending the situation given, the unicorn, and some friends to follow, aid the displaced human so that he can find a way out of this pony-filled paradise. However, things become more complicated when revelations point that another being was transported to Equestria.
