All of Equestria has been infected by a terrifying disease known as Sombritis, a disease that turns ordinary ponies into blood-thirsty monsters. Doctor Whooves and his trusty assistant Derpy are the only survivors, and only they know the cure. The two of them must cure everyone before it's too late.
