Lost and found

Even though it was only day one Rick still didn't know his way around the castle only the way to his room and the front door but fuck finding the kitchen or anything like that but when twilight showed him he asked her if he could use the phone of course the answer was yes. He called Fluttershys place and asked for Paul when he got on the line he asked how the place was. Small Paul said.

"Well hang in there I'm sure everything will work out just keep your cool". After a while he hung up the phone and that's when he went to the lab to see twilight maybe help her out with the potion she was working on. he opened the door to find that she wasn't there but everything was left the way it was. Even the books that starlight brought in were sitting on the table collecting dust. Rick left the empty room to find starlight wandering the hall he asked wear twilight was.

Starlight said she didn't know but she might be in her room but wear the hell was that at? Rick didn't know so he decided to go find it himself. After about twelve minutes of wandering around he found twilights room it was very big with a very large bed set in the middle of the room but twilight was sitting at the window just looking out side.

"Looks like a nice day out side" Rick said making twilight jump "sorry I didn't mean to startle you I fixed what you said to fix and submitted it and it's been 2 days is there something wrong I just wanted to thank you for letting me stay here for the night" twilight looked up at him

"it's no problem really I couldn't let you guys sleep out there you can stay here for as long as you want" Rick noticed something about her she looked depressed,worried

"still worried about pinkie?" Twilight didn't say anything instead she looked at the floor "why don't we go see her today" twilight started tearing up she was trying to contain it but she was failing miserably

"what if they don't let us?" Rick thought for a minute "they'll let us twilight"

Rick got back on the phone to try and talk to Gavin and in the clouds he heard the ring and picked up the phone

"hello" hey Gavin it's Rick listen me and twi are gunna head down to the hospital and try to see pinkie of you wanted to come with maybe help me talk the doctor into letting us see her" Gavin thought for a couple of seconds

"ya I'll go with you why not?" "

"Are you going to bring rainbow dash? How was last night anyway" Rick asked

"slept on the couch which was comfortable" Gavin replied.

Rick smiled " it was made out of clouds wasn't it?"

"Yep "

"well meet us here at the castle we'll wait for ya".

It was 10:42 in the morning and there was a knock at the door. Rick went to answer the door and as expected Gavin was at the other side of the door

"are you ready?" Gavin asked

"ya let me go get twilight" Rick disappeared down the hallway and came back walking with twilight

"she's at the same place right?"Gavin asked

"ya come on let's go" Rick said as he let twilight outside and shut the door behind them.

When they got to the hospital Rick told twilight to take a seat in the waiting room, the same waiting room that they all sat in while rainbow and pinkie were getting checked out. But twilight took her seat and Rick told the lady at the front that they were there to visit.

"pinkie pie is she here?" The lady took a moment to answer

"yes I'll ask the doctor if you can see her" she left the counter but she never came back instead the doctor came out himself

"I said two days not tomorrow"

" ya I know what you said can we see her or not?" The doctor took a moment

"I don't think it's a good idea"

"please doctor please twilights really worried and I can't see her like this" the doctor thought for a moment

"I'll let you see her for ten minutes ok?"

"That's perfect " Rick said then he went back to twilight and Gavin "I got us in" Rick told them.

Rick slowly opened the door to see that pinkie was laying down sleeping with a monitor hooked up to her. Twilight could barely stand to see her like that but she walked up to her and nudged her

"pinkie? Wake up" pinkie opened up one eye to see twilight there

"twilight?" Pinkie asked in a small weak voice. Then she looked to the left of her and saw Rick and Gavin. "Rick?" Rick walked up to pinkie by twilights side

"ya I'm here" Rick said in a calm soothing voice like he was talking to a child.

"Thank you, thank you so much for saving me I would have died if it wasn't for you" Rick put his hoof on hers

"I did what I had to" twilight spoke up

"my birthday parties tomorrow I'll be sure to bring you some cake" pinkie started tearing up

"I guess I'll have to miss it" Rick whispered in twilights ear

"why don't you just delay the party until pinkie gets out of the hospital" twilight looked at him

"good idea" she turned back to pinkie "pinkie? We'll wait for you to get out of the hospital to celebrate"

"you don't have to do that" pinkie told her

"no " twilight protested " that's what I want to do" pinkie just lie there on the hospital bed she looked tired that's when the doctor came in the room

"I'm sorry but I've gotta cut this short pinkies got more visitors " Rick looked at him

"ok thank you so much for letting us see her" "

"no problem " he said as he left. Twilight looked back at pinkie

"I'll be back to see you ok?" Pinkie smiled it was a small smile but it was a smile

"ok " they turned around to leave the room Rick being the last one out until he heard his name get called from behind him. He turned around to pinkie

"yes?" Pinkie gave him her small weak smile

"visit me sometime ok?" Rick smiled at her

"I promise "

When they got to the waiting room they saw Paul and Fluttershy "hey guys " Gavin said as he walked to Paul

"hey Gavin " Paul said "we're here to see pinkie Fluttershy just kept thinking about her

"same with twilight " Gavin said that's when Rick came up to Gavin and patted him on the back

"thanks for coming me and twilight are going to head back to the castle"

"ok" Gavin said then Rick saw Paul and Fluttershy

"hey Paul hey Fluttershy " hi " they said as he and twilight walked out the doors.

It was 9:34 at night and Rick was in the library reading the shining when twilight came in the room

"hey Rick " Rick looked up from his book and looked at twilight"what are you reading?" Twilight asked

"I'm reading the shining it's by Stephen King ever hear of him?" Twilight shook her head no "your crazy sister this is from the master of horror" twilight stared until she finally found words

"I'm going out with apple jack tonight if you want to come with, and if Gavin and Paul want to come along that's fine with me. Rick shook his head "ok"

Twilight left the room so Rick took this opportunity to call up Gavin and tell him to meet them at the castle but Rick didn't know what to say he didn't even know what they were doing

"hey twilight?"

"ya?" She called from down the hall

"what are we doing?" Twilight didn't know how else to tell him this so she came rite out with it

"I need a drink so me and apple jack are going to show stoppers it's a bar you still want to come?" Rick knew the answer

"yes I do " Rick went back to calling Gavin. Then he'd call up Paul.

He needed to talk to them anyway and with a couple bottles of vodka it would be a nice and easy chat.
