Lost and found

Gavin was in rainbow dashes house laying on the couch looking up at the ceiling, there was nothing to do so that's what he was doing until he got captured in his own thoughts thinking about everything that's happened since him and his friends got to equestria. But the one thing that struck his mind was that rainbow dash was barely at home he had only talked to her a couple of times but he knew she was out doing her own thing. That's when he heard the phone go off it made him jump and he got a little annoyed because he was in a really comfy spot but he got up and answered the phone it was Rick he had told him that he and twilight were going out to show stoppers with apple jack and asked him if he wanted in or not. Of course Gavin said yes and asked were to meet up at

"the castle " Rick said

"well what about Paul?" Gavin asked Rick

"I'll call him when I hang up I'll be here waiting for you"

"ok I'll be there in 10 minutes" gavin hung up the phone and started walking down the street to the castle.

He was at the castle and wanted to go inside for a moment considering how cold it was outside. Windy as well it only added to how cold it was and he just wanted to go inside for a moment so he knocked on the door a bit anxious to get in then he remembered he could just walk in so he did just that. He walked inside to see Rick walking up to the door

"I heard you knocking i thought you forgot about the no lock deal with this place so are you ready?"

"Rick it's cold as hell outside" Rick nodded

"shit man I can tell I can hear the wind from outside" twilight came around the corner

"hey Gavin are you ready to go?" Gavin looked at Rick

"where's Paul?"

"Shit man Fluttershy didn't want to be left alone so he stayed with her but as long as he's at the party tomorrow it's fine" Gavin looked confused

"I thought it was being held off until pinkie got out of the hospital" twilight told Gavin it was more of a meet up the real party would be held after pinkie got out.

"Ok well are we leaving?" Gavin asked

"ya lets go" twilight said as she walked out the castle door.

It was a very slow night for show stoppers probably because of how cold it was but it didn't stop twilight, apple jack, Rick, and Gavin from going there for a late night drink, apple jack was already there at the counter with a wine glass it was half full and she was just twirling it around in a circle until she heard twilights voice

"hey apple jack" Apple jack turned around with a smile on her face

"hey twilight how's it going? I see you brought Rick and Gavin along with ya" twilight smiled

"I invited them how long have you been here?" Apple jack looked up at the clock and it read 10:04

"I've been here for about twenty minutes" that's when twilights smile became a nervous smile

"sorry for making you wait so long"

"it's fine I had the chance to have three glasses wine until you showed up speaking of wine how would y'all like to have some?" Rick laughed

"shit I wouldn't mind a little vodka" Gavin tapped Rick on the shoulder

"I'm going to go to the bathroom I'll be back"
"alright man hurry up I wanted to talk to ya" Gavin raised his hoof

"be right back".

Gavin left and that's when Rick heard twilight "oh no shit I forgot to bring my money" Apple jack looked over

"that's fine I'll pay" Apple jack proposed

"oh no you don't have to "

"twilight it's fine tonight the drinks are on me" Rick liked the sound of that so he walked up to the counter and took a seat

"what are you going to drink Rick?" Apple jack asked

"probably going to have a glass of vodka"

"do you know what Gavin wants?" Rick thought

"probably vodka" Apple jack turned to the bar tender

"you heard him" he went to go get the glasses and just then Gavin came out of the bath room and took his seat next to Rick

"I got you vodka Gavin is that alright?" Gavin sat down

"sounds good to me "

After about an hour of drinking Rick had drank his fifth glass of vodka and he looked like he had just gotten off of a ride that would make you very dizzy but Gavin was on his eighth glass and he looked fine

"damn Rick you only had a couple of glasses"

"ya well I don't drink much listen I wanted to talk to you about something" Rick said as he picked up the glass to drink the last bit of vodka

"what? We already talked the night we got here " Rick looked at him

"no no no I wanted to talk about something else" Rick couldn't keep his train of thought and decided to switch the subject " hey are you drinking more?" Gavin looked at his glass

"no I don't want twilight to spend I shit load of money" Rick leaned on Gavin's shoulder with his arm

"oh come on man have as many as you want after all the drinks are on jackie" Rick said as he tilted his head back for the final drop but instead fell backwards on the bar floor causing apple jack and twilight to turn around they laughed. Rick got back up "you know what I think I'm going to head back" Rick looked at apple jack " hey Jackie " Apple jack turned around

"ya?"

"Thanks for the drinks I'll talk to ya later "

"oh no problem but next time make sure twilight brings her own money" Apple jack joked

"speaking of twilight see you at the castle twi" Rick said as he walked out of the bar. Twilight looked up at the clock 12:34

"oh shit I'd better get going to thanks for the drinks apple jack I'll talk to ya soon" twilight said as she got up out of her seat and ran out the door "Rick wait up!"

It was just Apple jack and Gavin now and apple jack was feeling kind of lonely and she wanted to talk to him so she slid on over to him

"nice group of friends you got" Apple jack said

"thanks " Gavin said noticing apple jack "oh and thanks for the drinks to"

"oh no problem so I wanted to talk to you about twilights birthday tomorrow I know it's just a meet up until pinkie gets out of the hospital but that doesn't mean I don't have to look nice and I already got an outfit and..." Apple jack sighed but Gavin was waiting to hear what Apple jack wanted to say finally she came out with it "what are you planing to wear?" Gavin thought and turned the bar stool to the left and spread out his hooves indicating he was wearing... Well nothing Apple jack shook her head "that's what I thought come with me" Apple jack said as she put her money on the counter and walked out of the bar as Gavin followed.

As they were walking apple jack told Gavin that she was going to get him in the right outfit for tomorrow

"I'll take you to the store And buy the outfit don't you worry about anything by the time I'm done with ya you'll look great" Gavin didn't know about this one fashion wasn't Apple Jacks thing but when they got to the store they landed on a white t shirt and a black leather jacket

"like it? I do"Apple jack said as she turned him to the mirror. Gavin looked in the mirror

"I love it" Apple jack looked in the mirror with him

"you shine up like a new penny" she laughed at what she just said. After that she paid for it and Gavin said his thank you's then he went back to rainbow dash's house. When he got there she was laying on the couch reading a daring do book

"we're have you been?" Rainbow asked

"I was out with twilight and apple jack we went to show stoppers

"that's cool " rainbow said "nice outfit" Gavin looked down at himself

"thanks" rainbow dash got up off of the couch

"sorry I didn't mean to lay were you sleep I was going to go to bed anyway" ok goodnight Gavin said

"goodnight" rainbow called back. Gavin turned out the light and Laid down. He tried to get to sleep but couldn't he didn't know why but he got the feeling that the meet up tomorrow was going to be a shit show. But why? Gavin thought. why would the meet up tomorrow turn so bad? But then he got a feeling a bad one. over the years he had learned to trust his feelings and he had just got a feeling it had to do with...
