Chapters Timidthy: How To Start A Problem (Day 1)
*Timidthy's POV*
I still remember that day…..and now that I look back on it…..I can’t help but wonder how me and my brother caught it in the first place. I remember feeling unforgiving pain in my stomach, bowels, and groin. And I know it was the same exact amount of pain my brother felt. If I could change anything about that day I would’ve told somepony sooner. And I can imagine my brother feels the same way.
The doctor says that me and my brother’s bladders and now highly sensitive. We can now only hold half the amount of liquids then before. And our bowels are very inconsistent one moment we are constipated and another we have uncontrollably on-going diarrhea. And the same thing goes for our bladders, it’s only been three days since the massive surgery to save the princes’! And those are the news articles words not mine.
Anyway the doctor said it would be very beneficial for emotional reasons to write in this journal. And I one hundred percent agree, so I guess it would be good to explain what happened.
Well here goes everything.
I remember it had just started only four days ago……
I had woken up for breakfast and went to do my usual schedule. When I had went into the kitchen I had saw my brother looking as famished as me. But nothing to fill the temporary black hole that was in his stomach. We both raised an eyebrow,
“Well just great! I can’t focus on bringing ponies misery and executing them while I tell them how worthless they are if I’m starving!” Blood Bones said. I had rolled my eyes, I had been meaning to try and make the prisoners feel more peppy. Even if my brother had said that it was “unprofessional” and that the prisoners “deserved to feel pain”.
“Brother let’s just make breakfast ourselves I’m sure mom and auntie are just busy.” I had said, my brother had grumbled in annoyance. For some odd reason he just hated cooking but I knew that since both him and I we’re starving he’d just do it so he wouldn’t be hungry. During breakfast I remember I needed to go to the bathroom. But my stomach easily pushed it aside though thinking I’d be able to use the restroom afterwards. Boy was I wrong.
After breakfast I had cleaned the plates while my brother had ran off to auntie Luna's room. Once I was done I hurriedly made my way to my mother’s room. At the time I felt my abdomen and my bowels scream out in pain. At the time I thought nothing of it, since I hadn’t used the little colts room I’d make since that they’d start hurting by then. Once I shook off the pain I realized I was at my mothers room door.
And I saw guards right by the door standing at attention. I gulped feeling slightly intimidated, I then stood up tall on my hooves and tried to press my hooves against my mothers room door. But the guards spread their wings out and I’ll admit I…..leaked…..a little at that moment. I cleared my throat and tried to get myself steady again, now I bet your wondering why I’m acting so….cowardly. Well I may be getting a bit more confidence but I’m still a bit jumpy and easily startled.
Anyway so I got myself steady,
“Sorry Prince Timidthy. But Princess Celestia is sick, and she doesn’t want you to catch a cold.” One of the guards said. I nodded as blush had encased my cheeks, as I was praying the guards’ hadn’t noticed my slight accident.
“O—Of course……but if mother is sick…..then who’s fulfilling her royal duties? I’d expect it to be Auntie Luna.” Timidthy asked,
“No, Princess Luna is sick as well.” The other guard replied. It was then I felt a surge of fear, panic, and concern.
“Are you telling me both princesses are sick!? Well when will they be better?” I had said feeling my horn spark, as my instincts we’re telling me to teleport into my mother’s room.
“Unfortulently yes. Prince Blue Blood already is handling all the meetings that his aunts can’t attend. But that still leaves the ribbon cuttings, ceremony attending’s, and of course raising and lowering the sun for Celestia. And for Luna it leaves her dream walking duties, and raising and lowering the moon, along with making the stars.” One of the guards said, and before my mind could even catch up with my mouth I spoke.
“Well alright then! I will do my mother’s royal duties for her!” I said, allowing confidence to slip into my voice. Both of the guards looked stunned at my sudden confidence. I realized how I must’ve looked and quickly calmed myself.
“Do you have a list of her duties?” I had asked,
“Yes. But are you sure you can handle it?” One of the guards said.
“Of course I can.” I said, and the two guards looked at each other for a moment before nodding. They then handed me a very, very, very long list of responsibilities my mother had. My eye’s went wide as I used my magic to hold the list,
“Sweet Celestia.” I muttered. I then snapped out of my trance and smiled sheepishly.
“Thank you. I’ll fills these out to the best of my abilities.” I said, as rolled up the list and galloped to get one of my personal royal guards.
But as soon as I turned the corner I bumped straight into the leg of Prince Blue Blood.
“Timidthy don’t tell me your going to take up the rest of your mother’s duties.” Blue Blood said, I blushed and nodded.
“I’m gonna help out my mother in any way I can.” I said,
“That’s very noble of you Timidthy. But your just a colt, you should be hanging out with your friends.” Blue Blood said.
“Nonsense. I need to help my mother.” I said, “But have you seen my brother? And my personal royal guards?”
“Yes I’ve seen them. They are right by the castle entrance. But please don’t overwork yourself.” Blue Blood said. And I nodded before galloping towards the entrance, once I got there and skidded to a stop. Watch Dog immediately got by my side,
“Blood Bones told us that you and him and taking over you mother’s and aunts duties.” Shimmer Sword said. As his horn was lit looking over a list in his magical grasp, I gained a smirked and looked at my brother.
“You big softie.” I said,
“Oh shut up.” Blood Bones replied jokingly with blush on his face. Both Watch Dog and Shimmer Sword chuckled,
“Alright then do you need the rest room before I leave?” Watch Dog asked. Blood Bones bust out laughing, while I blushed redder then his fur.
“Waaaatch Doooog! I’m not a foal! And no I don’t have to go.” I lied, and at this moment I wish I hadn’t lied. But I was much too embarrassed to admit that especially how my brother had reacted.
“You are sure one to be laughing Blood Bones. You have to study the dream-walking and creating stars spells. So your gonna need no sort of interruptions, and that includes bathroom visits. So do you need to go to the restroom?” Shimmer Sword said, and my brother’s laughter died in his throat. I snickered trying my best no to laugh, as my brother had a mortified look on his face.
“N—No I don’t need to go! Let’s just go to the Canterlot Archives already!” Blood Bones said quickly, before trotted off. With Shimmer Swords following after,
“Alright enough with the giggling.” Watch Dog said.
“Ri—Right. Let’s go.” I had said, trying not to focus on his much my bladder and bowels begged for release.
Timidthy: Close Call (Day 1)
Timidthy's POV
I have to admit, doing all of mother’s work was exhausting and I really should’ve quit the first day. But I was too stubborn…..not mention nice….so I couldn’t just go back on my word.
But now I realize I shouldn’t have even agreed to do it at all.
Me and Watch Dog we’re on our way to one of the first of many ceremonies and other things I had to go to. I had a forced smile on my face to hide the discomfort and pain I felt. But that didn’t stop whimpering’s escaping from my throat. And I knew, by the way Watch Dog was looking at me, he could hear the pain in my whimpers. But he didn’t have time as we both saw sewing with a big, long ribbon tied across it.
A huge crowd of ponies stood as Watch Dog stopped and I moved forward. Once I was right in the middle of the ribbon I faced the crowd, stifling my whimpers, and making my smile bigger. The crowd looked a bit confused, as most of them had been expecting my mother. But they we’re still all happy to see me, a female unicorn with minty-green fur, blue eyes, pink hair, and a yarn ball as a cutiemark walked up next to me and handed me a microphone. I levitated it in my grasp trying my best to keep my legs from shaking.
I cleared my throat and put the microphone a good distance from my mouth.
“Hello everypony, I know most of you we’re expecting my mother. But…..an unexpected problem rose up but it’s nothing serious. And she will be back soon. But enough about my mother, this is about Needle Thread shop. She’s been wanting to open this shop in Canterlot ever since she was a filly. And now her dream is coming true, and I hope, all of you will come and see what she can do. Miss Needle, would you like to say some words.” I said trying to keep my voice steady, I then handed the mare beside me the microphone.
“I have to say this is a splendid experience. Not only am I opening my shop but even the Prince of Therapy realizes how important this is to me. And graciously came here as a fallback for his mother, I can’t really you how happy this makes me. And I hope all of you and the royal family alike come to my shop. Now, Prince Timidthy. Are you ready to cut the ribbon?” Needle Thread said, and I’ll admit I blushed at the complements she gave me.
“Of course.” I said, as Needle Thread was now levitating some scissors towards me. I took them in my magical grasp and turned around getting ready to cut the ribbon. But before I could cut the ribbon……I farted…..the crowd, and Needle Thread started laughing slightly. As my face went red, I remember feeling so humiliated. But I forced back my tears, and my urge to run away from everything.
I whirled to face to crowd as I smiled sheepishly,
“So—Sorry. Excuse me.” I said as loud as I could. Needle Thread ruffled my mane,
“Oh your so precious Prince. But it’s alright, happens to the best of us. Now let’s cut this ribbon.” She said, and the crowd murmured in agreement. I honestly couldn’t tell ya how relieved I was that everypony was okay with me, unintentionally, passing gas. I then turned back around and hurriedly cut the ribbon. And everypony cheered as Needle Thread got me in a hug as the photographer ponies took a picture of me and her, again forcing a smile.
When I got from the first ceremony, I found it very hard to stay still. Watch Dog glared at me as he took me to the side away from ponies. Once we we’re away Watch Dog gave me a stern look,
“Timidthy, did you lie when you said you didn’t have to go?” He said. I blushed, and looked around I then started crying as I still held in my business.
“Yes! Yes! Yes I did! It hurts so much! And live never felt more humiliated! Please let me go! I know I lied but I can’t hold it much longer!” I sobbed, Watch Dog have me a sympathetic look.
“I would, but I can’t. We can’t miss these ceremonies and all the other things. I promise that when this is over you can head to the little colts room, okay?” He said, I whimpered as my legs shook.
“O—Okay.” I said in defeat.
And at this point I had forced my brain to focus on holding my business. While simultaneously focusing on the ceremonies and other things I had to do. And it hurt like….well excuse my language…..but it hurt like hell!
By the time we we’re done with everything the sun had already set, and Watch Dog and I we’re walking home. I kept my pace at w brisk trot as I was crying, my stomach hurt, my bowels burned, and my bladder felt ready to burst. I was honestly surprised as myself for being able to keep this up, Watch Dog looked at me with concern.
“Timidthy, are you sure you don’t want to stop by one of restrooms around here?” He asked me, I shook my head no.
“I—I can d—do it. I—I just—” I said, before I felt my bladder give out slightly. I yelped and moved a hoof down to my groin, stopping the flow. I looked back up to Watch Dog who had a look of fear and concern.
“Come on Timidthy. We need to get you home, now.” He said, before grabbing my hoof clutching my groin. And galloping as fast as he could without dragging me across Canterlot. I tried my best to keep up with Watch Dog my bladder giving small spirits of urine as we moved.
“Watch Dog, please stop! I won’t make it!” I said,
“No! Your gonna make it! Just hold it in a bit longer!” Watch Dog said, and as I heard the determination in his voice it gave me renewed strength to keep going. But as we kept going my holding muscles became weaker and I had to focus more on them to keep myself from having an accident. So Watch Dog resorted to putting me on his back and galloping to the castle. I groaned as I wrapped a hoof around his neck and used the other to clutch my groin once more.
“Wa—Watch Dog. I—It really hurts.” I whimpered, and in response Watch Dog paled slightly and sped up his gallop.
We got to the castle in no time as Watch Dog slowed his pace down getting to the door.
“Timidthy I need you to act like your sleeping okay?” He said, and I nodded knowing that he didn’t want the other castle staff to worry. I then tried to make my body go limo as I closed my eyes and forced a small smile. Once Watch Dog was sure I looked convincing he trotted into the castle. Keeping a reasonably fast indoor trot, I peeked for a minute and saw my room door was close. I felt tears of joy spring to my eyes, but I soon had to close them as I heard hoof steps come towards me and Watch Dog.
“Aww! The poor thing is all tired out!” I heard what could only be one of the maids,
“Yeah, which is why I better him to bed.” Watch Dog said sounding a bit nervous.
“Aww! But the little guy is so sweet. I’ve only ever seen him extremely anxious, with his friends, or heading to Canterlot mental hospital. I’ve never seen him so cute!” Another maid said, and my cheeks flushed red.
“I know, but I should really get Timidthy to bed. You can see him in the morning.” Watch Dog said quickly, and before any of the maids could say a word. Watch Dog walked into my room and shut the door. And as soon as the door shut my eyes shot open and I began sobbing. Watch Dog galloped over to my restroom, and helped me to the door. He then opened the door and I hurried inside.
When I got out of the little colts room I was completely worn out.
“Timidthy are you alright?” Watch Dog said, and I have a tired nod as I flopped onto my bed.
“I…..I’m fine. I just want to go to sleep.” I said, but before I could even shut my eye’s a knock came to my front door.
“Oh Timidthy! It’s me your sweet angel! I’ll be in the dinning room ready for our date!” Sweet Dreams voice came through the door, I groaned remembering I had a date and a reservation. At one of the newest and fanciest restaurant in Canterlot: Le Petite. I got myself up and immediately went to my closet.
“Timidthy you can’t be serious! Your exhausted! You need to cancel!” Watch Dog said sounding very concerned,
“I—I can’t. I…..promised. I—I’ll be fine, I just need to push through it.” I said, picking out one of my fanciest suits. I then placed it on my bed and walked over to my restroom once more. But before I could enter I felt Watch Dog’s worried gaze on me.
“Don’t worry I’m fine.” I said, before opening the door and walking through.
And in retrospect I should’ve just canceled the date.
Blood Bones: Close Call (Day 1)
*Blood Bones POV
I remember every single worry my body gave me. Telling me something was wrong, but I either ignored it or swept it under the rug. I could’ve saved myself so much embarrassment but noooo my stupid pride got in the way! Sorry…..this part is just really frustrating for me. But I’ll pull through it after all I have to tell you what happened.
Shimmer Sword had made me a daisy sandwich for lunch as me and him sat in silence. I didn’t have much of an appetite, which I found a bit odd but I chose to ignore it so all I really did was nibble on it. I avoided any eye contact as I looked at the floor. Eventually Shimmer Sword spoke,
“Blood Bones everything is fine I don’t blame you but you have to eat.” He said. I still didn’t look at him but I very hesitantly levitated half of the daisy sandwich over to me and look a bite. I chewed but as I swallowed I felt very sick as my vision swam. Shimmer Sword immediately ran over to me,
“Blood Bones are you okay?” He said. I put a hoof over my mouth as I took deep breathes trying to get myself steady. Finally my vision cleared up and I didn’t feel sick anymore.
“I-I’m fine.” I muttered, but Shimmer Sword simply shook his head before running back to the kitchen. He came back in mere seconds with a glass full of soda,
“Drink it.” Shimmer Sword said. I knew Shimmer Sword wasn’t kidding so I drank the soda while fighting my gag reflex. Once I was done I put the glass on the table,
“Shimmer Sword I’m fine.” I said. Which we both knew it was a bare-faced lie,
“No your not. Your sick I’m not sure with what but you need I doctor. And maybe Timidthy as well.” Shimmer Sword said.
“I don’t need a doctor! I’ve just been having a rough day alright!” I said, stomping my front hooves on the table. Shimmer Sword looked ready to reply but he was soon cut off as a blindingly bright purple flash shined in the room. I covered my eye’s from the flash and once it was gone it was revealed to be Meadow. And I felt my heart sink. She had a couple suitcases with her as she had a smile on her face that screamed: “We’re gonna spend the day together whether you like it or not!” .
“Hello my cute creep demon!” Meadow said, she then kissed me causing me to have a wing-boner. Once she pulled back she jumped off the bed and trotted off,
“Come on Blood Bones you have to help me unpack and then we can spend the entire day with each other!” Meadow said. I watched as she trotted off, I then looked at my sandwich and then at Shimmer Sword. Who was giving me a glare telling me to eat, I sighed and stuffed both haves of the sandwich in my mouth. I grunted as my gag reflex was telling my to spit it out but I ignored it and swallowed. My stomach groaned in response but (luckily) I didn’t feel a wave of sickness cross over me. I then didn’t wait for Shimmer Sword to speak before I dashed off for my fillyfriend.
I found Meadow in the room next to Prince Blueblood’s as she was just opening her suitcases. I saw Prince Blueblood talking to her as they laughed about something. I prayed that Blueblood hadn’t told her anything embarrassing as I slowed my pace walking into the room.
“There you are! Now come on Prince Blueblood agreed he’d help organize my stuff!” Meadow said, and I forced a smile as I felt like smashing Prince Blueblood’s brains in. Meadow then ran over and grabbed my hoof and we galloped out of the castle.
Me and Meadow we’re on our way to the Canterlot hair salon where she (and to a lesser extent French Press) we’re working part time there. I had agreed to try out some of the shampoo’s and I had asked if I could take a few home not because I have a dandruff problem or anything! Anyway so Meadow and I had just gotten to the hair salon when I felt a pain in my bowels. I at first was confused I hadn’t used the colts room not ling ago and now I had to go again? And I had only had a daisy sandwich, how was it possible?
But I decided to just ignore it, I was probably just stressed out and was imagining things. Yeah that sounded right! So me and Meadow walked into the salon and she immediately sat me down in one of those plush chairs. Meadow pulled out over a dozen shampoos and my eye’s widened as my bowels reminded me on how much pain they (and I) we’re feeling. I bit my lip but didn’t speak up as Meadow used her magic to squirt some shampoo in my hair.
I then heard her get behind the chair and started spreading the shampoo through my hair. I don’t exactly know how many shampoos and used on me, but I just decided to focus on holding in my business. I didn’t even realize she was done until Meadow tapped my shoulder. I jumped and tried my best not to squirm.
“Hey Blood Bones I’m all done! Sorry it took so long!” Meadow said,
“I-It’s alright!” I stammered. And that was when Meadow noticed something was up.
“Blood Bones are you okay? You don’t stutter like that.” She said, analyzing me like a puzzle.
“Yes I’m fine! I just need to stretch my legs!” I said trying my best to sound convincing, Meadow raised an eyebrow.
“Well……okay. But you can tell me if something is wrong you don’t have to hide from me.” She said, putting more emphasis on the lady three words.
“Of course, I know that! Let’s just head back to the castle now!” I said getting out of the chair as my tail was hicked slightly, I used my magic to pull my tail down once I saw this and smiled nervously at Meadow. Meadow had a look on her face that told me she wanted to know what was up with me. But she didn’t seem to want to press any further…..at least in public. Meadow and I we’re about to make our way out and I saw the sun was just beginning to set. I suddenly felt even more pain realizing how long I’d been holding everything in I whimpered and unfortulently Meadow heard me,
“Blood Bones what’s wrong?” She said.
“Nothing.” I said as we walked out of the hair salon,
“Blood Bones I know when something is wrong. Can’t you tell me what’s the—” Meadow said until I felt something snap.
“NOTHING IS WRONG! OKAY!? ” I shouted, Meadow jumped back and looked at me along with a couple other ponies heading home. I then took in deep breathes trying to get my temper back down. Once I was calm I lowered my voice and whispered in Meadow’s ear.
“Look can we deal with this later I-I just want to go home.” I said, and Meadow nodded before we both hurried away in a trot. Once we we’re away from everypony Meadow suddenly used her magic to drag me into an alleyway and she lit her horn as she backed me into a wall.
“Okay I don’t know what is up with you but you’ve been acting strange all day. So tell me what’s wrong?” Meadow said, and I could tell she was at the edge of her patience. I bit my lip as I tried to think of a good excuse, but I froze as I felt movement in my bowels. I gasped and I forced my tail to clasp around my flank. I felt myself begin to panic, flight or magic would be too strenuous for me so the only option I had……was to tell her the truth. I felt my cheeks flush as my mind (and my pride) try to reconsider my next action.
But a sharp pain from my stomach reminded me I didn’t have a lot of time. I sighed looking away from Meadow as my ears fell,
“Look the reason why I’ve been acting so off lately. Is. because…..before you showed up…..I-I had wet myself. I didn’t want to say anything cause I was embarrassed. And then we went to the hair salon….and during that I realized I had to go. But….I didn’t say anything cause I knew you we’re happy to hang out with me. And now….it’s worse everything hurts and I just want to go home.” I admitted, I then hung if head trying my best not to cry. Suddenly though Meadow lifted my head and I looked directly into her eyes.
“Blood Bones why do you always have to make things so difficult? I wouldn’t have minded if you had asked politely to excuse yourself. Now come on it’s fine let’s just walk our way back to the castle.” Meadow said, and smiled but that soon turned into a grimace and that’s when I knew I had minutes left to save my dignity.
“Actually ma-maybe teleportation would be better!” I blurted clutching my stomach as it groaned again, I felt Meadow wrap a hoof around my neck. And sensed she was charging up a teleportation spell. And before I knew it we we’re in my room and Meadow was helping me up. Once we got to my restroom I used my hoof to open the door and bolted inside. I then shut the door and locked it hoping I wouldn’t take too long.
When I got out I was completely exhausted, and Meadow immediately ran over to me.
“Thank goodness your okay! I was worried sick!” Meadow said,
“Your lucky that Meadow knew how to help you.” Another voice said. I then looked up to see Shimmer Sword, and I winced taking a few steps back. Shimmer Sword was giving me a glare that could only be beaten by my mom and auntie.
“Come on let’s get you to bed!” Meadow said, but before I could decline she levitated me into my bed.
“Yes it’s late and you have to start Luna’s nightshift.” Shimmer Sword said, “And speaking of night I think you should head to bed Meadow.”
“Oh fine. But I’ll be checking on my creep demon straight in morning!” Meadow said walking off. Once she was gone Shimmer Sword spoke.
“Blood Bones….” He said,
“Shi-Shimmer I—” I said only for the guard to interrupt.
“I don’t care this is the second time you did this and you could end up hurting yourself. As soon as Celestia and Luna are healthy again I’m telling them what happened and to make sure you and Timidthy both use the restroom before going anywhere.” Shimmer Sword said, I opened my mouth but soon closed it realizing I didn’t have a counterargument. Shimmer Sword then sighed,
“Look I’m doing this for your own health. Now try your best at your aunts job and goodnight.” He said. And he then left making sure to cut off the light and shut the door. And once he was gone I clutched my stomach as it groaned and rumbled.
“Please…..stop.” I muttered, I then laided down and turned on my stomach as a griped my pillow in pain. I started to cast the dream walking spell I had learned as I wished I could tell Meadow and Shimmer Sword what was wrong with me.
That I couldn’t go.
Finally I cast the spell and my eye’s fluttered close as I prayed the pain would stop.
Timidthy: What A Night (Day 1)
Timidthy's POV
Ugh! I hate this part! It’s probably one out of the five most embarrassing thing's that’s ever happened to me! But…..I can’t skip parts or else it won’t make sense. Alright-y then let’s just get this over with…..
Once I had finished taking my shower and drying myself off as I was brushing my mane, tail, and coat to perfection. Once I was done I put my suit on which was as white as snow with a back tie to go with. I wore sturdy black horseshoes to pull the look together and to make sure my hooves (mostly) stayed clean. Once I was sure everything was in place I walked out of my room almost running straight into Sweet Dreams who looked as if she had come to check on me. And I felt my heart skip a beat as I saw Sweet Dreams was wearing a black dress with her hair curled up.
“Ready to go?” Sweet Dreams asked,
“Yes I’m ready.” I said trying to mask my exhaustion. Sweet Dreams gave me a look but nodded her smile slowly coming back. I raised an eyebrow and as me and Sweet Dreams walked out of the castle I saw Shimmer Sword and Watch Dog talking. Shimmer Sword noticed me watching and gave me a stern look telling me to mind my own business. I immediately obeyed, correcting my behavior.
As Sweet Dreams and I walked to Le Petite my stomach groaned a couple of times, and I winced in pain.
“Somepony's seems hungry!” Sweet Dreams teased,
“Uh…..yeah!” I said but oddly enough I didn’t feeling hungry.
“Timidthy?” Sweet Dreams said, and I snapped my gaze back to her.
“Yes?” I asked,
“I need you to be honest with me. Are you feeling okay? Cause Shimmer Sword told me Blood Bones was having…..bathroom problems today. And I need you to tell me if you aren’t feeling well at our date. Okay?” Sweet Dreams said. I blushed my ears going back,
“I’m feeling fine, just a bit tired. And of course I’ll be sure to tell you.” I said. And Sweet Dreams sighed in relief, and seemed to relax a little bit.
“Okay, good. Now remember no matter how personal tell me we can fix the problem if you tell me before it happens.” Sweet Dreams said, and I nodded understanding that she was looking out for my well being.
When Sweet Dreams and I got to the restaurant we we’re met and we’re seated in a booth table. And we both ordered immediately,
“Bonjour messieur je vais prendre un cocktail. De fruits avec des bananes, des fraises et des pommes sans peau tranchées et un soda de rosée de montagne s'il vous plaît.” I had said hoping I hadn’t mispronounced anything. Sweet Dreams gave me an impressed grin before she cleared her throat and spoke.
“Bonjour messieur je vais prendre une salade de lys et de chrysanthèmes avec une vinaigrette au miel et un verre d'eau s'il vous plait.” Sweet Dreams had said, and the waiter gave an impressed grin of his own before leaving.
“I see somepony had gotten better on their French!” Sweet Dreams said, I blushed rubbing my hoof sheepishly against my neck.
“Anything for you Sweet Dreams.” I said,
“So why’d you get a soda anyway? You normally get lemonade, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, or just a water.” Sweet Dreams asked. I felt my cheeks flush slightly,
“Well….my stomach kinda hurts a bit. And whenever I’m sick soda helps my stomach.” I said. Sweet Dreams gave me a look,
“I swear I was going to tell you without you asking me! But don’t worry Sweet Dreams it’s probably indigestion or something. That’s why I got fruit cocktail, fruit is always light and easy on my stomach.” I said. And that seemed to ease Sweet Dreams slightly,
“Okay but seriously I don’t want to have to ask you if something is wrong again. Or so help me Timidthy we are leaving this restaurant!” She said. And I nodded knowing she wasn’t kidding. It was then the waiter came with my fruit cocktail and soda. And Sweet Dreams's salad and her simple glass of water, once the waiter was gone I drank my soda until there was nothing left. Sweet Dreams looked at me stunned, her eye’s then narrowed as I knew I was going to get it.
“Timidthy, you said your stomach hurt a bit. That looked as of your stomach was hurting more then a mare going through child birth. We’re you lying?” Sweet Dreams said,
“No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! Of course not! The slight pain was just really distracting me that’s all, plus I was thirsty.” I said which I was actually telling the truth at the moment. Sweet Dreams seemed to believe me as she started eating and as we ate we talked and enjoyed ourselves.
“Anyway so I’m taking over my mother’s duties and Blood Bones’s is taking over aunties. It’s not so bad but like I said I’m a bit tired.” I had said, just finishing telling Sweet Dreams what was going on with the royal family.
“Well try to get some sleep remember after those two ceremonies you have to do tomorrow. You and Blood Bones agreed to help Bumper help French Press get through her chores.” Sweet Dreams said,
“Right, thanks for reminding me.” I said and it was just then I realized I had finished my cocktail. Sweet Dream laughed as she just finished her salad.
“I was wondering when you'd realize.” She said teasingly, I blushed and the waiter came over and took our plates and glasses. And the waiter smiled warmly before saying,
“Merci et revenez bientôt.”
“Votre accueil et nous le ferons.” Sweet Dreams replied. And the waiter gave us the bill playing it on the table. Sweet Dreams picked it up and gasped as she saw the price. I shook my head as I had predicted Sweet Dreams might have underestimated how much a restaurant was willing to charge two children. In hindsight she really should’ve known better, we live in Canterlot they charge there oh so “magnificent” cuisine to up to twenty bits.
But I just rolled my eyes and chuckled, I can’t stay too made at Sweet Dreams. I then pulled out a bag of bits and gently levitated the menu over. And I saw that the restaurant was in fact charging us fifty-seven bits. I even found it a little pricy, but between me ordering a cocktail and a soda it did make since. I bit my lip noting that next time I should get a salad and a water.
But just as I was going to take the bits out of the bag I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. My magic faded completely and both items hit the table. Sweet Dreams saw that and got a concerned look,
“Timidthy are you okay!?” She whimpered. I shook my head no,
“I-I need a minute. Pay the bill for me please and leave a tip.” I said I then hurried off in a full gallop to the colts room. And as I ran my stomach groaned and I felt the pain start to travel down to my bowls. I bit my lip so hard I could taste blood as I tried to hold back an pain filled grunts that could come from my mouth. What was happening to me!? I was just fine a minute ago!
And now all of a sudden I felt like I was a ticking time bomb! It couldn’t have been the food, it was the best (minus the food that me and Blood Bones had at the castle) food in Canterlot. I ran into the colts room, locked the door, and galloped to the single toilet in the restroom. But before I could make it my body quiet on me, I gasped as I felt the seat of my pants grow warm and squishy. I started crying using my front hooves to grip the seat of the toilet as my back legs shook.
I started crying out of pain and humiliation wishing it would stop.
I’m not sure how long I was in there but the next thing I knew I heard a knock on the door. I gasped my ears flattening against my head. As I prayed that wasn’t another stallion,
“Timidthy, are you in there?” Sweet Dreams voice echoed. I both felt relief and fear as all four of my hooves shook. I whimpered as I felt tears stream down my face again. But I hesitantly cleared my throat is spoke,
“I-Is anypony but yo-you out there” I asked, not being able to stop the quiver in my voice.
“Everypony else is gone the only one around is the staff and manager. Can you come out? What happened?” Sweet Dreams said sounding a bit worried, I sniffed and unlocked the door. Knowing that I couldn’t just ditch Sweet Dreams nor could I stay in here forever.
“Okay, but I’m sorry I didn’t want you to see me like this. And please don’t laugh at me.” I said,
“Timidthy I’m sure whatever happened is fine, you don’t need to apologize. And I’d never laugh at you.” Sweet Dreams said. And I gulped as I slowly turned the door handle. As soon as my eye’s caught a glimpse of Sweet Dreams I lowered my head whimpering. Sweet Dreams walked over to me and hugged me with her wing,
“See? Everything is fine now come on let’s go—” Sweet Dreams said, but I just had to interrupt her.
“N-No. I need you to go behind me, please. I-I can’t tell you what happened you need to see it.” I said, and Sweet Dreams gave me a confused look. But she went behind me anyway, and I winced as I heard her gasp. She then came back into my field for vision with a concerned and shocked look on her face.
“Timidthy how did that happen!?” Sweet Dreams whispered, I winced backing away slightly.
“I don’t know I suddenly didn’t feel good……and…..and I didn’t make it.” I muttered trying to start crying again,
“Oh Timidthy. Come on you can freshen up at my house.” Sweet Dreams said.
“But what about the stain! If anypony sees they’ll know what happened!” I said,
“I’ll use my wings to cover you! Now come on we need to go!” Sweet Dreams said and I nodded. And as me and Sweet Dreams ran through Canterlot with my fillyfriend covering my flank (literally). I can safely say both me and Sweet Dreams had never felt more stressed out.
I walked out of Sweet Dreams restroom with my fur still moist even after drying my coat. As I had a towel wrapped around my mane allowing my horn to stick out. Sweet Dreams was waiting on my bed with a suit looking freshly cleaned. My ears dove back realizing she had cleaned it, as blush spread on my face.
“Sweet Dreams I’m so sorry you had to clean my suit! I—I—I’m…..I’m no prince. And I’m not coltfriend you deserve.” I said, as I started to crying. I suddenly felt something hugging me, and I looked up to see Sweet Dreams was hugging me with her front hooves and her wings.
“No, no, no! Timidthy don’t you ever think that! Everypony had downfalls or mistakes, even royalty! You shouldn’t be hard on yourself like that you did your best! Now come on let’s get you back to the castle.” Sweet Dreams said,
“I-I can head home myself Sweet Dreams. You should get to bed.” I said.
“No way. I’m making sure nothing happens to my little cute coltfriend!” Sweet Dreams said, and she put my suit on her back. And took the towel off my mane before me and her geared to the castle.
Sweet Dreams placed my suit my dresser and helped me into bed, she then gave me a peck on the nose causing me to blush in response. Sweet Dreams giggled and ruffled my mane,
“Good night my little prince.” She said. And that was the last thing I said before my eye’s closed, little did I know that things would only get worse in the morning.

Blood Bones and Timidthy: What A Day (Day 2)
Blood Bones's POV
I remember that day two was the day I was really starting to feel bad. But….I didn’t say anything cause I thought I’d just push through it all. And if I could go back in time I’d slap some sense into me! Cause that had to be the dumbest decision I’ve ever made!
I groaned as I slowly opened my eye’s, and I immediately felt like throwing up. I looked and saw that the moon was still in the sky, I then did the math in my head and realized that it was in fact time to lower the moon. I slowly got out of bed and looked out my room window. I then lit my horn with a bit of difficultly as I tried my best to focus. I looked and saw a red magical aura surround the moon, I groaned as I strained my magic.
I took in deep breathes as the moon slowly began to lower because of my magic. And as the moon lowered the stars began to disappear from the sky. And just as the moon had lowered from the sky completely did the sun rise right after it. The sun seemed a bit dim but I didn’t think much of it as I shied my eye’s from it’s still bright rays. Finally I let my magic fade as I knew the moon was successfully lowered.
I then smiled as I got back into bed I was about to let myself drift off into the land of dreams. But that dream was soon crushed. My room door suddenly slammed open as I jumped. I then looked over to see Timidthy, my brother’s coat was a bit pale as his mane, tail, and eye’s lacked their normal luster. His coat, mane, and tail looked recently cleaned and brushed but that only seemed to draw attention to their dull appearance.
But as I looked into my brothers eye’s I saw he was exhausted,
“Come on brother get up.” He said. I groaned and flopped into my bed using my bed sheets as protection.
“No, I’m too tired!” I said,
“Blood Bones you know that your tired. But you can take a nap at French Press’s place, remember we agreed to help Bumper help French Press with her chores.” Timidthy replied. And I could hear the sympathy and exhaustion in his voice. I groaned and got up,
“Fine. I’ll be there.” I grumbled as I stepped out of bed again. I heard my brother gasp and look at me with horror and concern.
“What, what is it?” I said, but my brother didn’t respond. Instead, he grabbed me by the hoof and ran into the restroom. He pushed me in front of the mirror and I gasped as well when I saw how I looked. My mane and tail we’re limp and lifeless as my eye’s we’re blood shot and seemed to have lost so much pigment they we’re grey. On my stomach my veins has popped out as they throbbed.
I also noticed that my stomach was bloated slightly but that was barely noticeable. I looked over to my brother and saw that in fact on his stomach only a few veins had popped out and we’re now throbbing.
“Br-Brother what’s happening to us?” I asked fearfully, as I saw Timidthy was looking at the veins throbbing on his stomach. He then looked up to me with a defeated look in his eyes.
“I—I don’t know.” Timidthy responded, I gulped as I realized how much pain I had in my bowels and lower abdomen.
“Do-Does it hurt as well?” Timidthy asked, and I nodded as I felt my legs shake in fear. Timidthy put a hoof on my shoulder and I look deep breathes in response.
“I-I’ll be going to two ceremonies. So I should be done in about….four hours. Then I’ll be right over to French Press’s and she said that’s when Bumper, you, and I will start working.” Timidthy said, I nodded and tried to light my horn but only a few sparks came out. I growled and tried again managing to get enough magic to turn the shower on.
“Don’t worry Blood Bones…..it’s probably just a cold.” Timidthy said, but I could tell he wasn’t even buying what he was saying.
“Ye—Yeah….just a cold.” I said, with a fearful smile on my face. I then shut and locked the door. I then stepped into the shower and pulled out some shampoo and conditioner that would and I quote, “add life and color to your mane and tail”. Once I washed them I let the soap stay in and I put my tail up in short bun as I put a shower cap on my mane. I then grabbed a bar of soap that smelled like peppermint and made sure to wash my entire body.
I winced in pain when I got to my stomach feeling as if a knife had been shoved through it. Once I finished washing my body I washed all the soap and suds out of my mane and tail. I then turned off the shower and dried my tail and coat, wrapping a towel around my mane. But just before I left the bathroom I heard my stomach groan I then felt as if something had poked the sides. I doubled-over in pain as I clutched my stomach for dear, feeling fresh tears of pain fill my eye’s.
I was confused for a minute but I remembered that I was constipated last night, and that I couldn’t get anything out. I whimpered but got myself back up on, albeit shaky, hooves. I then took in a deep breathe and walked out of the restroom making sure to shut the door. Once I did I got into my room only for the door to slam open a second later. I jumped for the second time that day and watched as Meadow and Shimmer Sword walked in.
“Good! You haven’t done your mane yet! As soon as we get to French Press's we’re gonna get your mane done okay?” Meadow said, and I nodded seeing no harm in a new mane style. But as I looked at Shimmer Sword I felt more pain then I already did as I could tell he was looking my over.
“Yes, but I’m coming. I’m making sure Blood Bones’s doesn’t overexert himself.” Shimmer Sword said, and I gulped knowing fairly well that he was coming to see what was wrong with me. Meadow then unwrapped the towel around my mane and it came falling against my neck and over my eyes. I moved my mane from my eye’s as it was still moist looking a bit brighter then before but not how it usually was. Meadow then lit her horn charging up a teleportation spell but I put a hoof against her horn feeling adrenalin course through me.
“No, the last time you teleported somepony above the age of eighteen your horn almost got blown off.” I said, Meadow blushed and rubbed the back of her neck nervously.
“Alright, alright do you think you can handle it?” Meadow asked, and I smiled slightly but that soon faded as I saw Shimmer Sword’s disapproving glare. I then bit my lip knowing better then to go against Shimmer Sword at this point.
Me, Meadow, and Shimmer Sword had just gotten to French Press’s place. As I saw that French Press’s house was shaped like a barn of all things. I looked around and saw acres and acres of surprisingly large grapes off all colors hanging from the vines on there bushes. And as we got to the front door we all saw it was wide open, I felt a stab of concern as we entered the house. But that soon disappeared when I saw Bumper, the green unicorn was having his mane curled by French Press.
“He-Hey guy’s!” Bumper said nervously, as he kept looking up at his horn.
“Will you stop worryin’! I won’t singe your horn!” French Press said,
“You don’t know that! Unicorn and alicorn horns are highly sensitive! Getting them thumped is enough to make a grown stallion cry! And I don’t feel comfortable with a hot object by my horn!” Bumper said. French Press scoffed,
“Thumper relax I know what I’m do—YIKES!” She started to say but as her eye’s locked with my mane French Press shrieked. She was so shocked she dropped the heated curler from her hooves. Bumper yelped as he instinctively moved his back legs out of the way with the curler nearly hitting his privates. Bumper blinked for a moment as he seemed to be going through shell-shock. But as soon as the shock wore off he looked up at his fillyfriend and glared.
“Your so lucky that missed.” Bumper simply stated, he then teleported next to me. Bumper used his magic to grab my mane and inspected it.
“Yikes talk about bad mane days!” Bumper commented, but French Press soon ran over ramming the colt to the side. She then grabbed my mane and began running her hooves against it.
“Dry, brittle, dull, split-ends. It’s worse then I thought! It’s a hair emergency! Mrs. Oinkers get my hair healing kit!” French Press said, I glared at the filly.
“Now hold it. I promised to come down here and help Bumper help with your chores. Not get my mane done.” I said sounding a bit harsh then necessary, but I was exhausted and in pain so shut-up! French Press shook her head,
“I’m aware but your hair is a mess! Do you put any gel, hair spray, or anything in it?” She asked.
“I wash my mane and tail with conditioner and shampoo that Meadow makes. But other than that….no.” I said, still sounding a bit snappish. French Press’s jaw dropped but before she could speak we both saw Bumper get up rubbing his horn.
“Well my horn just had a bucking make-out session with the floor. I wonder how that happened!?” Bumper said, as tears of pain threatened to fall from his eye’s. French Press blushed and turned to her coltfriend,
“Sorry Thumpy! You use ice on a sore horn right?” She said. Bumper grumbled but nodded, French Press then ran into the kitchen and came back with some ice in a small plastic bag. Bumper begrudgingly took it and walked over to the nearest recliner chair to sit. French Press's ears went back in guilt,
“Don’t worry, he’ll be good in five minutes.” Meadow said.
“And Miss. Press do you mind if I make breakfast for all of you?” Shimmer Sword said, and I could feel his eye’s burning into the back of my head.
“Naw I don’t mind. Just make sure not to make a mess. Now you get your flank on the floor and your back against the couch cause I’m fixin’ your mane.” French Press said, and I felt a jolt of fear surprisingly enough and I did as I was told.
After an hour or so Shimmer Sword came in with five plates, he placed a plate of pancakes in front of French Press. A plate of fish in front of Meadow, he placed a plate of waffles in front of Bumper who was eyeing Meadow’s food like it was a picture of French Press in a bikini. And finally he placed five toasted bagels in front of me coated in cream cheese: my favorite. I gulped knowing fairly well this was a test that Shimmer Sword was trying to pull. If I didn’t eat all of it, or if I made an excuse on why I didn’t or couldn’t eat it then….the jig was up.
And Shimmer Sword would take me straight to a doctor. I looked over to my temporary personal royal guard and he had a coy grin on his face as he was eating his blueberry packages. French Press took a break on my mane and started to eat. I felt my stomach shift as I could practically taste acid in my mouth. I then lit my horn and levitated one of the bagels over to my mouth I then took a deep breathe and took a bite.
I felt my stomach turn as the pain in my bowels intensified like it was trying to warn me what came in wouldn’t come out. But I knew I had to fool Shimmer Sword.
I was last to finish but the others, minus Shimmer Sword, didn’t find it all that suspicious. But I remember seeing Meadow casting me a concerned look.
“Alright done!” I heard French Press say, I automatically got up and took a mirror French Press was holding her me. I looked at my mane and smiled as I saw she had put my hair in a french crop hairstyle.
“You look do dapper!” Meadow said,
“Ha! The word dapper used to describe Blood Bones I never thought that’d happen! But yeah Bones, you look great!” Bumper said and I felt a bit of pride swell up. Of course it wasn’t enough to block out the pain I felt but just enough to make my pain seem numb.
“Well I’m glad you all like it! That’ll be thirty bits Bones!” French Press said, and my head snapped to her.
“You’re charging me!? But I’m your friend!” I said, French Press and Bumper then laughed.
“Classic! Sorry Blood Bones but ya gotta pay the piper! She charges me so you ain’t getting out of this!” Bumper said, and I groaned and sighed as I pulled out a small bag of bits. I then took thirty out and placed them in the waiting, greedy hooves of French Press. The red earthpony smiled as she then pulled out a coin purse and placed the bits in.
“Ten more and I get to by that scalp massager!” French Press said, and just as she said that did Timidthy, Watch Dog, and Sweet Dreams walk in.
“Finally you’re here! Now Bumper, Timid, and Bones I already have three baskets in the kitchen. Y’all have to help me get every grape off the vines by the time the sun sets! The rest of ya, you can help if you want.” French Press said, and I trotted over to the kitchen with my brother and Bumper following. And as I walked I realized that with every step my bowels screamed for release that I honestly sure would ever come. I should’ve told Shimmer Sword something was up. I should’ve given up on my remaining bits of pride and gone to a doctor.
But most importantly…..I shouldn’t have been out of bed.
Timidthy’s POV
Oh boy. This part of the story….isn’t even the worst of it that’d be day four. But I’m getting off track, I ceremonies honestly we’re very boring. And my brain has already discarded them from my memory. But I definitely remember what happened after the two ceremonies. And I can tell ya that Blood Bones remembers it too…
I had just gotten to French Press's house as she already had started getting me, Blood Bones, and Bumper to work. I walked into the kitchen and lit my horn as I took one of the very large baskets. I looked over to my brother who looked considerably better with a kept mane. But I did notice his tail was still limp and lifeless, it twitched every now and then as if it was going to hick itself up before giving up. Bumper seemed to cast a concerned look at both me and Blood Bones as I knew my tail had gone limp as well.
The three of us then trotted out of the house to the deepest part of the grape grove.
When we all got to the deepest parts I was out breathe, while Bumper was a bit winded. My brother seemed to look very tired but he has a lot of endurance and stamina so he didn’t look winded. The bushes we’re tall towering over us and nearly blocking out the sun. As little steams of sunlight made itself through the top and leaves of the bushes giving the area a calm feeling. I tried to spark my horn to pick the grapes but my horn only gave a few fizzes and sparks.
I whimpered, I knew I wasn’t feeling well by any stretch of the imagination. But I didn’t think my horn would quiet on me. I then tapped my horn lightly and tried again, and my magic cake through my horn. But I noticed the flow only seemed to cover the tip of my horn. And that my magical grasp was no longer holding my basket.
I bit my lip and decided to use my left hoof to hold the basket. I looked over to Blood Bones and saw that his magic was weak as well. I couldn’t decide if it was from us raising (or lowering) the sun and moon or from our sickness. Bumper’s magic on the other hoof was flowing freely as he picked three grapes for every one we picked.
“Are you guys feeling alright?” Bumper said, as he tried to get a good look at us. I bit my lip before forcing a nervous grin on my face,
“Of course! Just fine! I-I guess we’re just a bit tired.” I said. Purposely looking away from my best friend/brother, Bumper raised an eyebrow.
“I guess but you guys are exhibiting all the traits of sick unicorns. Weak magical flow, horns on the frits, discolored or pale eye’s. You guys are raising a lot of red flags.” Bumper said, I gulped as looked at the pale magical glow that was surrounding my picked grape.
“Well I don’t see why your getting so worried. My fillyfriend didn’t notice.” Blood Bones said, Bumper groaned and shook his head.
“That’s the problem with their being three different races of ponies. Plus you alicorns. Only a unicorn can truly know about unicorn or alicorn horn problems. Like would you trust an earthpony doctor to tell you how to care for your wings?” Bumper said,
“No, we have three doctors. One for our wings, one for our horns, and one for our legs, hooves, and chest.” I said meekly.
“Of course! Cause you guy’s know as well as I do that earthponies and pegasi think unicorns are just ponies with a bump on their forehead. While they and unicorns think pegasi are just ponies with wings. And both pegasi and unicorns think earthponies are just ponies with no magic. And all three tribes think that alicorns are just their tribe of pony with an extra appendage or two. It’s not fair in any way but ponies just need to wise up and realize that each tribe is different. Earthponies have strength, stamina, endurance, and are fast on their hooves. While pegasi have agility, speed, and can control the weather since they we’re born. While us unicorn are mentally strong, we’re intelligent, and we of course have stronger magic then the other tribes. And what tribe was Meadow?” Bumper said, I sighed knowing Bumper was right.
“She was an earthpony.” Blood Bones said for me, Bumper then nodded.
“Exactly she’s barely been a unicorn for a year! She still doesn’t know the warning signs when she sees em! And I can tell that you and Blood Bones and checking off every warning sign.” Bumper said, both me and Blood Bones shared a look. He then nodded towards me and I groaned in both defeat and pain as I felt my stomach ache.
“Don’t tell anypony but….we are sick. We’re not sure what we’re sick with but we really don’t feel so good.” I admitted,
“Well why don’t you go to a doctor?” Bumper said. I sighed and looked at the ground,
“It’s because we’re filling in for our mother and aunt. Once they’re healthy me and Blood Bones are gonna nap for a week. Right Blood Bones?” I said and my brother nodded. Bumper gained a smile but he still had a concerned look in his eye.
“That’s pretty sweet. But promise me you guys will be careful, I’m not one for mushy stuff. But….I love ya guys and I’d hate if anything happen to you.” Bumper said, his cheeks turning a bright red. I smiled as I felt my eye’s gloss over with tears, I then ran over and hugged Bumper.
“Just admit it, you’re a softie!” I joked, Bumper blushed even redder.
“Hey quiet it! You could be contagious!” He replied, and I chuckled slightly pulling away. But just as I was going to respond me and Bumper both heard something hit the ground.
Something was wrong.
We both whirled around to see the basket my brother had been holding had hit the grass below. Grapes of all colors had spilled out and it was a deep growl that got us to look at Blood Bones. My brother was laying on his side as we both saw he was clutching his stomach tightly. I swore I though I saw something was moving inside my brother’s stomach. Tears rolled down his eye’s as his eye lids we’re closed tightly.
“BLOOD BONES!” Bumper said, as he ran around the spilled grapes. I lightly flapped my wings and flew over to Blood Bones. I put my hooves on the ones clutching his stomach as I tried to pry them off. But I couldn’t get them off as I looked at the trembling mass that was brother.

Blood Bones: Unforgiving Pain (Day 2)
Blood Bones POV
I remember that when everything first started out that, of course, I was the first to get hit the hardest. Then when my brother tried to help me that day his symptoms got worse. You see the doctors explained that our disease isn’t contagious. That is….unless you make contact with any body fluid (that includes blood) or waste from the victim. And I honestly wish my brother hadn’t helped me….he didn’t deserve that.
I remember that my brother and Bumper had gotten into a conversation. It was on how each race of ponies was secretly put down by the other races of ponies. But after a while I had stopped listening; I felt really bad for some reason. And I don’t mean I felt a huge ache in my bowels or anything. It felt as if the pain was in my small and large intestines; like as if something was tearing into them or twisting them together.
Either way you put it a silent whimper escaped from my lips as I tried to call out for help, but it was as if I was completely mute. I tried to keep myself in control as I saw my brother look back to me and a nodded with whatever he had said. I tried to tell myself that it was nothing, that I just needed sleep. But that thought came to a halt as I felt as of something had actually crashed into my in my intestines. I felt tears fall from my eye’s as my vision flashed red; I felt as if I was dying!
I had lost function of my legs and magic as both things quiet on me in that moment. I shut my eye’s tightly and instinctively clutched my stomach. My ears flew against my skull as I heard the muffled sounds of Bumper and Timidthy. Eventually I regained my hearing as I heard the sounds of running. My eyes slowly opened and I saw my brother pacing around in a panic.
I reached out and just barley touched his left hoof. Timidthy turned and looked at me, he then took the hoof I had reached out to him.
“Brother, please tell me what hurts. I think, scratch that, I know you need a hospital!” Timidthy said, I opened my mouth to speak but before I could I heard my brother gasp.
“Oh Celestia! Blood Bones your bleeding!” Timidthy said, my body jolted slightly as it’s command told me to get up.
“Wh-Where?” I said, surprised on how weak my voice sounded.
“I-It’s yo-your anus!” Timidthy said, and at that moment I felt fear (and excruciating pain) as my body tried to get itself up. But unfortulently my brother stopped me, most likely trying to keep me from getting hurt. I listened closely seeing as I couldn’t get up. I heard my brother go behind me and on instinct my tail covered my plot as I felt exposed with my cheeks flaring in response. I heard him step in something wet (most likely a small pool of my blood) but I didn’t think of it at the time.
“Yuck! Oh sweet Celestia! This isn’t good, what if this happens to me? When Shimmer Sword and Watch Dog see this they’ll freak out! Gotta fix this!” Timidthy said, and my tail flicked nervously; how was I gonna get out of this!?
“A healing spell? No, I don’t have enough practice doing that. An illusion spell? No, that’ll only make Blood Bones look okay it won’t get rid of the blood.” My brother went on, and I had to admit a few of those idea’s did kinda suck.
“Oh….maybe….no….it could work….though Blood Bones would kill me. No time to worry about that, I think I got it!” Timidthy said, sounding as if he had an eureka moment. And I felt a chill go up my spine, why did I have a feeling I wasn’t going to like this?
“What are you thinking?” I cautiously asked my brother, I felt my tail being lifted and laid across my left flank.
“I—I’m sorry. It’s a soothing spell, it can stop or slow down an injury for a short period of time. I’ve done this spell on Bumper more then a few times. And it’s less risky then a healing spell, those take a lot out of me. So the blood will stop or slow down by a lot for a short time. And, again, I’m sorry. My magic is weak and it needs closer range more then ever, believe me I don’t like this either.” I heard my brother say, I began to shift trying to get up and show my brother I was fine.
I knew what my brother was going to do.
And then…..it happened. And I swear once I get back to the castle I’m gonna create a list on the most embarrassing things that’s happened it me. Cause this would be in the number three slot! Anyway, I felt a burning cold sensation as I let out a painful yet relieved groan. My wings popped out as I felt the magic do it’s work as the pain calmed to a dull ache.
My wings relaxed again and folded against my sides; I felt my eye’s flutter close as I heard my brother say.
“Good night.”
My ears twitched as I began to wake up, I then slowly opened my eye’s to a dark room. I stretched out slightly as I reached out and grabbed my plushie of Meadow.
“Bro-Brother? A-Are you a-alright?” I jumped hearing my brothers voice, suddenly a dim (and pale) dandelion yellow light lit up. I then saw my brother, and was it just the light or was his eye’s completely grey? Timidthy gently got on my bed and walked over to me.
“I’m fine, thank you.” I said,
“Are you hungry?” Timidthy asked. I cringed at the thought of food,
“No, no I’m good.” I said.
“Again, I’m very, very, very sorry.” My brother said, I took a deep breathe and laid my head on the pillow.
“As long as you don’t tell anypony you did that, everything is forgiven.” I said,
“Oh believe me I won’t tell a soul!” Timidthy replied, I then giggled as I tried to light my horn. But all that came out was a few sparks and speaks of glitter.
“Yeah, you definitely can’t use your magic for a while.” Timidthy said, I sighed but a smile formed on my lips as my eye lids drooped.
“Night, Tim. I’m guessing you put the moon and stars up for me?” I said,
“Yep, night-night brother.” Timidthy said. And that’s when my eye’s shut and I went back to sleep.
If only I could say the same for Timidthy.
Timidthy: Unforgiving Pain (Day 2)
Timidthy’s POV
I remember things only got worse for me after I had helped my brother. It had just started at night after I had visited my brother. And…please don’t judge me I—I didn’t have control I swear! But…enough avoiding it might as well spill the beans.
I had just left my brother’s room and the morning guards that worked for my mom we’re switching out for the night guards. That is all except for Watch Dog and Shimmer Sword, I could feel Shimmer Sword's eye’s on me as he analyzed me. I chose to ignore the feeling and kept myself at a simple walk. I smiled warmly at Watch Dog as him and another royal guard had a look of concern in their eye’s when they saw me. Watch Dog opened the door for me and I stepped in, and as soon as I heard the door shut I forced my horn to completely light itself.
I put a hoof over my mouth as I let out pained grunts trying to perform a silencing spell on my room. I felt tears build in my eyes as my body quaked finally I preformed the spell and the walls, ceiling, and floor of my room glowed for a minute. I whimpered and collapsed on the floor knowing that all my magic was spent. I took in deep breathes as tears streamed down my face. Once I had regained some of my composure I had flopped into my bed and hid underneath the covers.
I couldn’t even motivate myself to take a shower with how exhausted and awful I felt. I tried going to sleep but I couldn’t get myself to as it seemed as if my mind was trying to warn me of something. But I chose to ignore it, I did everything to get me some sleep counting fudge, listening to a music box in my room. I even ate something heavy with a cup of warm milk to send me to the land of dreams. But nothing worked! I couldn’t sleep!
I began crying as I just felt so miserable in this moment of my life. But thankfully because of my crying it had finally gotten my body to tired to stay awake I felt my eye’s flutter close. Unfortulently though (and excuse my language) but fate decided to be a bitch to me. I felt as if something was forcing and squeezing it’s way through my intestines. I slammed my muzzle into my pillow and screamed as I felt as if my intestines we’re crashing into one another as they tore and twisted as well.
My face became red as I quickly realized what was going to happen if I didn’t get up. I tried to get up but my legs we’re completely useless I was at the mercy of my malfunctioning body. And I knew it wasn’t going to be merciful, it was then I regretted placing a silencing spell on my room. Cause even with my weakened magic the spell would still keep every noise from escaping my room. I felt my waste run down the path leading to my anus and I knew everything was over for me.
I just let of a feeble cry for help as I shut my eye’s bracing myself for the incoming storm.
I soiled myself for hours and by the time I was done I felt so weak, I literally couldn’t move. I knew the sun had to be risen in a few moments and I was incapable of doing anything. I looked at the side table right by my bed I then pushed away a secret compartment on it that had a red button under it. I slammed my hoof down on the button and waited. After what could guess was a few minutes my room door was flung open I then heard somepony gallop inside and shut the door.
“He-Help…” I said as I felt my stomach groan and I clutched it tightly,
“Brother! Uhh…should I run you a bath?” I heard my brother say. I only responded with a groan as I placed my other hoof on my groin. I then heard my brother try to use his magic but based on how I heard his horn sputter I knew his magic was much too weak. Suddenly though I saw streaks of sunlight slide under that curtains that I had on my windows. I looked over to my brother but he had the same shocked, disbelieving, she horrified look on my face that I would be expressing.
If it weren’t for the fact I was in an indescribable amount of pain and extremely tired. Suddenly I heard the door open and I heard my brother gasp. I tried to get up, I wanted to flee, I didn’t want anypony to know about my accident. I heard my brother yelp and I let out one myself as I saw a yellow color of magic lift me. I felt so much horror and shame in that moment, no, please don’t tell me it’s her.
I then watched as I saw a blue light envelop my sheets, and teleport them to who knows where leaving my bare mattress she the pillows. No, no, no, no, don’t let that belong to who I think it is! I caught a glimpse of my mattress and saw there was a large brown stain on it. I felt my cheeks flare but that was nothing compared to how red they we’re when I locked my gaze with….my mother. I saw Celestia and Luna looking at me and my brother, as my vision flickered over to see a red mass being held by the same yellow glow.
It appeared that our two guardians had managed to make a full recovery. Celestia and Luna both had a concerned look on their faces. At the moment I wished I could’ve been able to look away from those eye’s of comparison my mother had. But in the back of my mind it knew that the nightmare was finally going to end.
Well not right at the moment at least.
Blood Bones: A Good Idea? (Day 3)
Blood Bones's POV
This part honestly happened so fast that this is the best way I can put it. I’m not even sure of my brother can remember this part. He was pretty worn out after all, but admittedly I’m glad mom and auntie came. Cause if it weren’t for them we could’ve died.
Celestia and Luna immediately teleported me and my brother to our mother’s room. Once they did they ran into bathroom and started drawing us a bath. Luna gently put us on the bathmat as she put some lavender liquid soap into the water. I looked over to my brother who was trying to get himself up. I looked at my mother’s bathtub/shower and I saw that it was bigger then the mine and my brothers combined.
And in retrospect it makes since, my mother is a full grown alicorn her bathtub has to be big. Suddenly I felt myself being lifted again and I saw my brother was being lifted too as a yellow light was around him. This time I got a good look at my brother and I saw his eye’s we’re completely grey. He looked like a walking skeleton as you could see all his bones and chunks of his mane and tail had been (and still we’re) falling out. The lower part of his stomach looked very bloated as that part seemed to twitch and wobble, almost as if he was pregnant.
I then started looking at myself and I was the exact opposite. My legs stomach and flanks we’re bloated as the veins in the twitched and pulled. My tail had lost a considerate amount of hair as it was almost as short as my brothers. I put my hooves on my stomach and It felt like something was moving. I was soon snapped of viewing myself as my hooves touched the water.
I was soon put in the water completely and I grabbed the side of the tub realizing my hooves couldn’t touch the floor of the tub. I again looked over to my brother as it looked as if the warm water had woken him up a bit. He had grasped the side of the tub like me but his hold was noticeably weaker. Our mother then began to wash Timidthy while our auntie watched me. Each of them were using their magic to hold soaped up rags.
I bit my lip as my auntie washed me like I was a foal. I honestly felt like a foal as I whimpered just like one not knowing what to do. Once they washed us Celestia and Luna dried us and before I knew what was going on auntie Luna lit her horn and cast a sleeping spell.
My eye’s slowly opened as I heard the door open, I groaned as I felt something slam into my stomach. I knew I needed to go I had lost track of how many day’s I’ve been constipated. I looked around and I saw I was in my mother’s bed, I saw my brother was on the other side of the bed as he was covered in a thin blanket. I looked over to the door and I finally saw my mother, she looked a bit tired but she was still better then my brother and I. I honestly felt like I hadn’t slept a wink, Celestia gently sat on the bed and picked me up holding me like a foal.
“Where does it hurt?” Celestia asked,
“No-Nowhere, I’m fine.” I lied. My mother shook her head, she then lightly pressed on my chest, legs, and throat trying to find where I was hurting the most. Finally she got to my stomach and I let out a yelp as my stomach groaned and throbbed even more.
“St-Stop!” I said, as red flashed in my vision and my backlegs began to kick. Celestia put less pressure on my stomach and tried massaging my stomach. That only helped a little as I felt something shift in my stomach. I began crying and Celestia removed her hooves and laid me back on her bed.
“Hmm…I thought that would work. Maybe some soda will help.” My mother muttered, I felt my heart leap in my chest as I heard that.
“NO!” I said getting myself up, Celestia looked at me in shock for a moment. “I-I mean, no. I don’t want anything.” I then laid back down trying to ignore the pain. Celestia blinked, she then gave me a look of concern and pity. I shuddered under her look as I felt even more ashamed. My stomach groaned as I felt my bowels and bladder scream out, I knew that I wouldn’t be able to go….but I couldn’t stand to be under my mom’s gaze. I knew she was analyzing me like a puzzle, trying to figure this out.
“U-Umm…can I use your restroom mom?” I said,
“Of course, you’ll be okay right?” Celestia said. I quickly nodded and got down from the bed, but as soon as all my hooves touched the floor my legs began to shake and I felt as if I was going to throw up. I suddenly felt myself being lifted as the yellow magic enveloped me. Celestia got up from her bed and levitated me into the bathroom and onto the toilet.
“Umm….thanks.” I said sheepishly,
“Your welcome.” Celestia replied and she shut the bathroom door getting out of my mane. And as soon as the door shut I finally clutched my stomach with both hooves as my stomach moaned. I whimpered, as my eye’s shut together tightly. I tried to remember how long I’d been constipated by all the thinking did was give me a headache. I looked around my mother’s bathroom for anything to help with my problem.
My eye’s landed on a medication shelf my mother had and finally my sight zoomed in on some fast acting laxatives. A huge grin came to my face as tears of joy weld up on my eye’s.
‘Finally!’ I thought, I then carefully got off the toilet and focused on my goal.
‘This is the best idea I’ve ever had!’ I thought, and I couldn’t have been anymore wrong.
Timidthy: Cutting It Close (Day 3)

Timidthy: Cutting It Close (Day 3)
Timidthy’s POV
Oh thank Celestia we finally got to this part! Anyway, I remember that during the last few hours that’s when my body was screaming out in pain the most. Thank goodness my brother and I snapped to our senses. Albeit, Blood Bones and I did wait until the absolute moment but we came to our senses on the end. But if I could change anything of what I did in those last moments I would’ve chose not to move.
Getting up and moving probably didn’t help my health.
I was sleeping (somewhat) peacefully as I slowly was starting to wake up. My rectum and anus felt like they we’re on fire while my intestines felt as if they had been ripped apart. I groaned as I felt too tired to even open my eyes, but that was soon proven wrong when I heard my brother scream.
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!” I jumped, and my limbs acted on instinct trying to get up. But as soon as I got up I felt extreme pain somewhere in my body and I felt something leak from my anus. I gasped hit the bed as I could hear my brothers whimpers from my mother’s bathroom.
“SWEET CELESTIA! MAKE IT STOP! ” Blood Bones cried out, I groaned and slowly got up ignoring the pain I felt. I tried to safely get off my mother’s bed but between the pain, grogginess, and the urgency to get to my brother. I ended up hitting the floor in a crumpled heap. I groaned as I swore a heard a few of my bones crack,
“SOMEPONY PLEASE HELP! ” Blood Bones screamed. I bit my lip as I stood up on shaky legs and dragged myself over to the door. I tried to light my horn, but this time no magic came out. I reached for the handle and used it to keep myself up. As my legs we’re shaking so rapidly I couldn’t stand without support.
“Bro-Brother…..?” I said weakly,
“Tim! Please help me out! I made a stupid mistake and now I just want to die!” Blood Bones spoke out. I groaned as I felt my stomach knot up. I looked behind me and I gasped when I saw that blood, feces, and even pieces of my intestine on the floor. I paled in both fear, horror, and blood loss as I felt my eyelids grow heavy.
“I-I think we need a-a hospital.” I said as I felt like a needed a nap,
“No way we’re princes! We don’t need any—AAAAAHHHHHH!!!” Blood Bones said but his protest soon turned to a scream.
“Brother!” I said my adrenaline spiking up, “Brother! Answer me!” I listened closely for a few moments before I heard what could only be soft, broken sobs from Blood Bones.
“Ge-Get mommy! I need serious medical attention!” Blood Bones whimpered, I gulped and tried to run towards the door but I ended up tripping and falling. I felt like I was going to pass out, finally I drew in my last bits of strength and screamed louder then I ever had in my entire life.
“HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP! ” My head hit the floor, as I felt more fluid and intestine fall from my anus. Suddenly the door busted open and Watch Dog and Shimmer Sword came in. The two gasped when they saw me and they ran off for a few moments. When they came back they had Princess Celestia and Luna by their sides.
“Timidthy!” Celestia said, she the gently levitated me up as Luna ran towards the door.
“Watch Dog, Shimmer Sword please set up a carriage you have to drive us to the hospital. Get a maid to inform Timidthy’s and Blood Bones's friends, along with their families, that their in the hospital.” Celestia quickly said, Shimmer Sword and Watch Dog nodded before galloping off. I them heard the door open and Luna used her magic to levitate my brother. My brother’s face and front hooves we’re stained with tears as I saw a piece of intense sticking out from his anus as it bleed. I winced and looked away trying to focus on anything else then out current situation. Celestia and Luna then each pulled out a cork from one of my mother’s many desk drawers.
“We’re sorry for this.” Luna said, she then used her magic to jam the cork into my brothers anus my brother yelped. And I let out a short scream as my mother did the same to me and pain shot through my body. Celestia then pulled out two black cloaks and put they over me and my brother. Finally she put me on her back and Luna did the same before they galloped out the room. Once they we’re out the room they teleported outside the castle they ran down the slope seeing that Shimmer Sword and Watch Dog we’re ready to go.
Once mommy and auntie got to the carriage they hopped in and held my brother and I in our laps.
“Ma-Mama, auntie, I—I so—” Blood Bones tried to say but Luna put a hoof over his mouth,
“Shhh! Save your strength.” Luna said, just as the two guards began to gallop through the street. I looked up at the sky and saw that it was late at night. I looked around at Canterlot and saw that all the lights we’re out.
“So pretty, I wonder if this will be the last thing I see.” I said out loud as my eyelids began to droop, I felt Celestia hugged my tight and my eye’s sprung open in response. I honestly don’t know if she did that to wake me up or of mother was scared I would die. But either way she was doing it out of love. Suddenly Shimmer Sword and Watch Dog stopped in their tracks and both Blood Bones and I clutched our stomachs as we felt the cork move slightly. Celestia and Luna levitated us into the air and ran into the hospital.
Everypony looked at us most of them shocked to see princess and Luna. Mother and auntie then ran to the hospital counter and pulled the cloaks off our bodies.
“Please help!” Luna said, and anypony who wasn’t looking at us now was as they saw me and my brother’s appearance. The and nurses gasped and we’re quick to take my brother and I from our guardians and placed each of us on a stretcher. Two unicorns then lit up their horns and blasted us with a sleeping spell and we both passed out.
Blood Bones: Never Again (Day 4)
Blood Bones’s POV
My eye’s slowly opened as I heard the sound of voices circulate through my ears.
“Get back! The prince's are not excepting any interviews! Get back!” I heard a mare’s voice, as my eye’s slowly adjusted to the brightness of the room. I saw a pale orange unicorn mare, with white hair, and a needle for a cutiemark as she slammed the door shut locking it. She turned around and saw me and her look immediately changed to a look of pity. The mare walked over to me and I felt my body try to run from her. But it was then I realized that I couldn’t feel my stomach, anus, and my privates.
I looked around and I could feel I was wearing a breathing mask as well. The mare placed a hoof on my stomach and even though I couldn’t feel it, I strangely felt relaxed by the touch.
“Are you okay? Do you need the colts room?” The mare said, I waited for a moment bit since I couldn’t feel my bladder I shook my head no. I looked at my hooves and saw that a needle was in my arm, it ran up to a drip as I shuttered from the cold water entering my bloodstream. I looked around and I saw my brother was lying in bed with the same needle connected to his arm, he was fast asleep his chest rising and falling slowly.
“Don’t worry you and your brother are nice and stable again. I just came here to check your vitals and your catheter’s.” The nurse said, I arched an eyebrow at the lady as she said that word. What the heck was a catheter? I then laid my head back on the pillow as I saw the nurse walk over to my heart monitor and checked everything. She then walked back to the front of my bed and pulled up the sheets. I jumped and I felt my tail instinctively clasp over my anus.
“Shh, shh, it’s okay dearie. Everything is fine.” The nurse reassured me, she then put my sheets back down and walked over to my brother doing the same thing. And as I watched the nurse check my brother my eyelids slowly drooped.
My eye’s slowly opened and closed as I heard voices drift into my ears.
“He’s waking up! He’s waking up!” A voice said,
“Yes!” Another cried out.
“Shh, quiet my little ponies. Let him wake at his own pace.” Another voice said, that voice stuck out to me as my ears twitched. My eye’s opened half-lidded as I saw who was in the room. I saw Sweet Dreams, Bumper, French Press, Celestia, Luna, and Meadow. Celestia quietly walked over to me and ran a hoof through my mane.
“Are you okay?” Celestia asked me, I felt a stab of guilt as she asked that question. I looked at my friends and I felt even worse so I looked at my hooves instead. I felt tears build up in my eyes as my ears went back against my skull.
“I-I-I…..I’m sorry.” I muttered,
“Sorry? What are you apologizing for?” Meadow said. I tried to sink into my bed, to make myself appear smaller.
“Fo-For being an i-idiot. I….I should’ve never let it get this fa-far.” I said, somewhat stunned on how soft my voice was. Luna frowned slightly as she walked over to me. She gently put a hoof under my muzzle, I shyed away not daring to look my aunt in the eye’s.
“Blood Bones, look at me.” Luna said, I didn’t obey her command. I was too ashamed, I felt as if she’d slap me if I made direct contact.
“Prince Blood Bones, as Princess Luna second in line for the throne I command you to look at me.” Luna said in a much more demanding tone, I grumbled and looked into her eye’s. Once I did I saw a concerned yet gentle look from my aunt.
“What you did was very noble and sweet. But, I do think it was also very foolish. Promise me you’ll never put your health over your duties. I don’t want my fellow ex-villain to hurt himself like that.” Luna said, at this point I didn’t have anything else to say so I simply nodded. Suddenly though we all heard the sound of yawning and we all turned out heads to see Timidthy waking up.
“Timidthy!” Bumper and Sweet Dreams shouted, my brother flinched at the voices as he rubbed his eye’s tiredly.
“Hmm….whe-where am I?” Timidthy said,
“At Canterlot hospital, are you feeling okay?” Bumper said.
“Yeah, I think, I can’t feel anything from below the chest.” Timidthy said,
“Well painkillers will do that to you.” A voice said, and all of us turned our heads to see orange unicorn mare nurse from before. Timidthy looked at me and I gave him a look that told him the mare was here to help. “I do apologize to interpret but I came to tell you that visiting hours are over.” The mare said, she then held the door open for our guests. Princess Luna and Celestia both waved goodbye to me and me and my brother as they left the room. The only ones that didn’t follow was Sweet Dreams, Bumper, French Press, and Meadow.
“Come on children, we have to go.” Luna said, Sweet Dreams then flew over to my brother and kissed him on the nose. Timidthy’s face burst into scarlet as Sweet Dreams left the room. Meadow on the other hoof walked over to me and kissed my left hoof. I felt my cheeks broil as she left with a skip in her trot.
“Uh, quick question.” French Press said,
“What is it?” Our nurse said.
“How long are they going to be here?” Bumper asked, as I put my head back on the pillow suddenly feeling very sleepy again. I looked over to my brother who was already back to sleep as he buried himself in the covers.
“Oh they should be here from at least two to three weeks.” The nurse whispered, as she realized that we we’re starting to fall asleep. “Now come on, let’s let them get their rest.” And I lazily watched the others leave. Bumper and French Press waved goodbye as they left and finally my eyes shut. And as I drifted off into the land of dreams I had one final thought.
‘I’m never going to put anything before my health ever again.’
Blood Bones: How To Start A Problem (Day 1)
*Blood Bones POV*
I can’t believe I’m doing this. Writing in a stupid journal about getting sick with that horrible disease. Well…..I guess I should get this over with. The doctors says this can help emotionally and of my brother isn’t afraid to do it then I’m not. And I’ve already written about the first morning so let’s go!
Well my trouble started after my brother had just left….
And after I got over the extreme embarrassment Shimmer Sword had caused me. Him and I had went over to the Canterlot Archives and I began to study immediately. But I was finding it hard to focus as my bladder and bowels we’re filled and I was now holding it in. I would’ve went to the colts room….but….after lying about not having to go…..I didn’t want Shimmer Sword to think I was a foal. I squirmed as my stomach groaned and I felt as of it was knotting up.
I’m guessing Shimmer Sword noticed this,
“Blood Bones are you sure you don’t have to go?” He asked. And I felt my cheeks flush, at this moment I should’ve said yes and hurried to the bathroom. But…….I guess my dumb pride didn’t want to admit I was wrong.
“N—No. I—I—I don’t have to go!” I said, as I saw my front and back hooves we’re shaking. Shimmer Sword raised an eyebrow, I knew he wasn’t buying it. But my pride just wouldn’t let me admit that I had lied, I was wrong, and that I needed release.
“Okay fine. You’ve studied the spells so now try the star-creating spell on this.” Shimmer Sword had said knowing I wasn’t going to change my mind. As he took out a clear snow globe, he placed it right in front of me and I laid down like a dog. As I put my horn on the snow globe, my horn lit up and I started focusing all my energy on the spell. I don’t remember much since whenever I focus my magic like this I end up going into a temporary trance. It helps me learn the spell better but what I do remember is my magic was generally confused as it had never used this spell before.
I remember I felt a strange sense of warmth and serenity spread over me.
“Blood Bones!” I had heard Shimmer Sword's voice cry out, I was going to choose to ignore it. But he sounded worried, so I slowly snapped out of my trance. I blinked a couple of times as I saw I had over half the snow globe covered in stars. I was going to celebrate……until I felt a strange warmth underneath me. I felt myself begin to panic slightly as I hurriedly got up.
‘No! No! No!’ I thought, but I had. There was a large yellow….and red…..puddle on the floor as the front and back hooves, and my belly we’re coated in my own urine. It felt as if somepony had grabbed a sledgehammer and whacked it hard against my pride. I very hesitantly looked up at Shimmer Sword who had a concerned looked added to his worried one. I was so embarrassed at the moment I hadn’t realized the red had been blood.
But at that moment…..I didn’t care. I immediately ran as fast as my hooves could take me through the castle up to my room. Once I was in my room I shut the door as I began crying. I remember my groins hurt and stung at that time, I should’ve ran back to Shimmer Sword and told him that. But in my shame clouded mind that was more of an inconvenience.
I eventually heard the door handle twist and I ran into my restroom. And this time I made sure to lock the door, I didn’t want one of the maids to see me like this…..and if it was Shimmer Sword…..I shuttered at the thought. He’d be quick to tell all of his guard buddies so they could laugh at me. I may not care much about princely appearances but I still knew that no prince of any age should wet themselves. There was no excuse.
Even if the prince had just gotten out of diapers there was no excusing it. Suddenly I heard a knock and I felt my fight or flight response battle on what I should do next.
“Blood Bones?” I heard Shimmer Swords voice through the door, and that when I knew my flight response won. As I started sobbing,
“Go away!” I said.
“Can’t do that Prince Blood Bones. I need you to come out for a minute.” Shimmer Sword said, and that’s when I knew he wasn’t kidding. If Watch Dog or Shimmer Sword ever called us by “prince” they we’re either joking around, or they we’re being dead serious.
“Blood Bones if you don’t come out I guess I could always get the maids to clean up your little accident.” Shimmer Sword threatened, I immediately flung open the door. But as soon as my eye’s landed on Shimmer Sword I shank back and looked at the ground. Shimmer Sword used his magic to get me close to him, once I was he gave me a one-hoofed hug. I couldn’t stop crying as I used my front hooves to cover my eyes, Shimmer Sword pat me on the back until I stopped crying. Once I stopped crying Shimmer Sword spoke.
“Blood Bones. You lied so you wouldn’t look bad in front of your brother, didn’t you?” He said, I blushed and nodded as it was the only thing I could do.
“Wha—What did you ex—expect? I—I laughed at my brother wh—when Watch Dog asked m—my brother. Su—Sure I was just joking with him, bu—but I wa—wanted to prove I—I didn’t need t—to.” I said,
“Blood Bones you can’t do that to yourself. You could get up damaging something. It doesn’t matter if Timidthy didn’t need to or not. But you had to, now hurry up, take your shower, and finish your business. Then meet me in the kitchen for lunch.” Shimmer Sword said. I gave a limp nod as Shimmer Sword got up the left the room. I sniffed and locked the door as I did as I was told, but as I finished everything and flushed the toilet I saw there was some blood on the seat. I felt fear ripple through me as I saw the blood, but I quickly shook it off. And grabbed some toilet paper wiping the blood away.
I convinced myself that I had just been seeing things.
That my accident was just because I had to use the restroom really bad.
Boy was I wrong.
