Chapter 1: Hello I'm Blazeing Steel
Hello Readers my Name Blazing Steel Or Steel for short.
I'm a Unicorn born in Canterlot , However I never knew my parents, I was raised into an orphanage with no one to call family or friend. until I've met one of first friends Sunset Shimmer when we were colts. We always hanged out and we always had each others back. ( Even when we stole a couple of cookies from mean old caretaker). Honestly those were the happiest moments of my life. Not only because I had Somepony by my side, but that I felt like I wasn't alone anymore.
One day while we were enjoying having fun together, we heard news of a school where we could earn a place as Celestial's pupils. Sunset loved the chance to earn that spot and she wanted me to enter as well, Since I didn't care about it but it would make her happy, I entered the school.
After a couple of years I noticed a couple of pony's trying to bully her, making fun of her gifts so they make her leave the school. I soon rushed to her side getting in front of them before they try to hurt her. They soon try to hurt me with not only kicking with their hooves but also trying to shooting me with several magic attacks. Before it got more dangerous, I told Sunset to go and get help. After a moment of hesitation she ran to just liked I asked her. Soon something funny happened I started to glow, Blinding everyone, giving me a chance to strike back. After they fell, I soon found a cutie on me. one that had two swords crossing and a shield behind it, all while a yellow flame surrounding it. By the time teachers arrive, the problem was dealt with. The students were soon expelled from the school, and a special quest soon heard about it hours latter. Hearing how I manage to hold several students of magic users of high and low level capability. She offered me the position of being her apprentice, I agreed on the condition that Sunset gets that position as well. naturally she accepted her not just because of the agreement terms but also because her skills of magic. Hearing the news Sunset soon hugged me, believing I helped accomplish her dream. Honestly all in my own mind, all I did was look out for a friend.
Years latter we were now well grown mares and stallions and still the best of friends. But over the years I soon see Sunset soon grow an ego, and a superiority complex. Usually backed then she would hang out with anypony backed then, now she basically smart talks anypony who tries to be friendly her besides me. I tried to talk to Celestial about the issue with her, but it all seemed to make Sunset more aggressive with Celestial. Then came the day when we saw the mirror. Celestial brought us to a room where we a crystal mirror In front of us, she then asked us what we saw in it. Sunset answer was something, while expected, still sadden me, for the pony I knew that had compassion for others seem to be a beast with a hunger for power. Celestial soon asked me that question.
In response, I answered with "I see a pony who no matter what, will do what it takes to make sure that his friends are safe and happy no matter the cost."
I soon turned to Sunset with and Celestial with smile on their faces which made me happy to see them with that expression. Soon Sunset thought she saw something in the mirror, but before she could investigate we were dragged away and the door soon locked behind us. Then Soon she was obsessed with that thing, asking nonstop about that object, honestly I was about to say soothing but Celestial beat me to hoof telling her to stop asking. With that I thought it was over until late that night. I was fast asleep until I heard a struggle and Sunsets voice in that mix. Startled, I ran straight to the noise. Only to see Celestial looking at that mirror. I soon asked what happened. She told me how was caught in the forbidden part of the library , how she was about to be banished from the castle and she ran into the mirror. With that one thing became to me that day, I either leave my only friend in unknown world, or abandon Celestial and this opportunity to help many people as her student.
With that I made a decision, as soon as she wasn't looking at or the mirror I made a run straight toward the mirror. With only one thing in my mind. Protect Sunset, no matter what. As soon I reached the end of the vortex I felt different, I soon checked my body only to see my hoofs were replaced with these meat things at the end . before I could respond I saw Something similar to Sunset, the only I could make sure was to call her name and with my luck it was her. She soon asked what I was I doing here. I soon told her what Celestial told me and the choice I made. She then hugged me saying thank you.
I soon responded with " Hey what are thanking me for? you know I would make sure you were happy and safe, even if you were in Tartarus I would follow you just make sure no one messed with you."
Then she did the one I did not expect, she kissed me on the cheek. I could only imagined how much I am blushing right now. Recovering from the blush I soon look over the place and saw the entrance way was the only place we could get some rest with over our heads. After such a long night however I soon passed out resting my eyes and going to slumber.
So that's how I ended up here looking after my friend in this crazy new world. I'm not sure what will happen with Sunset's hunger for power, Or how far I will go to make sure she is safe. But one thing is clear No matter what happens, I will make sure no one hurts her.

Hey guys and gals this my first time writeing one of these I hope I doesn't suck to badly. I'll trying writein more soon enough, and this stroy will hopefuly cover all 2 1/2 years of Sunset Being in Equestria and perhaps more

Chapter 2: First day, new life
I soon awoke to a new day with the sun shining in my eyes. I then look to my side and saw Sunset sleeping on my arm with an expression of peace on her face, that face always remind of the times we use to share together. Now with the way my own life is right now. This is the only thing I can hold onto, not Sunset Shimer herself but knowing that the people I care about are safe. While I started waking Sunset up, two people soon began walking over here. One I didn't recognize with blue skin, and darker hair. The other looked all to familiar, Seeing a certain princess coming over here I woke up Sunset telling her Celestial is coming.
She then Woke up startled "huh! What! how?"
"you there why are you here!" The blue one said with a tone of anger in her voice.
"Oh sorry mam we were looking for shelter last night, sense we had nowhere to go we had to rest but here" I said hoping they might not know who me or Sunset.
"Oh. Where are your parents then?" says the who looks like Celestia, sense she doesn't know the answer this tells me she doesn't know us.
"we never met our parents, ever sense we were kids it was just me and him" Sunset with a sad expression on her face. Clearly trying for the sympathy card she use pull back then, one things for certain it was quite effective. Because when I looked over I saw the blue ones face was now a little sad look on her face, and so did the one who looked like Celestia.
"I'm sorry to hear that." said the blue one, trying to act with no emotion on the matter "but why are you here and not at an orphanage then, surely there is somewhere you could have rested elsewhere?"
"we were thrown out of ours several years ago." I said hoping neither would catch on to the lie. "sense then we had to rely on each other for survival, using anything we could use to live another day. "
This made the two of them were soon went silent talking to each other, clearly their analyzing the situation in front of them. I looked at Sunset to make sure she was okay. She had that look of confidence on her face, meaning she already has a plan for the situation in front of her. As much as that face usually means an ace is about to be played, That face has also meant that ambition will show it's head as well. She soon turned that face into a fake emotion of a sad, tearful individual. Clearly ready to play the role she has forged from the story. I then looked at myself and to see myself wearing a set of black pants for my rear legs with black, long, weird horse shoes on hoofs and a grey shirt on with a long black coat on my back; their might be something on back and in my pockets but I couldn't really look at myself. Because the moment was about to the blue one began to speak.
"well were sorry that you both such a bad pass on you. If you want we can help you with a living arrangement that could help you both, along with you helping you attend this school." She said with a smile on her face.
"Thank you, miss uh..." I said not knowing who she was.
"You may call me Vice-principle Luna, or Luna for short." She said with a smile on her face. " And this is my sister, principle Celestia, and this is Canterlot high school."
Soon we were given a tour of the school, the place was a lot larger then the magic school that me and Sunset were in at our at younger years. I got a feeling magic isn't really used here considering I didn't see Sunset's horn on her head, which means the use of technology in this world is a major factor of advancement here. Meaning we'll have to adapt if we want to get accustomed to this world, we also had to walk on two hoofs instead of our four hoofs. Thankfully we were able to adapt fast so they wouldn't notice our confused faces. As we walk over the school I notice some of the faces were similar to a couple of faces back from Equestria; some from the books that I read in Celestia's library, while some I saw from my past in the old world. This help me come up to theories, either everyone here died and were reincarnated to this place and we were just the newest addition to the after life, or were in a parallel universe where everyone has a different form here; and sense I don't remember seeing Celestia being dead, (which I wonder if it's even possible for her to die) I had to assume the latter.
Then came time for lunch, which was... interesting to at the least. You see when we got there my stomach along with Sunset's, were growling like a diamond dog when they wanted gems. We soon ran toward the food, nothing really interesting until we saw this weird red thing between 2 slices of bread that look weird because it had what look like seeds on it. Celestia told us it was called 'a hamburger'. I wasn't sure what it was until I tried it out, the taste was weird but it also felt wrong. When I asked what it was made out of, the answer was horrifying. Due to this I never trusted anything that was under the category called meat.
When we began to leave, Celestia and Luna offered us a ride to there place. We took the ride, especially when we could sleep there if we wanted to. On the ride their I began to check my pockets to see what I had. One item was a black foldable object that was as ruff as a dragon scale, inside it their was a card that had my face on it. It also had info on me as well that had my age an I.D. number, and a long number with it on the side that said phone Num. The second thing It had in it were several gold coins, that was good considering it told this world also had currency system here. That should help me and Sunset if were in a tight spot. The final item was a picture Me and Sunset Shimmer together having a couple of shakes. This image actually made me smile for a moment. I soon put the foldable object in my pocket and grab the other object to see it. It was an item that was made metal, with number on it and image on the front it that look like my cutie mark. I soon put it away due to the fact we were almost their.
When we arrive Celestia soon showed us to our rooms, and Luna informed us that we will began school tomorrow. I soon headed to our room until Luna grabbed my 'arm' as I heard other people call these limbs.
"Now steel I don't want any funny business in that room tonight." Luna said with a serious look upon her eyes as she narrowed her eyes at me.
"uh... what are you talking about?" I said wondering what she was talking about
"hm, you mean don't know what that is ?" She said with a look of shock on her face.
"not really, but if you explain it I might understand what your talking about." I said with little to no clue
She then turn red and run off saying " no forget it, I didn't say anything."
With that I soon went to my room and saw Sunset walking back and forth, contemplating the whole situation. When I entered and shut the door behind me, we began to put together all the info we had gathered into a guideline, after of moment she then to looked at and asked me a question
"Steel, do you know why I seek power?" she said with look of fire in her eyes.
"I assume you would tell me when you where ready to tell me." I said looking at her with a calm diameter
"The reason why I seek it is because I seek it is to change the world. Because with power, weather it be by title, wealth, or with actual strength, the world becomes your instrument to wield. The reason why I headed to this world was to gather that power; because with this worlds power, we could change not only this world and Equsteria, but we could also change countless worlds as well. Because if this world exist, so do other worlds as well." She said with the fire in her eyes glowing brighter then ever.
With those words in mind I began to think, she's right though if this universe exist, theirs at least an infinite amount of these worlds, all different because their either different slightly or quite radically. Which means theirs an world where Celstia doesn't exist, a world where I never met Sunset, or a world where my life is just a story on a fanfiction site that people read, and is written by a guy doing this for the sake of fun. But before I could think about that Sunset asked another question.
"Now I'll ask this you this, will you stand by my side even in the most darkest days of my journey" She said reaching her hoof out toward me.
"I told you before I would even follow you into Tartarus to make sure that you were safe; and my answer hasn't changed" I said grabbing her hoof.
She than hugged me and in return I hugged her. We soon broke the hug and went to bed sleeping on opposite sides of the bed. As my mind begins to wonder, my thoughts were soon drawn on what I saw today. If these individuals are just as bad as they were in Equstria, then Sunset might be in real danger; and I won't allow anyone to hurt the only person I care about. So the only thing I'll say to this world is this 'Bring. It. On.'
