Wild Cat Guardians
Chapter 2
Previous ChapterNext ChapterTiffany put on her pyjamas, brushed her teeth and was about to go to bed, but suddenly a blinding white filled her bedroom. When she opened her eyes she saw that she was not in her bedroom. She was in a starry, rainbow astral plane but she wasn't alone.
Piper, Abbey, Renee, Faith and Rebecka were there too and looked just as confused as Tiffany. Well, Piper wasn't confused she was twirling around in the weightless environment. "Whee! This is fun! Tiffany! You should try this! It's really cool! Whee!" Piper giggled, floating over to Tiffany.
"Where are we?" Tiffany asked.
"Is this a dream?" Abbey pondered.
"It feels too real to by a dream," Rebecka stated.
"I have to agree with Rebecka, but this does not make sense," Renee thought out loud.
"Well, why we here?" Faith muttered.
"You are here because you are the chosen ones," a voice answered. A white light appeared in the center of the girls. When it faded a girl was in it's place. The girl had green, blue and pink, flowing, sparkly hair and purple eyes. She wore a long white dress with golden jewellery and a gold crown.
"The 'chosen ones' ya say?" Abbey questioned.
"What are you talking about?" Tiffany wondered.
The girl smiled. "Let me explain. In another universe, there are six noble pony heroes who saved their world many times. They are the Elements of Harmony. Using their powers, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash battled many monsters and prevailed."
"Please excuse me, but what does this have to do with us?" Renee interrupted.
"Well, you see, some of the magic from that universe escaped into this universe. I am afraid that it is mostly dark magic that will corrupt innocent people."
"Um, that still doesn't explain why we're here," Faith mumbled.
"This world needs someone to protect it and you are the ones to save the world from evil. You will become the bearers of the Elements of Harmony and the Wild Cats."
There was complete silence. "Wait, what?" Rebecka yelled.
"Elements of Harmony?"
"Wild Cats?"
"Pony heroes?
"Dark magic?"
"Whee!"
"This may seem impossible but you spare the same spirits of the Wild Cats. You six must stop Nightmare Moon and any other villain that attacks Equestria." The girl held out her hand and a ball of white light formed. "I am sorry, but my time here is up. I trust you to find your own way."
The ball of white light split into six different colored lights and surrounded the girls. A purple flew around Tiffany and then, it hit her in the chest. In was a strange, tingling feeling through out her body. Tiffany felt as if she was changing. She felt stronger, faster, more powerful. It was surprisingly pleasant.

Tiffany snapped awake at the sound of her alarm clock. "It was just a dream," Tiffany sighed. She reached out and pushed the button on the clock but it continued to make noise. She kept on pushing the button but nothing happened. Frustrated, she slapped her hand down and accidentally smashed the clock.
"What the..." Tiffany gasped. She got dressed, ate her breakfast and ran out the door, late again. Tiffany ran there in half of the time it took her yesterday. When she arrived, she wasn't even tired.
"Hi Tiffany! Oh, I love your necklace!" Piper squeed. Tiffany looked down at the strange necklace around her neck. It was a gold, 3D lion head with tiny, amethyst eyes.
"I don't remember having a lion necklace. Your necklace is nice too." Piper's necklace was an tan-orange tiger, with black stripes with two pink tourmalines for eyes.
"Hey, I didn't put on a necklace today! Weird, they kinda look the same! Like matching friendship necklaces!" Piper chuckled.
"Um, hi Tiffany."
The two turned to see Faith behind them. "Hi Faith. Have you met Piper?" Tiffany asked.
"Well, I do know Piper, but I don't know her personally."
"Well, we better change that! Hi, I'm Piper Parker! I love throwing for my friends parties! My favorite color is pink! I have a pet alligator, Gummy! I-"
Faith had a sudden change in personality. "You have a pet alligator! Is it a baby or is it an alligator lizard? Does he not bite you?"
"Gummy is a baby and he is harmless! He has no teeth! So, you like alligators?"
"Well, I love studying all animals and zoology. I want to be a vet when I grow up."
Tiffany noticed Faith was wearing a similar necklace to her's and Piper's. "Hey, where did you get that necklace?"
"Oh, I don't know. I woke up wearing it." The necklace was a champagne gold leopard, with a black pattern and citrine eyes.
"Oh, it looks like mine! And like Tiffany's! Look!" Piper showed Faith her necklace and Tiffany's.
"What a coincide." The bell rang and they three girls split up. "Um, well, I'll see you later."
"Bye Faith! Bye Tiffany!"
"See you after class."

After class was recess. Tiffany was sitting on a bench, reading a book when a basketball knocked the book out of her hands. "Hey, watch it!" Tiffany yelled.
The girl who threw it, Georgia, stomped towards her. "Or what?!" Georgia hissed. Tiffany quickly regretted her decision as Georgia towered over her.
"Leave her alone!" someone shouted. Georgia and Tiffany turned to see Rebecka behind her.
"Ha! So, the pip squeak is standing up for the nerd," Georgia cackled.
"Yeah, what are you gonna do about it?"
Georgia growled and lunged at Rebecka. Georgia tried to punch her, but Rebecka easily dodged and Georgia fell over.
The bully attempted to kick the athlete but she jumped back. Georgia screamed as she ran at Rebecka and was about to punch her but Rebecka blocked her fist effortlessly and was crushing Georgia's hand.
Whoa, Georgia is twice Rebecka's size and is well built, yet a small, athlete girl can dodge her easily and she seems to be way stronger.
Georgia ran at Rebecka but someone else stopped her. Abbey bulldozed into Georgia and she fell down again. "Woohoo! Go Abbey!" Piper yelled running over to Tiffany, Faith by her side.
"Oh my goodness, are you OK?"
"Yeah, I'm fine, thanks to Rebecka."
"No prob, Tiff."
Georgia got up and was going to attack Abbey but Renee got in her way. "Get outta my way!"
"You'll have to get through me first." Georgia charged into Renee but she ducked, grabbed Georgia's shirt a flipped her on her back.
"Oh, dang girl!" Abbey laughed.
"Pretty girl got moves!" Rebecka joked.
"What is the meaning of this?!" Ms. Cinch shrieked and everyone turned to see her.
"Busted," Piper stuttered.
"Georgia, this is unacceptable! I told you if this would happen again, you would be expelled! As for you six, you will be sent home with a warning and I'm calling your parents!" Ms. Cinch announced and she marched away.
When Tiffany was returning to class, she noticed Renee, Abbey and Rebecka had a cat necklace. Renee's necklace was a rose gold cougar, with a vertical black stripe on it's forehead and diamond eyes. Abbey's was a bronze-gold jaguar, with black markings and topaz eyes. Rebecka's was a pure gold cheetah, with black spots and sapphire eyes.
So Piper, Abbey, Renee, Faith, Rebecka and I each have a different type cat necklace. Maybe this has something to do with my weird dream.
Tiffany's train of thought was interrupted by the sound of cackling. The girls looked up and saw a girl flying in front of the sun. She had black, smokey hair, large bat wings, red bat eyes and she was wearing dark purple armor.
"The night will last FOREVER!" she yelled, her voice echoing through the town. The moon slowly rose and covered the sun. The armored girl started blasting everything in sight and people were running in all directions.
Nightmare Moon was flying through the streets and was heading for the school. "Everyone stay calm and evacuate the building," the teacher instructed, but everyone just ran out the doors.
