It has been two months after the first attack Forge lunched on the Caribou slave trains. He had done another 6 raids hitting multiple Caravans at the same time at different locations in the badlands using the sandstorms as cover for the noise of the pelicans as they got near. This tactic as let them rescue a total of 1976 slaves from the Caribou most of them black collared with a few reds owned by the slavers. While Forge as been launching raids he as also been looking for the resistance for he was told of them three weeks ago by some of the slaves rescued and that the Caribou know were they are at and plan to attack to put a end to them and enslave the females. He had also made three outposts on the mountain range built in a manner hard to be seen on the ground or air.

"Sir!" One of the CIC controllers called out to him. "You need to see this." He told Forge. Forge moved to the controller and saw four Caribou armies marching to a mountain in the badlands surrounding it. Forge had the drones scan the armies and learned there is only Caribou in the armies and no slaves in them. The number of Caribou in each army was found to be 5,000 in each one, 20,000 Caribou total.

"Get the Longswords ready along with some drop ships. They must be heading to the resistance base which must be in that mountain." Forge ordered as he moved to the tactical table as the feed is moved to it.

"Yes Sir!" He was told as he looked over the mountain noting ponies and to his surprise changelings coming out of the mountain. A few minutes after the Longswords are lunch as the drop ships being to lunch Luna came in the CIC room.

"We had seen your Longswords lunch and the drop ship at are just lunching now. May we what is going on?" Luna asked Forge. He waved her over and showed her the soon to be battlefield is on the tactical table.

"We found the resistance base, however so had the Caribou. I would had like to keep up the raids for another couple of weeks but this has forced my hand." Forge explained to her. "It's not something at will damage my plans but it has pushed them forward ahead of time." He told her as he put lines for where the Longswords are to drop their bombs as they got close to the area.

"We see and what was your plan to do next?" Luna asked him. Forge brought out a data pad with the plan translated to and handed it to her.

"I was planning to have my forces attack Appleloosa and Dodge Junction. Not only will it reclaim two towns from the Caribou but hit them hard as both places is were a good amount of food is grown and taking both will hit them hard and cut into their economy harder than the caravan attacks." Forge explained to her as she read the data pad. "This will force them to try to retake the towns. I have no doubt they will send a large force to retake the towns but my forces will take them out easily which will make things easier for when I launch a all out attack." Forge told Luna who had to agree because the UNSC outclasses the Caribou in firepower and can easily replace their forces due to them being machines.

Forge looked at the units being sent to the battle field. 40 Pelicans and 8 Albatross carrying a total of 640 marines. (12 in each Pelican and 20 in each Albatross) with 32 Warthogs, 12 Scorpions, 8 Wolverines, and 8 Grizzlys. The Longswords soon flew over the battlefield and drop their payloads. The bombs landed in the armies crushing several Caribou as the Longswords flew around and return to base. A minute later they went off causing Luna to jump as she was about to ask about the bombs. The Caribou armies were torn apart as the bombs blew.

The drop ships formed into 4 groups and flew to the remains of each army and landed 2 thousand feet away from them. The Warthogs drove towards the Caribou as the rest of the UNSC forces move to attack the Caribou who are now running to attack. The machine guns fired at the Caribou as they got in range. Caribou were killed as the Warthogs got close and then started running them over. With the Warthogs out of the way the Tanks begin to fire blowing Caribou to bits while the Wolverines stayed to the rear in case of airships. The Caribou tried to fight back but were able to do very little as they were taken out by the handful by each tank round or cut down like grass by the guns of the Marines and Warthogs, or run over by the said Warthogs.

Meanwhile a group of 12 Airships shaped like ships of the sea was seen coming from the east causing the Wolverines to group up and head to the airships after a scan shown no ponies in all but one were three Pelicans start picking up units to drop off on the ship. When they came in range the Wolverines fired two missiles each one targeting one airship which are blown apart and come crashing down to the ground. The Pelicans drop the units off on the ship with the slaves as the other three ships are destroyed.

Forge watches as the survivors are taken prisoner before turning to a live feed of one of the Marine units on the airship. Soon the ship as taken and landed on the ground. Most of the Caribou had been killed or captured while a few managed to get away by teleporting to safely. The battle ended with no losses for the resistance forces and 23 Marine units taken out by the Caribou along with one Warthog by a spell.

"We are going to teleport to the area to calm them down and show that your forces are not going to harm them." Luna told Forge.

"I would like to come along as well." Forge told her. She nodded and Forge grabbed his shotgun before the two teleported to the battlefield. Forge took a couple of steps back but was fine aside from that and the two headed to the resistance base as a few Marines joined them for their protection. When they got close cheers begin to be called out at the sight of Luna walking to them. Soon the crowd moved as Twilight and Chrysalis came up to them. Luna and Twilight hugged as the two spoke for a minute before.

"It's good and all to see you are free from the Caribou Princess Luna, but what the heck is he and those metal creatures." Chrysalis said as she inclined her head at Forge.

"I'm Captain Forge of the United Nations Space Command. Those are machines my people use in combat and in other jobs." Forge explained himself and the Marine units. "We crashed landed on your planet with me as the only living survivor of the crash. When I learned of what as been going on I decided to aid your peoples in removing the Caribou from power and put a stop to this." Forge told them.

"We can tell you that he is tell the truth for he has been lunching raids on the slave caravans for the past two months and plans to taken Appleloosa and Dodge Junction from the Caribou soon." Luna told them. Ponies and Changelings begin speaking to each other with hope.

Twilight stepped up to Forge and spoke to him. "If you are able to do that with the forces you have here then we can restore Equestria to what it was before." She said with happiness.

Forge grinned as he spoke. "This is only a small part of my forces lady. I got over 6 thousand Marines units and that's not counting my other two groups of units that are made for combat and the vehicles." He told them. This made their mouths drop open in surprise. "I can say this: the Caribou are for a rude awaking." Forge said with a light laugh as he saw hope growing in the Resistance forces.

Canterlot

Daiinn is sitting on his throne made for him as he watch his fellow Caribou speak to each other and fuck their slaves. He looked at Celestia and was thinking about having some fun with her when suddenly one of the soldiers ran into the room.

"My-my lord! The armies we sent to end the resistance as been destroyed!" He said as he panted to recover his breath.

"How could had this happen!?!" Daiinn demanded.

"From what the survivors who managed to get away said that fast metal airships flew over them dropping bombs into the armies and flew away as more of another two kinds appeared and dropped off metal creatures that look different compared to us with some slight similarities and large machines which went through their forces using muskets that can fire more than one shot at a time and metal carts with cannon or larger muskets on them that shot them or ran them over. The Air fleet was taken down as well. 11 of the ships were wiped out very quickly as the last was boarded by the metal creatures. Our Muskets were the only weapon that can take them down as far as we know for none were about to get close and one of the smaller carts was blown up by a explosive spell by luck." The solder explained to the king.

Meanwhile Celestia was filled with hope as she listened to what happened. 'Please.' She thought. 'Whoever you are. Put a end to this.' She thought as she watched Daiinn order his men to ready the rest of his forces in hope of stopping this new threat.

Author's Note

Leader powers will not have MAC Blast or ODST drop pods due to no ship in orbit. Cryo Blast and Carpet bombing will be used sparingly for most target areas will have slaves in them due to the Caribou having slaves. Say if slaves are kept in one part of a area of say a fortress then yes one of the two will be used or if none then like what was done to the Caribou army in this chapter.
