The world of Dragon Ball is filled with many powerful beings, but now there is something that is out there, hungry for more power, one which has forced the Supreme Kai of Universe 13 (Alternate universe after all) to seek the aid of the ponies of Equestria, their villains, as well as defenders of Universe 13's earth to help Universe 7 with such an upcoming threat.
