You Would Fight For Us, Would You?

A month has passed. Rainbow Dash showed no signs of waking up. Fluttershy never thought of giving up. Never. In fact, she never left Rainbow Dash alone. Every spare moment was spent with Rainbow Dash. Despite the constant work and that guy flirting with her, she remained loyal to Rainbow Dash.

Fluttershy was getting more and more stressed out about Rainbow Dash.
'Will she ever wake up?' 'If she wakes up, are we able to live in this world?' She thought. She had paranoia.

Few weeks later: A miracle happens. 9 PM. Rainbow Dash opened her eyes. Fluttershy was the first to witness. As soon as it happened, her face lit up.

"D....Dash?... Are you up now? Finally?" Fluttershy said.

Rainbow Dash was too weak to speak, but she nodded.

Fluttershy was really happy. She finally woke up! Fluttershy nearly jumped on Rainbow Dash and gave her a big hug.

Rainbow Dash was a little weak, so she gestured to calm down a little bit. She was really happy that Fluttershy was right by her side. She had a weak, but noticeable smile.

Fluttershy was really excited that Rainbow Dash was finally awake. Fluttershy felt as if she was chained up, but now she was free. She was happy that her... Girlfriend... Was finally awake.

Fluttershy hadn't thought of how weird it sounded, but now thinking about it: It sounds right.

About an hour passed and Rainbow Dash could finally speak.

"Fluttershy... A... Are you okay?... Did I cause you grief?..." She whispered.

"N-No! Dash, you didn't... Never." Fluttershy said.

"Are... Are you sure?... Where do you sleep?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Oh... In this chair... After watching you... Every night..." Fluttershy said.

"That... That isn't good... You know what- Come here..." Rainbow Dash said. Rainbow Dash moved over to the left side of her bed.

"W-Why? You... You want me to sleep on your bed?..." Fluttershy asked. She was confused about why Rainbow Dash would never do something like that. She had a comfort zone.

"Yes... You need something more than a small chair..." Rainbow Dash said.

"I don't want to make you... Uncomfortable..." Fluttershy said.

"Please... I want you to sleep here..." Rainbow Dash said.

"Uhm... Okay..." Fluttershy said. She slowly walked to the side of the bed, and lowered the fence.

"A-Are you sure...?" Fluttershy said.

"Yes..." Rainbow Dash whispered.

Fluttershy slowly let her body onto the soft bed. She faced the other side to not take up as much space as possible. The soft bed immediately made her tired... It reminded her of her home...

"Fluttershy... Face me..." Rainbow Dash said.

Fluttershy did as she was told. But she closed her eyes as she was finally given a soft bed. She was met with a pair of arms hugging her and bringing her closer to Rainbow Dash.

Fluttershy's cold body was met with the warm body of Rainbow Dash. She curled up into a small ball, but Rainbow Dash tried to keep her warm. She put her face into Fluttershy's pink hair.

"I love you... Flutters... Night..." Rainbow Dash whispered.

"You... You too... Dashie..." Fluttershy whispered. They fell asleep fairly quickly, despite Rainbow Dash just waking up.

6 AM. Rainbow Dash woke up again. The clouds in the sky blocked the sun from getting into the room. Fluttershy was in her arms. Rainbow Dash wondered how long she was in a coma for, and how Fluttershy kept her in the hospital.

Rainbow Dash saw a television, so she turned it on. There were news channels and kids shows only. She decided the news was fine.

8 AM. Fluttershy woke up.

"You up?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Unh... Yeah... My shift starts soon."

"I've been meaning to ask... How did you... Keep me... In this hospital? And how long was I out?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Um, well... It's been nearly two months... Your wounds have healed up and you'll be able to leave soon... I got a job here to pay for the hospital bill... When you leave, I can leave..." Fluttershy said.

"Oh... When do you think I can leave?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Maybe a day or two... I don't know..." Fluttershy said.

Rainbow Dash went back to watching TV and Fluttershy began her shift. The news was full of stories about robbers and protests.

Fluttershy went to the first patient of the day. Then the next, then the next, etc. Today, she wasn't hiding from that doctor. She was too happy to care about confronting that man.

Eventually Fluttershy got to Rainbow Dash's room.

"Well hello again..." Fluttershy said.
