You Would Fight For Us, Would You?

Fluttershy awoke to the brightness of the sun... And the hunger of her stomach.

She was still on top of Rainbow Dash... Breathing.

'She... She's alive!?' Fluttershy thought to herself. Fluttershy had healed up a bit, enough that she could carry her fallen friend.

There were some odd things about Rainbow Dash. Firstly, her ears were no longer pony ears, like when Twilight was there. They were human ears again. Secondly, her wings were gone too.

Fluttershy carried Rainbow Dash (as in a piggyback ride) and tried to find some sort of civilization. 'Maybe a hospital? I have no money... Could I work hours there?' Fluttershy thought.

After about an hour of wastelands, they reached a city. East City. It had a hospital, so
Fluttershy hurried to the emergency room.

"Pleasehelpmyfriendisprobablygoingtodiesoonohgo-" Fluttershy spoke really fast until a nurse said: "Hun, speak clearly."

"Oh... S-Sorry... Please help my friend... She was... Er- mauled by some forest animals..." Fluttershy said.

"Alright, put her in this bed right here and we'll get her to a room." The nurse said.

"Oh, thank you very much..." Fluttershy said quietly.

After a while, Rainbow Dash got a room in 617 M.

Another nurse came in, talking about payment. "You need to pay somehow. I can only see you working as a nurse until your friend gets better."

Fluttershy accepted the job, but cleaned herself first. She was a mess.

"You'll be starting on this floor tomorrow at 9 AM to 7 PM. You will monitor how every patient is doing and provide their medications. Some patients will require you to change their IV a few times. After you finish, I will take over for the night. You will have a lunch break at 1:30, and it ends at 2:00. Here is your uniform, see you tomorrow." The nurse said as she walked out of the door to see the next patient.

Fluttershy kept looking at her hero. All bandaged, has an IV fluid, medication... That's a lot for these kinds of wounds.

Fluttershy put the uniform on before she fell asleep in her chair.
