In the city of Canterlot, a delegation has been held in the ballroom of the Palace. There most of the representatives were making rumblings over the extreme poverty, unemployment, and high crime ratings occurring at the streets of Manehattan. After several minutes of arguing over the delegation, the trumpet blared up high. As the representatives and the delegates of Equestria fell into utter silence, the Royal Guards form up in a defensive line all around the stage. Behind the guard platoon, four alicorn princesses of Equestria have appeared before the crowd, Princess Celestia of the Sun, Princess Luna of the Moon, Princess Cadence of Love, and Princess Twilight Sparkle of Friendship. Before any pony could say anything, Princess Celestia makes her speech in front of the crowd at the start of the delegation.

"Fillies and Gentlecolts, we are gathered here today to help resolve the problems that are spreading in Manehattan," Princess Celestia announced to the public. "It's my understanding that we were facing an economic and security crisis in that metropolis. Also, we have received reports of civil unrest that was resulted in the overpopulation of both citizens, minorities, and criminals alike. But no matter, Princess Luna has called forth an new totalitarian government to help us dealing with this political chaos, since all of our options have failed."

After Celestia makes her speech, Princess Luna steps forward onto the stage to continue their delegation. "Everypony, I present to you the New Founding Fathers of Equestria lead by their head, Caleb Warrens."

As the leader of the New Founding Fathers of Equestria make his appearance, Caleb happens to be a silver old stallion with the white mane who bears the cutie mark of a blue eagle with shield in the middle, with its right claw holding a rifle and its left claw holding a sword. Before any pony could say anything, Caleb raises his hoof as he makes his speech in front of the public.

"Greetings fillies and gentlecolts, I am Caleb Warrens, the chief representative of the NFFE," The old stallion spoke in a intense tone. "I have been in politics for over 25 years and have done every step of the way to preserve of future and our security over the nation of Equestria. I do wish to help the Princesses of Equestria reform their beloved land with a reborn nation in our midst, for it is our primary goal to cleanse ourselves of all sins and impurities. It's also where we eliminate all homeless, poor citizens and to have all criminal groups kill each other out onto the streets. But first, I wished to have all four princesses stand down from their Royal duties before we can continue this operation."

Upon hearing what Caleb said, the entire crowd fell under total silence for several minutes, with their eyes widened with shock. No pony was able to come up with anything to say, until Caleb continue his speech. "However, I still need half of their support to carry out "The Purge" in Equestria, as well as their guidance in establishing our government committee in this country."

Before any pony could ask anymore questions, Caleb uses his magic to pull out a huge scroll from his duffle bag and posted it up onto the walls behind the four alicorns to present it to the rest of the public. As they all started at the huge scroll, Caleb starts reading it through his presentation. "At the end of every year, "The Purge" will commence at the start of the sirens; It's when any and all crime, including murder, is legal for 12 consecutive hours. Any emergency services, such as the Royal Guard platoons, the weather and fire team ponies, and the Medical Staff ponies will be unavailable until tomorrow morning. Government Officials of Ranking 10 or higher will be granted immunity from the Purge and shall not be harmed, such as the Princesses of Equestria, the Highly Ranked Commanding Officers of the Equestrian Military, and us."

After hearing all of this, the delegates started murmuring to themselves out of anxiety and fear. As for the four princesses, they all stared at Caleb under a state of shock. As they got it all down in their heads, Twilight feared that the purge might affect her friends' lives and lives of their families out there. In her own point of view, it's bad enough that she and her friends had to deal with various monsters and tyrants over the past few years, but now this. The purple alicorn believed that "The Purge" maybe a little too excessive to deal with the civil unrest and the economic downfall in Manehattan. Before Twilight could come up with anything to say, Caleb gave a contract for her to fill up.

"Princess Twilight, before we can establish the Annual Purge in Manehattan, I need your approval and your signature first," Caleb said, giving the purple alicorn a sinister smirk on his face.

"I don't know if I can do this. It won't just affect our crime rates, it'll also put millions of innocent children and their families in imminent danger," Twilight said protesting against the purge. "This isn't the way to spread friendship, this is going to become a mass murder, all reported on the news of the Foal Free Press."

Upon hearing Twilight's protests, most of the Pony, Griffon, Yak, and Changeling Representatives were all clamoring in agreement with the purple alicorn's groundings. For Caleb, unfortunately, he gave Twilight a hostile glare, looking at her straight in the eyes. Before it could get any worse, Princess Celestia ordered them all complete silence before speaking to Twilight. "I'm sorry, my dear Twilight. But you have to sign in the papers towards Caleb or else he's going to enact the Purge at Ponyville."

After listening to what Celestia just said, Twilight's eyes widened with horror, leaving behind a terrified gasp. Twilight was getting even more afraid of what the purge will do to her friends and her family, if it was enacted in front of her. Just when Twilight tried to reason with the sun princess, Celestia continues with her speech towards Twilight. "I know. I know. We were all against it too but Caleb said that the Purge will only occur at Manehattan as its testing grounds, since its crime rates and overpopulation is taking place there right now. He did threatened us earlier that if we don't let them commence the Purge at Manehattan, he'll enact the Purge worldwide, letting Canterlot, Baltimare, Fillydelphia, Ponyville, and Cloudsdale get involved in it. It's the only way to protect all of our families from our sins."

"Twilight Sparkle, you have 10 seconds to sign in this contract or I'll enact the Purge at Ponyville." Caleb hissed as he started the countdown. "1......2.....3.....4......"

During the countdown, Twilight started sweating in fear about the consequences for denying the purge at Manehattan.

"5.....6.....7.....8....9......"

"Okay!!! Okay!!! I'll do it!!!" Twilight shrieked as she used her magic to grab the ink quill and wrote her signature on the purge contract. "Just leave my friends and my family out of this."

"You've got nothing to worry about, your highness," Caleb acknowledged Twilight's response as he smiled in a sly tone. "All families of Equestria's Government Officials will be under the protection of our political group. Also, the purge will be meant to vent out all anger and aggression towards each other. You have my word."

"Now that all of this is done, the delegation is now over," Celestia announced ending the meeting in the Canterlot Palace. "You are all dismissed."

Before Caleb Warrens left the Palace, he gave Twilight a smirk on his face as making his last speech in front of her and the Princesses of Equestria. "Blessed be our New Founding Fathers and Equestria, a nation reborn. May Faust be with you all."

"Princess!! Something tells me that this so-called Purge is going to be our undoing," Twilight said to Princess Celestia.

"That's what I though too, Twilight," Princess Luna said in a calm tone. "However, I think we all agreed that we've been too stressed out in dealing with all of those political problems over the past 1,000 years. So, we might as well let them handle the situation themselves while we go on our breaks from our overwhelming Royal Duties in Equestia. I know that's what you wanted too, right? Even though you not ready for any breaks from your Royal Duties, we still need to let another group of politicians do their job in preserving Equestria, Twilight."

After hearing Luna's speech, Twilight sees the three princesses leave the Palace ballroom without saying another word. Feeling defeated and speechless, Twilight Sparkle can only pray that the Purge will not ruin her everyday life.

"I hope your right about that, Luna," Twilight muttered to herself as she went up to the Palace Balcony and looked up to the sky.
