Author's Note
Hello bronies and pegasisters Grubkiller here and before I get down to it I'm gonna say one thing right now. I know that this story is gonna be hated by a lot of people purely because people don't like self-inserts and that's fine all I ask is don't be a douch in the comments. If you don't like self-inserts then don't read and if you do read and don't like it then just give it a thumbs down and a comment on how I might improve, normally I don't let toxic comments get to me and I just respond with sass and sarcasm but that still means that it doesn't hurt. There is nothing worse then having someone say that your story is trash after when you've spent so much time working on it but that's all for that little tid bit. If you do like it then a thumbs up would be nice and if you like self-inserts then I highly recommend 'This Bites' by Xomniac It's a One Piece SI and a work of art. Another thing is that I won't be using my real name but the name of my OC, Shiro Orimura.

A whole new world
Chapter 1
Owwwwwww. Why does my everything hurt, my body feels like I've gone ten rounds against a professional boxer and then ran a triathlon and I don't remember my bed being this hard...or cold...or stoney...what the hell? I struggled to open my eyes but when I did I wasn't meet with my white painted ceiling of my bedroom but instead I was met with a black sky with twinkling stars and a full moon with a what looked like a horse...on...the...moon.
Fuck.
I groaned as I remembered what happened and how I got here. With here being Equestria.
I guess it all happened when I went to bed last night after I finished watching an episode of MLP, oh I should probably mention that I'm a closet brony, and finished reading the latest chapter of 'This Bites!' which turned my mind into a string of 'what if' questions. I closed my eyes hoping to get some manner of sleep tonight but seeing as my brian decided to get itself into a frenzy I doubt that was going to hap-
"So you want to be a self-insert hmm?" A slighty arrogant and annoying voice said from...somewhere.
I opened my eyes to see. Nothing. Literally there was nothing about, just pitch blackness.
"That seems like an odd thing to think don't you think." Again the voice spoke.
'What in the hell? ' I thouht to my self. Was I having a lucid dream?
"The answer is no. No you are not." Okay that voice is annoying me. "Well that's not very nice." It said again from...behind me?
I turned around to see an amalgamation of animal parts which I recognised instantly as,
"Discord?"
Discord chuckled and produced a top hat from nowhere and did a bow.
"That's my name, don't wear it out." I rolled my eyes at his little, display. It was at this point my brian caught up with my eyes which made me realise one thing. One very important thing.
"HOW THE HELL DO YOU EXIST!" Yeah that.
"Oh come now is that so important?" He asked me as he hopped into the air and layed down on a hammock?
'Okay deal with the elephant in the room first AND then deal with the other things ' I opened my mouth to speak but was cut off by the chaotic god. Was Discord even a god?
"How did you know there was an elephant in the room?" A sumg grin plastered on his face.
Wait what.
He gestured with one of his taloned fingers behind me which made me turn around and come face to trunk with an asian elephant. I turned and looked at with a deadpanned face.
"Get rid of it now and answer my question." I said with a tone that matched my face.
He did the mature response of blowing a raspberry at me but thankfully the elepahnt dissapeared, the REAL elephant that is.
"Thank you. Now my question."
"Which one?" He asked while he cleaned his tooth with a tooth pick.
"What do you mean which one! I only asked one." I shouted at him in annoyance.
"I wonder what it's like to be a self-insert. " He said in my voice. But I didn't say that though. "Yes you didn't say that," His eyes appeared in front of me making me jolt back and fall on my ass, "But you thought about, you thought about it." He echoed out.
"Was that really necessary?" He mearly shrugged. I got up and dusted my self off. "Okay yes I did wonder what it would be like to be a self-insert. Now on to my real question. The one that I asked." I hastily added when I saw that he opened his mouth with a shit-eating grin to which he promptly closed it.
"It's simple really," He was then beside me, his eagle? hand over my shoulder, "The world of what was, My Little Pony? Is real." He snapped his claws and a world appeared in front of me, which I assumed was Equestria. As I stared at it in awe I failed to notice Discord maneuvering behind me, his arms doing...something.
His face appeared in front of me, a down right demonic grin on his face.
"Have fun and see you later." Wait what. I then felt my whole body lean forward towards the world in front of me and I realised what he did.
"YOU ASSHOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE!" I all but screamed at the creature of disharmony as I went into a free fall. Thankfully I passed out after a while of falling
Which led me to my predicament that I was currently in. Laying flat on my back, somewhere in Equestria.
In...Equestria.
I couldn't help but let a grin spread itself across my face. As pretty as Luna's sky was I decided to get off my back and find out just where the hell Discord punted me.
Even though my back protested me to move I finally got off my back and stood up. As I dusted my self off I finally noticed what I was wearing.
A white long-sleeved shirt underneath a black short-sleeved polo shirt, a navy blue zip up hoodie, navy blue jeans, gray shoes and my signiture black gloves, wolf tooth necklace and...
My headphones!
I swiftly took the wireless equipment from around my neck and inspected it. I saw that there was nothing wrong with the physically. I went to test them out but stopped and screamed to the heavens.
"DAMMIT DISCORD IF YOU'RE GONNA GIVE ME MY HEADPHONES THEN YOU COULD OF AT LEAST LEFT ME MY PHONE AS WELL!"

Again with the buzzing.
Wait. Buzzing, from my pocket. Oh please tell me, I patted my jean pockets and felt a hard, rectangular object in my right pocket. The pocket where I normally keep my phone in. Oh please let it be what I hope it is. I closed my eyes and slooooowly pulled out the object until i didn't feel it in my pocket anymore. I then did the whole slow eye opening thing and when my eyes where fully open I practically jumpped for fucking joy when I saw that I was holding my IPhone 6S in my hand. I pressed the home button and saw that it was fully charged with and, infinity symbol next to the battery and wifi symbol. I unlocked it and saw that I had a new message from. Discord?
I opened it and read it aloud,Seeing as you loooove this phone of yours so much I decided to throw you two bones as you can see, infinite battery and what was it you called it, WiFi? Yeah that aaaaanyways now you can have it for whenever your, ahem, knowledge runs out which we both know you'll need it. Tata for now D
I first looked around my surroundings to see I was in a large open room, part of the ceiling was broken and there were stained glass windows above the large double doors and on the walls as well. I walked up to the stained glass on the walls to get a better look at them, I didn't bother with the window above the doors as it was just some kind of flower like the ones you see in churches, the one closest to the doors depicted some kind of birthing? There were two shapes, the one on the left side was white and the one on the right was a dark blue/black. The white one was facing towards the sun and the darker one was facing towards the moon. The next one seemed like the two were older and I could that they were humanoid looking but that didn't make any sense to my knowledge there were no humans in Equestria, well besides from the EQG side but that was in an alternate universe, back to the mural on the wall. It looked like it was split in half with the white one being above the darker one the sun above it and the darker had the moon above it.
The one after that had been shattered in the top left corner but I could slightly make out that the two beings made a kind of Yin-Yang symbol, like the one at the begining of the cartoon. I had suspicions of where I was but I held off on them first. I moved onto the final one but I couldn't make heads or tails of what it was as it was broken if half but the half that was remaning showed the white one, arms spread wide along with a pair of wings with the moon over it's right side.
Holy hell.
I was right. I was fucking right. I was in the old castle of the princesses in the Ever free forest.
Depending on the time line this was a big boon to me. If it's before the summer sun celebration then I can stay here and prepare for Nightmare's return and if it was after the celebration then it would make getting to Ponyville a lot easier but there was a downside if I was here after the celebration and that is, I have no idea where the timeline is at.
But I'll burn that bridge when I get to it. Time for more exploring but this time with music.
I turned my headphones on and played my personal soundcloud playlist, yes I use soundcloud so bite me, I went through
I turned any from the murals and walked to the middle of the room. I saw that there were four paths I could go down. I decided to go down the closest one to me and was met with a long corridor with windows on the right side facing towards the forrest and about ten doors on the left, or well I think it's ten.
After many door openings later
Another.Empty.Room.
I was getting really annoyed of finding empty rooms. I understan that the castle was abandoned but come on there was no way that they retrieved everything from this plaaaaa-Hello bookshelf.
I don't know how I missed it but I did. In the far back wall of the room I was in there was a three layed bookshelf that was filled with old and dusty books. All except one? It was in pristine condition. I walked closer to get a better look. It was dark blue with white writing on the spine.
"Understanding Constellations. Huh it must've been Luna's." I idly said to myself. Hmm...a sole book in pristine condition while the others looked liked father time had a field day with them, maybe it's like one of those secret passage way books like in movies or something.
Meh why the hell not.
I placed my middle and pointer finger of my right hand on the spine and pulled.

Oh hell yeah.
I stepped back from the now opening book case and as it opened I saw that it lead into a dark passage way of nothingness. I slowly took an experimentle step, you know in case of traps, but nothing happened.

All around me a bunch of clicking was heard. I tensed my legs in preperation to jump out of the way but it seemed like there was no need to as the clicking suddenly stopped and a bunch of toches lit up in blue flames. I got closer to one of the torches and saw that they weren't normal torches but instead they had gems which gave off the 'flame'.
More torch gems lit up and showed a staircase which went deeper underneath the castle. Well as they say 'when in Rome...' I walked down the stairs for well a long ass time, seriously there was no need to have stairs go one for this long. When I reached the bottom I was rewarded with a locked...door...
You're kidding me.
"ALL THAT FOR A GODDAMN LOCKED DOOR!" Yeaaaaah I was not a happy chappy. I gave it hard kick which caused it to light up. That can't be good. I started to slowly step away from the door but I didn't get far as the door lit up to blinding preportions and then sent out a burst of something, probably magic, knocking me flat on my ass. "Owww, okay note to self do NOT kick strange locked doors that are down secret passage ways in an abandound Princess castle." I rubbed my head as I sat back up, I looked over to the door to see that it was now open.
I jumped up, a look of glee on my face, as the now ajar door gave me access to it's secrets. I slowly opend it and poked my head inside to see a large room that was about the size of the inside of Rarity's boutique.
First off in the middle of the room was something that looked like a transmutation circle from fullmetal alchemist, by the left wall was three, three tierd bookshelves, each filled to the brim of good condition books, on the opposite side was the same but instead of books there were empty jars, probably used in conjuction with the circle in the middle. On both sides of the door were cabinets, each with three drawers, I opened one to see that it was filled with different coloured gems ranging from fire rubies to aqua sapphires and even the odd thunder topaz here and there. The other cabinet was the same, each of the drawers filled with gems, they'll come in handy i'm sure of it, but the thing that caught my attention the most was the large oaken desk at the far back. It spand from left wall to the right, a bit excessive if you ask me, heh Twilight would have a field day in here, on top of the desk was a buch equipment ranging from vials to a sink but in the middle of it all was a floating dark blue/black book, underneath it was a ring that was dark blue, kinda like Luna's coat.
I walked around the transmutation circle and walked to the floating book and ring. As I got closer I saw that the ring was in some kind of bubble and was floating an inch above the desk. I just stared at it before I finally said fuck it and snatched the ring from the bubble. Was it a dumb idea? Yes, did i care? No-well maybe a little but still nothing happened. I held the ring inbetween my right thumb and pointer and held it up to my eye, now that I got a better look at it I saw that there were strange runes on the inside, kinda like the one ring except I doubt that if I put it on I would see a giant flaming eyeball and get chased by whatever the hell the nazguls were. I grabbed the book out of the air and read the title
'Luna's Magical Diary '
Wait. A magical diary! Maybe this will explain what this ring is.
I opened it and read the first entery,
'Entery 1-21x,
Thy sister has given thy self this book to keep all my magical findings in,
Oh god Luna even wrote in old english that was gonna make reading this diffficult,
'Thy first experiment shall be on this ring I found. At first glance it seems to be a normal ring but after many experiments on it, it seems to act the same way as a unicorns horn. I do believe that it my even allow none unicorns such as earth ponies or pegisi to perform magic. Furthermore it also seems that it is searching for a suitable host as it seems to reject all who try to wear it,
Holy hell. Did I stumble upon a deleted scene or something. A ring like this was huge, allowing non-unicorns to peform magic was a breakthro-wait a minute. I'm a non-unicorn and Luna did say it was searching for a host. I stared at the ring in a new light maybe, just maybe I could wear it and if I could then I would be able to perform magic.
...
Fuck it.
I placed the diary down, taking care not to lose the page I was on, took a deep breath and put the ring on my right ring finger but nothing happ-
OH HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF FUCKING JESUS!
Pain, a lot of pain, the best way to describe it was like someone took burning hot needles and stabbed them into my finger one at a time, I had to bite my tounge to stop me from crying out, after what seemed like hours of endless torture the pain finally subsided it transitioned into a nice feeling, it was like all the pain was being reverted into a healing effect on my finger. I looked at my new ring and saw that it seemed to of merged with my finger, I gave an experimentle tug and found that, no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't come off. Guess I was stuck with it now buuuuuuuuut then again I can do magic.
Heh, the video of the gmod you're a wizard Harry popped into my head. Anyway back to the diary.
'I have also descovered a magic that has long been forgotten, void magic. Thy sister has warned me about this magic and that I should be cautious when experimenting.
Princess Luna of Equestria
Well damn.
I quickly flipped through and saw that it stopped half way through the dairy. I guess that means that where it stops is when Luna turned into Nightmare Moon but I noticed something strange about the last entry, strange as in it was in a different style of writing. I looked to see who signed it at saw that it was Celestia herself.
'To anyone that finds this,
Please destroy all trances of void magic. I believe that it had a part in turning my sister into the being known as Nightmare Moon. Void magic is performed by tapping into ones dark emotions, this along with the anger towards me and my little ponies sleeping through her night must've been to much for her. Void magic is a dark and evil magic and should not, must not exist. So please I beg of you,
Eliminate void magic from history.
Princess Celestia of Equestria
Jesus christ. All our knowledge of how Luna turned into Nightmare has been only half right all this time, if this void magic was this bad then maybe I should get rid of it but then again what would happen if I managed to control it. My mind raced at a mile a minute until I was brought out of my musings when my stomach all but growled at me. I looked at my phone to see that it was 8:00 am and the song that was playing was 'Stronger than you-sans version'. I placed the book back on the table and decided to head to Ponyville for some food. Wait.
I DON'T HAVE MONEY.
Crapcrapcrapcrapfuckshit. What was I gonna do, I didn't wanna steal anything from Ponyville as I didn't want to get on the Main 6's bad side. I tapped my foot on the ground, a habit of mine when I was thinking about stuff, then I remebered the gems in the cabinets and took out a handfull of gems and placing them in my pockets.
I all but ran up the stairs, forgoing to close the bookcase, and was about to run out when I remebered that I would stand out like a sore thumb in Ponyville, I also didn't want to make myself known if it was before Nightmares return. What to do, what to do?
Out the corner of my eye I spotted a tatterd brown cloak that had a hood and that it was particularly foggy outside giving me an idea. I put the cloak on and found that it covered my whole body, even my head as well, I smirked at my idea.
I was about to pull a first sighting of Zecora.

It was a foggy morning in Ponyville and everyone was going about there buisness all in all a normal day except for one little thing. They weren't pony like at all, oh no no no no, they were anthromorphic. A part of me was glad as I wouldn't stand out that much, well besides from the creepy cloak look, but another part of me was dissapointed as it wasn't original like the show but I didn't care.
I stood at the edge of Ponyville and the Ever free forest and wondered how I was gonna handle this. Well I did until I heard a gasp in front of me. I looked up and saw a pony with a magenta coat wearing what looked like gardening clothes. I think her name was Daisy.
I grinned at her, revealing my canines at her and said a single yet effective word, "Run."
And boy did she run but not only that but scream as well. Jesus did she have a pair of pipes on her, I had to wait for my ears to stop ringing before I walked forward and saw that the streets were barren. I looked left and right of me and saw that some were peaking from windows and doors. In one of the buidlings I noticed five bright coloured hairs. Two pink, one darker then the other, one purple, one blonde and one that was a rainbow.
'Bingo ' Seems like my plan to pull a Zecora worked meaning I was free from Pinkie's...ahem... 'surprise appearence'. I continued walking down the streets until I found my one of my two destinations.
Golden oaks library. The cartoon did not do this thing justice. It was titanic in size, spanning taller then any of the buildings, it's thick roots were buried deep in the ground, a red door, antique in design, circular windows and a healthy amount of green leaves that made for excellent shade. Props to Spike and Twilight for maintaining this place.
I saw that none of the lights were on which meant either Twilight wasn't here yet or she was out. I gave the door a push and found that it was locked. Good. That meant that, timeline wise, it was before Nightmares return. That's gave me time to prepare and try and learn some magic, even if it wouldn't be enough. I then decieded to head to my next destination. Applejack's apple stand.
Honestly it wasn't all that hard to find, especially when the smell of cooked apple treats overpowered any smell in the vicinity. Apple tarts, fritters, pies, crumbles and more. Just looking at them made my mouth water. I grabbed two normal apples, an apple tart, pie and a crumble before grabbing a bag that was hanging off the side and placing two fire rubies, a aqua sapphire and thunder topaz on the cart before turning and leaving but nor before I looked to where five of the six where hiding. My green eyes caught theirs before they ducked back down. I chuckled before continuing my leave.

I made it back to the castle in a shorter time then I did to get to Ponyville, I guess it's because I didn't exactly know the way before. I've already eaten the tart and pie which left me with the two normal apples and the crumble. I decided to save those for later. I walked back to the hidden room and place the bag on top of the desk before getting back to reading the diary after all.
I don't how much time I have until Nightmare for all I know it could be tommorow or it could be a year from now. But either way I was gonna learn magic even if it was just a little bit.
As I read on I learnt more and more about void magic. Apparently void magic was first discovered by the apprentice of Starswirl, a unicorn by the name of Dark Shadow. Dark Shadow was the first to master void magic and became a mage on par with Starswirl but he disappeared when an experiment went wrong. Acording to Shadow void magic was acomplished by physically calling the void and grasping it and if you managed to do this you could shape and mold it into anything, Shadow excelled in archery and with a void bow he could shoot into a group and tie them in place. There was also a record of him creating a wall of void fire that stopped a tsunami from destroying his home town of, Baltimare.
The void itself was a physical aspect of everything, it was stronger in some more than others but it still was there, most unicorns referred to it as the negitive side of ponies, something which Shadow protested, as time went on more and more unicorns started to practice it but only Shadow has mastered it and the others who attempted to practice it were consumed by the void which made Shadow, Starswirl and the old King and his Wife deem it as a forbidden practice. It was then later descovered by Luna which lead to today.
I closed the dairy and just...sat there...after learning all I did about void magic I wanted to actually practice it, it could help me in the future especially when we come up against Tirek. The diary that Luna kept was very detailed in how to practice void magic but I would need to practice normal magic before I even tired to delve down that rabbit hole.
I stood up and streched my back, popping sounds coming from it, I walked over to the bookshelf with the books on it and started to scan through them, hoping to find a magic book. After a minute of looking I found what I was looking for. The book was blue with stars on it and in white text it said 'Novice guide to Magic Vol I'. Well time to hit the grind stone.
Six months later...
I stood in the backgardan of the castle, my hands forming a circle, with my right pointing up and my left pointing down, palms facing each other, as a small dark purple ball appeared in my hands. It had taken me three months to manifest my magic and another two to cast spells such as telekinesis and levitation and another month until I was confident enough to start practicing void magic. The purple ball in my hand started to shift and change shape until it was 4 feet in length.
I learned that each void magic user had a different 'catalyst' so to speak, it was basically the same as Shadow's bow but mine was a katana. The blade was 3 feet, so about the length of my arm, and the hilt was a foot long. I span it around my body performing slashes and jabs before I applied other magic to it. Like I said earlier each was a 'catalyst', by applying different magic to your 'catalyst' the effect would vary. By applying fire magic I founf that I could launch blades of fire from the sword, that was a hell of a shit show when I first descovered it I was surprised the forest didn't burn down, by applying water it would act like a hose and so on and so fourth. I despelled my 'catalyst' before walking inside, using telekinesis to grab the dairy and a quill to write down a couple of notes.
I walked down to the lab, the place behind the bookcase as i've dubbed it, and looked around with a smile on my face as I was pleased in the change to this place. In six months I managed to fill the shelf with all the vials and containers up with multiple substances, ranging from normal water to sodium chloride and even liquid aluminum, that last one was an absolute pain to deal with, but all in all I was pleased with my self. The desk was filled with notes on different experiments i've done on different gems and substances, did you know that if you mix liquid aluminum with a snow quartz you get an unstable energy source that has the potential to destory an entire oak tree and decay it's leaves in a matter of seconds but it only works with trees but not flowers or grass, and even my current test. I was currently working with fire rubies, the most unstable gem next to obsidian, yeah obsidian is unstable when mixed with chemicals such as iodine and chlorine, don't ask how I got these materials as it involves a dragon, a lot of chloroform and pixies.
'Okay so i've done iron mixed with a fire ruby the result was that the ruby took on the properties of the iron and turned silver, aluminum too, a fire ruby mixed with a thunder topaz resulted in an a magic blast that was both lighting and fire, need to see if I can recreate it without the gems, hmm what else can I do... I mused to myself unaware that today was the summer sun celebration and that I needed to reveal myself.
Night time
"Ughhh." I groaned as I streched my back, rewarding me with satisfying popping sounds, I was currently working with too unstable materials. Nitroglycerin and fire rubies. I was about to pour a TINY amount, about a milileter, of nitroglycerin onto a fire ruby when,
DOOOOOOM
A loud boom shock the castle making me drop the nitroglycerin on the desk shattering the container it was in.
'Great now i'm gonna need to find more nitroglycerin, perfect just perfect, I sighed before rubbing my eyes and looking at the time on my phone and saw that it was two in the morning and, "OH CRAP IT'S THE DAY OF THE SUMMER SUN CELEBRATION!" Yeah like I said, completely forgot, I realised that that boom was probably Nightmare getting blasted with the friendship rainbow of doom. I turned to walk out when I heard sizziling behind me. I turned and the blood all but drained from my face as I saw that the contents of the nitroglycerin had mixed with the fire ruby making it light up like it was the fourth of July and it was at this moment I knew what would happen when nitroglycerin mixes with a fire ruby. Outcome,
'DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
A very loud boom and a lot of smoke, had no idea why it was pink though.
At the same time
Nightmare Moon stood in shock as the unicorn mare explained that each of the ponies before her represented the elements of harmony but she smirked as she realised one vey important thing.
"You still don't have the sixth element," Nightmare exclaimed, "The spark didn't work!"
"But it did..." The purple unicorn replied, "A diiferent spark...I felt it the very moment I realized how happy I was to hear you… to see you…how much I cared about you… the spark ignited inside of me… when I realized you all… are MY friends!" The sixth element appeared and come down upon her, shining brightly, "You see Nightmare Moon… when those elements are ignited by the… the spark that resides in the heart of us all, it creates the sixth element. The element of… MAGIC!"
All the ponies crystals started to form into necklaces and into a tiara for the purple one, a rainbow coloured beam shot out from them and enveloped Nightmare.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
DOOOOOOOOOM
The room was covered in a bright light before it faded, all the ponies who were covered in the elements were on the ground groaning.
"Ooh. My head…"
"Every pony okay…?"
"Oh! Thank goodness!"
"Why, Rarity. It's so lovely!"
"I know! I'll never part with it again!"
"No, your necklace. It looks just like your cutie mark!"
"Oh! So does yours!"
"Look at mine! Look at mine!"
"Aww! Yeah!"
"Gee Twilight, I thought you were spouting a bunch of hooey... but I reckon... we really do represent the elements of friendship." The orange one said to Twilight.
"Indeed you do..." A gentle and motherly voice said from a ball of light which formed into Princess Celestia herself. They all gasped and bowed to the regal princess.
However Twiglight ran up and hugged the princess, which she returned in full, "Princess Celestia!"
"Twilight Sparkle. My faithful student. I knew you could do it." She told her in a heartwarming tone.
""But…" Twilight responded. "You told me it was all a pony tale."
"I told you that you needed to make some friends, nothing more. I saw the signs of Nightmare Moon's return, and I knew you had the magic inside to defeat her. But you could not unleash it until you let true friendship into your heart. Now if only another will is well…" They looked over to the defeated pony. "Princess Luna…"
The defeated mare was startled when Princess Celestia began walking towards her.
"It has been a thousand years since I have seen you like this… time to put our differences behind us… we're meant to rule together, little sister."
"Sister?" The other ponies questioned.
"Will you accept my friendship?" Princess Celestia asked Princess Luna.

Before Luna could answer her big sister there was suddenly another explosion that rocked the castle.
"What was that!" Twilght yelled. But before anyone could answer her a cloud of pink smoke seeped out from one of the doors. They all tensed up as it opened and they began to hear coughing.
"*cough cough* That's the last time I bring a whole vial of nitroglycerin to a fire ruby *cough cough*" They all heard a males voice from the smoke. Then, from the direction of the voice, there was a strong gust of wind that blew the smoke away revealing a male with brown hair waving his hand in front of his face, behind him was a floating note book that looked very familier to Luna and Celestia. The note book opened in fron of him and a quill began to write what he was saying, "Experiment number 741021, fire ruby and nitroglycerin, amount of nitroglycerin used: 500ml, amount that was supposed to be used: 1ml. Outcome, fire ruby detonated the nitroglycerin in explosion that was bigger than expected. Additonal notes, aquire more nitroglycerin.
"Who are you?" Princess Celestia's voice called out seemingly surprising the male as he looked up in shock.
"Aw crap."

"Who are you?" I heard the regal and motherly voice of Princess Celestia? I looked up and my face went into pure and utter shock as I saw the main six wearing the elements of harmony, Celestia and Luna by there side.
"Aw crap." I wasn't really shocked that they were all here. No what shocked me was that, judging by there faces, they heard my little experiment.
I quickly glanced over them and took in their apperances. Twilight was wearing a white blouse with a purple skirt with stars embroided on it. Pinkie was wearing a pink t-shirt that had the words 'PARTY TIME' in yellow and a light blue skirt with her cutie mark on it. Rarity was wearing a pure white dress that reached just above her ankles. Rainbow was hovering above them in a black tank top and light blue shorts. Applejack was wearing denim jeans and a checkerd shirt that was tied up underneath her bust, you know like a sterotypical cowgirl, her signiture stetson on her head and Flutters, from what I could slightly see, was wearing a yellow sweater and a lighter coloured skirt than Pinkies. I looked over Celestia and Luna and saw that they wearing the same thing, a long dress that put Rarity's to shame, each matched there coats.
I rubbed the back of my head as they all stared at me in silence, "Well this is awkward... I was hoping to re-" I felt my magic flare up which made me open my eyes to see Rainbow hovering an inch in front of my face causing me to activate my teleportation magic. I teleported behind them. "AHEM." They all jumped when they heard me behind them, "Not that I don't enjoy a scare or too but don't do that next Rainbow okay."
"How do you know my name! Are-" She started to say but I held up my hand silencing her.
"No I'm not a spy and I know all about you, Rainbow Dash element of loyalty," Again I felt my magic flare up but this time it was stronger and was coming in the direction of... Luna? Why was she pissed?
"WHERE DID THOU GET THAT RING ON YOUR FINGER! " I winced as I dug a finger in my ear.
'Right I forgot she doesn't know how to control her voice and that this ring of hers was a project of hers. ' Jeez this was about to get difficult.
"I too am curious." Yep. Veeeeeeery difficult.
"Well to begin I think I should tell you my name," I straightend myself before using my magic to get a hat and place it in front of me in a bow, "The names Shiro Orimura. Pleased to make your acquaintance. Oh and you can have this back AJ." I said tossing her hat to her.
"Wha-when in the hay did you get ma hat?" She questioned, read yelled, at me.
I shrugged, "When I did that bow. Anyways to answer your question Princesses I aquired this ring when I...stumbled upon your experimentation room Luna." Apparently that was the wrong thing to say as the next thing I knew I was staring up at the sky.
"THOU WENT IN THY PRIVATE QUARTERS! IF THIS WAS 1000 YEARS EARLIER THOU SHALL HAVE THINE HEAD " Huh seems like she FUS ROH DAH'd me.
I groaned as I rubbed my head, "Okay ow, you seriously need to control your voice Luna. It's not a thousand years ago so things have changed quite a bit," I stood up and dusted my self off for the third time today, "And the reason I went in there was because this place has been abandoned for a thousand years and besides," I held up my hand that had the ring on it, "It seems the ring has accepted me as it's user."
"I'm sorry but you're not making any sense and Princess Celestia why is that ring special?" I heard Twilight ask her teacher. I started to chuckle which got there attention.
"I see that you all have questions for me," after a confermation of 'mhms' from the girls and Luna I layed down an ultimatum, "So how about this. We all head to Golden Oaks library after we celebrate the rest of the summer sun celebration and the return of Princess Luna and then i'll answer a question from each of you but only if I get to ask one as well. Sound far Princess?" I lookde over to Celestia who was eyeing me before closing her eyes, then opening them with a soft smile on her face.
"Yes these terms are acceptable." I clapped my hands together.
"Good now i'll meet you in Ponyville in about," I looked at my phone which got a reaction from Twilight
"What is that?"
"Hehehe silly Twilight. I said i'll answer a question when we get to the library. As I was saying I will meet you in an hour as I need to clean up the mess that my latest...experiment...caused" Celestia nodded and ushered them all away, her arm over Luna's shoulder in a sisterlty hug, and I got to work cleaning the remains of the nitroglycerin.
An hour later
I stood outside of the library, wearing my cloak to conceal myself, and listened to Rainbow rant about me which was kinda amusing. Opening the door to the library I coughed to get their attention.
"Told ya I would come in an hour," I took notice of Luna who still looked very much angry at me, "Okay so who's first?" Twilight raised her hand and I pointed at her.
"Who are you?" She asked. I laughed as she asked the wrong question.
"I'm Shiro Orimura. Now who's next?" That brought a confused look from Twilight.
"Wait but I have more questions!" She was not gonna like what I had to say next. I made an'X' with my arms.
"Mnope. Only one question per person." She made a sound that was akin to a strangled gargle. "So who's next?" I repeated and this time Pinkie put up her hand, practically bouncing on the spot, I smirked as I already knew what she was gonna say.
"Do you like parties?" Knew it~
"Yes." Twilight did not like that seeing as she was giving Pinkie weak glare. Rarity put her hand up.
"What was that strange device from earlier?" Ah I was wondering if they were gonna ask about that. I help it up for them all to see.
"This," I gave my phone a little shake, "Is called an Iphone. A device from my world that probably has more information then the Canterlot library and the Royal library combined. Next." I wonder if any of them noticed my little comment.
"What in the hay did you mean by 'your world'?" So Applejack noticed.
"Simply put I'm from a universe seperate to this one." Now that got Twilight in a dizzy. I could that she was practically begging to ask more questions but if she did I wouldn't answer. I noticed Fluttershy, specifically her hair, cowering behind AJ. "Flutters," I saw her body tense when I called her name, I kept my voice low and soft, "Do you have a question for me?" She gave a barely aduible 'no' which made me sigh, "Okay but if you do then don't hasitate how to ask okay."
Rainbow decided that it was her turn to ask a question seeing as she got right up in my face. "So how do you know about us hmm?" She was not liking me that's for sure.
"I know a lot about you all, well more so the main six then you Princesses, I know how you all got your cutie marks and I also know about some of your families, well the ones that have been shown of course. Okay now it's my tu-"
"U-um. I h-have a q-question," I was interrupted by Flutters weak voice, if you thought she was adorable as a pony then you should see her as an anthro, ma heart, "H-how much do you know about us?" She suddenly shrank back behind AJ, "I-if that's not too much to ask."
"I did say I would answer any question." And so I did. I went through all my information on the main six, even some bits on Luna and Celestia, and to say they were shocked would be an understatement to say the least.
"And how exactly DO you know so much Shiro?" Celestia asked me, her eyebrow raised, props to Celestia she can be intimidating when the need calls for it.
"Well it all starts with a show called 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'," I heard Spike and Rainbow gag at the name, "Yeah when I first heard it I thought it was corny too."
"Okay but what does this have to do with us?" Twilight exclaimed.
"Was that a question."
"I guess?" She gave me a puzzled look which turned to horror when she saw my shit eating grin.
"Sorry but only one question per person. Finally Luna," I turned my attention to the Lunar princess, "Do you have a question for me?"
"WHAT IS THIS 'MY LITTLE PONY'? " Still needs to learn voice control but that can wait until nightmare night.
"Where to begin," And so I began to tell them all my knowledge on the show, leaving out the season finales and beginnings of course, "And I was just a fan of the show." I noticed all there shell shocked faces.
"So let me get this straight," Applejack just stared at me with wide eyes, "You're from another world,"
"Yes."
"Where all of us," She gestured to everyone that was present, "Are in a show and we're all ponies?"
"That is correct." I felt my magic flare, she was probably using her element to see if I was lying or not.
"Well butter my biscuit,"
"Wut."
"He's not lying."
"What!" That came from everyone but the princesses.
"You can't be serious AJ!" Rainbow expressed her disspleasure at the situation and honestly I don't blame her considering things but that was cut short when Celestia spoke.
"If I may," We all turned our attention to her, "The element of honesty can tell a lie no matter how believe or unbelievable it is." She looked at me, her face showed that she wanted to ask another question. So I decided to...indulge her.
"Seeing as you look like you want to ask one more thing Princess, I guess i'll let you." She gave me a mother smile.
"Thank you. All I would like to know is, how did you get here?" Fuck. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to answer this especially with the others in the room.
I paced around for a bit before pointing to the six, "Could you give me and the Princesses the room please. This is a...delicate...matter." They all looked to Celestia to which she sighed.
"How delicate of a matter is this?" She asked.
"This information shouldn't be learned by these guys until the one who punted me her makes itself known' delicate and, at this time, should only be learned by you two."
"Hmm I see. Twilight can you and your friends give us the room." She asked her faithful student in the nicest way possible. Twilight looked at her, then me, then back to Celestia before nodding and walking out.
"Come on girls, lets give them some space." They all left with her leaving just me, Luna and Celestia.
"Okay now I need your word that you won't go beserk because thankfully he's still trapped." Both Celestia and Luna looked at each and then me.
"Who is still trapped?" Luna asked, thankfully not using her Canterlot voice.
"The person who punted me here was Discord."
"WHAT!" That was loud.
"Are you sure it was him?" Celestia asked me, obviously worried.
"A male draconequus yeah I'm sure it was him BUT he hasn't broken free yet ." I kept that last bit to myself, there was no need to worry them and besides I don't want to mess with the main events too much.
"Hmm this is troubling to say the least," Celestia rubbed her chin before Luna leant up and whisperd something in her sister's ear, "Yes I suppose you're right Luna. Well if that is all-"
"Hold it," I stopped her mid-sentence, they both gave me a look, "Remember my terms?" Celestia placed her right hand pointer finger on her her chin, a grin that was classed as her 'trollestia' grin.
"Hmm nope sorry I don't think I do." I was not amused. Sure it was funny to see her troll others but to be trolled by her.
"Enough with the trolling Celestia. Anyways my question is," I bent my head down slightly, making my hair shadow my left eye, "What information do you have on Dark Shadow and void magic?" You could hear a pin drop in the silence that fall over us, they obviously didn't like that question. The room temperature spiked a bit and at the same time it also dropped.
"Where did you hear those names?" Celestia asked, clearly angered.
"Luna's experiment notebook," I raised my right hand, the one with the ring on it, "That's when I also found this ring. I've been practicing void magic and it hasn't affected me in anyway. I read that the only pony who has mastered void magic is the unicorn Dark Shadow. That's also the reason why I asked the others to give us the room, if Twilight found out about void magic," I shook my head with a grimice, "No doubt that she would try and practice it." I saw the apprehension on there faces, "You don't have to give me an answer at this moment in fact I would rather you give me an answer at the Grand Galloping Gala," I gave them my version of 'puppy dog' eyes, "That is if i'm allowed to come."
"Hmm what do you think Luna?" Celestia asked her little sister, clearly troubled with what I have asked of them.
"I think we need think this over sister," She replied to her, her eyes never leaving me, "After all void magic is dangerous."
"But not impossible to master as seen by Shadow." I voiced my thoughts to them.
"Yes, me and my sister will think about it. Is that acceptable" Celestia looked at me.
"Yes, that's better then what I expected, actually I expected you to falt out say no Cele." She raised an eyebrow, from either her nickname I gave her or my answer.
"Oh and why's that Shiro, was it."
"Yeah that's my name and well it is supposed to be a forbbiden magical practice right." I told her while shrugging. She merely nodded and waved the others back in.
"So what did he ask?" Twilight asked her mentor. Both me, Celestia and Luna looked at one another before Celestia looked back at her student and shook her head.
"Sorry my faithful student but that is private matters."
"O-oh I understand." She seemed rather down by that so I decided to steep in.
"Hey hey don't be so down Twi and besides it's not the Princesses fault," She looked up at me with an eybrow raised, in fact all the others did as well, well except Flutters who refused to meet my gaze, "I stumbled upon something that was supposed to be long since forgotten and i'm paying for it," I did a hearty yawn after that, "Ugh excuse me I haven't had that much sleep recently," I noticed Spike behind them, he was barely awake as well, "Heh seems you assisstant needs some rest as well." With that I turned on my heel but not before giving one last parting words. "Well now that the events have been set in motion you guys are gonna be seeing a lot more of me whether you like me or not and Princesses, don't hasitate to give me a shout if you make your decision early or if you ever wanna talk to me about current or future events but I can't reveal that much less I mess with the spacetime continuum." And with that I gave a two finger wave and walked out the library, with my hood up, and walked back to the castle which was now my home.
My (not so) Little Adventure

"Okay so lithium mixed with an aqua sapphire makes a pretty good binding agent,medical purposes and building too, that will be useful in the later days, and lithium mixed with a thunder topaz makes for a great flashlight, don't know how that will be useful when I have magic and my phone's flashlight but it will probably have it's own purpose....hmm maybe if I make the topaz unstable by adding a crack or increase the amount of lithium I use maybe I can make a flashbang," I idly mumbled to myself, today I was working with lithium and seeing what works with it and what doesn't, the only gems that I found that didn't react with the litium was a fire ruby, kinda dissapointed in that, and an amethyst, I suddenly smelled something really...foul...I started to sniff the air, it wasn't any of the chemicals I was using nor was it nitroglycerin and a fire ruby, I then looked down at my clothes an sniffed before recoiling and gagging. So it was my clothes that stank to high hell.
'Okay first thing on todays list, visit Rarity's boutique and get some new clothes and then head to AJ's farm and hopefully catch Twilight in time for the Grand Galloping Gala tickets ,' I thought as I used my magic to put all the materials I was using away and grabbing my cloak, 'Oh can't forgot some gems as payment she'll probably like those...right? Hmm I should find a way to make a steady source of money .' As I reached the courtyard area I looked around to see how much had changed over the six months of me being here.
The window's that were broken were still...well...broken, those were out of my are of expertise same with the roof but at least I managed to do a decent enough job that it wouldn't let a metric ton of water through when it rains, it still would leak a bit but beggars can't be choosers, I cleared out most of the fauna that was on the ground, some of the larger things like the tree roots that were poking up out of the ground, a makeshift bed that was made out of some of the banners, curtians and other such materials I could find. In the far left door, the one opposite to the expirment area as i've dubbed it, was a makeshift fridge that was being kept cool by a combination of ice magic and lapis lazuli, it held some edible plants, shrooms, fruits, berries, fish and even some animal's I've managed to kill, skin and gut, thank christ for my Dad's military survival training and also camping. Next to my bed was a two tier drawer with the bottom drawer holding gems that I used for money and the top held nothing, I also moved one of the bookcases from the other room to here. Maybe I should visit the library for some fiction books.
I walked outside, after grabbing a pouch full of gems, and when I reached the now reinforced, thanks to some low tier earth magic, bridge I turned and traced a 'praesidium' rune on the ground, just some added protection, nothing too major, last time I forgot a pack of timberwolves made their way in, most likely after smelling the meat, and made my way to Ponyville.

I took in the sites of 'Carousel Boutique'. A large two tier, pinkish white building with a purple roof, the fisrt floor was a light blue with two large oval windows and a purple door with a blue diamond on the top and bottom of the door. I pushed open the door which rang with a 'ding' like in most boutiques signifying someones arrival.
"Be right there~" I heard her say in a sing song voice. While I waited I took in the first floors look, a little habit of mine when I was back on Earth, there wasn't much to say really. The floor was stocked with different materials that she used for her work and supplies such as mirrors, dress form mannequins, movable screens and a small display stage. It was at this point that Rarity came round from the back but was facing away from me so all I could see was her back, her horn was lit up indicating that she was carrying something, her clothes consisted of a white jumper that showed of her shoulders, a pair of indigo jeans, didn't expect her to wear those, and some purple high heels. "Welcome to Carousel Boutique, where every garmet is chic, unique and-"
"Magnifique." I cut her off with a smug grin on my face. She jumped before turning around to look at me, I noticed that she was wearing her red glasses. 'I can see why Spike is infatuated with her, she is pretty after all... ' Where the hell did that come from?
"Oh hello you're the one from the other day right?"
"That I am Rarity." I replied to her.
"Shiro correct?" I nodded, "Well what brings you to my boutique?" She asked me.
"Well the thing is the clothes i'm wearing now are the only pair I have soooo." I trailed off.
"I see, so you want me to make some for you then," Another nod, "How long have you been her exactly?" Ohh she was not gonna like this.
"Well...about," I mumbled barely audible.
"I'm sorry what was that darling?"
"Six months." After a soild minute of not hearing anything from her I looked up and saw that she was just...staring at me...it was kinda 'unnerving' if that's the right word, "Uhhh Rarity. Are you alraaaaaaaaaaaaaaah." I was cut off as her magic wrapped around me and I was floated into the backroom where she put me behind a screen and then proceeded to, "RARITY WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" I all but yelled at her from behind the screen, why you ask? Well that's because she was currently using her magic to take my clothes off.
"How have you been wearing these same clothes for six months?" She questioned while taking off my...
"Could you leave my boxers on please! I'd rather not be naked thank you very much." I all but pleaded her as I poked my head from the side of the screen I was behind.
"I don't see what the problem is darling, the stallions have their...'bits'...hidden." She said was her magic wrapped around...the...screen...
Oh no.
"Nononono-waitwait, humans are more," I tried to tell her as quick as I could but alas it was futile as the screen folded away leaving me face to face with Rarity. Her eyes glanced down which made her face turn red very, very fast while my face all but nuked itself, "Exposed." I said with a groan as I covered my groin with my hands.
"O-oh my. I umm see what you mean," Her she looked away from my groin and faced away from me as she handed me a towel, "Use this to cover yourself up while I take your measurements." I said nothing as I wrapped the towel around my waist.
'Well my pride is utterly ruined now. ' I thought with a sigh. After a few minutes of awkward silence and the sound of quill on paper. Rarity then folded the tape back up and put it in a drawer and handing me back my clothes which now smelled really fresh and felt warm. She must've washed them, wait how did she wash them when she was right here this whole time? I shook my head of those thoughts and swiftly got dressed.
"Sooooo...how much will it cost?" I asked her while following her into the front area.
"Oh pish posh darling," She said with a dismissive hand she then turned and faced me, a smile on her face, "We're friends and you said that you've had those same clothes for six month. Consider this an act of generosity."
I chuckled at that, "You really do live up to your element of generosity. How long will it take though?"
"It shouldn't take me that long, about a week or so." She turned with a flick of her tail and started to walk out of the boutique but not before turning to look at me with a questioning look, "Are you coming?"
"Might as well, I've got some things to do in town, maybe find a way to make some money too. Can't always keep paying with gems." I said as I followed her out.
"You pay with gems?" She questioned me as she locked the door to her boutique.
I nodded but before I could say anything I heard Pinkie's voice trigger the current events.
"Oh thank you, Twilight, it's the most wonderful-est gift ever." She enthusiasticly said to the confused purple unicorn. I just stood back in amusment as Rarity joined the fray. I looked next to the three to see Spike.
I managed to get a decent look at him. He may still be a baby but he was to was anthro-fied? If that was even a word. He was about waist height on me, I was 5'8, purple scales with green spike going over his back and head. He was wearing a green t-shirt underneath a purple zip up hoodie, purple jeans with green shoes to finish it off. In his right hand were the two Gala tickets. I saw Angle sneak up behind him and rob the tickets, he ran over too Fluttershy who also joined the talk.
I waited until Applejack and Rainbow joined and at this point they all started arguing. I decided to put an end to it by appling magic to my hands and clapping them together making a loud echoing sound which got all of their attentions.
"Not that this is amusing and everything but don't you guys think that you all should WAIT until she's ready to give her answer?" I told them with a smirk on my face.
"Exactly, I can't think with all this noise *GROWL* and all this hunger. Now shoo," They all dispersed, grumbling while they did, "Don't worry I'll figure this out I promise." Now only me, Twilight and Spike were left in the middle of the street. I walked closer to the two.
"Well that went just as I expected." I told her, still smirking.
"Thanks for the help, I can't make a decision, especially since they all have such good reasons," She then finally realised who she was talking too, "Your Shiro right?"
"Yep and you're hungry aren't you?" A rather loud stomach growling and a blushing unicorn all but confirmed that. I chuckled before using my magic to create a portal to the castle, "Why don't we head to mine so that we can eat AND you can have your questions answered."
"Wh-what do you mean, I don't know anything about asking questions hahaha." She ended with a nervous laugh.
"Oh please Twilight, I know you were just dying to ask more then one question." I then led them through the portal which dropped us just in front of the barrier I put up. I quickly grabbed the back of Spike's hoodie earing a 'Hey' from him.
"Why did you do that?" Twilight questioned me.
"Guess I should've told you about the barrier I put up." I said as I walked up to the rune on the floor.
"Barrier?"
"Yeah," I placed my hands on the floor and pumped my magic through the rune, "After an incident with a pack of timberwolves a few months back I decided to not take anymore chances you know." After a minute a blackish purple light enveloped the perimeter. I turned back to them. "Okay it's safe now." They followed me inside and took in the sights.
"Wow." They both breathed out which made me laugh.
"Impressive no? Feel free to look around BUT," I sharply said turning to the two, "See that door, the one that is cold around area. That's the fridge and as to why you shouldn't go in there, well if you ask the right questions then you will figure it out," I heard Twilight's stomach, "So what do you guys want to eat?"
"You got any gems?" Spike asked me.
"That I do little buddy. Let me go get some. Any preference?"
"Hmm rubies and sapphires maybe." I remebered my experiments and how I was running out of some gems."
"I'll see if I have any but i'm running kinda low due to my experiments." That got Twilights attention.
"Experiments? What kind of experiments?" She asked me with curiostiy in her eyes.
"I'm just working with some chemical compounds and gems to see what reacts with what," I used my magic to pull out my experiment notes and make it float in front of her face, "Here. You can read up on what I've done in this." I left Twilight to read the book while I went and grabbed some gems for Spike.
I reached my experiment room and opened the drawer with the gems in before clicking my tounge in annoyance.Well looks like I won't be able to do any more tests with thunder topazes, fire rubies, emeralds, lapis and amethysts. ' I used my magic to grab a sheet of paper to make a 'shopping list for gems' of sorts, maybe Rarity will let me come with her when she and Spike goes to collect some gems, I wonder if I can negotiate with the Diamond Dogs.
I suddenly felt my magic flare up, I turned around and an orange/red/yellow portal appear. It kinda felt like Celestia's magic. A scroll then came out of it and I caught it with my magic. I gave it a once over and saw that it looked like the one Spike burped out when Celestia sent Twilight the tickets. I opened it and read it in my mind
'Hello again Shiro, me and my sister have thought your request over and have decided to give you an answer at the Grand Galloping Gala. I do hope you can make it as me and my sister have expressed a great interest in your knowledge but I suspect that my sister has a different interest in you.

Well now, this is interesting. I honestly didn't expect to be invited to the GGG but that's for later. I should also ask for a suit to be made, this one to be paid for. I went to out the gems in a pouch but remembered that it was still full as Rarity said that I didn't need to pay. Might as well give these to Spike.
I walked back up to Twilight and Spike to see that Twilight was still buried deep in my note book and Spike was just idling about about.
"Here you go Spike," I said getting his attention and throwing the pouch to him, "Go crazy pal. Now Twilight." I said grabbing my note book from her with my magic and putting it back on the shelf.
"Hey! I was reading that." She exclaimed with a pout.
"Oh yeah. Where did you get to?" I questioned her.
"I think I got to your 'phenyl nitrate' experiments." She told me with a finger a finger on her chin.
"Ah yeah those were some interesting experiments but aren't you still hungry?" Her stomach decided to make it's self known.
"Hehe guess I forgot." She said with a blush.
"And i'm the one who has to keep reminding her." I heard Spike say from the side.
"Oh hush Spike." I laughed at the psudo-siblings.
"Well what do you want," I walked over to my makeshift fridge and opened it, sighing as I realised that I would need to go foraging soon, "I've got apples, mushrooms, roots, blueberries, gooseberries, raspberries. No oatmeal or wheat though oh and some bread too."
"Do you have any daffodils and daisies?" I heard her ask. I looked around and saw that I did have some just laying about. I grabbed some of each and some bread.
"Let me guess a daffodil and daisy sandwich?" I asked her to which she nodded. As I made her sandwich we made some idle chit chat.
"So are you gonna put a limit on the amount of questions I can ask?" She said with a light chuckle.
"No no, there's no limit this time," I paused as I thought, "Well there will be a limit on what I can answer though. No spoilers or any sensitive information." She hummed at that but she seemed content enough. I passed her, her sandwich and sat down opposite to her. "Well ask away."
"Okay well first things first," She pulled out a quill and note book from...somewhere, "What are you?"
"Well my species are called 'homo-sapiens' which means 'wise man' in latin," I grimly chuckled at that, "But if you ask me we are anything but wise."
"Why's that?" Of course she would ask that but would it be wise to tell her? Why not.
"Where to start. Well in the past 118 years there's been two world wars, and even earlier then that there has been multiple crusades which has spanned over 200 hundered years, smaller confrontations over things like oil, gas and minerals, racism, sexism and other horrible tragedies that WE have caused," I looked at her horrified face before sighing, "But there has been some decent acts in the past. We've landed a man on the moon, multiple times I don't know how many though history isn't my strong suit, we've saved multiple species from extinction, even if we were the ones to put those animals in that state, and many other things." She was eerily silent for a solid two minuets before speaking.
"I'm sorry but your species sound-"
"Harsh, aggresive, mean? Take your pick." I interupted her with a raised hand.
"Strange." Well didn't expect that.
"What do you mean?" I questioned her.
"Well you said that your species have done all these terrible things yet at the same time they've done all those wonderful things as well, while we ponies have had our fair share of...tragedies...they were nothing to that extent." She was right. To my knowledge there was the windigo incident, Tirek, Nightmare moon and Discord. "Wait a second."
"Hmm? What is it?"
"You said that I would figure out why we shouldn't go into that 'fridge' but I haven't." I chuckled, ever since I got here i've been laughing a lot.
"I said if you asked the right questions then you would figure it out." I then felt Spike poke my shoulder. I turned to him and saw that he had my gem pouch in his hand. I took it off him with a polite 'thanks'.
"Thanks for the gems Shiro," He then stared at me face or more specifically my mouth, "Hey you mind if I ask a question?"
"You just did," Both he and Twilight gave me flat looks, "No? Okay and yeah Spike go ahead."
"What's up with your teeth?" My teeth...ohhhhh my teeth.
"Spike!" Twilight yelled at him.
"What? What did I do?" He seemed very confused at what he did wrong.
"You can't just go around asking people about their teeth it's rude." Wow she seemed pissed.
"No no, it's okay Twilight. In fact that's the question I was looking for." Thankfully I managed to difuse the situation.
""You were?"" They both asked in unison.
"Mhm. See my front teeth," I asked showing them my teeth more specifically my canines, "These are called incisors, it's latin for 'to cut' they're used for cutting off pieces of food and they are really effective...on meat." There faces took a grim look.
"Does that mean that you..." Twilight trailed off uneasily.
"Eat meat?" She nodded, "Yes I do. Humans have evolved in such a way that we need protein to live and the most efficient way to get protein is from meat but if you think that i'm gonna go out and start eating you guys don't worry, humans are omnivores meaning that we don't always eat meat we can eat fruit and veg too."
"So in that fridge is.."
"Meat as well as all the stuff I mentioned earlier," I noticed there uncomfortable looks and decided to move on, "So got any more questions?"
"It's about your, IPhone, I think you called it." Twilight said.
"Yep what about it?" I was curious as to why she wanted to talk about it.
"You said that it has more information then the Canterlot and Royal library combined, how?"
"Well it all starts with something called the 'world wide web' or the 'internet'." And so I explained all about the internet and many other things as well. I told her that it can play music, take pictures, play games, watch videos and more. We talked for ages until it got dark. "Well it's been nice talking with you Twilight but I think it's time we get back to Ponyville don't you?" She looked outside and saw that it was pretty dark out.
"Yeah I guess your right and I still need to make my decision on who to give this second ticket too." She said while looking at the two golden tickets in her hand.
"That you do. So I'll teleport us to the Library." She nodded at me, I made the same portal that brought us here, "After you." We both stepped through and was in front of Golden Oaks. Twilight opened the door and was met with pitch black darkness.
"Hey Spike could you turn on the lights please."
"On it." Spike hit the lights and we were met with the rest of the girls who looked worried.
"TWILIGHT!" They all yelled in surprise which seemed to shock the unicorn.
"Twilight dear where were you?" I heard Rarty question her concern clear in her voice.
"I was with Shiro," I was looking at some books when I felt five pairs of eyes on my back. I turned and saw that the girls were all staring at me which made me kinda nervous.
"Uhhh hi?" They all turned their attention to the purple unicorn.
"Why were ya with him sugarcube?" AJ asked her but to me that sounded like she was insulting me.
"Oh we were just talking about his world and his species," She then pulled out her rather large notebook, like really large, it was about the size of a dictionary did I seriously give her that much information?, "I wrote down every word he said." Oh. It's not that I gave her a lot of information it's just that she wrote down.Every.Single.Word. The girls all looked at each with varying expressions and then looked at me, I just shrugged.
"Hey don't look at me I just answered her questions." I told them with a matter o' fact tone of voice.
"Yeaaaah that's all well and good but what about the tickets Twilight." I heard Rainbow ask her.
"I have made a decision."
"You chose me right?" They all asked at the same time.
"I don't mind." Except Flutters who was right next to me? When the hell did she get there?
"The person I chose was," They all leaned forward in suspence She then pointed to me? Oh shit, "Shiro."
"WHAT?" There reaction was loud,
"Wut?" Mine slightly less so.
"That's right. He was the only one not interested in the ticket so that's why i'm giving it to him."
"Yeaaaaaah about that Twi," I nervously said while scratching the back of my head, I pulled out the scroll that Celestia sent me, "Read this and you'll understand."
I handed it to her and she glanced over it. Then looked up at me with wide eyes.
"Celestia sent you a VIP ticket?" I nervously laughed and held up the ticket that she sent me. Unlike the normal gold on this one was more of a platinum colour with Celestia's cutie mark on one side and Luna's on the other.
"That she did," I paused before I decided to say the canon route, "Hey Twilight," They all looked at me, "If you can't choose why don't you ask for more tickets or give those ones back."
"What about your ticket hmm?" Rainbow questioned me.
"I can't do that. While I don't care much for the Gala itself, Celestia said the she and her sister have their answer for somehting I asked them yesterday." Twilight looked at me before speaking to Spike. It was at this point I just tuned them out and went back to reading a Daring Do book I picked out. I think it was the first issue 'Daring Do and the quest for the sapphire stone' It was a decent read. I managed to get the tail end of her letter.
"Spike you can send the letter now." She told her assisstant.
"But now you won't get to go to the gala either." I heard Flutters say to her.
"It's okay, girls. I couldn't possibly enjoy myself without my best friends there with me, so I would rather not go at all." She told them as they all went into a hug. It was at this point that Spike started to gag.
"Hgh... hgh... urk... urk..."
"Well wallop my withers, Spike." AJ started to say but I cut her off as she got close to Spike.
"Yeaaah I would back up if I were you AJ," She gave me a quizzical look. I rolled my eyes and placed the book down as I already finished it, I was a fast reader, "He's not doing that because he can't handle a bit of sentiment. He's doing that," He then burped up a fire ball which turned into a letter, "Because Cele was sending a letter."
Before Spike had the letter even opened I started to speak.
"My faithful student Twilight, Why didn't you just say so in the first place? " They all looked at me which made me smile with a shit eating grin, "What."
"Don't do that. It's freaky." AJ said.
"What can I say, being from another world and knowing what happens has it's perks." It was these words which made them all look at me in a new light.
"Wait does this mean that you-" Flutters started to say but I cut her off with a grin.
"Knew that Twi was gonna send the tickets back? The answer would be yes."
"Then why didn't you tell me?"
"A wise man once said 'A journey is no fun if you know what's gonna happen '." I ended with a sumg grin before I looked over too Spike, "Don't worry Spike, Cele will send you a ticket right about," He then burped out one more ticket, "Now. Well see you guys later, Oh and before I forget. Hey AJ." I turned to the orange mare as we all started to walk out, except Twilight and Spike.
"Yeah what is it sugarcube?" She looked at me with a questioning look.
"Applebuck season is coming soon so I was wondering if you need any extra hands." She looked at me with raised eyebrows.
"Ya need a job don't ya?" God damn element of honesty lie detector.
I chuckled nervously, "Yeaaah I mean I can't keep paying with gems ya know. So would it be possible if I can work at your farm?" She looked at me before smiling.
"Sure sugarcube but tommorow is no good. You can start next week if that's okay with ya?"
"Yeah that's fine. Well see you all tommorow." I started to walk away but was stopped when I felt someone grab my sleeve. I looked back to see that it was Flutters who grabbed my sleeve. "Yeah what's up Flutters?"
"You live in the Ever free forest right?" Thank christ for enhancing magic other wise I wouldn't be able to hear her.
"Yeah why do you ask?" She looked away with...a blush?
"T-the Ever free forest is dangerous at this time of night so I was w-wondering i-if you would like to stay at mine?" Where the hell did this come from all of a sudden. I looked up to see that everyone was gone.
"Are you sure? I mean I wouldn't want to impose and all." Why was I getting flustered? I mean sure she was cute and all but we're still different species.
"I-I don't mind" God this mare can't get any cuter.
"As much as I would take you up on that offer no I can easily teleport to the castle but how about I escort you to yours?" I asked her when I saw her ears flatten against her head but they seemed to perk up when I offered to take her to her house.
"Y-yes I would like that."
I bowed low, sticking my left arm out and tucking my right arm in, "After you m'lady." She giggled at that ,which was cute as all hell.
"Thank you kind stallion." She then lead the way.
Several minutes of walking
"So why did you ask if I wanted to stay at yours Flutters?" I asked her, generally curious. In the time that we've been walking I've managed to get her to warm up to me, "I mean I know your the element of kindness but we've only just met."
"I-I guess I w-wanted to get to know you more," She looked away, "L-like Twilight did. Y-you seem like a nice stallion even."
"Ahaha if you wanted to get to know me then why didn't you ask?" She didn't say anything but did that cute 'meep' she normally does. "So what do you want to know Flutters?"
"W-what animals do you have on your world?" Somehow I knew she would ask about that.
"Hmm well let's see. We have some animals that this world has like hummingbirds, flamingos, blue tits, deer's, cow, horses, sheep and a lot more. We don't have manticores, hydras, timberwolves, phoenixes and other mythical creatures. We don't even have unicorns, pegasi and alicorns."
"Really?" She seemed really surprised.
"That's right, we can't even use magic nor can we fly...with wings that is."
"What do you mean with wings?" Her nervousness seemed to dissapear.
"Well we, humans that is, have invented something called a plane. It's a large machine, or at least I think it's a machine I'm not really good at mechanics, that allows people to fly in the sky but I have no idea how." She looked at me in awe.
"Flying without wings...I can't imagine what that's like," She looked at the floor, ears flat against her head, "I'm can't even fly normally."
"Don't say that Flutters. You may not be able to fly like say Rainbow but you can still fly none the less. Something which I envy you pegasi for." She looked at me confused.
"Really, why?"
"Well I guess I envy it because at any time you want you can just spread your wings and take to the skies and fly with birds. Do you know how much I would just love to fly with birds." I said in glee. I looked at her and saw that she was staring at me intently, "Ahaha sorry guess I got kinda carried away. It's the same when I talk about animals."
"You like animals as well?" She asked me. I nodded.
"Yeah back on Earth, my homeworld, I was studying in zoology."
"Zoology? What's that?" She was really into it now.
"Well zoology is the study of the animal kingdom, including the structure, embryology, evolution, classification and habitats including many other things." She looked at me with stars in her eyes.
"I didn't know you where into animals Shiro."
"Mhm I love all animals," I thought a bit before I scowled, "Except wasps, hornets and things similar to it but my favorite animals are wolves and snakes." I noticed that she was giving me a...look. "What?"
"You like snakes?" I nodded to which she questioned me. "But why they're scary."
"Aww that not that scary," I thought before I added another bit, "Well not all snakes are. There's a snake called the hognose snake and it's about the palm of my hand. Hmm I think I can show you a picture actually."
"But how?" I looked at her with a smile as I took out my phone.
"With this now hold on one second aaaaaaaaaand here this is a hognose." I showed her a picture of the tiny snake.
"Awww it's so cute." This mare just keeps getting cuter and cuter. While she was looking at the snake I managed to get a better look at the yellow pegasus. She had a cute looking face and her wings went from her shoulders to the small of her back, she had an hourglass figure and what seemed like a D-cup sized chest...
'WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME! ' I was practically having an inner freak out. Why the hell was I looking at Flutters that way. She maybe humanoid but she's still another species...it's wrong to look at her like that...right? Or is it just the paranoia of me not being able to ever go home again and see my friends and family ever again...Nah it can't be that.
"Shiro, are you okay?" I was brought out of my musings by Flutters voice, her face incredibly close to mine.
"U-uh y-yeah i'm fine Flutters why do you ask?" Jesus hormones get the fuck back into quarantine where you belong.
"It's just that your face is really red and hot," She then gained a look which showed she just thought about what she said and how she said it, "I-i m-mean not hot as in hot as in cute but hot as in heat." She then started mumbling to a point in which I couldn't even hear her. I noticed that we were outside her cottage.
"W-well we're hear Flutters." She just continued mumbling as she opened her door and walked inside. I turned to walk away but was stopped when I heard her voice.
"T-thanks for w-walking me home S-Shiro." I smiled at her.
"No problem Flutters. See you tommorow." I waved goodbye as she closed her door. I created a portal back to mine not realising that I was being watched by Flutters.

Another one bites the dust, But seriously I'm actually having fun writing this, I honestly didn't expect this much love for this story. I know 114 views doesn't seem like a lot but to me it is.
Now then this story is going to be a 'heard'/harem story with the girls being Flutters, Luna and Twilight with Flutters being the main girl. By the time season 1 finishes, so the GGG, I will have added two more girls I just to figure out who I like more from Rarity, Rainbow, Gilda and AJ, I was thinking of adding Vinyl Scratch and Celestia coz if I have the moon then why not have the sun as well but that's all for now.
Next chapter will be 'Applebucking season'.

My (not so) Little Adventure
"WIND BULLET "
WOOSH CRACK CRASH
Once again I stood in the garden practicing magic but this time I was using wind magic, one of the more...diverse...magic so to speak. As we've seen from the show pegasi have some form of wind magic that allowed them to move clouds and do all kinds of things relating to the weather so I wanted to see what else wind magic can do.
I've found that if I applied wind magic to my feet or legs I could increase my speed and if I applied it to my hands they basically became knives that can cut through trees and stone buuut there was some form of risk in using it. Thanks to Twilight lending me some magic books I read that if one used wind maic to much then there was a possibility that my muscles would tear apart the pegasi don't have that problem due to decades of adaptation and evolution that enabled them to handle the strain of the magic.
Finally I found that concentrated bursts from my feet could lift me up in the air, but not for long though about five minutes or so, and I could launch 'wind bullets' from my hand but most of my wind attacks were...leathal...at best.
But moving past that wind magic was the third magic that I have learned, fourth if you include my void magic, I've learned teleportation, in the first month of learning teleportation magic I could only teleport small objects that were about 25-30 meters away from me but now I could teleport my self and two others from here to Ponyville, levitation, while I couldn't raise the sun or moon like the Princesses I could move something that weighs about 500kg give or take, and now wind, which was surpisingly easier then trying to learn the other two, again not counting void magic, maybe because I was just taking the wind from around me and then using internal magic to manipulate it's form.
"Shiro!" I heard someone's voice from above me. I looked to see Rainbow and Flutters hovering in the sky.
"Yeah what's up?" I waved them down to me. They both glided down and looked behind me no doubt seeing the mess I made with the tree.
"What have you been doing?" Rainbow asked me with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised.
"Magic training," I told them while stretching my arms, "So what's up?"
"There was a stampede in town earlier but Applejack managed to save us." Flutters told me, I'm glad that talk last night got her to open up to me.
My mind flashed back to the *ahem* conversation we had last night, while my fast didn't nuke itself I did feel it heat up a bit, something which Rainbow caught.
"What's with the red face?"
"Nothing." I answered a bit to quickly in my opinion but she seemed to accept it.
"Oooooookay then. Anyway Mayor Mare,"
"Still can't get to used to that name."
"Is holding an appreciation ceremony for her but I'm guessing you already knew that with your freaky other world knowledge."
I put my hand under my chin in thought then realised that today is the 'Applebuck season' episode. Dammit this is why I asked AJ for a job, I was hoping to avoid this little shit show but might as well go with the flow, "Yeah that's about right but fair warning you might wanna rethink in what you want AJ to do for you guys or just bring me along as well as a sort of...insurance policy...so to speak."
They both looked at each other with confused looks.
"Uh okay then so do you want us to carry you or what?" Rainbow asked but I shook my head.
"Nah I can just teleport and meet you guys there. It's in front of the Mayor's office right?" They both nodded, "Okay I'll meet you there." I created a portal to Ponyville, did I ever say what colour my magic was?
Each unicorn had a 'colour' to their magic. Rarity's was a light blue, Twilight's was purple, Luna's was dark blue, Celestia's was a mix between orange/red/yellow kinda like the sun that she raised and mine, mine was black. It reminded me of a raven's wing or space but like space it wasn't scary to look at but it was more, calming then anything. I was about to step through it when Flutters grabbed my sleeve.
"Yeah Flutters?" I asked her.
"D-do you think I can come with you?" Why was she asking me this, "It's because i'm slow at flying so I would just hold everpony up." Ah that's why, I don't see why not.
"Sure just hold on to me and close your eyes. The first time is always...disorientating." She nodded and hugged my arm with her eyes closed. I looked to where Rainbow was but found that she was already in the air.
"I'll just meet you two there okay." And with that she shot of like a bullet.
"Okay you ready Flutters." She nodded and I walked us through.

We both appeared in front of the Mayor's office and...right behind Twilight. I put my finger to my lips when I saw Pinkie and Rarity standing in front of her. I pulled my arm out from Flutters grip but not before whispering to her, "Stay here for a sec okay." I slowly walked up behind her and then yelling.
It was amusing to watch her jump a foot in the air and then turn to me with a red face. Me and Pinkie were both rolling on the ground laughing.
"SHIRO! Why would you do that." She yelled at me.
"Can't talk...laughing too hard...ahahaha" That was the best respone I could give her. It was at this point that Rainbow touched down.
"What's up with those two?" She asked Twilight and Rarity they both responeded with a 'Nothing important'.
After a solid minute of laughing I stood up catching my breath, "Okay okay whoo i'm good now," I looked around and saw that different ponies were gathering, I faced the others, "Come on we best get down so Twilight can do her speech." Twilight seemed to catch the grin on my face.
"What's with that grin? You know somethings gonna happen don't you?" She accused me, she wasn't wrong buuut I wasn't gonna ruin the whole primice of the show.
"Nah guess I'm still giddy about earlier." I managed to play it off but she narrowed her eyes at me and walked away.
I joined the other girls in front of the stage but out of the corner of my eye I noticed a mint green blur. I hope that wasn't who I thought it was but knowning that i'm a human in Equestria I highlly doubted that I was wrong. I turned my attention to the stage where Twilight was staning behind a podium with a stack of flash cards.
"Welcome, everypony! Today we are here to honor a pony we can always count on to help in matters great and small. A pony whose contributions to-" She started to say but Rain bow cut her off by flying up there and hovering in front of her.
"Did you see Applejack's slick moves out there? What an athlete . This week she's gonna help me with my new flying trick, and I know it's gonna be so awesome ."
Since I knew what was coming I decided to go over what was coming up.
'Okay so first up Twilight goes to AJ's farm and talks to her, then AJ 'helps' Rainbow, it fails, she crashes into the library, Twilight visits the farm again. Rinse and repeat, I'm hoping to stop this before she gets to Flutters god knows that this place doesn't need a bunny stampede plus Flutters seems...off...somehow, she seems more assertive then normal, not that it's a bad thing. Wait why I am thinking about Flutters again? I glanced over to where she was, empahsis on was, as she was now on the stage and again I couldn't help but notice how cute she was. Maybe I did like her like that? But I hardly know her, is what they mean by 'love at first sight'? Ugh I should really ask Cadance for some help when that event rolls around. 'Tommorow should be Gilda hmm wonder how i'm gonna help with that? Maybe hang out with Pinkie and let Gilda and Rainbow have some alone time but I gotta remember to stop Gilda before she makes Flutters cry ' I was brought out of my musings rather harshly when I felt someone kick my shin. "Oww! The hell Twilight?"
I looked over to the purple unicorn who was...pouting?
"You knew this would happen didn't you?" She did not seem happy with me.
"Maaaaaaaaaaybe." I said smugly before she could say anything a familier cowponies voice was heard.
"I'm here . I'm here . [yawn] [sigh] Sorry I'm late--whoa--I was just... whoa... Did I get your tail?" The orange mare finally reached the stage and holy crap was she a mess. Her mane was all frizzy, her clothes were crumpled and her tail was in knots. "Miss Mayor. Thank you kindly for this here... award thingy. [yawn] It's so bright and shiny and, heh, heh heh, I sure do look funny heh. Ooo-ooo."
"Woo-ooo."
"Ooo-ooo"
...
I don't even know anymore. I sighed as Applejack took the trophy and, more then likely, walked back to the farm to continue her applebucking. Wait. Because she's an anthromorphic pony now does that mean she picks them off the trees normally or does she still kick them off and another thing what about all the pony drawn vehicles? Do they still do that here?
"SHIRO!"
"Gahh." I jumped in shock when I heard Pinkie shout right down my ear, "What is it Pinkie?" I asked the bouncing pink pony while rubbing ear.
"Nothing." That brought me up short.
"Then why did you shout down my ear?" I asked her confused as all hell.
"Oh because Twilight wanted you. Well I need to get back to Sugarcube corner. See you later~" She sang as she bounced away, literally bounced.
"What the-No, you know what i'm not even gonna question it." I then turned to Twilight who was standing with the others giving me a look, I sighed, "Yes I know what's going on but Twilight your gonna wanna go and talk to her to understand what's going on."
"Why not tell us darling?" Rarity asked, I noticed that something weird was going on with Spike being that he wasn't going all love-eyes while standing next to her. I decided to leave that for another day.
"Because there's something called the spacetime continuum and there's no way in hell am I diving down that rabbit hole." I said.
"Was that a Charles Lutwing Dodgson reference?" I was surprised that it wasn't Twilight who asked me that question but Rarity instead.
"Yeah..I'm honestly surprised that you got that referance." I was generally surprised that they have someone like him here.
"Mhm my favorite book of his was 'Through the looking glass' what about you?" Before I could answer, Hunting of the Snark by the way, I was interupted by Rainbow.
"Getting back on the topic of AJ. Is this why you said to 'bring you along as an insurance policy'?" She said the end part with air quotes.
"Yeah this is why," I turned my attention to Twilight, "Twilight you go and talk to AJ."
"What about you?"
"I'll just be...about...You'll be able to find me don't worry."
"Actually," Rarity spoke aloud getting all our attention, "I would like you to come with me Shiro."
"Uhh why exactly?"
"Because I assume you need a Gala suit and I also have some of your new clothes ready." She told me.
I had completly forgotten about the Gala but I had an idea for a suit, "Thanks Rare and I thought you said it would take you about a week?" She laughed and dismised me with a wave of her hand.
"That was for your whole wardrobe this is only a couple of outfits." Wait a couple? Jeez how many outfits did this mare plan to make?
"Uhhh okay then I guess you guys can find me at Rare's boutique then." And with that I followed the fashionista to her boutique.

"That's right Sweete. Humans don't get cutie marks."
When we reached her boutique I had the 'pleasure' of meeting Rarity's little sister, Sweetie Belle, who, more or less, acted like she did in the show. She was quite shy when she first saw me but, like Flutters, I managed to get her to warm up to me.
"But how do you know what you're good at?"
"I too am curious dear?" They both asked me.
I rolled my neck back and fourth as Rarity looked around her boutique for my measurements for my suit. Before Sweete showed up I handed her my phone which had a picture of the suit I wanted her to make me.
"Well people just know I guess, It's kinda hard to explain really." I honestly had no idea how to explain it other than 'people just know'.
"What about you Shiro?" Sweete asked me with the most effective puppy dog eyes i've ever seen, "What are you good at?"
I had to think about this. "Well besides from working well with animals, I like to sing and play guitar in my spare time, chemistry too. Hmm I was okay at writing but that's about it."
"Do you think you could sing something?" God damn those eyes. Must resist.
"Sorry Sweete but no."
"Plllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllease." I took another look at her eyes before I floded like a deck of cards.
"Fine just this once okay."
"Yes."
I rolled my eyes at her before scrolling through my music for a good song to sing before settling on 'Diver-full english cover by The Unknown Songbird'.

It was at this point the instrumental kicked in. I opened an eye to see them both bobbing their heads to the music. It was a habit of mine to close my eyes if I knew people were watching me, it helps to think that your alone when singing, well helps me at least.

I opened both of my eyes after the song finished and blushed when I saw their looks. "Well? What did you think?"
"THAT.WAS.AMAZING." Sweete shouted, read 'squeaked', out.
"Yes I must admit that was something Shiro." I blushed even more after hearing their praises.
"You really think it was that good?" I was shocked. Normally I would put myself down when singing in front of others.
"I think it was." Hang on, that sounded like Flutters. I turned to see the yellow pegasus standing in the doorway.
"F-Flutters! W-why are you here?" I asked rather shakingly. I did not like the look Rarity was giving me.
"I was wondering if you would help me with the annual rabbit roundup?" Oh crap I completly forgot that AJ and Winona were helping her but caused a stampede instead.
"Sure I would love too," I created a portal to the castle, "Here you go Rare. Just step through that and place the clothes on my bed. I'll sort them out when I get back that sound good?"
"Yes that sounds fine now you two run along and enjoy your," She giggled before leaning up and whispering in my ear, "Date."
"Dammit Rarity it's not a date. She just wants my help is all." I hissed back before following Flutters out but not before hearing Rarity squeal all giddy like.
"So why do you want me to help?"
"Oh it's because you're good with animals and plus you said to come and get you if as an 'insurance policy'" She giggled a bit after saying that but I don't knooooooooooooh son of a bitch.
"You two are never gonna let me live that down are you?" I groaned out. It wasn't even that funny dammit.
"Oh i'm sorry if it annoys you." She said quietly and sadly, her ears were folded against her head. I pulled her into a side hug as to comfort her.
"Nah it's alright, it doesn't annoy me at all Flutters."
"meep." Why was she back to nervousness now? I looked to see that my hand was dangerously close to her boob.
*Loading...loading...loading Done *
"OHCRAPSORRYFLUTTERSIDIDN'TMEANTTODOTHATISWEARITWASANACCIDENT!" I all but launched my self into an array of apologies, I honestly didn't know how the hell it happened I wasn't even thinking when I hugged her, it just felt...natural in a way.
"It's fine Shiro. We should hurry and not keep Applejack waiting." She quietly said, looks like we're back to square one.
Wait what did she just say?
"Did you just say Applejack is at yours?" I asked hoping that I heared her wrong. She nodded which made my stomach drop. I created a portal to her house, "We need to hurry Flutters."
"Why?" She asked me sounding a bit scared.
But it was too late as a stampede of bunnies came barreling past us.
"That's why," I hastely turned on my heels, "Come on Flutters maybe we can stop them before they cause too much damage to Ponyville."
And so we both ran back to Ponyville to try and do some damage control but damn we these things fast because by the time we reached Ponyville it was the same scene from the show. Ponies were fainting left, right and centre and the bunnies were eating all the plants.
"This has to stop." I heard Twilight's voice from behind me. I turned to her.
"She should be back at her farm. Do you need any help?" I asked her as I scooped up a bunny that was running past me before handing it to Flutters who gave a polite 'Thank you'. Twilight looked at the exchange between us.
"No I should be fine. You stay here and help Fluttershy." I nodded and went back to collecting and calming bunnies which was harder then you think. Man AJ and Winona really did a number on these guys.

After an hour me and Flutters finally rounded up all the bunnies and calmed them down, we were both sitting in Flutters cottage.
"Uggggggggh. Why was that so haaaaaaaaaaaard?" I half moaned half gasped out as I sat on the floor with a bunny that looked like an English lop in my lap. Flutters giggled at me.
"At least it was easier with you helping me. Imagine how long it would've taken me to do it alone, tea?" She walked in with two cups filled with a steaming liquid. I accepted one of the cups from her and taking a sniff of it.
"Lemon tea?" I asked taking a sip relishing in it's taste.
"Mhm, I got it from Rarity." She took a sip of her own cup and sitting down next to me. "I can't thank you enough Shiro."
"Twas no problem m'lady," I sat in silence thinking about this before throwing caution to the wind and asking her, "Hey Flutters."
"Yeah?"
"Do you-ya know-wanna go to the gala...with...me?" Oh god why did I say that. What the hell was wrong with me! Sure me and Flutters got along really well but it's only been three days, it has not been enough time for us to form a relationship with each other, even the worst of fanfiction relationships take longer then three days.
Flutters responded as I guessed. Incoherent mumbling but she seemed to stammer out a, "Y-yes I-I would l-like that S-Shiro."
"Ahaha r-really! W-wow Flutters t-thank you." Outside me was all happy but inside me on the other hand,SHITFUCKFUCKSHITFUCKWHATDOIDOWHATDOIDOCRAPCRAPCRAP. ' Was freaking the fuck out.
Thankfully there was a knock at her door and Twilight's voice called out.
"Fluttershy! Shiro! Are you two in there?" I calmed myself, got up and opened the door.
"Yeah what's up Twi?" I asked hoping she wouldn't ask about the stammering pegasus and my red face.
"I was just wondering if you want to help at Sweet Apple Acres?" Oh thank christ a distraction.
"Sure, what about you Flutters?" I asked the pegasus in question. She seemed to have stopped her stammering but was still quiet.
"Y-yes." I gave Twilight a thumbs up.
"Okay well follow me." And so we did.
Sweet Apple Acres...
"Hggn...ugh..."
"Come on Shiro it's not that hard."
"I...beg to differ...Twilight..ha ha...Humans aren't meant to use...magic."
The reason why I was gasping like this was becaused I was using my magic to levitate a whole acre of apples. According to AJ there was about a hundred apple trees in every acre and each tree held thirty apples or so, meaning that I was lifting 550kg worth of apples. Something that was over my limit and when I told Twilight she said to me,
"Think of it as magical training. It's easy." Yeah easy for her maybe but not for me.
I was saved however when Applejacks voice called out.
"How about y'all take a little break? I got some fine apple juice waitin' for ya! [sigh] Girls and Shiro, I can't thank you enough for this help. I was acting a bit stubborn."
"A bit?" I took a seat next to Flutters and Winona came bouncing over. I started to stroke her behind her ears and I soon felt my self drifting off into Luna's realm.
"Shiro..." Ugh what the...that sounded like Applejack.
"I think they look cute together." And that sounded like Rarity.
"meep." And Flutters? It was at this moment when I realised something.
When was the floor this soft...
I opened my eyes to see that I was sideways and the girls were staring at me. I looked up to see Flutters red face, my eyes widened when I glanced down to see that I was laying on her lap. I did the equivalent to a bat out of hell with the speed in which I sat up.
"Uhhhhhhh." Was all I could get out.
"So how was your nap?" Rainbow asked with a smug grin on her face.
"Never speak of this again." They all bursted out laughing and I couldn't help but smile, Fluttershy even cracked a smile. It was offical.

Don't expect a chapter a day, I just wanted this one out of the way as soon as possible as I didn't like this episode. Also I feel like I'm rushing things between Shiro and Flutters, what do you guys think? My (not so) Little Adventure
"Steady, steeeeeeeady."
"SHIRO!"
"Gah."

Uggggh my head. What the hell just happened.
"Shiro you gotta hide me!" Oh right Rainbow flying into my castle while I was working. I waved my wind enhanced hand in an effort to clear the blue smoke that was clouding my face.
"Rain*cough*bow, do you even know what knocking is?" I asked the frantic mare.
"No time. HIDE ME!" Why was she so frantic all of a sudden?
"RAINBOW DAAAAASH~" Oh right, Pinkie's been hounding her all day.
I contemplated selling her out for payback but she quickly dove behind my desk as Pinkie came bounding through the ceiling, I just stared at the her sized hole in the ceiling with a blank look before turning my attention to the bouncing, smilling girl in front of me.
"Pinkie..."
"Mhm."
"You do know that I have a door right?"
"Yeah."
"Then why in the name of Celestia's sun did you not use it?" I had no words right now, like seriously I know she was random as all hell but crashing through my ceiling was another matter entirely.
"Because I'm looking for Rainbow Dash, have you seen her?" She asked me with a smile on her face. I opened my mouth but she rushed past me to where Rainbow was hiding, "There you are Rainbow."
"AHHHHHHH."
"La la la la la."
"USE THE GOD DAMN DOOR!" *Sigh* Might as well fix it now that they're gone. I looked behind me and sighed again when I saw the mess the explosion caused. 'Why does this world feel like it needs to blow up every experiment I try? '
"Uhhh this a bad time?" I heard a familier western accent from above me.
"Nah not really AJ," I levitated myself out of the hole in the ceiling before patching it up with magic. I learned an easy fixing spell from Twilight and Rarity, "Rainbow and Pinkie decided to drop by." I gestured to the now fixed holes.
"Ah see that." She said with a face that just radiated confusion.
"So what's up?"
"Ah was wondering if ya still need a job?" Oh right I forgot I asked her about working at her farm.
"Yeah that would be swell AJ." I told her with a smile.
"If you're ready you can start today."
"Yeah I'm free," I looked back with a sneer, "Especially with what just happened."
"Alright, follow me." She turned while flicking her tail.
"Hold on AJ." I stopped her before she got any further then a few steps. She turned and looked at me.
"What is it suagercube?"
"I can just teleport us to your farm if you want." AJ raised her eyebrows.
"You can do that?" I nodded and created a portal.
"Okay if you wanna jump then hold onto me and close your eyes, the first time can be...disorientating." She looked at me before shrugging, grabbing my sleeve and closing her eyes. "Okay stepping through now."

"Okay you can open your eyes now." I told the orange mare.
"Hoo doggie," She let go of me and stumbled a bit, "Now I know why ya said to close my eyes. That felt weird."
"If you think that was bad try doing it with your eyes open." I chuckled out, "First time I teleported I did it from the back wall of the castle to the door and walked into a wall. Multiple times might I add." I rolled my eyes as she started to laugh, "Yeah yeah laugh it up AJ."
She finally calmed down, "Sorry 'bout that sugarcube but you gotta admit that it's kinda funny."
"Yeah yeah, so what we doing?" I asked, while we talked we also walked.
"Just some bucking nothin to much. Do you think you can handle it?" She asked with a smirk.
"Yes I can handle it. It's not my fault the batch weighed over 550kg." She slapped my back which actually hurt.
"Well come on them sugarcube. Lets get bucking." She led me over to a bunch of apple trees, obviously, with a barrel of water next to them, most likely to clean the apples.
AJ walked over to the closest tree and wound her leg back, with a grunt she let loosed a mighty kick that shook the tree and knocked all the apples down into baskets that were underneath the tree. I focused on the tree I was in front of and placed my hands on the trunk of the tree. I closed my eyes and felt my magic wrap around the leaves and apples.
I don't think I ever explained what using magic felt like? In simple terms, it acted like a sixth sense. Whenever I projected my magic in a certain radius, like now, whatever and who ever was in that radius felt like pinpricks on my skin, it was annoying as hell when I first tried it but I got used to it after awhile.
"Land sakes!" I looked over to her and saw that the apples all the apples were different coloured.
"Don't worry AJ," She looked over to me with a questioned look, "They're all water colours see." I told her as I picked up one of the apples and dropped it in the barrel. The colours washed off and we heard laughter from Rainbow and Pinkie.
"Hehehe." AJ giggled out.
"*sigh* Looks like we have a lot of work ahead of us huh AJ, Hmm guess now's the time to practice water magic." And so we got to work, my water magic went less then successful meaning it didn't even work.
We managed to pick and clean every apple by sundown and at this point I was more then happy to head back home to bed.
"Mmmmmm." I stretched my back and was rewarded with satisfying popping sounds, I started to feel a headache coming on due to the strain of using my magic so much. "Man I need some sleep. My shoulders feel stiff as hell."
I looked over to see AJ stretching as well, I also couldn't help but notice her toned and muscular stomach, the sweat made her fur glisten.
SMACK
"Uhhhhh you okay sugarcube?"
"Never better ahahahahaha."
"Hmmm," She stared at me as I laughed nervously. Seriously, what the hell was wrong with! I shouldn't be staring at these girls like that but at the same time I just couldn't help but notice how hot each of the girls were, "Well if you say so."
Sector is clear...
"But I need to talk to ya."
NOT CLEAR, NOT CLEAR.
"Yeaaaaaaah?" I was had no idea what she wanted to talk about but I was nervous as all hell.
"What do you think about Fluttershy?" That was random.
"What do you mean?"
"What are your feelings on her?"
"..." What WERE my feelings on the timid mare, "I-I don't know."
"What do you mean 'you don't know'?" She questioned me but she seemed...angry for some reason.
"I-I just don't know," I sat down, "I have...mixed...feelings." I noticed the look she was giving me, "*sigh* I don't know how to explain it. I'm having a two man war inside of me. A side saying it's wrong to have...those...types of feelings for her, that it's unnatural,"
"But."
"But another part of me is saying that it's fine, that...having feelings like that is natural...even here." I-I just didn't know. GAHHH WHY DID SHE HAVE TO SAY THAT!
"What do you honestly think Shiro?" I looked up at her.
"What?"
"What are your honest opinions?" My honest opinions?
My mind flashed back to the conversations that i've had with the pegasus in the last couple of weeks. We both had a lot in common, we both got along well, she was pretty, funny and cute. My eyes widended when I finally realised the facts.
"I-I like Fluttershy." I breathed out. That made AJ smile, she patted my back.
"There ya go, it's always good to be honest with yourself." She winked at me and walked away. I just sat there in revelation after admiting something that i've, probably, been denying for weeks now. I created a portal back to mine and stepped through it, I didn't bother taking my clothes off and instead jumpped into my bed, falling into a deep slumber with a smile on my face.

"Okay wind magic flight test number #45. Height reached last test: half of the castle. Height wanting to reach: cloud height." I sighed as I tensed my legs in preperation to jump, my feet being coated in wind magic, "Begining test. NOW." And with that I kicked off the ground and begin kicking off the air. See the whole premise that I was basing this off of was the technique known as 'moonwalking' from One Piece, in One Piece it revovled around kicking off the air hard enough you can physically push off of it.
I got about halfway up when I began to feel my legs strain themselves, I winced but continued up wards. It took another five minutes before I reached just under the clouds but when I kicked off the air with my left foot I didn't push off of the air, well it was more like I COULDN'T push off the air, it seemed like my magic limiter was taking affect. I found a spell that was supposed to regulate the amount of magic one could use before they started to hurt themselves.
"OhcrapOhcrapOhcrapOhcrapOhcrapOhcrap." I began to madly flail about as I began my free fall to the ground. While I my be in 'My little pony' i'm sure as hell cartoon physics won't apply to me, meaning that when I hit the ground I won't make a me shaped hole but instead i'll go splat, as I got closer and closer to the ground I prepared to create a portal that would save me but I found that I wasn't falling anymore?
"What were you doing Shiro?" I heard a familier speedster pegasus say from my right side. I looked at her and breathed a sigh of relief.
"You're a fucking life saver Rainbow." I breathed out.
"Someone trying with out wings? That's pretty weird." I then heard a different voice from my left. I glanced over to see a clawed hand hooked under my left arm.
"Two things, first can you guys put me down on the ground please? I'm starting to loose feelings in my arms and second aren't you gonna introduce me to your friend Dash?" I asked her.
"Oh right," Both Dash and Gilda floated me to the ground and let go once I was at a safe height. I brushed myself off and turned to face the pair and also getting a good look at Gilda.
She looked as she did in the show. White head feathers with a purple highlights around her eyes and brown feathers for her body. She was wearing a white shirt and a jacket that looked like it was made out of leather which ended of before her stomach and blak biker shorts. She wasn't wearing any shoes because of her talons.
"Shiro meet Gilda, Gilda meet Shiro."
"Sup/Yo." We both exchanged greatings casually.
"So what were you doing Shiro?" I heard Rainbow ask.
"Yeah it looked like you were trying to fly without wings." Gilda said to me.
"Kinda, I was using wind magic to basically kick off the air to propel me foward while also areodynamics to keep me in the air." They should know about areodynamics right?
"Areo-what?" Or not.
"Talk to Twilight about it because I don't know much about it either. So what brings you girls to my neck of the woods?"
"Just wanted to introduce ya to G." Rainbow said with a shrug.
"Hey guys." I heard Pinkie say.
Wait...
"Pinkie? When did you get here?" I questioned the pink mare.
"Just now." She cheerfully said.
"Hey Dash how about a race back to town?" Gilda hastely asked Rainbow while sending a glare at Pinkie.
"Heh your on G." Rainbow then sent me a look which I understood as 'Keep Pinkie occupied'
"Hey Pinkie."
"Yeah Shiro?"
"We haven't talked much have we?" Hopefully this will keep her occupied, and give me a headache at the same time.
"*GAAAAAAAAAASP*You'rerightwehaven'ttalkedmuchsinceyougothereandIalsohaven'tthrownyouapartyyethaveIwehavesomuchtocatchuponmpph." I decided to pinch her lips shut, I can already feel a migriane coming on.
"I take it that's a yes?" She nodded furiously which caused me to sigh but I created a portal to Ponyviller no matter how bad the headache will be. "Well after you then Pinks." And with that she jumped through the portal and if you wondering why I didn't warn Pinkie about the side effects it's because it's Pinkie Pie i'm sure she will she will be fine...I think. Anyway I turned back to Rainbow and Gilda, "I think I can keep her distracted for the day, even if the migraines are gonna be killer, that should give you guys enough time to hang out right?"
"Yeah and thanks again Shiro. Can't tell you how annoyning Pinkie has been lately." Rainbow told me while Gilda was hovering above. I sent a look her way and judging by her reaction, or lack of, she didn't notice, I turned my attention back to Rainbow.
"Hey can you blame her. All she wants is to make new friends." I told her with a shrug but before she flew away I grabbed her arm and leaned in close. Normally I don't like messing with the time line but with this, I wanted them to stay friends and maybe I can stop Gilda from scaring Flutters. 'Dash keep an eye on Gilda. ' I didn't wait for an answer as I jumpped through my portal immediately after.

When I appeared on the other side I blinked to clear my vision only fo it to be filled with pink.
"Come on Shiro let's head to sugar cube corner." I felt my hand being grabbed and my feet lifted off...the...ground...
God damn it Pinkie.
After a few minutes of being man handled and dragged around like a ragdoll we found our selves in front of Sugarcube Corner and there wasn't much to say about it really. It was a two story buidling that resembled a gingerbread house, pink stars that led up to a brighter pink coloured door. I turned to look at the pink mare.
"Sooo why are we here exactly?"
"We're going to make..." I suddenly found myself in the kitchen? Da fuq! I thought this only happened because of the scene transitions. "A cake." Oh joy.
"Uhh Pinkie you should know that I am a terrible chief." I told her while scratching the back of my head.
"It's easy peasy lemon squeezy." She then produced a large cookbook from...somewhere. I honestly didn't care and just chalked it up to 'Pinkie logic'.
"So what kind of cake we making?" I asked her whilest tying a apron around my waist. It felt like I was back at secondary school.
"Mr and Mrs.Cake received a request for a three tired marble cake from Princess Celestia." That made me go wide eyed.
"Wait Cele asked for a cake to be made from here?"
"Mhm," She hummed while tying her own apron on and tying her hair up, "The Princess sometimes asks for a cake and because the Cakes are out they left me in charge." She then turned to me with a beaming smile. "So lets do our best."
"Right." I nodded back and so we both went to work. Pinkie worked on the sponges while I did the frosting.
It went...okay..in a way.
I messed up a bit.
"Ah crap!"
"What's up Shiro." I turned to face her and gestured to the frosting that was over my apron and, somehow, my face.
"This, is what's up." Pinkie just laughed at me. "It's not funny.
"Don't worry about it Shiro. Stuff like that always happens here."
But all in all it went alright.
"Phew finally finished." I sighed as I wiped my forehead. In front of us on the counter was a three tired whte marble cake with Celestia's cutie mark adorning the top for decoration and other sweet things here and there. Like strawberries and jam. Hell I even sneaked in a message to her at the base, all it said was 'Try not to eat it all in one go you cakeaholic. Shiro ;3'.
"Yep and i'm glad you helpped me. It took less time then if I were to do it alone." She smiled before staring at my face which was making me uncomfortable.
"Uhhh what you looking at Pinkie?" She didn't say anything but instead reached for my face and grabbed my cheeks which got me very confused. She then turned my head to the left and then the right before releasing me, she then took her finger and rubbed something of my cheeks before sticking it in her mouth. "Uhhhhhhhhh."
"You had some frosting on your face silly." She looked down at her own messy self and then mine before giggling. "Guess we should get ourselves washed huh."
I waved a dismissive hand at her. "Nah I can just use magic and an aqua sapphire to clean up but i'll see you later okay." She waved me off as she walked up stars most likely leading to her room.
I stepped outside and took out said gem from my bandolier that was around my waist. I pumped some magic into it making it glow before I crushed it letting the gems namesake take affect. I took great relief as I saw the frosting on my clothes get washed away by the gems power but because it was still technically water magic that I was using I still felt the sensation of getting wet and cold. I waited for the gems power to die down before taking out a fire ruby and repeating the same process. The cool thing about gems is that, if used in a certain way, will act as power magnifiers.
I cracked my fingers before deciding to take a walk around town.
I didn't know what I was hoping to find in all reallity, I guess I was hoping to catch Gilda before she scared Flutters.
"Yo Shiro right?"
'Speak of the devil and he shall appear .' I thought to myself as I heard the griffon's voice above me. I looked up at her. "Yeah that's right and you're Gilda." She then touched down next to me and stretched.
"That's right."
"So why aren't you with Dash?" I questionned her. I already had a good guess at the answer but it still couldn't hurt to know.
"Eh she said she had some weather jobs to take care of so I decided to fly around town a bit and then I spotted you and you seem kinda cool."
"Kinda' cool. Sure I might not be Dash cool but I'm still pretty badass." I decided to gloat a bit I mean I deserved it after all. I knew magic that only Princess Luna knew. She gained an odd glint in her eye.
"You badass, HA sure when pigs fly that is." I narrowed my eyes at her, a smirk starting to form on my face.
"Why do you say that."
"Because you're just some pansy magic user and a fleshy one at that." She emphasised that by poking my arm.
"Pansy magic user that could kick your ass in a fight." My smirk widened when I saw her eye twitch but was removed when I saw that she gained a-well the most acurate thing I could say was some kind of predatory glint in her eye.
Wait when did the sky switch places with her?
...
"Hoo geez." I suddenly found myself on my back, the air knocked out of me, Gilda straddling me and pinning my arms to the floor.
"I believe that's a point to me." She said with a lick of her lips. Jesus christ she was strong...and heavy. Then again she is part lion so I guess she would be heavier then a pony.
"That...doesn't...count." I managed to suck some air back into my lungs.
I saw her tail flick behind her. "Oh reaaaaaaaaaaally." She then leaned down close to me. "Then what does hmm?"
"This does." I said from behind her, my hand pressed against the back of her neck in a 'gun' gesture.
"Huh?" She looked back and then down to the ground just in time to see 'me' dissapear in smoke.
"Invisibility and clones. Gotta love 'em." I smuggly said.
"Nice trick." I then felt something wrap around my left ankle, I looked down to see that it was her tail. "How do you like mine?" She suddenly tugged at my feet with her tail sending me airborn for a second time but this time instead of hitting the ground I fell on something softer.
"Wha?" I tried to move my limbs but found that I couldn't.
"That's another point to me~" I tired looking at her face, the key word being 'tried', but I was laying on my back on top of her, her limbs wrapped around mine in some kind of odd hug.
"Uhhhh what's going on here?" I heard a certain speedster ask.
"Nothing much just showing Shiro here that I'm better then him." Gilda smuggly said.
"This doesn't prove anything." I all but growled out, still trying to get out of her stupidly strong grip.
A few minuets later
"CAN YOU LET GO NOW!" I was starting to get a liiiiiitle bit annoyed as I spent the past five minutes trying to get out of Gilda's grip as she casually chatted to Dash.
"Huh? Oh right I forgot about you." I barely managed to keep in a growl but I held strong as she released me. I stood up and dusted myself off, then created a portal back to my castle.
"This is not over Gilda." I sent a friendly, challenging glare her way before walking into my portal.
3rd person
"So Dash you gonna go after him or what. Coz if your not then I will." She sent a suggestive eyebrow wave her way.
"Nahh he's cool and all but not my kind of cool and besides I'm pretty sure Fluttershy likes him anyway."
"Who? You mean that timid pegasus?" Gilda asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Yeah." The two idly chatted and flew away.

This was an...okay...chapter. Was kinda annoying to write, especially the ending but what can you do and this means the heard/harem is updated.
Next time is one I've been waiting for as I get to write a fight and show what void magic is capable off, 'Boast Busters'.

My (not so) Little Adventure
"Come on, Twilight. You can do this!"
"Why am I the test dummy here?"
"Quiet Shiro, I need to concentrate."
I sighed as I recalled the past event that led up to now, this being me in standing in the library a good 5 feet away from Twilight and Spike, the 'optimal ' safe distance, according to Twilight.
Earlier today
"G'mornin Shiro. Ready for another day of bucking?"
"Yeah though I'm surprised to see you here Big Mac. What happened to AJ?" I asked the large stallion. And when I say large, I mean large .
When I first met Big Mac a few weeks back my first initial thoughts of him were 'Holy crap he could snap me like a twig.' Big Mac was true to his namestake, He stood at 8'6, a whole three feet taller then me, and he looked like a body builder mixed with a boxer but without the excessive muscles. But, just like in cannon, he was a gentle giant at heart.
"She's at the market with Applebloom buying some food." He then bent down and lifted four barrels on his shoulders, two on his left and two on his right, where as I used some levitation magic to pick up four barrels. Thankfully, each barrel weighed around 100kg each give or take a couple of kilos.
After Me and Big Mac had filled them, we took to them apple cellar when Twilight showed up.
"Shiro! Are you there?" I heard her voice call down into the cellar.
I popped my head out like a gopher. "Yeah, what's up Twi?"
"I need your help Shiro." Twilight told me, she seemed kinda apprehesive though, wonder what's up with that?
"What do you need?" I asked her, stepping out the cellar to let Big Mac pass. As he passed he gave a friendly hello to Twi which she returned.
"I need your help practicing magic. Nothing too big of course." She told me, moving a strand of her hair out of her face.
If memory served me correctly, it was Spike who helped her practice and wasn't she practicing mundane magice like that mustache spell that Spike wanted to keep? I shook my head and then smiled at her. "Sure Twi I'll help but first I need to tell Big Mac."
"It's fine sugarcube." I heard AJ's voice call out. I turned to my left to see AJ and Bloom walking side by side with paper bags in there arms. "You can go and help Twi. Me and Mac can finsh up here." She told me as she walked past us.
"Cool." I turned back to Twilight with a smile on my face. "Well, shall we go?" I gestured as I created a portal to the Library.
She smiled back at me and walked through the portal, I followed shortly after.
'Which leads to now... ' I inwardly sighed as I began tapping my foot against the floor. "Are you almost done Twi?" I asked since I knew what was coming next. Get ready for mustache me. sigh I am not looking forward to this, I look terrible with a mustache.
Twilight's horn began to glow brighter and brighter causing me to close my eyes because of how bright it was, I mean holy sweet Celestia did the cartoon not get this accurate. I kept my eyes closed as I waited for Twilight's signal.
"You can open your eyes Shiro."
Like that...
I opened my eyes and then narrowed them again. "Alright....Let out Spike."
"Pffffft-Hahahahahaha!" Spike then fell to the ground laughing. "You look hilarious hahahaha!"
I rolled my eyes and levitated a mirror in front of me and I couldn't help but let loose a laugh of my own. I had to admit that I did look ridiculous. I looked like Robbie Rotten with a handle bar mustache but with my face. My he rest in piece. "Okay I admit, I do look pretty funny." I turned my head to Twilight to see her hand in front of her mouth, possibly trying to surpress a giggle and it was kinda....cute....
I sighed to myself as that thought popped into my head. First Flutters and now Twi.... Maybe I really do like these girls like that..... I know I talked to AJ about it yesterday but I was still apprehensive since...you know...different species.
"You do look pretty funny Shiro but I think that's enough for today." And with another glow of her horn, my new mustache was gone.
"Thank Celestia for that." I said as I rubbed my clean shaven face. "I do not suit a mustache....But in other news." I snapped my fingers and summoned a board and quil. "That's growing magic done and dusted. So that brings you to twenty-five while I'm still stuck at a few magic tricks but I'm not sure you would count mine as 'tricks'." I hummed as I conjured a baseball sized fireball in my left hand. "I guess mine are more akin to spells then tricks huh."
"That's true but you can do things that I can't do." Twilight walked ùp next to me and getsured to the fireball. "Like that. I can't do that type of magic."
I nodded at her and dispelled the fireball. My type of magic, not counting Void magic, was destruction magic where as Twilight used all-round magic thanks to her cutie mark, I found out that Celestia and Luna used a type of lost magic, like my own Void magic, called 'Celestial magic'. We thought that they moved the sun and moon with telekinesis and incredible magical power but boy were we wrong, it also explains how there Mother and Father, who's names I still can't find in any of the books I look in, it's like they've been wiped from history and the only place left is the Canterlot Royal Libaray, created the stars and, get this, the fucking sun and moon itself crazy right?
But I'm getting off topic. Rarity uses 'support' magic as I've dubbed it, like the spells she uses to find gems and help her create clothes and Trixie, who's going to probably show up today if this event was anything to go by, uses 'illusion' magic.
"Shiro? Shiiiiiiro?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Twiligh, who was snapping her fingers in front of my face.
"Huh? What's up Twi?" I asked her.
She stepped back and looked at me with, concern? "You spaced out for a second there. Is everything okay?"
I shook my head and smiled at her. "Yeah, I was just thinking a few things over that's all." I scratched her between the ears, a weak spot for ponies anthro or not. "Nothing to serious."
"O-Oh, I see." Was that a blush? Nah, it couldn't be. "Anyway we should get going." She quickly turned on her heel and walked out her door, Spike followed soon after.
Just what was that about?
"Twenty-five, Twilight. That's twenty-five different kinda of tricks and counting!" I heard Spike energetically say causing me to chuckle. Me, Spike and Twilight were walking to....somewhere... I honestly had no idea where we were going, I was waiting for Snips and Snails to show up and take us to where Trix was. "I thought unicorns were only supposed to have a little magic that matches there special talents!"
"You're half true little buddy." I decided to speak up, seeing how Snips and Snails ain't showing up anytime soon. "For unicorns who specialise in singing, cooking or like Rarity who specialise in....what ever she does. But what if a unicorns talent IS magic?" I said nodding to Twilight.
"Like Twiligh!"
"Bingo." I snapped my fingers at him. He stopped and gaind a pensive look before snapping his claws and pointed at me....What?
"Or like you Shiro." Ohhhhh.
I couldn't help but laugh at that. "Not quite Spike. Yes I can use different magics but only because of this ring." I held up my right hand and gestured to my ring finger. The ring was now completely gone and what was left was the runes etched onto and around my finger. "Without it, I wouldn't be able to do the things I can do now. Even now I don't have much magic besides from levitation, telekinesis and a few 'destruction' spells."
"But still." I turned my attention to Twilight, who had been silent this whole time. "Even for a none unicorn, knowing that much magic is impressive Shiro."
I sheepishly rubbed the back of my head. "Aww thanks Twi."
"Gangway! Comin' through."
I turned around to see Snips and Snails crash into Spike, knocking the poor dragon to the ground, the two unicorns going down with him. They both looked like they did in the cartoon, goofy as all hell. Snips, or was it Snails, wore a light blue shirt and brown pants, where Snips, or was it Snails, wore a brown shirt and...blue pants? Wow, these two really were the Dumb and Dumber of the MLP universe.
I shook my head and helped Spike up off the floor. "You okay?" I asked him.
He gave me a thumbs up and turned to Snips and Snails. "Snips, Snails, what's going on?"
"Wha, you haven't heard?" Okay so the one wearing the brown shirt was SNAILS.
"Whoa?" Spike sent a questioning glance my way. I simply held up a finger to silence him.
"Wait for it."
"There's a new unicorn in town."
"There you go." I said with a silent chuckle.
"Yeah!" It was at this point that Snips decided to join in on the conversation. "They say that she's got more magical power then any other unicorn ever!" He said rather excitedly. Trixe either has a lot of influence in Ponyville already or these two are really gullible....probably the latter then the former.
"She probably has a lot of magical power but more then any unicorn ever?" I said with a shake of my head. "Not possible. I can name two unicorns who have the most magical power then anyone." It should be obvious who I'm talking about.
"Shiro's right." I turned my head towards Twilight who stood there with a hand on her hip. "But in any case, where is this unicorn?"
"Ho, she's in the town square. Come on." Snails then ran off to where Trixe was with Snips following close behind.
I turned to Twilight and Spike and waved my arm. "Let us be off and see this 'Great and powerful' unicorn." I started to walk in the direction that Snips and Snails went, as I did Twilight walked next to me and began asking me questions about the 'new' unicorn.
"So what do you know about this new unicorn?" She asked me with a tilted head.
I rolled my neck and craked it. I noticed out the corner of my eye that her ears went flat against her head. Huh, guess they don't like that sound but I don't blame them. Even I don't like the sound of other people bones cracking. "Not much to say. She's a boaster and uses illusion magic. She's got some impressive magic skills but her boasting makes it null and void."
"So she doesn't have the more magical power then any other unicorn?"
"Nope." I placed my hand on her head and stroked her ears. "That title goes to you and two, possibly three if she's like them at this time, others."
She looked away with a light blush on her on face. "C-Come one Shiro.... I'm not that impressive."
"Don't put yourself down Twi." I smiled down at her. "You have incredible magical power. You are Celestia pupil AND your cutie mark make you speciallised IN magic."
"Thanks Shiro."
"No problem." I pulled Twilight in a sideways hug.
"Come one come all! Come and witness the amazing magic of the Great and Powerful Trixe!" Trixe spread her arms out as fireworks shot out behind her and fanfare began playing.
Yep...All bark and no bite.
When we reached the town square, I took in Trixe's appearance and she kinda reminded me of Zatanna from the DC universe. Doesn't help that the crowd was eating it all up.
"Watch in awe as the Great and Powerful Trixie preforms the most spectacular feats of magic ever witnessed by pony eyes!" More fireworks and fanfare. I can see why the others found her boasting annoying.
"My my my! What boasting!" I heard Rarity say. I turned my head to see her standing next to me.
"Come on, nopony's as magical as Twilight!" Well that was different. I'm pretty sure that Spike got flustered at that point and ran off. Is he not in love with Rarity?
"Come on girls..." I heard Twilight laugh out nervously. "There's nothing wrong with being talented is there?"
"There's nothing wrong with it Twi." I told her. "But what she's doing is making it sound like she's better then anyone." I then sent a cheeky grin up at Rainbow, who had decided to drap herself over my head. "And we already have Rainbow for that."
"Heh, you got that right!" She flew up into the air and placed a hand on her chest. Was I stroking her ego? Maybe. She then flew back down to the ground as she saw everyone give her deadpan stares. " Eh, I mean, yeah, uh, magic shmagic. Boo!" I managed to get a good chuckle at that.
"Well, well, well, it seems we have some neigh sayers in the audience. Who is so ignorant as to challenge the magical ability of the Great and Powerful Trixie? Do they not know that they're in the presence of the most magical unicorn in all of Equestria?" I guess Trixie heard us talking....Welp, time to get to work.
"So you're the greatest unicorn?" I glared at her.
She smirked at me and placed a hand on her chest. "Of course I am. The Great and Powerful Trixie has magic strong enough to vanquish the dreaded Ursa Major!" More firewoks and goddamm fanfare. That was starting to get on my nerves.
But before I could speak she interrupted me. "When all hope was lost, the ponies of Hoofington had no one to turn to, but the Great and Powerful Trixie stepped in, and with her awesome magic, vanquished the ursa major and sent it back to its cave deep within the Everfree Forest!
"That settles it." Snips and Snails ran up to the stage and got down on one knee.
"Trixie truly is the most talented, the most magical, the most awesome unicorn in all of Ponyville."
"Uh yes exuuuuuuuse me." I got everyone's attention by talking in the most posh and pompus voice I could make before going back to my normal voice. "But I can name four, if not five, unicorns who could vanquish an Ursa Major and more in. Ten. Seconds. Flat." I decided to use Dashie's catch-pharse.
"Oh really?" She leaned down from the stage and sneered at me. If she was trying to be intimidating then it's not working. "Then who prey tell?"
"Well there's the Princesses who, if you've managed to forget, also raise the sun and moon." I then placed my hand on Twiligt's head, who managed to make her way back to use with Spike. "There's Twilight and finally me." That wasn't me boasting, that was me being confident in my skills as a magic user.
Trixie stared at me and Twi for a few seconds before she burst out laughing, along with everyone else besides the main six. "While I admit that the Princesses are better in magic then the Great and Powerful Trixie." She then pointed to both me and Twilight and grinned. "But you two? Ha, don't make me laugh. Oh wait! I already did." She then turned her attention to everyone else. "In fact. If anyone else doesn't believe the Great and Powerful Trixie! Then I hereby challenge you, Ponyvillians. Anything you can do, I can do better. Any takers? Anyone? Hmm? Or is Trixie destined to be the greatest equine who has ever lived!?"
"Please Twilight! She's unbearable, you just gotta." I looked to my left to see Spike get on his knees and practicaly beg Twilight to knock this unicorn down a peg and honestly, I was tempted to beg as well buuuuuuuut I already knew how she was going to do it and that was a much better scenario then this.
"There's no way I'm going to use my magic now Spike. Especially since-" Twilight didn't get to finish her sentance thanks to Trixie interrupting her.
"Hmm, what about you ?" Trixie asked Twilight or was she asking me. Hmmm...Eh why the hell not.
I opened my mouth to challange Trixie but AJ beat me to it. "That it's! I can't stand for no more of this!" AJ hoped on the stage with a lasso in hand.
"You show her AJ!"
"Can your magic do this ?" She began spinning the lasso around her body with expert precision, making it wider and smaller and jumping through it. She then threw it out, most likely going for an apple on th-wait, why is she smirking...at...me...
I looked down to see the lasso wrap around my waist. I looked back up at her with narrowed eyes. "Don't you dare." She simply smirked at me and, with a grunt, she pulled on the lasso, pulling it towards her and me along with out. She then finished it all off by tying my hands behind my back.
She turned towards Trixie with a cocky grin as the crowd began to cheer. "Top that, missy."
"Oh ye of little talent. Watch and be amazed at the magic of Trixie!" Felt the rope undo from my arms and snake down my body and onto the floor. I watched it raise up in front of AJ's face and wave back and fourth as snake charmer music played? What in the?
I scanned the crowed and saw that none of them were doing anything that would invoke the music. I guess music really does spontaniously play in this world.
"Woah! Uh!" I turned my head and saw that AJ was properly hogtied, I also heard the crowd laughing at her and I would be too...If I was a mean person. She turned to me with a sheepish grin. "A lil help sugarcube?"
"Sure." I walked over to her and crouched down low. I then created an ice dagger and cut the rope in two, making it fall to the floor. I helped her up and turned to Trixie to see her grinning smugly.
"Once again the Great and Powerful Trixie prevails."
"Hey!" We all looked up and saw Rainbow in the sky, hovering above us. "There's no need to go struttin' around and showin' off like that."
'Isn't that the exact same thing you do? ' I thought with a sweatdrop but then again, Dash has the skills to back up her boast.
"Oh?" Seems like Trixie thought the same thing.
"That's my job!" Rainbow flew into the air and through a cloud, water droplets followed after her, and when she reached about, I wanna say about 30 feet in the air (I'm terrible with height measurements), she dive bombed through the rain droplets and the cloud before coming to a stop in front of us. The water hitting her in the back and created a rainbow above her head, just like in the cartoon but it was a lot more impressive in real life. Man, I wonder what the sonic-rainboom will be like.
"They don't call me 'Rainbow' and 'Dash' for nothin!" She stood up straight and blow some hair that was dangling in front of her eyes.
"Nice one Dash." I spoke up, getting her attention. "You gotta teach me some flying tricks some time."
"Heh, you got it Shiro." She smirked at me and rubbed a finger underneath her nose.
"When Trixie is through, the only thing they will call you is loser." I looked behind me and saw horn light up. I turned back to Dash when I heard her yelp in surprise and saw her get envoloped by a rainbow tornado which then dragged her back to the others where it shot her out leaving her dizzy, if the stars around her head where anything to go by. "Seems like anypony with a dash of good sense would think twice before tussling with the Great Trixie."
"OW!" She then yelped in pain when Trixie fired a bolt of lightning at her backside. The crowd began laughing at her.
I hoped off the stage and walked up to her. "You okay Dash?" I asked, I was slightly expecting her to say she wasn't hurt since, you know, Pegasi can kick clouds to make lightning and thunder. But I wouldn't be surprised if she was in pain after all, getting hit by lightning hurts.
"Kinda. Man that stings." She said as she rubbed her butt. Thought so, even Pegasi aren't immune to getting hit by lightning.
"Want me to heal it?" I held up my hand as a light green glow covered it. My eyes went wide when I realised what I just said and also when Dash grinned at me. "Let me rephrase that."
"Are you sure you just don't want to cop a feel?" She grinned at me like the goddamm Cheshire cat and wiggled her butt a bit making me look away with a light blush.
"That-That isn't what I meant and you know it!" I huffed out. I turned my head slightly to look at her. "Do you want me to heal it or not?"
"Hehe, I'm just messing with ya Shiro." She lightly hit me on my arm and shook her head. "And don't worry 'bout it. It doesn't hurt that much."
"Uh..." I heard Twilight get out.
"What's up Twi?" I asked her.
"Enough. Enough, all of you. I take your hint, but Rarity is above such nonsense. Rainbow Dash and Applejack may behave like ruffians, but Rarity conducts herself with beauty and grace." I turned to Rarity who flicked her hair out of her face. Ah so we're at that part....Oh, were at this part....
Poor Rares.... maybe I can lessen the blow?
"Ooo, what's the matter?" I heard Trixie taunt. Welp, too late now. "Afraid you'll get a hair out of place in that rat's nest you call a mane?"
"Oh. It. Is. On!" Note to self, never insult Rarity's hair. "You may think you're tough with all of your so-called powers, but there's more to magic than your brutish ways. A unicorn needs to be more than just muscle. A unicorn needs to have style."
She used her magic to pull down one of the curtains from the stage and made it wrap around her like an magic aura. After a bright flash she was in a new dress. It was a deep purple, it went up to her showed off her shoulders and some oof her clevage, it also had a slit on the right side, showing off her right leg and cutie mark. All in all, she looked drop dead gorgeous....sigh I should just give in shouldn't I?
"A unicorn is not a unicorn without grace and beauty." This is not gonna go well. Trixie grinned evily and shot a blast of her magic at Rarity causing me to wince and everyone else to gasp. "Quick! I need a mirror! Get me a mirror! What did she do to my hair? I know she did something terrible to my hair! "
"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeell..." I droned out. "Are you sure you-WOAH!" I jumped in shock when Rarity got right in my face in an instant and grabbed the sides of my face.
"What. Did. She. Do?" Angry Rarity is scary Rarity.
"She kinda turned it....green..." I went wide eyed when I saw her tearing up. Uh uh uh, Ooo idea! "Um I can fix it if you like?"
"Really! Do it! Do it! Do it!" She said as she leaned closer and closer.
"Alright, calm down Palpatine." I stood up straight and focused on her hair. The spell I was TRYING to cast was a simple time spell, it revolved around forcing an object forwards or backwards in time. It kinda worked like Arc of Time from Fairy Tail but it can work on organic objects, like hair. I began twisting my hand in an anti-clockwise matter, pulling her hair BACK in time. It took a few seconds but I managed to get it back to it's normal colour. I wiped the sweat from my head and sighed. Time magic was hard. "There we go."
"Oh thank you Shiro!" Rarity wrapped her arms around me and pulled me into a hug. She released me and pulled out a mirror from....somewhere... "My beautiful, beautiful hair."
"Oooookay. I'll just....leave you to it." I slowly began to back away from Rarity as she stared into the mirror and stroked her hair. Now that that was over, time to go back to Trixie. I turned back to her just in time to see her talk to Twilight.
"Hah! You think you're better then the Great and Powerful Trixie? You think you have more magical talent? Well, come on, show Trixie what you've got. Show us all."
"Fine." I spoke up when I saw Twilight slowly become more and more nervous. "I have no problem demonstrating my magic."
"Pfff..." I heard Trixie and some of the crowd snicker. "You, use magic? Hah! Don't make Trixie laugh. You're not even a unicorn."
I narrowed my eyes at her and hoped on stage. "Just beacuse I'm not a unicorn doesn't mean I can't use magic." I held my hands out in front of me and closed my eyes.
"Yeah! You show her Shiro." I heard the girls and Spike give me words of encouragement.
'Okay, breath. Inhale for three seconds. Exhale for three seconds. Feel your magic flow through you and out of you. You've done this before Shiro. ' I thought to myself.
I opened my eyes and clenched my hands into fist and seperating them from each other creating a void-staff that was about 5-feet long. Holding in my left hand, I spun it round my body and grasped it in my right before holding it behind my back. It was then when I activated the second part of this two bit combo, adding electricity to an unstable magic. I may have done this before but it's never worked. The void-staff would either brake or the electricity would dispel but this time I was determained to get it to work.
I felt the electricity crackle down my arm and to my hand where I began to transfer it to the staff. I turned my head and went wide eyed as I saw cracks starting to appear on the staff. I quickly tossed it in the air and it was a good thing I did as it suddenly exploaded in a shower of void-magic and lightning-magic, which was the electricity part.
"Dammit all...." I clicked my tongue, no doubt Trixie is gonna taunt me over this.
"Hah! Trixie knew you couldn't use magic." Fucking called it. "However, Trixie is interested in what that staff was."
"Is that so?" I turned to face Trixie and stuck my tongue out at her in a slightly childish manner. "Well you're never gonna know so blegh."
"Well it that case." Trixie said. "Ha! Once again, the Great and Powerful Trixie has proven herself to be the most amazing unicorn in all of Equestria. Huh, was there ever any doubt?"
It took a few minutes but, very soon, the crowd had disappeared and so did Trixie. Leaving me, AJ, Rainbow and Rares. I sighed and held my arms behind my head. "Man, if I only I could've completed that spell. That would've show her."
"Just what in the hay were you tryin' to do sugarcube?" AJ asked me.
I took a few steps back and summoned my void-staff again. Even though my Void-catalyst was a sword, that doesn't mean I can't create void-weapons. All it means is that if I try and imbude magic into the weapon, it will be weaker then if I did it with my sword.
"What I was trying to do was enhance this staff with electricity to recreate something I've seen." I told them and I dispelled my staff.
"But I thought you said that Humans can't use magic?" Rarity asked me.
I nodded at her. "While that is true, Humans can't use magic, that doesn't mean that we haven't dreamed of these kinds of things." I told them. I rolled my neck and cracked it, a habit I thought I got rid of but apparently not. "We've made up people WITH magic powers and superpowers. Back on Earth there are two very large companies called DC comics and Marvel comics, they both make fictional characters with powers that Humans will never be able to obtain. In DC there's a character called Superman who's able to fly, shoot lasers from his eyes and has super strength and there's so much more."
As we walked to Sugar Cube corner told them all about DC and Marvel, Harry Potter hell I even told them about anime like My hero academia, One Piece, Fairy Tail, I left out things like Deadman Wonderland and Attack on Titan. I didn't want to scar them. Anyway by the time I finished, we were all finishing off some sweet treats that we got from Sugar Cube.
"And that about wraps it up." I finished as I took a sip of my milkshake and hot damn was it good.
They all stared at me with varying emotions. Rarity stared at me in wonder, AJ had a surprised look and Dash had literal stars in her eyes.
"My word." Rarity said in what I assumed was amazment. "I never realized that Humans had such amazing ideas."
"I'll say. They all sound awesome!" Rainbow seemed to be very into it. I wonder which one she liked?
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Before I could ask them who they liked the sound of the most, we all heard a blood-curdling scream outside.
"What the hay?" We all went outside and the blood drained from my face as we all saw a, I wanna say 15-foot, tall blue bear which looked like it had stars over it.
In short, it was the Ursa Minor.
What was worse was that Twilight was nowhere to be seen and it was still day light. Which means that Snips and Snails brought the damn thing early....Very early.
"Those idiots!" I cursed out. I knew Snips and Snails wanted to see Trixie try and vanquish it but that should've been later tonight. I turned to the other three. "You need to find a place to hide and fast." That was all I gave them before I did the stupidest thing I could've done. I ran towards the damn thing.
'What the hell am I even doing? ' I thought to myself as I got near the Ursa.
It reared up on it's hind legs and slammed down on top of a house. God I hoped nobody was in there. I skidded to a halt and launched a fireball at it's face as it prepared to slam down on top of another house. As the fireball exploaded upon impact, the Ursa reared back and fell on it's back. I reached into my bandolier and pulled out my last lapis and threw it at the still downed Ursa and fired a blast of ice-magic at it. The result was that the lapis exploaded and created a miniture glacier that froze it's left foot to the ground.
Didn't do much considering that the Ursa just moved it's foot a bit and shattered the ice that was supposed to keep it bound to the ground. The Ursa rolled back onto all fours and turned to face me and it. Was. Pissed. It was snarling and drooling at me and it was clear that it wanted to tear me apart or eat me or tear me apart AND eat me. Honestly I didn't blame it, I would be pissed as well if someone launched a fireball at my face.
I conjured up my Voidblade as the Monster Hunter World song 'Proof of a Hero' began...to...play? What the hell?
I shook my head and decided to worry about that later as the Ursa began charging at me. I quickly dodge-rolled out the way as it took a large swipe at me. I got to my feet and ran towards it's feet and slashed at it's front left paw, since it was the closest one, but it seemed to have no effect as my blade barely cut through it's thick fur. I had to teleport away from it as I wouldn't of been able to get away from it slamming down on top of me, and I don't even thing cartoon physics would've saved me from being flattened then a pancake.
I was standing about 5-feet away from it and caught my breath. After a few seconds of thinking, I began channeling fire-magic into the blade and did a horizontal slash sending a wave of fire towards it. The Ursa went back up on it's hind legs and then slammed down on the flame-wave as it reached it's feet, the effecting wind pressure was enough to extinguish the flames. The Ursa then roared at me and boy was it loud. It was that loud that I had to cover my ears, It didn't do much but at least it muffled the sound a little bit.
I shook my head and readied myself as it charged at me yet again. I held my sword in a reverse grip and in a way so that the blade was behind my back. As the Ursa got closer I also rushed towards it and stabbed my blade in it's left paw, I had to use earth-magic to enhance my arms to get the tip to stab it, and made a long gash down it as I ran past it. It was shallow, yes but it was an injury none the less. I should've teleported away or dodge rolled or something as the fucker turned on a dime and back pawed me into a damn building.
"GAH!" I yelled in pain as my back hit soild concrete. I was surprised that I didn't go THROUGH the building but instead I simply peeled off the wall and fell to the ground with a dull thud. Because I landed on my chest, the wind got knocked out of me leaving me to cough and heave. I rolled onto my back and breathed heavily, trying to get some oxygen back into my lungs.
Suddenly, soft lullaby-like music filled the air. I looked up at the Ursa Minor to see sway like a drunk. It was swaying so much that it began tip-OH SHIT!
My eyes went wide as the damn thing started falling towards me, luckly my saviour came in the form of a purple magical glow that envoloped it and lifted it into the air.
"You alright sugarcube?" I heard AJ call out to me.
I sat up and gave them a two finger wave whilest clutching my, probably, brusied midsection. "I'm okay, what about you girls? Are you okay?"
"Yes we're alright." Rarity said as the three approached me. "But that was incredibly reckless Shiro. You could've been hurt or worse." I looked away and rubbed the back of my head sheepishly, I didn't know she cared about me that much.
"I thought that you were pretty awesome Shiro." Dash told me as she held out her hand to me.
I took it and smiled at her as I stood up. "Thanks for that Dash but I didn't feel awesome...honestly I didn't know why I ran towards it considering I knew how this event ends." I gestured towards Twilight who was knelt over and breathing heavily. Looks like lifting and Ursa really was taxing. I began walking towards her with the others following behind me. When I reached Twilight I placed a hand on her shoulder and began to exchange some magical power into her.
The best way I could explain to what I was doing was the same as a blood transfusion except with magic and not blood.
"You okay Twilight?" I asked her but it was pretty obvious that she wasn't okay.
"Yeah...I'll-I'll be fine Shiro." She breathed out. It took her a few seconds to get a second wind but when she did she stood up at full height.
"Unbeliveable!" I heard Dash say in awe.
"That was amazing!" Spike praised her which caused her to blush.
I kinda tuned out the rest of the convosation in favour of nursing my aching ribs. Goddamm that thing had a strong left paw. I felt a clawed finger poke my side. I looked down and saw Spike trying to get my attention. "What's up Spike?" I asked the purple dragon.
"I think Twilight wants your attention." He said with an apologetic smile? I turned to Twilight and wow did she seem pissed. Wait, was she pissed off at me?
"And it wasn't rampaging. It was just cranky because someone woke it up AND stabbed it in it's foot...." Ohhhh....Yeah, yeah that would be a valid reason for being angry at me.
I looked away and rubbed the back of my head. "Yeaaaaaah that wasn't my best idea was it?"
"No, no it wasn't. You're lucky that the Mum wasn't around...Or Fluttershy for that matter."
I thought about that for a second and nodded my head. "Yeah, neither would've approved of me stabbing it." I hope that doesn't come to bite me in my ass later. Like, the Mama bear comes to Ponyville to get revenge.... I should stop talking less I invoke Murphy's Law or Discord for that matter. I yawned and then winced as I felt my side flare up in pain. I lifted up my shirt and on my left side was a large purple-black bruise, it was probably from either the Ursa hitting me or me hitting the building.
"That looks really painful Shiro." I heard Rarity say, concerned.
I let my shirt fall back down and then looked at her and forced a pained smile. "Yeah, just a little sore is all. After a day of rest, it should be either gone or less painfull." I told her and went to create a portal back to mine seeing as the day is over but Rarity stopped me when she grabbed my arm. "What's up Rare's?"
She gaved me a stern look which actually made me a little bit nervous. "I must insist that you come to mine so I can give you first aid."
That took me by surprise, I don't think she showed any knowledge of first aid in the show. "Wait you know first aid?"
"Shiro, I have a little sister who's prone to always getting hurt. My parents made sure I knew some messure of first aid." Yeah I guess that made sense.
I shook my head and smiled at her. "Rarity I'm fine, trust me."
"I insist." She said again but this time she seemed even more...sterner...if that's even a word.
"Rarity-" Rarity cut me off with a stern glare. I knew what that look meant, It meant that she wasn't going to take no for an answer and we would be here all night if possible (I was given this look a lot back on Earth). I sighed and made the wise choice of giving in. "Fine, Rarity, you win. I'll come with you to get some first aid."
She seemed to be pleased with that answer as she nodded at me and then turned around. She looked back at me and gestured for me to follow. "Come on Shiro."
We finally reached Rarity's boutique, which was farther away then I thought, and it seemed that Sweetie Bell wasn't here. Hmm, was she just staying for the night I saw her? "Hey Rare's, where's Sweetie Bell?"
"Oh, Sweetie is with our parents. She was only here for a couple of days." She said as she ushered me into the kitchen. I say down at the table as she went over to one of those first aid boxes that are in American bathrooms, not sure if they have them in the UK, I haven't seen them there, and pulled out a few things like a bandage, some kind of spray and cotton balls. She walked back over to me and set them down on the table. "Shirt off please."
I sighed and did what she asked and took of my shirt. I was kinda surprised when I saw that I didn't just have a bruise on my side but on my stomach and chest and there was also a few cuts here and there, some with dried blood others were still fresh. How the hell did I get all these?
Rarity obviously saw my look of surprise and asked me about it. "How did you get all these injuries?"
"I honestly don't know!" I ran a finger over a small, shallow cut that was on my right hip. "Maybe I got them while I was doing some magic training? But I would've felt them right?"
Rarity shook her head at me and took the spray off the table and began-SWEET MOTHER OF GOD THAT STINGS!
I instictivly went to pull away from her but I couldn't since I was sat on a chair so that stopped all progression of moving. "Oh stop being so dramatic Shiro." Rarity giggled at me. Did she have some kind of secret S&M fetish? "It doesn't hurt that much."
"I disagree Rare's." I hissed out through gritted teeth. "You're spraying antiseptice spray on an open wound, that shit stings worse then soap in the eyes." She rolled her eyes at me and swatted my thigh lightly. "What?"
"Language." She placed the spray back on the table and took one of the cotten balls and began to clean the fresh blood and dried blood from the cuts. I sat in silence as Iet her clean the cuts.
'Her hands are....really soft... ' I thought as her hands ran over my stomach. She sighed as she finished wrapping the bandage around my stomach and chest. I placed my shirt back on and stood up as Rarity placed the things back in the box. "Thanks Rarity. I feel better already." I gave her a warm smile to which she returned. I turned and created my portal home and stepped through it.

I'M BACK BABY!
Sorry about the really long absence but I was working out some things IRL and then it just spiralled out of control but I should be back now HOWEVER, I am changing the update from everyweek to whenever I can as IRL is taking up my time with trying to find a job and collage. On a side note, I'm adding RD to the heard/harem as I feel a bit mre confident in my abilites.
But that's all for now. So I'm off to began the next chapter which is 'Dragonshy'. So until then.

My (not so) Little Adventure
Far over the Misty Mountain (not really)
Chapter 6
On the edge of the Everfree Forest was a small log cabin which belonged to Ponyville's resident animal expert, the timid Pegasus Fluttershy. The buttercup-coloured Pegasus was going about her daily errand, feeding the animals she cared for.
She first went and fed a pair of Ferrets that were living underneath the bridge. She walked underneath, since the water wasn't that deep and only reached up to her knees, she had to lift her skirt up a bit so that it didn't get wet, and placed a pair of fish on the plank of wood that served as a kind of front porch for the two Ferrets.
She then flew up to a tree to feed some baby birds. She scattered some worms that she was carrying around the nest and watched them eat with a smile.
crunch crunch crunch
Her ears perked up at the sound of something hard being chewed on quickly. She looked down and saw her pet bunny, Angel, was the one who was eating a carrot at a rapid pace. She flew to the ground and stood in front of his hutch.
"Not too fast now, Angel bunny." The bunny in question stopped mid-chew and looked up at her. "You don't wanna get a tummy ache." Angel looked at Fluttershy and then at the carrot it was eating before he threw it on the ground and crossed his arms causing Flutters to giggle. "You really should eat more than that, don't you think?" She asked Angel.
Angel, however, didn't want to eat anymore as he ran underneath her legs and came to a halt when Flutters flew in his path. "It's not play time yet." Once again, Angel ran underneath her legs but Flutters quickly turned and scooped him up in her arms. "I know you want to run, but....just three more bites?" She asked as she placed Angel on the ground and the half-eaten carrot in front of him. Angel turned his head away from it. "Two more bites?" She asked with a hopeful expression but was given the same result. "One more bite? Pretty please?" Fluttershy sighed as she saw that her wasn't going to eat anymore.
She turned to face her cabin and began to walk towards it but stopepd when Angel bunny began coughing harshly. She quickly turned and knelt down with a worried expression. "Oh, goodness. Are you okay?" Angel coughed again, this time a little louder. "Are you coughing because there's a carrot stuck in your throat?" Again, another cough. "Because you need some water?" Angel coughed even louder and began pointing behind her. She turned around and gasped. "Is it because of that giant cloud of scary black smoke?" Her answer was a carrot to the head courtesy of Angel bunny. "I'll take that as a yes."
She flew up into the air, after getting all her animals in their homes, and went to warn everypony in Ponyville but she stopped mid-air and turned to face the Everfree forest as she remembered a certain brown-haired man that that lives there.
She hesitated for a moment but ultimatly flew to where the old pony sister's castle was.
It took her a few minutes to reach the old castle, since she wasn't a very good flyer, and softly landed in front of the door and knocked on it.
"Shiro, are you there?" She softly called out. After not getting an answer for a minute, she gently opened the door and poked her head through. "Shiro?" Once again, Fluttershy softly called out into the room. She looked aound and stepped into the court room.
She looked around for a bit until she heard the sound of snoring coming from one of the side rooms. Slowly, she walked to the door and opened it. "S-Shiro?" She called out once more. She poked her head through the gap once it was wide enough. When she did, she saw a single bed in the very back and a large lump in said bed. Cautiously, Fluttershy approached the bed but froze when the lump started to move.
She did, however, breath a sigh of relief when the lump revealed itself to be the sleeping form of Shiro. She walked closer to get a better look at him.
"He looks so peaceful...I-I shouldn't wake him up...but what about the smoke?" Fluttershy mumbled to herself, not wanting to wake him. Unbeknown to her, her mumbling began to ruse Shiro.
Why do I hear Flutters?
I mean, I know I'm still asleep...that or I've gone blind if the darkness is anything to go by.
"I-I should just let him sleep..." Okay now I defiently know I hear Flutters. Come on eyes, it's time to open.
As I forced my eyes to slowly open, faint glints of light began pouring into my retinas and the last remains of sleep disappeared, I began to make out a shape. At first, it was a plain blur, then the blur began to gain colour in that of a buttercup-yellow which was then followed by pink. The coloured blur began to then take shape of a familiar Pegasus.
"Flutters?" I tiredly groaned out. There was a cute little meep which all but confirmed that it was the buttercup-yellow Pegasus. "What are you doing here?" I asked her as I sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. I then raised an eyebrow as I saw her turn, gaining a concerned look.
"What happened to your chest?" She asked me. I looked down and saw that I still had the bandages that Rarity wrapped me in from the other night.
I simply waved her off. "It's nothing, just a few scratches from my training." I got out of bed and strectched my back, causing it to crack which was oh so satisfying. I looked over to Flutters and saw that her ears were flat against her head. Huh, guess she doesn't like that sound. "Anyway, what are you doing here?"
That seemed to break her out of her stupor as she went from cringe to panic in a mere few seconds. "That's right. I came to warn you about the huge cloud of ominous black smoke that's coming from the mountains."
Ominous black smoke? What does she me-ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh shit.
The dragon. Which means that today must be Dragonshy. Well, time to play this by ear. Hopefully I can help Flutters overcome her fear of Dragons. I'm not expecting much, I'm not the best at comforting people....or ponies for that matter.
"That is worrisome." I told her as I walked over to my drawers and pulled out a black t-shirt with a golden lion on it and put it on, followed by a grey jumper which I tied around my waist. "We should go warn the others." I told her as I created a portal to Golden Oaks Library. I stepped to the side and allowed Flutters to step through first.
After the familiar flash of light had died down, we found oursleves just outside the door to the Golden Oaks Library. I turned to Flutters and gestured to the crowd of Ponies watching Rainbow bounce a ball. "Well, all your's Flutters."
She looked at me with a shocked and scared expression. "O-Oh I can't do that. Y-You should do it Sh-Shiro." She then hid behind me and hid her face with her hair.
I sighed and shook my head before I stepped to the side and placed my hands on her shoulders which caused her to make that cute 'meep' sound she does. "Flutters, you should do it. I know that you're scared but if you don't push yourself, you won't be able to over come your fears."
She turned her head slightly to look at me which I then gave her a comforting smile. That seemed to steal her determination, she then turned to the others and began shouting....and by shouting I mean she talked normally. "Help. Help! Please? Help? There's-- there's a horrible cloud of smoke. It's headed this way and--" She then cut herself off with a shriek as Dashie appeared in front of her, still bouncing her ball.
"Don't be such a scaredy-pony. It's just me, future Equestria ball-bouncing record holder." She said cheerfully and she probably could be as well....that is, if I wasn't here and Pinkie didn't mess her up in cannon.
"Sorry Dash." I said as I snatched the ball out of the air with telekinesis which earned me a harty 'Hey!' from her. "But Flutters has something very important to tell you." I then turned my attention to the others. "And I think you all should listen too."
"Th-Thank you Sh-Shiro." Flutters quietly said to me with a cute smile. "We-Well there's-um-there's s-smoke a-and meep!" Try as she might, Flutter's just couldn't seem to get her words out and when it became to much for the shy Pegasus, she hid behind me and covered her face with her hair.
I sighed at this and then turned to the others. "What Flutters is trying say is that there is smoke coming from one of the mountains and it's beginning to spread across Equestria. Ponyville first since it is closer." They all began talking amongst each other.
"Shiro is correct." I turned to see Twi walk out of the Library. "But don't panic, the Princess has informed me that it is not coming from a fire." Yeah but what it is coming from is worse then a fire.
"Oh thank goodness." I heard Flutters exhale a sigh of relief. She's not going to like what Twilight has to say next.
"It's coming from a dragon."
All the Ponies gasped in shock but Flutters seemed to take it worse seeing as I could feel her tremble. "A-A dragon?"
Very soon, me, Flutters and ther others were standing in the Library.
"What in the name of all things cinnamon swirled is a full-grown dragon doing in Equestria?"
Two things I want to point out now that I've heard that sentence in person. One, I guess fully grown dragons must not be common or occur in Equestria and two, I still have no idea what 'cinnamon swirled' means. I know they are a sweet treat but what does that have to do with anything?
"Sleeping." Was the answer that Twilight gave as she went through multiple books and maps of the area.
"Huh." Suffice to say, the girls were very confused.
It was then when I stepped in. "Accourding to the Princess, he's taking a nap. His snoring is the cause of the smoke." I looked over to Twilight when I heard her sigh, she didn't seem to like me stealing her thunder....oh well. I then walked over to the bookshelf that was beside a vase.
"He should really see a doctor." I heard Pinkie say. "That doesn't sound healthy at all."
"Well at least he's not breathing fire." Rarity remarked.
"Or lightning or water or wind." I said as I looked through a random book I picked up. I placed the book back in it's spot, apparently it was Daring Do and the Griffins Goblet, the second book in the series, and turned around to see them all look at me with confused faces. "What?"
"Sugarcube...what in the hay did you mean by 'lightning or water or wind'?" AJ asked me. Guess I should explain.
"Not all dragons are fire-elementals." I told them, they still looked confused as all hell though. I sighed and held up five fingers. "There are, to my knowledge, five different types of dragons, each breaths a respective element acourding to their colouration. Red breath fire, white breath wind, light-blue breath lightning, dark-blue breath water and brown...well, brown dragons don't technically breath anything but they do, however, have control over earth." I then began to finish off my explaination. "These are the five basic dragon types and elements that I've read about and I've encountered one of them. There are probably more then those five if Spike is anything to go by."
"So, if this dragon is snoring smoke." I turned to look at Rarity who held a finger on her chin. "Then that means..."
"We're most likely dealing with a Red dragon?" I asked her to which she nodded. "More then likely, yes." 'But this is going to be a problem since I'm all out of Aqua Sapphires and on it's own, my water magic is below average. ' I looked over at Flutters as I thought that. 'Seems like we really are going to have to rely on Flutters for this. '
"If we are dealing with a Red dragon. Then what are we supposed to do about it?" Rarity asked.
"I'll tell you what we're supposed to do." Dash said as she flew up into the air and over to a vase, I quickly added an enhancement spell on it so that it wouldn't break. "Give him the boot. Take that." She said as she kicked the vase and then dive-bombed it but missed as Twilight used her magic to float it over her head. Good news, Twilight stopped it from getting broken. Bad news, I was stood off to the side of the vase so I was in the path of Dash's dive. So this resulted in Dash coliding with my stomach, which was still bandaged, and knocking me over knocking all the wind out of me.
"OOF!" I breathed out as I was knocked down...with Dash stradling my waist.
"Hehe, sorry 'bout that Shiro." She chuckled as she got off me and helped me up.
"Don't-cough -worry about it." I said with a wince and cough.
"Aaaaaanyway." Twilight said, getting all our attention back on her. "We need to encourage him to take a nap somewhere else." She then pumped her fist in the air and had a determained expression. "Princess Celestia gave us this mission and we must not fail." She then shook her head. "If we do, Equestria will be covered in smoke for the next hundred years."
Jeez, she is really pumped up but I can't blame her, her mentor and mother figure? Would you call Celestia a mother figure?
"Meep."
A cute yet scard sounding noise brought me out of my musings.
I turned my head to look at the qivering buttercup-yellow blob behind me. I placed a comforting hand on her head causing her to look at me and I smiled warmly at her. "Don't worry Flutters, everything will be fine." Somehow, that managed to calm her a little as she stopped shaking and smiled back which was....really cute.
Also, I didn't have to look behind me to know that everyone was staring at us, mainly me. Hell, I could practically see Dashies' shit-eating grin and I was stopping it. "We should all go and get supplies ready for the journey ahead."
Those words seemed to snap everyone out their funk, except Dashie of course but nothing will....besides from the Wonderbolts showing up but that's besides the point. Twilight shook her head and faced the others.
"Shiro's right, gather supplies and then let's meet back here within an hour." After a multitude of affermatives, everyone left the Library, with the exception of Twilight of course. I decided to walk with Flutters back to her cabin.
As we walked, I kept glancing over to her and I could see that she wanted to say something but, more then likely, she was too scared to do so. I sighed and broke the silence. "You know you can talk to me right?" I said to her. She didn't say anything and nodded causing me to sigh again. "Do you want to talk to me?" I asked her with a raised eyebrow.
She looked away from me and covered her face with her hair. I'm gonna take that as a no but at the same time....yes. Looks like I need to take the initiative. "You're scared, aren't you?" The little meep she did was all the conformation I needed. I sighed and placed a comforting arm around her, causing her to meep again but this one was with a blush. "Don't worry. We're all scared....well, Dashie might not be but that's besides the point."
She looked up at me with a surprised look. "R-Really? E-Even you?"
"Even me." I said with a nod. "I mean, how can I not? We're going up against a Red Dragon for Celestias sake, sorry for the language."
"B-But you're so-so brave."
I barked out with laughter which seemed to confuse her little bit so I decided to quench the confusion. "I'm not brave Flutters. I'm scared of a lot of things."
"R-Really?"
"Oh yeah. I'm scared of the ocean, space, tight and enclosed areas, wasps and hornets and many other things....kinda. The only reason why I'm not crying in a corner is because I can't." I glanced over to her to see her confused look. "There's just to much at stake for me to be scared. So I have to push past my fears and in turn, that will make me stronger."
Fluttershy didn't say anything back to me and looked at the ground as we continued to walk. I could see that she wanted to say something but it seemed like she just couldn't find her words, I'm sure she'll be able to find her courage and say what she wants to not just me but to everyone. I just hope I can help her before the whole Minotaur deal really don't want to deal with Angryshy....heh.
Very soon, we reached Flutters cottage and before Flutters could walk inside her cottage I stopped her. "Flutters....I'm going to head back to the Library." I told her with a slightly concerned look. She stared back at me for a few seconds before looking away which caused me to sigh. "If you don't want to come along, that's perfectly fine. No one will force you, I'll make sure of that but it would be a great boon if you did come along."
She paused for a few seconds before sighing and looked at me with teary eyes. Oh don't do that Flutters, you'll break my heart. "I-I want to Shiro.....b-but I'm just too scared." She whimpered which prompted me to pull her into a comforting hug.
"It's okay to be scared Flutters." I pulled away and wiped a tear from her face. "It's what keeps us alive. All you have to do is not let that fear control you." I told her before walking away but I stopped before I reached the bridge and then looked back at her. "In the end.....only you can decided." And with that, I created a portal to Twi's library and stepped on through.
"Wait! What do you mean she's not coming?"
"Exactly that. She's not coming."
The question was from Twilight who was the first one to great me when I appeared at Golden Oaks. I wasn't surprised to find everyone waiting outside the Library. I gave them a casual greeting to which they returned but they gave me confused looks when they all saw that Flutters wasn't with me which lead up to now.
"Well she has to come." Twilight said to me as she shoved a map into her satchel. "Her knowledge with animals will be a great help to us." She thought for a few seconds before turning to Raibow, she won't do what I think.....will she? "Rainbow, can you go and grab Fluttershy please."
Dammit Twi.
"Rainbow. No." I quickly and sternly said when I saw Rainbow prepare to fly to Flutters cottage. This caused everyone to look at me with raised eyebrows. "We're not dragging Flutters here against her will." I said with crossed arms. "Yes I know her skills would be great for this but you have to understand we are up against a Dragon.....a fully grown, fire breathing Dragon." I emphasized on what we were up against. "No offense to Spike but he's not that intimidating."
"NONE TAKEN." I heard him yell from the Library.
"And not to mention, this Dragon probably won't be prone to having a casual chat with us. So we'll most likely have to use force against this thing and I don't know if you've noticed but Flutters is pretty much a pacifist." I told them, finishing of my little rant.
After that, they were all silent, as they most likely thought on my words, before AJ was the first one to speak. "You're right sugarcube." She said with a sigh and pulled her hat over her eyes. "If I was in Flutters shoes, ah wouldn't want to be forced to go."
"Thank you AJ." I nodded to her. "So with that all settled, I'm guessing you've mapped out a route Twi?" I asked the purple unicorn who jolted at my words before nodding.
"Mhm, I did it while you were with......Flutters?" She ended that like she was asking a question and she also tilted her head to the side. I raised my eyebrow at this and looked behind me before going wide eyed in shock as, standing a few feet behind me, was the timid buttercup yellow pegasus. In the time that I've been with the others, Flutters had managed to change her clothes from her usual jumper and skirt to a different jumper that revealed her shoulders and blue jeans that hugged her legs and she wore a pair of shoes like mine.
"I-I decided th-that I'm going to come with you." She said, pumping her fist in the air. She sounded pretty determained and honestly, I'm kinda glad that she's coming with us.
"Are you sure darling?" I heard Rarity ask Flutters. "Shiro did say we are going up against a Dragon."
I saw Flutters shiver and wince at that but she quickly shook her head and nodded. "S-Shiro said that we can't afford to be afraid when so much is at stake. We have to push past our fears and that in turn will make me stronger."

We all just....stared....at Flutters, none of us probably knew what to say about this devolpment but I then felt fairs pairs of eyes drift towards me so then my eyes drifted towards them and I stared at the girls and the girls stared at me. "I'm honestly as surprised as you guys." I said and held up my hands. I expected some kind of development with her confidence but I didn't expect it to be this quick but....that's a thought for another day. "Well It's great to see that you've decided to come with us Flutters." I said, walking over to her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders and walked back over to the others. "Okay Twi. Now that we're all here, what's your plan?" I asked, knowing full well what the plan.
Twilight seemed startled by my voice, probably still in shock at how confident Flutters seemed. She quickly shook her head and put on her satchel. "Well, first off we need to climb that mountain." She said, pointing to said mountain. "And then try and persuade the dragon to leave but as Shiro pointed out earlier, this won't be easy but we can do it, right girls." She said, pumping her fist in the air.
"Yeah!" Was the reply.
Ho...ly....shit.
"This mountain looked a loooooot smaller in the show....." I said as I stared up at the titanic mound of rock that stood before us.
"Well it is a mountain Shiro." I heard Rainbow say to me. "Of course it's going to be tall."
"I know that. What I mean is that in the show, it looked a lot smaller then this. Hell, it barely even reached cloud hight but this.....this could easily beat some of the mountains back on Earth." I said to them and continued to stare up but I was soon shaken out of my wonder when the ground beneath us shook and a rumble echoed through the pass of the mountain.
"W-What was that?" I heard Flutters whimper behind me. She had decided that my back was the safest place to be so she stuck to it like glue.
"That is what a Dragon snore sounds like." Twilight said as she went over her map once more before folding it and placed it in her satchel. Out the corner of my eye, I saw Dash prepare to fly ahead so I used my magic to grab her tail.
"Not so fast, Dash." I called out to her which caused her to look at me with an irritated glare. "While it may be a good idea to scout ahead, it's better to stay together." I told her before looking down the mountain pass that laid ahead of us. While in the show there was only an avalanche danger, this wasn't the show anymore....this was real. Well, real for me and who knows what was cut from the show. "Who knows what's up this pass." I mutter.
"You say something darling?" I heard Rarity ask me, she must've heard my muttering. I turn to face her and wave a dissmive hand in front of me. She gave me a look but didn't press on and instead went to looking at the mountain. "Anyway, I've heard that the only things that sparkle more then a Dragon's scales are the jewels they use to build their nests." She said while gaining a stary-eyed look and clapped her hands excitedly. "Ooo if I play my cards right, I might be able to convice him to give me a few."
"Welcome to my cave Rarity. Would you care for a diamond?" I heard Pinkie growl and then roar at the snow-white unicorn which caused all the girls to start laughing. I, however, had my mind on the gems that the Dragon would have.
'I wonder if there actually is a way for the Dragon to spare a few gems. Celestia knows I need them. ' I thought before shaking my head and clapping my hands together, getting everyone's attention. "Right, shall we start heading up?" I asked them and in return, received a nod from each of them......all except Flutters. I turned to the Pegasus and placed a hand on her shoulder. "This is your last chance to back out Flutters. None of us will blame you if you do." I told her and I was being genuine here. It took her a second but once she looked at me, I knew she wasn't backing down.
I smiled at her and nodded before turning and saw that the girls had already started walking up the trail. I took Flutters hand on pure instinct and went into a light jog to catch up to them. At this point, AJ would be taking Flutters around an alternate route since she would've gone into dead goat mode. You know, when goats go completly stiff because something scared them but me being with her seemed to have changed that so we were able to reach our second obsticle.
The gap in the mountain and, just like the mountain, was a lot wider then it's show counterpart. In the show, you could easily step over it but here, here it was a good 12 feet (3 meters) across and my farthest long jump was only 8 (2 meters) but I also remembered that I had magic and portals. "So....do you girls want to try and make that jump or do you want me to make a portal?" I asked them excluding Rainbow since she had already flew across. After not getting a response for a solid minute, I turned and saw that the girls weren't behind me? What in the hell?
"Hurry up Shiro." I heard Twilight yell at me but....she sounded further away which caused me to turn around and my jaw dropped when I saw that they were already across the gap.
"How in the hell?" I yelled back. "How did you even make it across?"
"We jumped?" She replied with a questioning tone.
You know what. I'm just gonna use the same logic as I do for Pinkie and that is to not even question it. I shook my head and created a portal that linked our side, our being me and Flutters, to their side. "Righto. You still good to go Flutters?" I asked the mare, who was still clinging to my back for dear life and got a nod in return. I smiled softly at her and stepped through my portal before appearing on the other side.
Before we went any further, I stopped everyone so I could say a quick message. "Twilight may already know this but up ahead is gonna be dangerous because up ahead is an avalanche zone so we need to be extra careful."
"Are you serious?" I heard Rainbow ask from above. I looked up at her and nodded.
"Sadly yes. So it's best you walk from this point onwards." I told her. I saw my statement literally run through her head before she ultimatley sighed and lowered herself to the ground.
"Fine." She grumbled and placed her arms behind her head and looked away but she then gave me a sly smirk. "You know Shiro. You and Flutters have gotten pretty cl-"
"Not the time for that Rainbow." Twilight called out as she looked over her map. "After we get through the avalance zone, we will be right outside the Dragon's den." She told us. When she did, I heard and felt Flutters whimper in fear and Dash grumbled in annoyance.
After that little moment, we continued onwards until we reached the avalance zone. We each took our time moving forwards, being extra careful not to disturb the already fragile mountain pass and it was going pretty well.....until there was a strong gust of wind that blew through the pass. While the wind didn't effect us much, it did effect the trees that were above us.
Wait....wasn't this the point that-
"AVALAN-" I heard Flutters yell but was quickly silenced by AJ's hand over her mouth. After a solid minute of nothing happening, I heard all the girls sigh in relief but I wasn't convinced that Flutter's scream didn't shake the mountain. Her scream easily echoed to the peak that was above us, not the main peak but you get what I mean and that's when I felt it. The area we were began to shake and rumble.
"Shit." I quickly said and looked uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-I wish I didn't. I really, really wish I didn't. "EVERYONE TO ME. NOW!" I quickly yelled and turned to the girls. It was a testament to how much they trusted me as the all came rushing over to where I was and huddled around me, but it could also be that they saw the rocks. Once I was sure that they were all in my area of effect, I quickly spread my arms out to my side and activated my void magic along with an Earth enhancment spell to give it some more strength and began to focus on pulling up a purplish-black bubble that surrounded us.
The problem with this was that when the rocks hit said shield. I could feel, every hit on my shield. I was glad that I wasn't able to feel the full force of the rocks as I'm a hundred percent sure that the larger ones would break my arms from the force that was being applied but I was gonna have more then a few bruises but that wasn't what I was worried about. No, what I was worried about was the fact that cracks started to appear. At first, they were small and I was quickly able to repair them, the problem became more apparent as the larger rocks hit the shield as each one came faster and faster giving me less and less time to repair the shield. 'Come on you piece of shit. Hold for a few more seconds. ' I thought as I was forced down to my knees. I could feel sweat form on my brow but...I suddenly felt the burden lessen and a secondary magic appear next to mine.
From the way it felt, it was most likely Twilight who was helping me. After a few more seconds of none stop rocks, the avalanche subsided and I immedetly dispelled my shield and sighed in pure relief as I felt the burden dissapear. I laid on my back and panted heavily, trying to replenish my lost magic and energy. Was what I did unnecessary? Considering things, yes. I knew that the girls would've survived this without my help but I still couldn't stop myself from acting out on pure reflex. I was also slowly becoming more aware of someone calling my name. "Give me a second and I'll answer." I said to whoever was calling my name. After a few seconds, I forced myself to sit and stare at the concerned looks of the girls. Hell, even Rainbow was giving me a concerned look. "Don't worry about me, are any of you hurt?"
"No. We are all fine thanks to you." Rarity told me as she crouched down infront of me. "But you, on the other hand, looked like you were in a lot of pain."
I slowly stood on my still shaky knees and brushed her off. "It was nothing. Just a little backlash from using that spell." I told her and went to take a step forwards but tripped and almost fell to the floor but I was quickly caught by AJ.
"Easy there sugarcube." She said and guided me to the mountain wall and made me sit down. "I've got some water here if ya need it." She said to me and pulled out flask of water and handed it to me. I was about to take a swig when I was promptly tackle-hugged by a pink balistic missile.
"OhI'msogladyou'resafeShiroitwouldn'tbegoodifyouwerehurtbecauseIwouldgetsadandtheotherswouldgetsadbutmostimportantlyIwouldgetsad." I had no idea what Pinkie just said but what I can gather is that she is glad that I'm okay. Thankfully, she was pried off me before any major damage could be done by her crushing hug.
"I told you girls earlier, don't worry about me." I said and used the wall behind me as a kind of crutch as I slowly stood up. I was about to start walking up the mound of dirt and rocks when I heard sniffling behind me-oh no please don't be Flutters. I slowly turned and winced when I saw Flutters sat with her back facing me and her head in her hands. I walked over to her and sat beside her. "Flutters....it wasn't your fault." I told her and placed a hand on her shoulder causing her to flinch a little. "You couldn't of predicted that an avalanche would happen. None of us could." I said and turned to the others. "Right girls?" I asked and mouthed the words 'Help me.'
"Shiro's right." Twilight said and walked over to us. "That gust of wind must've loosened some of the rocks which then caused the avalance. None of us blame you for what just happened." She told her, soon after all the other girls came over and saying their own words of comfort. In all honesty, I'm not very good at being motivational or comforting. I usually relied on others who have more compassion then me and....I was just fine with that.
But I'm getting off track here. I simply stood off to the side and waited for Flutters to be calmed down by the girls. It took them a few seconds but Flutters finally stood up, turned to face me (her eyes puffy and red from crying) before walking over to me prompting me to push myself off the wall I was leaning on. "You feeling better?" I asked her.
"Y-Yes....and I'm so-sorry for getting you hurt." She quietly said to me. While it didn't sound like she was going to cry again, I could tell the she wanted to.
I pulled her into a warm hug, not caring about the looks the others were probably giving me because she needed this. "It's alright Flutters. I wasn't even hurt that much so you shouldn't worry." I held her like this for a few more seconds before releasing her and smiling warmly at her, but not before making not of her blushing face. "Okay."
"O-Okay." She said with a smile.
I nodded and then turned to face the girls and clapped my hands and rubbed them together. "Time to clear these rocks." I saw the girls look between each other and then at me.
"What do you mean by that?" Twilight asked me. I didn't say anything and just smiled at her and walked past them but before I could even try and move the rocks, I felt her magic wrap around me and halt me in my tracks. "I know that smirk Shiro. What were you about to do?" She asked once more but in a tone that made it sound like a mother asking a child that just got caught doing something wrong.
"I was just going to use some earth magic to manipulate the rocks so they would roll off the cliff."
"And how much magic would that use?"
"Uhhhhhhhh........."
"That's what I thought." She scolded me and placed her forehead in her hands. "Shiro, that shield spell you just used put too much tax on your arms, legs and magical power." She told me with a slight glare as she went into full on lecture mode. I mostly blocked her out since I may or may not have had her do this talk to me before.
"Yes ma'am." I said with a sigh, I was now sat on my knees in front of her as she chewed me out for going over my magical limitations and putting to much stress on my body which could lead to more perminant damage to both my muscles and magical channels and yada yada.
"And another thing-Shiro are you listening?"
"Yes Twilight." I sighed. "If I'm not careful then I can loose the ability to use magic but come on." I say before gesturing to my magic finger, the one with the magic runes on. "I highly doubt that I will lose my ability to use magic since my magic isn't technically natural."
Twilight looked at my finger and sighed. "While that may be true, you still can't avoid risks that come with using magic."
I merely rolled my eyes but still nodded. "I know I know Twilight. I promise I'll be more careful from here on out okay." Twilight narrowed her eyes but nodded, obviously calling out my bluff. What? Did you think that I would be more careful? Hell nah. Magic, as I have learned, is all about dancing with danger.....kinda like science.
Moving past that, I hopped up onto my feet and proceeded to brush my dusty ass down. I turned around to find the girls, including Flutters, climbing up the mound that was blocking our path. I huffed at not being able to use magic to make this portion of the trip easier but I promised Twilight I wouldn't use magic for this trip. So I made my way over to the mound and began climbing up, at this point of our trip....I was near break down. See, it wasn't due to the pain in my arms and legs. No. I had a huge fear of hights. I won't bore you with details but I will say that I was pretty young when I started having my fear.
But I couldn't whimp out considering all the things I've said. I would sound like the biggest hypocrite and I wasn't one to shy away from things.............unless It's needles then I just nope the fuck out of there.
Getting back on track. I reach the top of the mound just in time to see Flutters trip and start to tumble but, giving the fast reactor I was, used my magic to catch her and then set her up straight. I quickly slid my way down the mound to check on her and the others. Just because I said I wasn't as compansionate as others doesn't mean I don't worry for others safety. After checking that they were all okay, we began the final stretch up the mountain and wooooo boy was it a long one. Seriously, it must've taken us close to an hour to get up to the Dragon's cave and I was exhuasted as was the others but we came too far to give up.
"Okay girls." I heard Twilight say. "This is it. The Dragon is just inside this cave. Are you all ready?" She asked and everyone did their thing. Pinkie pulled out a rubber chicken and, I shit you not, began swinging it around her body like it was a fucking nunchuke. AJ showed off her bucking skills by kicking to apples into a tree and they both shattered upon impact. She then walked over to Flutters, placed her hands on her shoulders and spoke to her. "Most importantly, are you ready Flutters?" I heard her ask. Flutters gulped audibly and began to slowly make her way to the cave mouth, with me following close behind but I was kinda worried because....there was no more smoke coming out of the mountain. When we reached the peak, Twilight should've asked RD to clear the smoke out with her wings but.....she didn't.
We were about to walk into the cave mouth when the damn thing snored, or well I hope it was a snore cause it sounded more like a roar, this of course set Fluttershy off into a panic and she went stiff-goat mode and collapased to the floor. I sighed, turned and shook my head. "Looks like we'll need to go to plan B." I say as I pick Flutters up, bridel style, and carry her to a nearby rock formation and set her down. I then turn back to the girls and clap my hands. "So who's first?" I ask.
Predictably, the girls were pretty aprehensive of entering the cave but, just like in the show, Twilight was the one to enter first and it was at this point that AJ looked over to me. "You sure she'll be alright sugarcube?" She asked me, I once again felt my magic flair up like the first time I met the girls which meant she was using her element to see if I was going to lie.
"Well...in the show the Dragon simply woke up, blew smoke in her face and then went back to sleep." I told her before sending a quick glare at Rainbow which she caught and raised her eyebrow. "The problem only occured when Rainbow kicked the damn thing in the snout." I said loud enough so everyone heard me. Even Flutters, who had woken up at this point. Rainbow looked at us all glaring at her and then sheepishly scratched the back of her head.
"Heh heh...yeah I would do that."
I simply rolled my eyes and stared back at the cave and waited for Twilight to exit the cave mouth so that Rarity could try and then.....Pinkie.....anyways, Twilght sure was taking an awful long time....maybe there was some time cutbacks in the show? Afterall, each episode was only thirty minutes long. Actually....that made a lot of sense. We started the trip here round midday but now near dusk so I don't really know how long-nope there she is.
"No dice?" I asked as she waked out of the cave defeated. She shook her head at me and sighed.
"So much for persuading him." I heard Rainbow say and I could even hear her eyes roll.
"Well.....what now?" AJ asked, most likely directing it towards me since I knew how this shit would end. I looked over to Rarity and gestured towards the cave. Thankfully she got my message.
She flipped her hair back and began to strut towards the cave. "Obviously, this situation requires for a little 'pony charm'." She said and with a flick of her tail, she strutted into the cave and this caused the others to turn their stares to me.
"She'll fail." I bluntly stated. "She sees the gems and then let it slip that she wants them." I sighed as everyone else facepalmed but I just smiled slightly at this. Not because of the facepalms but I noticed that everyone had a small smile on their faces.
And just like that, Rarity was sulking on a rock. "I was this close." She held her hands close together so the gap was barely noticable. "To getting that diamond."
I coughed into my hand and slinked up next to her with a smirk. "You mean getting rid of the Dragon." She sheepishly laughed and gained a blush on her face.
"Hehehe.....yeah that." She said and looked away from me. I simply smiled and rubbed inbetween her ears and then walked over to Pinkie when I saw her get ready for her moment.
"I assume you have an idea?" I asked her with a quizical tone because.....was it really an idea? Like, what was Pinkie going to do in all honsety.
"Mhm." She nodded with her usual smile. "I'm going to make him laugh." She cheerfully said before walzting into the cave and, not even a second later, she was back out again, her outfit trashed. "Apparently he doesn't like laughing. Heh.....or sharing."
"THAT'S IT!" I heard Rainbow yell out. "We've tried persuasion, charm, whatever it is Pinkie does." Cue busted horn toot. "It's time to stop wasting time." She said as she prepared to charge in but I quickly set up a barrier which she almost crashed into. She shot me a glare and I assumed she wanted an answer.
"Look Rainbow.....as much as I want to kick a Dragons ass." I said in glee, how many people can truly say they've kicked a Dragons ass? "We need to think about the consequences."
"What consequences?"
I rolled my eyes, stepped aside and gestured to Ponyville. "What will happen if the Dragon escapes while he's enraged." That managed to get everyone to stop and think. I looked around and sighed as I spotted our only hope. "Flutters." The buttercup Pegasus jolted at my voice. "I know you don't like it but....you are our only hope." I said to her and walked towards the cave. "We need you." I said to her and turned to face her, my hand outstretched. I was about to say something when I felt a blast of hot wind upon my neck. My face fell and so did the others. "Ahhhhhh shit." I sighed out and turned to face Razor, his yellow angered eyes bored into my own green ones. "Hello mighty Dragon Razor." I said with the politest tone I could muster.
Razor snorted out smoke into my face which sent me into a coughing fit, using my hand coated in wind magic to blow it away and that's when I heard his voice and it was waaaaaaaay different when he was being intimidated by Flutters. "Why do you fleshlings keep disturbing my slumber? " His booming voice rattled my bones and my eardrums. I had to take deep breaths to keep my self calm. I quickly glanced back and held up a single hand, motioning for the others to stay back.
I turned back to Razor and breathed deep before exhaling. "Mighty Dragon. We do not mean any harm nor do we want to disturb you any more then we have to but....your slumber is causing this land to be covered in smog that could send this land into darkness for a hundred years." I told him, trying to sound as peaceful as I could.
He breathed smoke into my face once more but I was ready this time and blew it away instantly. "Why should I care about this land? " He growled out.
"You shouldn't." I bluntly stated. I was about to continue when I shivered heavily, I quickly glanced back and promptly regretted it when 10 eyes bored into my soul. I quickly turned back to Razor and continued. "However, there are many who do care about this land. The ones who rule over this land are Princess Celestia and her sister, Princess Luna. I'm sure you've heard of them no?"
Razor raised a claw and scratched his chin. "But of course. They are the ones who raise the sun and the moon. " He said in a low rumble before glancing out over the land before him. "However, they do not have any rule over me. " He then lowered his face and stared at me. "Your time is running out as is my patience fleshling. " He said with a low rumble.
I opened my mouth to speak but my face dropped when I saw a flash of light blue fly past me and up to Razor's face. "That's it. Get! Out!" Rainbow yelled as she pulled her leg back and then punted him in his snout. I slapped a hand to my forehead and quickly crossed my arms as hot wind blew across me and holy fucking shit did it burn. Have you ever placed your hand over a kettle after it just finished boiling? Stupid but that's the only way I could describe this heat-OH SHIT THAT'S A CLAW!
I quickly ducked as I saw Razor's claws just miss my head, on the bright side I manged to finally get that haircut buuuuuuuuuut I couldn't stop myself from being flung back just from the force it. I was sure that I was gonna go over the edge but instead I landed into to something hard yet soft. I looked up and nodded at AJ. "Thanks for the save."
"No problem partner." She said and tipped her hat to me but her eyes widend in fear, an emotion I don't think I've seen her do. I follow her gaze and my own fear bubbled up to the surface. Why you ask? It's because Razor was on his hind legs, neck extended and mouth sightly agape as fire began to flicker out of his maw.
Just like with the avalanche, I moved upon pure instinct when I saw Razor lower his body and stood in front of the girls despite their protests. Unlike before when I just used a void shield, I set up an ice wall infront of the shield. Didn't do shit as it melted the instant Razer’s flames hit it but it did lessen some of the pa-nope. No it didn't. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck I'm starting to regret this.
I took a quick glance at my arms and hissed in pain as I saw some of my flesh started to get singed but I had to hold out for a few more seconds. A normal red-Dragon's fire breath lasts about ten to twenty seconds and Razor has been breathing for about fifteen and I was right on the money. At twenty seconds, his plume of fire extinguished. I dropped both the wall of ice, which I was surprised to find it even standing, and the void shield before hastly pulling my sleeves over my scorched arms. They weren't too badly burnt, probably only first degree burns so they'll heal pretty quickly, but I still wasn't gonna take any chances against Razor.
I faced Razor and began to charge electricity all throughout my body. The electricity surged through my body and began to manifest around me like a cloak giving me the look of Izuku when he used full cowling but I called it by a different name, 'Etherial enhancment: lightning .
......
I'm not good with names, sue me.....maybe full cowling is a better name?
Anyways, I bent my legs and held my left hand in front of me, palm open, and pulled my right hand to my chest, in a closed fist. I took a deep breath to calm my nerves because boy if they weren't racing a mile a minute. I didn't try and summon my void medium as I've pushed my void magic to its peak with the avalanche and Razor's fire breath. While it might not seem like much, those two things, one after the other, were powerful as fuck.
Applying wind magic to my feet, I pushed off the ground and was pleased to find myself above Razor's head meaning my 'shave' technique worked. I pulled my right arm back, fist clenched, before slamming it into the top of his head. The impact of my fist into his head caused an explosion of sparks and also sent electricity down Razor's body causing him to twitch violently. He quickly shook the stun effect off his body and, in an impressive display of dexterity, he turned to face me and opened his maw. I could see flames quickly gathering at the bottom of his throat.
My eyes narrowed as I watched the flames gather.....oh shit right, should probably move. I shook my head and used one of my more advanced wind spells which basically involved turning the air beneath my feet solid and, this is gonna sound weird but stay with me, bouncy. It was quicker then my Air walk but it was also harder to control as it took my momentum and turned it into kinetic energry which theoretically should transfer back into me and then bounce me of said air pad.
But I've never tested it before.
I shook my head after that thought. No time to hesitate, have to act. I quickly threw my right hand back and created the Air pad I would use, making it solid first so I could push off it, and then aimed myself so I would bounce right under Razer's belly.....well that's what I wanted to happen but as I said, I've never tested this spell out so what actually happened was when I pushed of the Air pad it didn't hold itself together and split apart meaning I had nothing to push off.
Seeing the flames quickly travel up Razer's throat was.....well terrifying to say the least. I had to activate my Air walk spell just to avoid getting turned into a crisp and I was about to teleport in front of the girls.
THWACK
I guess Razor must've felt my magic flare up as the fucker slammed his tail into my back, I am so glad that enhancement magic was a thing otherwise my back would be in many a pieces right now, I mean I probably still had fractured ribs from the impact but still could be worse. I had to close my eyes in response to the pain so I had no idea where I was being flung towards but next thing I see when I open my eyes was darkness and my body pressed up against something hard and rough.
My whole body ached in pain. My back felt like it was in pieces, my arms felt like they were being torn off by my own magic and it was the same with my legs. My chest felt heavy, like there was an immense pressure pushing down on it but I had to push through it and stand up as I started to hear fractured voices.
"-Ro!" That sounded like.....Twilight.
"Is-kay?" And that one Rarity.
Come on Shiro, get your ass up off the ground and get back in the game. I slowly pushed myself up off the ground and shook my head to get my senses back, I was surrounded by multicoloured blobs since my vision was blury as hell, and boy am I glad I got my hearing back because I managed to hear the tail end of Flutters chewing out Razor and my god was it glorious.
"I repeat—you do not! Hurt! My! Friends ! You got that? " I heard her yell. I managed to stop my blurred vision and ringing ears just in time to see this timid buttercup-yellow Pegasus fly up to this mighty Dragon and scowled it like a mother would her foal.
"Man am I glad that she's on our side." I said to myself, a slight smile tugged at the side of my lips. It was comforting to see Flutters out of her scared shell, even if it was only going to be for a few more moments, but I couldn't focus on that at this current moment as I could hear the other girls try and see if I was okay. I held up my hands to silence them and slowly pushed myself up to my feet, placing a hand on my knee and then pushed off it. "I'm okay girls, honest." That was a total lie.
I took a quick glance at my uncovered arms, my sleeves were burned off durning my scrap with Razor, and winced as I saw that my flesh had been seered slightly, not enough to make them look like grilled cheese but enough that the wind was causing it to sting slightly. My arms also felt like they were about to fall off, same with my legs too. I was also pretty sure that I had a cracked rib or two and my back was stiff as hell but the brightside was I'm still fully functional. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes for a few seconds and began to let my magic wash over my body.
Okay that's a lie. I wasn't using my own magic, I was allowing the natural mana of Equestria to flow into my body, simply by breathing in the air, and merge with my own and allowed that to wash over my body. This began the process of recharging my natural/un-natural magic and also slowly heal my wounds over time. Through my many magical and alchelmical experiments, I've found that once a ponies magical reserves are full, their bodies will repair itself at a faster rate then normal which explains why injuries never lasted in the show.
We all suddenly felt a large gust of wind coming from the direction of Flutters and Razer causing us all to quickly turn our heads to see what was happening. We all breathed out a sigh of relief when he saw Razer had spread his wings and gave them a hearty beat which sent him slightly airborne before he paused and looked down at us. Honestly, I half expected another breath attack but nothing came of it as he just....stared at us before snorting and flew away, clearing all the smog as he went.
I finally released a breath I was holding before I collapsed to my ass with an exhausted groan. I titled my head to look at the others and it seemed like they were fairing far better then I was...then again, they didn't really have to do much.
"SHIRO!"
My eyes went wide and I sucked in a breath of pain as I was suddenly talked to the floor and glomped by Flutters, who I could hear was quietly sobbing into my shoulder. "I-I'm so *hic* glad you're okay!" She sobbed. "I-I thought *hic* that *hic* that you....." She trailed off at that point.
'I'm far from okay Flutters ' I thought before I sighed softly and gently rubbed her back in a way to comfort her. "I'm sorry I made you worry Flutters." I softly told her before tiliting my head back to look at the others with a sheepish smile. "I'm sorry If I worried all of you." I told them.
"As you should be!" Rarity chastised me.
"She's right Shiro." Twilight took over as she stared at me with concered eyes. "What were you even thinking? Taking on a Dragon like that when you know you're not naturally attuned to magic so the effects of over-using your magic and defending against Dragon fire right after an avalanche would be much more severe."
I couldn't help but feel a sweat drop on the back of my head as Twilight started to lecture me while also scold me at the same time. When I felt like she was finished, I started to explain my reasons behind my actions. "Simple....Dragons respect few things and one of which is strength." I told them with a matter of fact tone of voice. Seeing how they were still glaring at me, I got the feeling they wanted more of an answer. I sighed and shook my head. "I don't know what more to say. I thought that if I could show Razer a feat of strength and gain his respect, he would listen." I told them before looking down at the still sobbing Pegasus. "In the end....it still came down to Flutters."
"Wait what?" I heard Rainbow exclaim. "You mean, even in the show, Flutters was the one to get rid of the Dragon?"
I turned my head to Rainbow and nodded. "Mhm and all it took was to see you five get injured by Razer, although not as severe as me." Hell, did they even get injured? If memory served didn't they just get blown back by Razer's roar? Eh oh well, better that I get injured rather then them. I shook my head and smiled at the girls who all raised their eyebrows at me. "Anyways, what say we go home?" I asked them and recieved tired repsonses in return.
And finally finished with Dragonshy.....so sorry I've been in hiatus for so long it's just....i've been dealing with a lot of mental problems, including my motivation, but I should be good to go now. My (not so) Little Adventure
Hello bronies And pegasisters, this is going to be a small update on My Not so Little Adventure And a slice of my life. First, where have I been? Well as you may of noticed the last update was nearly a year ago, when the whole Covid-19 situation was flaring up, well since then I’ve been....aware of how financially insecure me and my fiancé have been so I was using my time in search of a job. Thankful, in the past month I’ve managed to secure work working as a chef....which leads me to my second point.
Where the hell is the next chapter? Simple, it’s in progress. Most of my time is being focused on work, that being a 9 hour shift most days of the week, and since the next chapter is look where you sleep, I needed to find a way to make it different from the show and enjoyable so that’s been a struggle.
Anyways that’s pretty much all I have for now but if you all want something to tide you over then I shall point to my other story. Life of a Devil Servant: Rebirthed, it’s a high school DxD story that replaces Issei (cause fuck Issei). Anyways that’s all for now so until next time,
