The legacy of Party Planner ponies stretches far across Equestria, from many different families and many different backgrounds in many different generations. Arguably the greatest of all to date would be the Element of Laughter herself: Pinkie Pie.

However, every party needs a pooper, even shindigs of epic proportions. One such pony travels across the land of Equestria to meet the legend herself, face to face, so that he may etch his name in infamy for putting an end to the "greatest of all".
