High above Canterlot city, two beings were fighting, one bathed in a golden light, the other, a quintessence of darkness...

“DAMN YOU, SOMBRA!!!” The golden warrior shouted as he threw a punch at the dark king. “I'LL END YOU WHERE YOU STAND!!!”

“I'd like to see you try” Sombra mocked as the two clashed. “I'll admit, you’re giving me quite the challenge, for a lowly human.”

“I'm no human.” The golden warrior said through clenched teeth as he caught Sombra’s fist. “I am one of the few of my species.”

“And what species would that be?” Sombra asked. “A mutant, a ghoul, a pest?”

“I am a survivor OF THE MIGHTY SAIYAN RACE!!!” The Golden warrior shouted as the golden fire flared around his body. “I WILL DEFEND THIS WORLD FROM THE LIKES OF YOU!!!”

"And yet you couldn't defend her." Sombra said with an evil smile.”You'll die knowing you failed.” He cackled as a purple ball of energy formed in his hand.

“Not while I'm still standing.” The golden warrior said as he shot his hand forwards as a green ball formed. “FINAL SHINE ATTACK!!!”
