After the loss of her hive, A furious Chrysalis strikes out alone. She quickly assumes an identity, cover story, and a method of infiltration. Yet fate has a sick sense of humor, drawing her enemies toward her, unwanted exposure to the populace, forced conflicts, and the biggest curveball is Octavia and Vinyl. Her simple infiltration mission becomes intertwined with the two musicians, but only time will tell if they'll be helpful or a hindrance
