The Lunatic Guardian

While I leaned onto Lunas shoulder, until around midnight, Celestia and Midnight Sword where already gone, suddenly Discord appeared, "Good Morning, Lulu and Shieldie." Discord says wearing a crazy looking suit.

"Discord you know you should not call me like that." I and Luna say at the same time then look at each other with a big smile on our faces and we both started to giggle a bit.

After a short moment Luna and I look towards Discord "So Discord, what can we do for you this time?" I say with a warm smile on my face.

"Oh, nothing you can do now, it's more like what I can do for you, Midnight." Discord says with a dark smile.

I raise an eyebrow and look at Discord "So what can you do for me?" and Discords dark smile turns into a blank face.

"Nothing, not even the smallest pice of fear in your eyes... hmm seems like you realy are back to your old self." Discord say as he disappears for a secound only to re-appear being smaller and laying on Lunas and my head, "Well you have this little curse on you, which prevents you from entering the dream world in the night and I might be able to tell you how you can lift the curse if you want me to tell you then I could of course." Discord says with a smile on his face.

I then raised an eyebrow and looked at him "So, what do you want me to do for that information?" I say with a slightly cold look towards him.

Discord looks at me with a realy blank look on his face, "You realy are back to your normal self, huh" Discord looks a bit disappointed "Well, now that you know that I want something in return, let's give you a choice," Discord says with a dark and I look at him with a serious look "I give you two options the. first one is that we will lift your curse, the second option I would give you is a secret and it would give you a complete immunity against such curses, but that I would only tell you that option if you realy want it." Discord gives me a serious look and I look towards Luna who just has a questioning look, she seems to not know what Discord is talking about.

I think for a moment untill Cosmic Eclipse talked to me in my mind, "I would suggest the second option, Shieldie, never being able to be cursed like that, it would be a very good advantage."

"Yeah, ture, ok let's do that" I responded to Cos and looked at Discord weith a determaned look on my face, "Ok Discord, tell me about the secound option, so what do I have to do for that and what am I going to pay for that." I ask Discord who looks a bit surprised.

"You really are no fun, even knowing that you will to pay something for that, that's realy borring, but ok there is a small price you will need to pay." Discord says and I raise an eyebrow towards Discord.

"So do you want to tell me what I am going to pay?" I say towards Discord knowing that it's not something small.

"Hmm, well ok, you will pay by losing most of your taste, you will not be able to taste most of the things, but you will be immune to curses and other things." Discrod tells me, leaving me a bit surprised.

I still suspect that there is more, "Discord, I don't belive that that is all." I say and he looks at me.

"Oh my, you really are the sharpest sword here, but no I won't tell you more, that would ruin the complete fun" Discord says with a playfull dark smile on his face. "Here is a map of Equestria, I marked you the position where you will need to go if you want this, and also because I told you this secret, I will not tell you about the first option, and no going back here." Discord says, puting a map infront of me and Luna and then vanishes.

I take the map and the moment I hold it with my magic I feel something strange, I feel a presence watching from a distance and something dark from that presence, I open the map and see the map of equestria and then I see a black "X" on the map it's in the east of the town, Klugetown in the desert south of Ponyville. I then look at Luna "Well it seems like I have a new goal for now" I say with a smile on my face, "But for now let's rest and prepeare for the trip"

Then suddenly Discord says something from somewhere, "Oh before I forget it, you need to make that trip alone, and no Cheating."

I sigh, "Fine then I need to prepare for the trip there" and so I stayed in bed with Luna until the next morning.

In the next morning Luna and I get out of bed and walk together through the castle while we looked for things I would need to do the trip to get the curse off of me. While walking and preparing we meet Midnight Sword "Oh Princess and Colonel, Good morning, how are you two?" He started and Luna responded first.

"Luna is just fine, good morning to you too and I am fine, thank you for asking." Luna gave Midnight Sword a kind smile.

"Didn't I already told you stop calling me 'Colonel' we aren't that special force anymore, also good morning and all fine, just need to prepare for a trip." I say towards Midnight Sword with a playful anoyed look on my face.

"As you wish, my ladys." Midnight Sword says with a happy look on his face and Luna and I are giving him a warm smile. "Soo, what are you going to do for now?" Midnight Sword asks us.

"Oh we are preparing for a trip I need to do, and I need to do it alone." I say giving him a serious look.

"I see, do you need help by preparing?" Midnight Sword asks with a complet relaxed look on his face.

I think for a moment before responding, "Nothing against the blacksmiths here, but I think I need you to do it. Could you get my Katanas, sharpen them like we always did, clean them and then bring them to me?" I say with a trustful look on my face, and Luna giggles a bit.

"But of course, it is even my honor to take care of these mighty katanas." Midnight Sword says, "I will do it now, soo see you later, my Ladys" and Midnight Swords walks towards my bedroom, where my armor and weapons are and Luna and I continued our way, collecting some stuff for the trip, talking with the others, explaining them what happened and what I need to do now, it's afternoon as we finished every thing and Midnight Sword comes with my armor and my weapons to me. "Midnight Shield, I am done with you katanas, and I cleaned you're armor while I am at it." He says with a bright smile on his face.

"Thanks Midnight Sword" I say, taking my Armor and putting it on, and then taking the blue katana, pulling it out, inspecting it, seen how good he did this job, the same with the black one, "Oh my, you did it even better than I remebered it." I say with a very calm and warm smile on my face. I then put the Katanas on my sides, then the saddlebag on my back with food, water and some bits for the trip. "Thank you, Midnight Sword, and I am sorry, that I can't talk to you much more, but I need to move out now, the longer I wait, the longer it will take." I say to him, giving him a small hug before I walk to the others, giving everyone a hug and saying "I will be back, soon" and after I talked with everyone, I started to walk out of the castle, through Canterlot and to the train station with my goal in my mind, Klugtown, and then going east.
