Twilight's Downfall
Leave Me Alone
Previous ChapterTwilight looked at the huge tower. It had multiple holes in its walls and cracks. Twilight entered the dusty castle, where the queen sat in her throne. Queen Chrysalis. Twilight smirked, as her eyes flickered green for a second, before a wave of a green magic appeared around the supposed alicorn. It was not Twilight. The creature bowed down to Chrysalis as it gave her a sinister grin.
"Have you captured the princess, your highness?"
It asked, as Chrysalis looked over to the cage, where the disturbed Twilight sat; Chrysalis just laughed.
"Oh, don't worry, I've already got the prey.", Chrysalis giggled, as Twilight shook the bars of the cage. Chrysalis stood up and walked around the captured princess, giving her disgusted looks.
"What a shame, where are your so-called HELPFUL friends?", she chucked besides Twilight, angering her. Twilight suddenly raised her tone of voice, scaring Chrysalis in the proccess. Everytime, when Chrysalis would insult the alicorn, she would become more hysterical, banging against the bars. After a few more jokes, Twilight snapped. She yelled at the changeling, but Chrysalis noticed something peculiar. Whenever Twilight would loose her cool, Twilight's voice would morph into a diabolical, deep voice. Just as if something was shouting for her.
"LEAVE ME ALONE!", Twilight screeched, shaken. But, nobody came to help. Chrysalis just laughed once again, ignoring Twilight's hopeless attempts to escape. She came close to Twilight's face, as she put a hoof on the cage.
"Oh, don't worry Twilight. I'll keep you safe.. and suck off of your LOVE!", Chrysalis hissed as Twilight gave her a petrified look. Twilight shook the cage once more, but then, she realized.
"I'm still able to use my magic.."
Twilight secretly charged a blast while Chrysalis wasn't looking, and she bursted a aura into whatever changeling she saw. She flew out of the tower, but tumbling on the way. But then...
SNAP!
One of the joints in Twilight's wings had BROKE, and Twilight spinned down, hitting the hard rock floor. She saw a few changeling guards galloping after her, and struggled to stand up, but she couldn't. The pain from the joint had spread to her spine, and she couldn't straighten her back no matter how hard she tried. She saw a shadow gazing upon her.
"Well well well... someone trying to escape?"
Celestia was sitting in her throne, waiting for a letter from Twilight, even though she knew Twilight wasn't in Ponyville, nor Canterlot. She sighed, eating a piece of cake she borrowed from Pinkie Pie earlier. Suddenly, Luna slammed the doors open, galloping towards Celestia.
"SISTER!", Luna yelled as her sister noticed a look of shock.
"What happened, Luna?"
"I SAW MULTIPLE TWILIGHT'S IN THE SAME LOCATION!", Luna screeched.
Celestia dropped her cake, standing up.
"How many in one place?", Celestia asked seriously.
"THREE!"
Celestia rushed to the scene, with her sister following her hoofsteps on the way. She saw the increased number of Twilight's in the area, and commanded the guards to lock them in a cage. Celestia decided to isolate the fake Twilight's in a secret room positioned somewhere in the castle, after all, she needed to threaten Chrysalis with something. She sent a letter to each of Twilight's friends, and all of them quickly appeared in front of the princess.
"I have bought you all here to save Twilight. She has oddly gone jealous of me and my sister, but you still do need to bring her to me, I want to talk out things with her."
The 5 mares looked at eachother, and obeyed the princess. Celestia told them all of the information they needed to get to Chrysalis' tower. Positions of the troops, hidden passageways, main entrances, the map... everything.
"Please do also bring along the Elements of Harmony, it would be dangerous to enter Chrysalis' territory without them. Even with or without the main element of Magic, the other elements can as easily attack anything, even when all of the elements are separated. Spike, I want you to bring Twilight's element, too."
Spike ran to Twilight's castle, grabbed the elements and they were on their way. But, who knew what would await them there.
Author's Note
Here I was trying my best to make some sense in the plot of the story, and it somewhat worked. Also, criticism is welcome, as long as it's not harsh!
