Hope you enjoy! It really sucks.... eeehhhhh......
Prologue
Darkness. That is all I saw. A few things, I had heard. Was I dead? No. My so-called "friends" think I'm dead. They're wrong. They come to visit, sure, but I could feel their doubt when my doctor told them I was supposedly alive, but just barely. Heh. Good for them. Horrible for everyone else. And I do mean horrible....
When I was still in my mother's womb, my parents expected high quality stunts, as they were both Wonderbolts. They prepared everything I would need: Textbooks, paper, quills and ink, tutors in the flying industry... Basically everything about flying you could imagine that was legal. In this time-line, though. But what they didn't prepare for was the birth of their unicorn foal, and damn, that shocked them so much my father fainted. For a long time while I was just a filly, I didn't even know I was a unicorn. I had asked them over and over if they could teach me to fly, yet they never did.
I always wondered why, until one fateful day. They kept saying that they were busy with Wonderbolt stuff, and I always believed them until I caught them sneaking out of the house one night. I followed them, but was greeted with me falling through clouds and down to the green Earth below. I had screamed, and my parents heard me, so they dove right down after me. I kept screaming in fear, and that's when I finally found out that I was a unicorn (I was told in my head from someone that I will not name). I mustered up all the strength I could, as I was only a filly that was a couple years old, and tried to summon those beautiful magic strings from my horn. I tried and tried, but nothing came. That's when I felt searing pain pour from the middle of my horn through the rest of my body. Instinctively, I closed my eyes. That was until I felt a sticky substance drip onto my muzzle. I wiped them away with a forehoof, and heard screaming from above me. I opened my eyes, and nothing but the colour of crimson red tainted them. I could barely see ponies diving for me, but I wasn't sure who they were. I instinctively tried to feel my horn, but was met with a strange sharpness to the usually smooth surface. I felt more, and I realized that from the middle to the top of my horn had been cut off, or bit off, I couldn't really tell. From my expert knowledge and research, I found out that for a horn to be bitten off, the jaws of what-ever-had-done-it had to be extremely strong to tear through the hard, sensitive rod coming out of unicorns' heads. Huh. Talk about lucky. If I really was bitten, then why didn't the creature tear me apart when it had the chance..? I may never know, but you will, as you will read on for the story of my sister, who had a similar life to mine...
Well, she wasn't really my sister. I call her that sometimes when we're in public, because ponies think we're twins. They say that we may as well be the same pony. If only they knew that they were creepily right...
I knew for a fact that we are from different realities from her home world... I knew for a fact that she needed to possess strength for the challenges that lay ahead of her. She also needed to possess courage, and I was ready to give it to her until a hoof stopped me. The hoof of the pony I didn't recognize was pointing towards a warm, light yellow filly with a light pink mane. Ah, so that was the daughter of the mysterious mare that lived on Fourth Cloud. She was so shy. I could see scars on her hind leg and shook my head, trying to get that cruel and depressing thought out of my head. Her mother would never hurt her... right?
"A shattered soul has been brought to light. Destroy it before it breaks those in her sight. The shyest of flutters must stay by her side, or chaos will be brought from her broken destiny..."
If she had known what those words actually meant... She would not be here with me.
Stuck in shadows...
Stuck in chaos... Not that she minds it, of course.
Stuck in isolation....
Stuck in confusion...
Stuck in depression...
Stuck in stress....
Stuck with insanity for many years to come....

Stuck with me.
Her evil twin.
Her angelic clone.
Her fragment.
I am part of her.
We work together.
Yet I can not touch her.
But I can see her.
I can see her crying.
I can see her sobbing.
I can see her starving herself.
I can see her being treated like shit.
I can see her starting to go insane, like me.
I can see her starting to become depressed.
Yet I can't do anything about it but warn her of challenges...
Warn her of violence...
Warn her of sadness....
Warn her of insanity...
Warn her of death...
Warn her of chaos... Not that she minds it, of course.
I could also tell her what I have done.
She could dwell on that and make her even more stressed...
She could dwell on that and kill herself...
She could dwell on that and go insane....
She could very well murder everyone in Equestria with the skills she has...
And all of that would be my fault.
I would've pushed her to the edge.
I would've caused all the sadness.
I would've caused all the madness.
I would've caused all the insanity.
I would've caused all the mourning.
I would've caused all the funerals.
I would've caused all the tears.
I would've caused all the pain.
I would've caused all the suicides.
And...
If she dwells on that....
This could very well be...
The end.
Of Equestria.
Of everything we know and love.
Of everything we know and hate.
Of everything we know altogether.
If she dwells on the past....
History could repeat itself...
And it would be my fault.
