Overlord Blaze

Stage two part two first date and full power

I stood outside the throne room door with Kayda beside me.

“Why are we doing this again Blaze?”

I looked up at Kayda as she stood only five feet taller than myself. “You don’t listen do you? I have meet nobles as they have some law about only nobles or other royalty can date someone in the royal family. But they are going to raise me to the nobility for saving Nidra. So if I want to date Nidra I have to do this and swear my loyalty, life and strength to Equestria. I choose to be in Supernova’s court as the new night guard captain.”

“Sounds more like their just trying to control you.”

I snorted as I heard the royal family start their opening speech.

“My loyal subjects today is a great day as my husband Supernova has finally named the next night guard captain. As many of you heard our daughter princess Nidra was taken by the survivors of battle of the tomb a month an half ago. This individual was trapped with in the tomb for the soul reason for being the only one who could truly defeat those who live in the tomb. Not only did he bring king Supernova back to us. He then saved Nidra and brought her back safe and sound. Now we ask that you all hold and comments or complaints until we have finished the ceremony. Grand wizard King Blaze please enter.”

“Here we go Blaze.”

“Yep” I pushed the large doors of the throne room open.

Geneal pov

Blaze and Kayda walked in to the throne room both wearing a crest of a axe and sword crossed making an x.

Blaze having it on a long coat that he hung on his shoulders and Kayda had an adamantite chest plate on. Around Blazes neck was a necks with the same adamantite ore in the shape of a dog tag. Whispers could heard as Blaze walked up the royal family but it not bow to them.

“Why is it not bowing mommy?”

“I don’t know honey bun.”

“Does it think it stands as an equal to the queens?!”

There were both good and bad from the crowd. But all stop when Nidra quickly walked down to Blaze a smile on her face.

“Ok they saw you let go.”

Nidra tried to pull Blaze by the arm but both Blaze and Kayda stopped her.

“Hatchlings are alway so impatient.”

Blaze laughed as he pulled her back with the same arm she pulling him with.

“Kayda is right beside I can feel the hate coming from so of these nobles. I’d rather set the ground rules here than in a fight.”

Nidra pouted as she looked up at Blaze the stomped but up to her mother and father.

Blaze pov

I turned and sat down on the steps leading up to the thrones. Kayda walk up to the lunar family the laid down behind them Nidra sitting down in her throne with a huff. “Now think school rules if you want to ask me a question the raise a hand, no yelling out or throwing a tantrum if you don’t get an answer.” As soon as I finished every small child in the room ran up to me smiled and looks of curiosity on there faces.

“Are you really a wizard like Starswer the beard?!”

“How many spell fo you know?!”

“Why do you have a dragon with you?!”

I laughed as no matter where you may go kids will be kids. I held a hand up and the calmed down. “Yes I really am a wizard, i have nearly eight hundred spell under my belt and Kayda is both a friend as well as one of my familiar.” Everyone looked shocked as I spoke to the kids with what seemed to be a well practiced manner.

“How did you become the wizard king?”

A little filly asked as she pulled on my coat. I smiled as I looked at her. I smiled at her as she pulled on my coat again. “Well, the same way I became one of the thirteen heros. A tournament of the most powerful human mages. There were over a hundred ranging from a small town mage to a nobleman or woman. Even though the grand wizard king before me had a son I still had to win the right to become the next one. Same for the hero's as only the most powerful member of a race could join.”

“But why is it like that?”

She was a curious filly for sure. I laughed then opened a gate in front of me. But the gate was blue and white not purple and black. I used the create greater item as I held my hand in the gate. I made a book with a made up story of the world of overlord. The I pulled out the story book I made quickly. On the front was the title thirteen heroes origins.

“What is that book?”

I held the book out to the filly. “Here this is a copy of how the thirteen heroes. Why don’t you and the other little one go and read this why I and your parents talk.” The filly grabbed the boom and she and all the other ran to the back of the room. I laughed slightly as I watched them run off. I looked at the adult nobles as the kids ran. “Now, anyone with a question raise your hands.”

Everyone’s hands went up as they looked at me. “You there the mare with the sweater around your waist.” The mare smiled as she walked forward.

“Hello, I’m Upper Crust and I want to know what you meant about the most powerful member of the race.”

I smiled as I looked at her. “Yes, you see the the thirteen were both a powerhouse unit but we also worked adventures in our spare time. At the time I joined I was known as the most powerful human alive. We unit was a non military or royal commando force. When all of us were together no army in the world would dare to fight us. No king or Queen would try to stop us knowing what we could do especially the captain l. Demon’s aren’t the nicest bunch when your try to hurt their friends.”

Upper Crust along with everyone least looked shocked.

“A demon?!”

I raises an eyebrow as I looked at her. “Yes, he was a demon one of the kindest I meet. In the beginning the thirteen hero’s were all demons. Determined to stop the demon Queen. If not for the first thirteen then there would be nothing but demons back home.” After that I answered over a hundred questions before Nidra finally chased the nobles away say they had their time to talk to me. I told the kids the was to go to the library if none of them wanted it.

Two days later

Nidra and I stood in front of the castle gates waiting for a carriage. Nidr was dressed in a fancy black lace dress with her hair in a braided ponytail. I was in a black suit with a light blue tie and had my swords at my sides. I pulled on the tie as I looked at the closed gate. “Why do I have to wear this thing? Why can’t I wear thirteen coat out?”” Nidra looked up at me as she smiled.

“Don’t be like that you look nice in that. As for your coat many of the nobles don’t like their foals looking up to somepony who was friends with a demon.”

I didn’t care for this much but this would help me to my end game. Took deep breath then looked down at her. “Thanks I guess and you looked great too.” She smiled as she looked looked at the gate. I smiled a little at how cute she was at this moment. A few seconds later the gates opened and a golden carriage was outside. Nidra grabbed my arm then pulled me to the carriage.

“Come in we have to get to hurry if we want to get good seats for a movie!”

I laughed a little as the driver opened the carriage door. She pulled me into the carriage with an excited smile on her face. We looked out a side window as we started to move.

“So, what do you want to do after the movie?”

I looked at her as I thought of romantic i’ve seen in movies and shows. “Um, how about a walk in a park?” She nodded as we saw nobles in the city looking at the carriage.

“Hey Blaze did you even wear any armor?”

I smiled as I used my magic to create the image of the armor Ainz Ooal gown had worn as an adventure. The armor was black plate armor black as the night sky with gold trim. Over the left shoulder was his red cape and in his hands were his two greatswords.

“Amazing”

I smiled another Idea came to mind. “Hey how would you like to see super tier magic?” She nodded her head quickly and I smiled happy to show her the magic I going to kill everyone she loves with. I created a moving image of a super tier magic casting. I replaced myself with Aniz and shealtear with a random litch.

“You had that kind of power and you lost all of it?”

I nodded my head as I looked at her. “No, most of my power has been sealed in my own body. It’s still there I just can’t get to it.”She was shocked as she saw what would ultimately be used against them. I heard the sound of the message spell. I leaned my head on my hand and heard demiurge.

‘Sit Blaze I’m ready. The herolds have seen to each kingdom that has had connection with us or Equestria. I have also sent one to ponyville for the elements to watch. I also have the massive crystal. But are you sure you want to do it this way? It would be much more fruitful for us if we were to use it as a weapon then as a trick.’

‘I understand but I need it to look as real as I can. A massive crystal that I can say I was sealed in that also served to power restrictor. Now do you have the five thousand undead ready to march?’

‘Yes Sir’

‘Good now remember for stage two to succeed I have to have the other kingdoms gunning to take me from Equestria. We need as much greed for power as we can get. So I want stealth units sent in to influence them in their sleep with mind altering magic.’

‘Yes Sir, and we have already started to march to the castle. It will take us two hours to murch there. As for the units I will message the tomb to send them.’

‘That’s fine and make sure your seen marching as well.’ I ended our chat as Nidra started to talk to me again.

“So what was the kingdom your from like?”

I sat up in the seat then answered her. “A quiet kingdom in the winter and crazy in summer. There was the acastional monster or army attacking but never to bad.”

“I see do you miss it? Do you miss your home?”

I sighed as I looked at her. “The people I held close are all gone now so no. Beside I won’t really care if I went back. No one but the nobles and king would be happy to see their weapon. That’s all I was to them a fancy weapon they could use. Until I nape the got locked in the duongen.”

“Now hold on why were you thrown in the duongens?”

I waved a hand in the air and spoke like I was annoyed. “They tried to force me into a marriage with a thirteen year old girl. I called the girls parents sick for trying something like that.” Nidra looked sick as she looked at me.

“Please tell me your lying right?”

I said nothing and she turned a light shade of green.

“That… i don’t know what to say. Your world is so bucked up in so many ways.”

I laughed as I looked at her. “I guess so but I was amazented when your mom and aunt told me all demons in this world were evil.” We both looked at each other then the carriage stopped. I opened the carriage door and she walked out. I got out behind her and I noticed a few things right away. There were a few who were clearly guards in normal clothes. I frowned as I looked one of them in the eyes. He flinched as I glared at him then he quickly ducked into the theater. Nidra grabbed my hand then dragged me into the theater. She threw a piece of paper on the counter then grabbed drinks and snacks in her magic.

“Come on we need to get to room seven for the mare and her dragon.”

I frowned as she pulled me into the door with a seven over it. ‘I hate chick films!’ for an hour an half I had to watch as a mare and dragon faced adversity to be with their love. Watching made me feel like I was going to be sick from how cheesey it was. When it ended I rushed out of the theater with Nidra close behind.

“Oh come on! It wasn’t that big a deal!”

“Why did you can me watch something like that? I don’t know why but my maley points just dropped greatly.” She huffed the smiled. She pulled my arm into her chest as we walked out of the theater. I noticed young noble males looking at us as we walk. I just smiled and waved as I looked at them. ‘Sorry boys but she’s a big part of my plan.’ we walk down the street a good ten minutes until we entered the park. There the guards were even more noticeable! I saw two clearly ina tree and one that was in a bush that was not twenty feet away the whole time we walked around. I was about to turn and yell as an alarm sounded in the air.

‘We’ve arrived Sir Blaze and as ordered they saw us coming.’

Nidra grabbed my arm as I looked down at her. “Damn why didn’t I sense his magic. Nidra get back to the castle Demiurge is near.”

“But what about you?!”

I pulled my arm free then looked at the guards around us.”Get her out of here!” the guards both in armor and clothes nodded then formed up around Nidra. She yelled for me to come with them as they took her away with a teleportation spell. I summoned my thirteen coat and draped it over my shoulders. I smiled then jumped into the air and used the fly spell. I flew above the city and saw the army of undead. There were skeletons, zombies and undead animals from huge bears to a hydra with four death knights as a elite guarr. I drove towards then piling attack spell in my hands. I saw the crystal near the back with Demiurge standing beside it. I smiled as I slammed into the army of the undead killing a good hundred that were close. I gave the signal to start our plan and he smiled.

“Undead kill Blaze Asa!”

The undead army started their attack on me. I smiled as I started to fire off spell left and right making look like I really try. As I did I heard the clacking of armor and shields. “Demiurge!” I yelled as I started to tear through to him killing every undead in front of the four death knights I stood in front of the death knight now. I summoned my swords as the charged.

Supernova pov

I sat in mine and wife's room worried that Nidra and Blaze would be harassed by the nobles. I know with the royal seal on the papers I gave Nidra they could afford to do anything or stop anything but I still worry.

“Supernova my love are you out there?”

I heard Luna’s voice from our bathroom. I stood up from the bed then walked over to the bathroom door. I opened the door and saw her standing in the middle of the room. She had a towel wrapped around her her body. “Did you need something?” she smiled as she looked at me.

“I know that your worried and that Nidra and Blaze may be in trouble with the nobles. But Blaze is strong their saf…”

Her ward died when the cities alarm sounded. I ran back into the room and out onto our balcony ro see what was happening. Just below the city was an undead army then I saw a massive blue crystal behind them all. Near the middle seemed to have a massive hole in it. Luna rushed up beside me in a bathrobe around her.

“What is that?”

I looked at where she was and saw the coat Blaze was wearing a few days ago. The it started to fly down to the undead army lighting and fire either side of him. “That’s Blaze!” After my yell our door slammed opened. We turned and saw Nidra looking at us with tears on her eyes.

“We left Blaze behind.”

She sobbed as she rushed over to her mother. She hugged Luna for dear life as I looked back out and saw magic attack being thrown in the undead army. I shook my head as I started to run out of our room I ran down the halls. All the guards in the halls followed me as I ran to the front of the castle. One of the night guards threw me a shield and sword when we go to the front gate me and all the flyer took to the sky. The earth ponies and unicorns rushed down the streets as fast as they could.

“King Supernova down there!”

I looked down at Blaze as he was tearing threw line after line of them. I sand the earth ponies and unicorns storming the field. The rest of us dove straight into then as Blaze cut the head off of a huge undead with a helmet with a air spell. I slammed down in the middle of a squid of undead. I swung my sword and cut all six of then in half.

“The hell are all you doing here?!”

I looked over as Blaze was knock back two shallow trenches from his feet. I saw a skeleton about to about to stab him in the back. I swung my sword up and cut the skull in half. Blaze and I were back to back as he fired off another spell.

“Did Nidra make it back safely?!”

He yelled as he killed another group of undead

“Ya! She’s with her mother right now!” I yelled over the fighting as the two of us separated to keep fighting the undead.

Blaze pov

‘Damn it! I didn’t plan on an of the royalty coming down themselves!’ I blasted another group of my own army.

‘Sir the ponies are starting to over run us. I think it’s time you an I play the final act in stage two.’

I dashed for him as he ran at me. Our fist slammed into each others face. My head flow back as his did as well. I felt his tail wrap around my arm the he tried to tear my arm off. I used a thunder spell on myself hurting us both. He released my arm then I started to cast a holy spell. “Triple maxisms magic holy rain!” A massive light slammed down on us all but only the undead soldiers were harmed. I seemed to have really hurt him as part of his skin was burned from it. I charged him before he could recover from the hit. My spell ended as I started to cast another holy spell. I created a holy light spear and stabbed it through Demiurge’s gut. Then as he recovered from the attack the punched under my ear. I covered my ear as I started to fall. ‘Now!’ I jumped at him a thunder spell.

Kingdom’s pov

Ponyville

All those in ponyville watched the battle. The elements and their children watched as Blaze and Demiurge fought. All of them saw the stranger standing up for the kingdom and cheered him on.

Crystal empire

Flurry heart with her parents Shining Armor and Cadence watched the fight. Flurry was curious about the stranger fighting Demiurge.

Diamond dog kingdom

Queen Ruby and her two daughter Shore and crystal watched as a strange creature was able to harm the orange demon. One of the most feared creature in the world. If she could get it on her side then their kingdom would be a global superpower.

Minotaur kingdom

King heavy hammer and Queen swift hoof along with their son and daughter Mighty Axe and Bertha watched the fight. They all smiled as they watched a creature beat on one of the evil beat of the dark tomb. A true warrior stronger than any other Minotaur the king smiles as he start to plan.

Griffin kingdom

King Black beck and his son Forge watch as one of monster who destroyed their kingdom was getting his flank kicked. The strange creature spun the punch the monster across the face but the got kicked in the gut. They along with the rest of the gathered griffons cheered for the creature to kill the monster. King Black Beck would offer a reward he beating the monster.

Dragon kingdom

The dragons watched as a power fighter took on the rumored orange monster. It was said the orange demon killed a few thousand griffons alone. But this fighter was hold his own fairly well. Dragon lord ember and her court and daughter watched the fight. Wondering just what it could do.

Caribou kingdom

The caribou king Frost Sword looked on from his place in the slave market. He saw the powerful male fighting the orange monster from the griffon war that ended a month ago. He smiled thing of what he could do if he join the deer k8ngdom.

Back to Blaze

I swung my fist but Demiurge jumped back holding his gut. He landed on the crystal as blood dropped from the wound in his gut.

“Even at bearly ten percent of your full power your a thorn in our side. Well so much for recapering you Blaze. Good thing I planned for the chance of you winning!”

He slammed a fist covered in fire into the crystal. Suddenly the crystal shook as it glowed a bright blue the same as my eyes.
“This was the same crystal that trapped you for nearly a decade. It’s store up massive amounts of magic power from you. Your own power will be the death of the ponies and yourself!”

A gate opened behind him. He ran in as Supernova and the guards killed the last of the undead.

“Blaze!”

Supernova ran up to me as the crystal started to pulse. I gulped as I looked at it now releasing a hole in this plan. I never thought of a way to stop it from going off.

“Blaze what are you doing!? We have to stop this thing from blowing up!”

I looked at him as the ground under us cracked from the shaking. “If it’s my magic I maybe able to absorb it but there's always the chance I could fail. All of you get back to the castle and get as strong a shield over the city as you can!” He nodded as he and all the others started to run. I smiled as I looked at the crystal. “Sorry I lied to you Supernova. But there’s a very high chance this will kill me.” I walked over to the crystal then covered my hands and arms in magic. “For what it's worth it was nice to have friends again even if it was only for a short time.” I punched my hands into the crystal as it started to blow up.

World pov

All over Equestria and all the kingdom even the seas themselves shook as a tower of light raised from the center of Equestria. The harolds and mirror were destroyed as the light touched them. Undead still in the griffin kingdom died from the light of the magic. Changelings hiding in populations around the world felt their hunger satisfied from the tower of light. The strongest of each race in the world felt drawn to the light. Thus, an all new era was about to begin.
