Stage two Rescue

Two weeks have passed since my ‘fight’ with my guardians. I had earned the undying trust of Supernova and Illusion. Nidra had been distance which was not helping my plan. I had asked Supernova what was wrong and he said that my dragon was being nasty to her anything she got near my room. I had a long talk with her after I heard that. When my drake learned her lesson that I need her for my plan. She understood as she said she know I hold all the cards in this game. Now I was sitting with Luna and Supernova drinking tea.

“So, Blaze what would you say to join the night guard?”

I looked at Supernova as I finished my cup of tea. “This again Supernova? How many times do I have to tell you I will not serve a royal family again. Why won’t you just give up already?” He frowned as he looked at me.

“I just want to give you a way to earn money. Besides soon you’ll be meeting the nobles and I rather you not be open for a selfish noble wanting power.”

I looked at him with a slightly annoyed at him think I could just be used like that. “So, you think I can just be used like a puppet?” He looked panicked as he looked at me.

“No! That is not what I meant at all!”

I huffed then stood from my seat. “I will see you both later have a nice day.” I teleported away before they could stop me. I landed on Nidra balcony scaring her as she sat at a table looking over the balcony. I laughed as she glared at me.

“That is not funny!”

I smiled as I leaned against the wall next to her door. “Your right it was hilarious to see that scared look on your face.” She huffed then looked around the balcony and air.

“Where is your dragon she’s never far behind you?”

I got off the wall then walked to the extra seat at the table. I sat down as I looked at her. “She’s in my room napping. Now I’m here because I have someone I want you to meet.” I held my hand out then summon the wise king of the forest. A magic circle formed on the wall then a large fluffy beast walked out. He was a large hamster with a snake like tail and as big as a boulder.

“Master a long time it has been.”

He spoke just like in the anime as he walked over to me. I scratched him behind the ears to see if he’d ick like a dog. He did then a girlish screamed scared the both of us. Then Hamsuke was tackled to the ground. Nidar was sitting on his stomach and was scratching him.

“You are the most adorable thing!”

As she scratched him her door was kicked in. guards rushed into the room then stopped as they looked on as their princess was sitting on Hamsuke. She was laughing while he struggled.

“Master help she has Hamsuke binned on his back that she does!”

I laughed as he struggled to get free from the happy mare. A moment later both her parents rushed into the room then looked at Hamsuke. Luna smiled then rushed over and started to pet his head.

“MASTER! HELP!”

I laughed a little more then got the two of them off him. He hid behind me once free of them.

“Master demons they are escape we must!”

I patted his head as I looked down at him. “To bad Nidra is your new master Hamsuke.”

“NO!”

Both Nidra and Luna squealed in joy then Hamsuke screamed as he ran around them. The chased him out of the room. Supernova walked over to me as the guards left the room.

“What was that thing my wife and daughter are chasing?”

I looked at him with a smirk on my face. “A monster I tamed. He became the most loyal thing I’ve ever seen. He was once known as the wise king of the forest. We got into a fight then I buried his head into the ground. After that he was more tame then started to call me master. Besides Nidra needs to have a friend given how I’ve seen her talking to others.” He looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

“What do you mean?”

“She’s lonely Supernova. When my dragon stopped her from coming near me she all but shut down. I was the only normal person she had to talk to besides the maids and the guards. Does she even go to school?” He sighed then looked to the ground as we walked.

“No, she has alway have the best teachers brought to her. Luna feared that my common barth in the world does hurt the authority of her crown. Noble hate and despise calling me king because of it. So for her safety she was kept her away from the nobles that would harm her for not being born of a noble or another royal.”

I put a hand on his shoulder as he stopped. “Do not let such a thing weight you down Supernova. If that is true then why I have to ask is that way you really wish me to join the night guard?” He looked at me as I noticed the two of them looking around the corner with Hamsuke out of the corner of my eye.

“Yes, she seems happier with you around. I don’t have to worry as much either seeing as you stood up to two of the most feared creatures in three kingdoms. If you were to enlist into the night guard then the noble would have to shut their mouths for once. Their have even been a few demanding Nidra’s hand in marriage say that even if she is a half breed she still good for one thing. Makes me sick them thinking of her that way.”

I nodded as I looked at him. “I understand nobles looked at me the same way when I was the wizard king. They saw me as a way into the castle and kings court. But they were much less direct as they knew I had the authority to kill them if I thought i had too. After my fight with them I have come to realize my power is nowhere near what it once was. Before I could destroy whole armies with but a wave of my hand. My power is not even a tenth of that now. Some kind of restrictions now had my power back. If I can find that which hold my power back then I can return to my old self.” He looked shocked as I held my hands out. I smirked on the inside as I used a illusion magic on my arm. Black chains formed around my arm all their eyes going wide. “I don’t know what they are but I can make then visible when I try to increase my power above ten percent. I can still use all my magic but my super tier magic as I have to use all my magic to use that level of power.”

“I… see.”

‘Let them think I’m weaker then I really am to get pity from him for having my power forcible restrained. In turn get pity from Nidra which will always me to get closer to her.’ I stopped the illusion making the chains disappear. I saw they are onlookers were gone to do what I do not know.

“I have to know could I be the reason?”

I looked at him with a questioning looked. “How could you be the reason for this?” He looked at me with a sad smile.

“You used a massive amount of magic to bring me back. Could have using that crystal I believe you said. Could it have cursed you in some way?”

I laughed softly as I looked at him. “No, that crystal was a kind of life magic. It would not curse me for trying to save a life that was taken before it’s time. My intentions were not evil or of greed so not curse should not have been placed on me.” He looked at me then sighed as he grabbed my shoulder then shook it.

“I promise to help as much as I can.”

“I thank you my friend.” He smiled as I mentally sent a message to the tomb to start stage two of the plan.

Nidra pov

I sat in the gardens with my new familiar napping in front of me. I was happy now I had somepony to talk to when Blaze wasn’t around. I smiled as I thought of my only real friend in this castle. Then I thought of those chains I saw around his arm. “What could they have done to him to keep his power to a tenth of what is was.”

“I’d be more than happy to tell you if you’d like to know.”

I froze as I saw the Blaze fought two weeks ago. Hamsuke jumped up with all his fur on end.

“Nidra run Hamsuke wil…”

I watched as Hamsuke was kicked into the wall alerting the guards that enemies were in the castle. I was about to run when a group of guards ran out into the garden.

“PERSING ICE SPIKES!”

A storm of ice spikes killed all but two guards. Then something struck me in the back of the neck.

“Remember she can’t die before we get back to the great tomb.”

I heard the talking as the world around me faded to darkness.

Blaze pov

Three hour past as me and Supernova reading books in the library when guards rushed in.

“King Supernova!”

We looked at them as I saw blood on his armor. I jumped up and Supernova noticing it as well.

“What is going on?! Why is there blood on your armor!?’

I watched as he rushed up to Supernova.

“Your Daughter Princess Nidra has been abducted by the monster sir blaze fought off two weeks ago.”

Supernova paled as he looked at him. I grabbed his shoulder and he looked at me. “Get a hold of yourself Supernova. This is a very delicate situation seeing as whoever took her has all the power here.” He seemed to calm down a tiny bit as the other rushed in. Luna looked completely destroyed as she yelled for the guards to ready to rescue Nidra. I balled my fist as I walked to the door. “I’ll be back with Nidra I have an idea of what their going to do.” Everyone looked at me as I stood in the doorway.

“WHat are they going to do to my filly!?”

Luna screamed as I looked at the ground. “They maybe trying to cast grand revival magic to bring but their master. From what I understand they need a powerful virgin mage. Nidra being half an Alicorn I assume she’s strong. Puls she a princess so if royal always works the same then she still is a virgin right?” Everyone looked at me horrified os what I was saying then Luna grabbed me then started to shake me.

“What are those monsters going to do to my sweet little filly!?”

I looked at the side as I waved my hand. “Trust me if I tell you you’ll want to kill them and me for telling you.” Her face drained of color as she looked at me. She let me go then I whistled for my dragon to come to us. A minute later she was jumping on guards heads and shoulders to get to me. She landed in front of me huffing a little.

“Castle life is making ‘huff’ chubby.”

I laughed as I looked down at her. “We have hand to fight in two weeks and I think your right I think you did put on a little chub.” She growled then huffed up at me.

“You just wait until you got to sleep you hatching.”

I nodded then pointed to the balcony door. “Thank can wait we’re going to get Nidra back.” She nodded then we walked over to the balcony door. When we stood outside She jumped into the ar and I changed her back to her normal size. I jumped up on her back as she started to fly. I yelled back to them as I saw Supernova run out. “I SWEAR I’LL SAVE HER EVERYONE!” She roared as she speed off to the tomb. I smiled as I remember the anti-teleportation runes I left around the castle. I put my right hand over my right ear then spoke. “Message”

‘Sir Blaze I see your finally using the message spell. What can I do for you Sir?’

‘Nidra is unharmed like I instructed right Demiurge?’

‘Yes Sir, She is being held in the throne room, Shalltear and as planned she stripped the girl when she awoke. She used blood to write fake magic symbols all over her body to scare her. We also have Alpha watching the castle for anyone who could follow you. None have but I believe that the Elements will be coming soon.’

I smiled as I saw the landscape moving quickly under us. After twenty minutes I saw my tomb then sent a message letting then know I was about to get their. To make as much fight noise as they can without Nidra seeing them doing in. Kill a few hundred undead to make it look like I fought my way in. A few seconds later fire, ice and clouds of covered the field near the tomb. ‘Haha, soon I’ll have Nidra on my side no matter what and if I play my cards right I’ll have a queen for the tomb or a concubine at least.’ We landed a few minutes later as the guardians and maids stopped and I saw that they had littered the field with zombies and skeletons. I smiled as I looked at them all. “This is great everyone now I want you all to inflect a few good wounds to make it looked even more real then I want you all to act as if your down with illusion magic.”

“Sir!”

The moment they said that those who could shoot me me with explaiding spells. Demiurge slashed me across the chest with his aspect of the devil claws not to deep but was going to leave a few new scars. After a few more seconds I was covered in wound and blood but nothing a healing spell wouldn’t fix. I nodded then told them to do as I said. The maids hid themselves in the scares. The guardians on casting illusion magic in cells make himself look all beat up. They all took random places on the fields. I smiled as I lightly limped into the tomb with some blood dripping from my chest. I found Shalltear in the hall with a frown on her face. I walked up to her and looked down at her she was dressed a little differently from the anime. The top of her dress was the same but the lower part of her dress was open showing her legs and a painties with a large pink bow on the side. A large ball of blood hovered above her as she looked at me.

“I see you're the one took Lord Ainz's throne. I will set myself up like the others outside but know this I will never call you lord or master.”

I patted her head then started to walk again. “I understand Shalltear I do, But if you ever get the chance I want you to kill King Discord I have the feeling he’s going to turn on me the first chance he gets.” I saw a evil smile on her face as I looked back at her. Then for good measure I slammed my fist into the wall making a massive to make it seem like I fought in here. “Need to make it seem like we fought so you use illusion magic to make it look like I put my fist through your gut.”

“My my I think you and I will get along well, Sir Blaze.”

I walked away from her I was about to cement my place in history. For the next stage of my plan I need Nidra to want revenge for my apparent death the next three months. My over all plan. To make think I've lost my body and soul but I'll be fooling them all. When Lord Ainzs returned from the grave. I walked up to the throne room door then got into character as I pushed the doors open.

Nidra pov five minutes

I hung there stripped naked and crying by the vampire with magic runes drawn in blood all to be bait for my grandmother knows what. I could not use my magic for some reason but I didn’t care I just wanted to go home and to my family and Blaze. The image of Blaze flashed in my mind when I remembered this is what he was born to do he’d save me.

“Ah, I see you still have a little hope in your eyes why don’t I help you with that?”

I started shake scared of what her sick monster was going to do to me. Then as she was about to start the tomb shook violently with the sound of fighting all around us. I looked down at Shalltear as she frowned.

“It seems that someone has come for you. How trouble I’ll just have to go and kill whoever it is then come back to finish with this.”

She walked out of the throne room then a few minutes later the wall shook again but much closer than the last like it shook. Then I heard nothing at all as I waited to see what was going to happen. I waited to see what was go to happen than a moment later the throne doors opened with a bloody and beaten Blaze. Blood dripping from his mouth, nose and chest. Burns covered his upper body with blood soaking his pants. His eyes widened as he looked at me then I remembered I was still naked. I blushed as he looked over my body. He eyes his eyes then shook his head back and forth.

“Note to self use mind altering magic on my own mind to destroy that image.”

I felt the smallest amount of relief that he can remove the image. But another part of me was upset that he wanted to get rid of if. That thought alone forced my whole face red as I saw him summon a cloak.

“Hold still I going to use some wind magic to cut you free.”

Blood dripped from his mouth as he spoke. A pang of guilt hit me as I was the reason he was so hurt. I looked down as a whip like air cut through the chains holding me up. I dropped to my hoofs then quickly rushed over and took the cloak.

Blaze pov

‘Don’t understand what is going on?! I have no emotions so how do I feel horny and frustrated?!’ My mind raced as Nidra took the cloak from my hands. I started to feel light headed as I fell to my knees blood dripping from my chest.

“Blaze!”

“Damn it I’ve lost to much blood.” I tired to get back up but I really couldn’t. ‘Damn it I didn’t think that all the way through. A pair of hands grabbed my left arm and tried to help me up.

“Blaze you have to get up we have to get out of here!”

I looked up at her with a sad smile. “I can’t get up Nidra. I can’t move my body isn’t listening to me. I’m sorry but life isn’t fair so you’ll have to leave without me.” She started to try even more but I wouldn’t move an inch. “Look I know it isn’t fair but their going to get back up soon you have to get out. My dragon is outside so you can just ride on her back to the castle.”

“So, what you want me to just leave you to die!?”

‘She's getting hysterical and it was annoying me.’ I was about to say something when I heard someone coming this way. ‘What the hell everyone else should be down!? Why is no one sending me a massage?!’ I turned my head to see who was coming and saw my dragon poked her head through the door. I black out as Nidra yelled for her to help me.

Two hours later Nidra pov

I sat in the medical with my family, the elements and their families around me and the out cold Blaze. For some reason our magic had no effect on healing his chest wounds or his burns. I sat beside him clean of the blood and was back in one of my dresses.

“If nopony else is going to say it I will. How the buck did he beat all of them in a matter of minutes when it took us hours with the elements, Queens and the royal guards?”

I looked at Rainbow dash as she stood from her seat. “I’m not sure how but what I saw leaves not question to how strong he is even in a weaken state.” Everyone looked at me then my dad spoke up.

“You overheard us?”

I nodded as I ran a hand down the sheets over his arm. “I saw the chains that hold his power back. But what I can’t understand is why he would charge head first into to the tomb. I know the guardians aren’t dead I know that. His dragon told me that they were all still breathing but were too hurt to really do anything.” Illusion was looking at him with a frown on his face.

“We need to get rid of him.”

We all looked at him as he looked down at Blaze.

“Illusion why would you say something like that?”

“Think about it mom, at our best it took hours and at his weakest it took him minutes! What could we do if he decides to turn on us?”

I frowned as I looked at him. “No.” He looked at me clearly not happy that I was siding against him.

“Nidra, I understand that your not happy with what I’m saying but we have to think of a way to handle him if and when his power returns. If he wanted to he could kill us all!”

“No, I wouldn’t”

We all froze as I slowly looked back down to Blaze he was awake and sat up.

“Damn Demiurge cut me pretty deep.”

His right hand covered in green magic.

“Regenerate.”

His whole body was covered in the green energy as the burns healed quickly. I saw the cuts under the bandages glowing in the cuts. After a few seconds the magic dissipated and he removed the bandages. Three new scars were going down his chest with one of his old ones making an x on the right side of his chest.

Blaze pov

“Um, I survived again.” I looked around at everyone around me. I cracked my neck as I looked at Illoison. “So, you think I would just kill you all? I will admit your right your highness.” Everyone looked shocked. “ If I though I had to I could level this mountain. One well placed spell and this city would fall. But I couldn’t do that. So many innocent citizens would lose their lives. But if you force my hand so be it.” I looked at everyone all of them looked uncomfortable as I looked at them.

“You wouldn’t really do that would you?”

Anthea asked as she looked at me with those red eyes. I smiled as I looked at her. “No, killing is my last option no matter what. I already have blood on my hands.” Clesetia looked at me with narrow eyes.

“You’ve killed before?”

I frowned and looked away from her. “Yes, you really have no other chose in a no win situation.” She pressed the subject now.
“What do you mean a no win situation?”

I sighed then looked at her. Just in case they a spell in place I cast false data life on myself. I light blue covered my body and I told them the healing spell finished. “I’ve only killed one man. One I considered a brother when his mind was forcibly taken over. A sixth tier spell called mind breaker was used on him. When I cast a spell on him to try and free him he started to attack me. I tried to talk him down but all he say was kill who tries to take me home. He’s how I got these two scars running along my chest. I traced the two long scars running from my left shoulder to my up stomach.

“I see so you were forced to kill your friend when you couldn’t find another way to stop him. Seeing as he was trying to kill you so you have no real chose in the matter. But how could you survive something like that?”

I pulled the blanket up then and saw I was in sweatpants. I stood up then started to cast spells. “Fly, Bless of magic caster, Infinity wall, magic ward holy, life essence, Greater full potential, see through.” Each spell I cast made a different color shine around my body.

“What was that?”

Anthea as she as she looked at me. “Passive spell stacking. Now I can active them at anytime I need to watch. Fly active.” purple magic covered my magic then I jumped into the air and started to fly around above them. I crossed my legs an sat in the air. “This is how also beat them guardians so quickly in my weakened state. I stacked many attack spell the as I was about to release them I cast Bless of magic caster and Greater full potential. Both increased the power of my magic.”
Everyone was looking at me as I floated above them. Everyone with wings joined me in the air and I noticed Anthea, Clarity, Cotton Candy all looked like they were left out. Golden didn’t seem to care. I cast the flying spell on them and the floated up. Cotton was the first to react to the spell as she fingered out how to fly quickly. The other took a few minutes but they got the hang of it. I looked down at the parents on the ground and noticed Discord and Illusion both looked at me with contempt. “You two got a problem voice it.”

“Fine I still this you should get lost Blaze. If you’d really kill then I for one will not allow you to say in the castle. I think we should seat the rest off your powers away before you can hurt anyone or thing.”

I frown then floated back down to the ground taking all the those I had in my magic down. I landed in front of him the flared my power. I made the chains appear when I got to ten percent of my power. He was thrown back into the wall behind him. He got back to this paws as he looked at me.

“You!?’”

He charged me with a fist covered in magic. “Infinity wall.” His punch made contact with my chest but he was the only one to feel pain as my Infinity wall wall stopped the attack. I stepped back with broken knuckles. “Hm, your to over overconfident in you let your magic run wild.”

“What do you mean!?”

I crossed my arms as I looked at him. “I can see the magic around your fist as you charged at me. It was flowing out of your fist making your attack weaker every seconds you waist charging your enemy.In the three seconds it took for you to reach me you lost eight percent of your power. Try getting closer to your opponent before you try and attack.” He clenched his fist as he looked at me. I smiled with my hands behind my back. “Hm, I’ll make you a deal if you can land a solid punch in the next day or so then I’ll leave or you can punish me I really don’t care which.” He looked at me clearly confused.

“But why would you?”

I smiled as I looked at him. “You remind me of an old friend who always tried to kill me. I found a nice distraction from the court life I was forced into. Many times the king’s daughter would even join in our little game from time to time. Oh, that sweet young girl I can’t help but wonder if she even did make peace with her brother.” I smile as I closed my eye for a moment then I heard the sound of someone laughing. I opened my right eye and saw my dragon l9oking from the door. “What is so funny girl?” I asked her with a slight edge to my voice. She looked at me with a playful look eyes.

“What are you laughing at?”

She looked on with innocent in her voice.

“Who me? Well I was just thinking back to the flite back to the castle. Young Nidar seem quite happy to have your head presses to her warm bussum. With how she played with hair I’d say she’s more than a little attached to you now.”

I blushed and looked at Nidar who was red faced. I scratched the back of my head then looked away from her. “Um, well in light of that I… uh… ok I’ve got nothing why?” She covered her face with her hands as everyone looked at her. She muttered something out but we couldn’t understand her. “Your going to have to talk without your hands in the way.” After a full minute she lifted her hands the quickly answered.

“I don’t know why I did I just wanted you closer to me!”

In all truth I was both happy and creeped out. On one hand my part of my plan worked on the other hand she was playing with my unconscious body. “Um, I’m just going to my room and leave the family to settle this. And no this is not because I’m a little creeped out you did that.” Before anyone could stop me I took off run to the rooms my dragon close behind. She was singing that childish k-i-s-s-i-n-g song to get on my nervous. “Shut up!” She laughed a I shrunk her back down so she could lay on my bed like she likes too. We stayed in my room for most of the next few hours. For the most part we were left alone until a soft knocking came from my door. I sat up in bed and looked at the door. “Come in!” The door opened and Luna walked into the room with a small smile on her face. ‘Why do I feel like my doom stands before me?’

“Blaze I need you to come with me. Me, Nidra and Supernova my sister and Discord all need to talk to you.”

I gulped as I looked at her. “I feel like I’m going to regret this.”

“Knowing your luck your in for pain.”

“Shut up drake!”

She laughed as my dragon jumped off the bed then stretched as she followed us. I looked down at her as she walked beside me. “You know we really need to find you a name.” She looked up at me with a smile.

“You know my clan does not give names but if you feel the need think of one.”

“How about Kayda?”

She looked up at me for a moment then shrugged with her wings.

“That sound good to me but you should be more focused on getting away if you have too.”

I frowned as we walked up to a private room. She opened the door with ehr magic then we walked in the room. Nidra was sitting alone on a couch as Luna sat down on the couch with Supernova. Celestia and Discord sat on the other one leaving the only place for me to sit was next to Nidra. I signed then sat beside her back as far into the arm rest as I could giving me at least seven inches between us. Everyone could clearly see I was uncomfortable being close to her right now. My plan had not been going as well as stage one. I had not accounted for Nidra doing something or myself passing out from blood loss.

“Blaze.”

I heard Supernova’s voice and I looked at him. “Yes Supernova?’ He looked at me with a straight face.

“Blaze what would you say to marrying Nidra?”

I froze as this could not play any better into my hands. ‘Ok, play it cool.’ I took a deep breath then answered. “No, don’t get me wrong she’s a great pony. A nice person to talk to but we’ve never spent time just the two of us. We have no romantic past whatsoever. Besides i have no want or to be frank no real attraction to her.” Supernova looked at me clearly very offended.

“What is she not good enough for you?”

There was an edge to his tone only a father could use. I put my hands up as I looked at him. “That came out very wrong on my part. What I meant was I have no physical attraction to her. For me a woman's body never really mattered to me as long as they have a good heart and a smart mind. Things like titles, classes or even races doesn’t matter.” He seemed to have calmed down when I explained myself.

“I see, we those are some good reasons. I also see that you really don’t care much for most things nobles or other royalty would. So if you two were to have a more romantic feeling to your relationship then you’d be willing to think about it?”

I nodded my head as I looked at him. “Don’t ask me Supernova. Nidra has just as much say as me.” I looked at her as she looked at me surprised.

“Y-your asking me? Well I would like to hang out with you a little more outside of the castle.”

I picked up on what she was say and followed her lead. “You know that would be nice to go outside the castle for once.” She smiled as my plan would soon bare fruit.
