Pipsqueak’s New Home

There is nothing good about hospitals. Sure, they help current the sick and heal the old, but that night was different. That night singlehandedly cost a colt his family. That night, ironically, started out fine.

The household of Pipsqueak and his folks was just fine. There was nothing wrong in the home or with any of the ponies inhabitants. They were just getting ready for bed.

Pip and his parents went to bed, leaving them to sleep peacefully. Unfortunately, some dreams can lead to a nightmare.

Pipsqueak awoke for a glass of water, and learned into his parents room to help. His parents were cold when Pipsqueak checked in. He wasn’t the smartest little guy, but even he knew things were wrong.

He grew insanely worried when they wouldn’t answer. The little colt hurried to the hospital. Nopony to this day knows how he ran that fast. Needless to say, he made it and explained his problem. When the paramedics came back from his home, the fears were realized. Pip’s parents had died from a severe case of sleep apnea.

The small colt was absolutely devastated, and how could he not? He collapsed on the floor when the news was delivered. The staff put him in a chair on the waiting room sofa.

As the night went on, nopony could contact Pipsqueak’s other family. It seems that Pip and his folks were the last left. All seemed lost for the little foal. That was until Pinkie Pie came in the next morning.......
