Pipsqueak’s New Home
Pipsqueak’s Beautiful Creation
Previous ChapterNext ChapterPipsqueak awoke to a sensation of being held. He looked up and found Pinkie Pie nuzzling him. It made him feel safe, so safe that stayed like that for another five minutes.
All good things end, however, and Pinkie’s alarm clock woke her up with a nice tune.
WooonderBoyyy,
What is the secret of you pooower?
Wooonderbooy,
Won’t you take me far away from the Muckey-Muck Now!!!,
Pinkie slowly started to hum until she woke up. She noticed the little colt giggling as she woke.
“What’s so funny?”, she asked with a giggle herself.
“Heh, I’ve never heard that song before. Plus, you sang it very well, Mum”, Pipsqueak said with a grin.
“Thank you Pip! Anyway, let’s get up. We gotta make a cake!”, Pinkie said before springing out of bed. I mean that literally, too; Her tail turned into a literal spring and she BOUNCED away. Anyway, Pipsqueak followed his Mum downstairs and into the kitchen. There, he found the Cakes and the twins already waiting.
“Good morning, you two! How did you both sleep?”, Mrs.Cake asked.
“Super-Duper!! Right, Pip?”, Pinkie asked her ‘son’.
“Yeah! I haven’t slept that well in ages”, Pipsqueak said.
Everypony laughed; the colt sure was a little charmer.
The family enjoyed breakfast, leaving some very satisfied ponies to open the shop. Pipsqueak headed into the kitchen and sat on a nearby stool. Pinkie Pie came bouncing in singing a song that Pip found wonderful.
This is the tale,
Of Captain Jack Sparrow!!,
Pirate so brave,
On the seven seas!,
“Mum, what are you singing? It’s blissful!”, Pipsqueak asked.
“It’s a song I heard in the radio. That radio is kinda strange actually. It just suddenly appeared in my room; it had orange, cheesy dust on it too. It was amaaaaazing~”, Pinkie sang.
Pipsqueak giggled and watched Pinkie work. The way that she battered the dough so forcefully and yet so gracefully was almost entrancing young Pip.
As the day went on, Pinkie was serving up sweets and getting large smiles from her customers. Pipsqueak was amazed at his mothers actions. He didn’t know that you could make other ponies happy in so many different ways; it was honestly astounding to him.
The work day ended and the shop closed. Pinkie and Pipsqueak still a crap-ton of energy and decided to bake their pirate cake.
“Alright, Pip, are you ready?”, Pinkie asked in a announcer style voice.
“Yes Mum, I’m very ready”, Pipsqueak said back.
“Then......LET’S GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEE”, Pinkie said before bouncing off to get ingredients.
She began humming the song about that Jack Sparrow fellow, which left Pip bobbing his head. The two worked for about an hour until it was time to decorate.
“Alrighty, Pip, it’s your time to shine. Decorate this cake in the way you want it!”, Pinkie said happily.
Pipsqueak nodded and began to paint a picture using frosting. When he was finished, it was nothing short of magical.
Pipsqueak had painted himself, Pinkie Pie, and the Cakes as pirates. Pinkie Pie absolutely astounded that her son did this, so much so that she got a camera and saved it.
The cake, however, was going to be saved. That thing was devoured in about 29 minutes, leaving both mum and son stuffed and satisfied.
“I gotta say, Pip, that art was incredible! You should do more stuff like that around here!”, Pnkie Pie suggested.
“A-Alright, if you say so Mum. Hey....Mum?”, Pipsqueak asked.
“Yes, my dear Pip?” Pinkie asked back.
“When are going to adopt me?”, Pip asked seriously.
“Whenever you want, sugar”, Pinkie said.
“Is tommorow ok? I want to be your son as soon as possible”, Pipsqueak said happily.
“Sure, my dear, sure. After tommorow, you shall be known as Pipsqueak Pie, the greatest pirate who ever sailed the seven seas!”, Pinkie said while imatating a pirate.
Pipsqueak laughed hugged his soon to be, official Mum.
The time was ticking before Pipsqueak truly achieved happiness.
