Starshot takes his friend Splinter to town in an attempt to find him a perfect soulmate. They find someone that's more perfect than either could have imagined.

The shy and reclusive Splinter has been single for a long time. His best friend, Starshot, wants to do something about that. He takes him out into town with one objective in mind: girlfriend hunting! Will this turn into a dud, or will they find exactly what Splinter needs?
