Meanwhile, at Fillydelphia, a wedding is about to start at a hotel and Element Rose is one of the bridesmaids. She was wearing what all the other bridesmaid are wearing; a long lilac dress, as she is wearing her black and red curly mane in a bun. She shifted her focus on to the other bridesmaids, who are wearing the same thing she is, then she focused on the family and friends of both the bride and groom. She noticed a light gray stallion with a bright red mane acting a bit strange. Rose paid close attention to him when suddenly she hears a voice from her earpiece.

"Hey Rose", the voice said. "Did you find anything unusual?"

"Nothing unusual yet. Just somepony acting a bit nervous. That's all."

"Alright. Let me know if anything goes wrong. Okay"

"Okay Digit."

She turned back to her partner, Titanium Shield, who was wearing his long dark blue mane in a ponytail, as he was wearing a tuxedo with a lilac tie. She could tell that he was just getting bored. She rolled her eyes as she presses on her earpiece.

"Shield", she said, in a concerned tone. "You're doing okay?"

"Yeah. It's just I want something to happen."

"I know but I'm sure it'll happen soon."

Titanium Shield lets out a sigh. "I hope you're right."

After that conversation, the orchestra began to play their music as the bride was walking down the aisle with her father locking his arm around hers. The bride is a white earth pony with a short dark purple and blue mane who is wearing a long white wedding gown with a lilac sash and her father is an old earth pony with gray mane who is wearing a black tuxedo with a bow tie. When they stop at the groom, who is a blue pegasus with a black mane, who is wearing the same tuxedo as the groomsmen except with a lilac corsage on his chest, the father went back to his seat as the bride turns to her soon to be husband. Once again, Rose focuses on the same stallion and he was behaving the same way as before. She knew that there was something strange about him but she wasn't sure what it was. She shifts her focus back to the couple who were just finished saying their 'I dos'.

"Will anypony say anything that opposes the union of this couple", said the officiant "or forever hold your peace?"

"I have something to say", said a male voice.

Everyone turned their attention to the stallion. As some ponies murmured and whispered, he stood up. The bride looked at the stallion as if she knew him.

"Spark", she said, nervously. "I don't remember even inviting you."

"I know", said Spark. "But I still love you, Lavender Scent."

Rose angrily stares at the stallion as he glared at the groom.

"So please", he said. "Leave this son of a bitch and come back with me. We can work this out. I promise."

Shield reached for his weapon and Rose presses on her earpiece.

"Yeah Digit", she said.

"What is it, Rose?"

"Remember the stallion that I mentioned earlier."

"Yeah? What about him?"

"I think he's the one."

"You don't mean...okay, I'll get back-up right away!"

As the conversation ended, Element Rose turned her attention back to Lavender Scent, who is afraid at this point.

"No", Lavender Scent said. "I told you that I don't want anything to with you anymore. So please, just leave."

"But", Spark said. The groom turned to Spark as he glared at him.

"Listen here, buddy", he said as he shielded his beloved. "You better get out of here. She doesn't want you here."

"Fine then", Spark said as he began to manically chuckle a bit. He approaches Lavender Scent and her groom. He stood there face to face with the groom.

"So your name is Wild Ace", he said to the groom as he put his hand on to his arm. "I heard that you're an excellent stunt pony. Doing all those stunts for other ponies to enjoy."

"How do you know that", Wild Ace said, angrily.

Spark smirked as he slowly backed away. "I found out from your many performances."

Element Rose looked closely at Spark's hands. It looked as if his palms were red and some plasma was forming around it. Her eyes widened at the sight.

"It can't be', she thought. 'He's a Omega.'

"Well then", Spark said. "Let's see if you can perform when you're DEAD!"

Spark threw a ball of plasma at Wild Ace, only for Wild Ace to dodge it and it hit one of the wedding decorations. Everypony screamed and ran out the door in a panic. Two of the groomsmen tried to hold Spark down but he used his ability to injure them. He ran towards Lavender Scent and grabbed her by the hand. Titanium Shield and Element Rose took notice of that and followed them as Rose grabs her canteen. Titanium Shield reached for his earpiece as they headed for the staircase.

"Attention", he said. "The suspect is an Omega and he has the bride taken hostage."

They finally found Spark and Lavender Scent at the rooftop as he is stepping towards the edge.

"Stop right there", he said. "One step closer and I'll jump and I'm sure as hell be taking her with me!"

Titanium Shield and Element Rose looked at each other and nodded.

"Okay Spark", Shield said. "We know that you to be with Lavender here but look at her. She's afraid right now. Plus you're ruining her wedding day. Now, why don't you let her go so the best day of her life can at least, be moved to a different date."

"Come on", said Rose. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way and we don't want to do this hard way but it's your choice."

Spark gave a maniacal chuckle.

"That's a load of bullshit", he said. "If you think that I'm going to let her go, you have another thing coming and besides, if I can't have Lavender Scent, nopony can."

Spark looked at his hostage with a sinister look on his face as he forms another ball of plasma energy on his right hand.

"Maybe I can the ugliest scar on that face", he said. "That way when we fall to our deaths, everypony will see that ugly face of yours."

Titanium Shield turned to Element Rose and nodded as Lavender Scent screamed.

"Do something", she cried. "ANYTHING PLEASE!"

"Well somepony made his choice", Shield said. "Looks like you chose the hard way. Rose, if you please."

Element Rose's eyes and red parts of her mane turned blue and water from her canteen. She manipulated the water and she sets her sights on to Spark. Suddenly, she hurled the water at him but it accidentally splashes on Lavender Scent as well. The plasma disappeared from his hand and he took notice.

"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU, YOU BITCH", he said as he tried to use his powers. "I'LL KILL YOU!"

Spark charged at Rose but he was stopped by a swift roundhouse kick in the face. He turned to look at Titanium Shield, who was in this Titanium form and growled.

"I'm sorry", he said as he turned back to normal. "But I can't let you do that to my friend, not while she's in her zone."

Element Rose returned to normal as Titanium Shield puts an electric collar on to Spark. Lavender Scent ran towards the two as she cried.

"Thank you", she said. "Thank you so much."

"No problem", Titanium Shield replied as he is handling Spark. "We have these problems nearly every mission we have. It's what we do. As for the decoration that was burning, well, thank Celestia for those sprinklers."

Wild Ace, Lavender's father, and the backup squadron arrived. One of the squadron retrieved Spark and escorted him away. Lavender Scent ran to give both her husband and father a hug. Wild Ace turned to Element Rose and Titanium Shield.

"Thank you", Wild Ace said. "I guess Lavender was right to come to you guys. If it weren't for you guys, my wife would've been gone."

"It's fine", Element Rose said. "I'm so sorry about your mane and your dress. I'll personally pay for it myself."

"There is no need", Lavender Scent said. "Saving my life was help enough. Come on, Ace. We'll have to move the wedding to another date and maybe another venue. With the remaining decorations and a replacement for this dress, we can still make this a perfect wedding."

The couple and Lavender's father left and Element Rose and Titanium Shield looked at each other.

"You know", Rose said. "You didn't have to save me back there. I could've handled him myself."

"No, not really", Shield said. "And besides, I can't let a friend of mine get harmed."

Element Rose sighed as she rolled her eyes and Titanium Shield gave a loud chuckle.

"Excuse me", said one of the squadron. "We have something that you might want to see."

The two turned to notice a bag of pills that is glowing green. Rose became frozen and Shield grimaced.

"Shit", he said. "He has been taking Necro. Why does it have to Necro again?!"

Rose woke up from her trance and approached her friend to calm him down. She turned to the squadron member with a concerned look on her face.

"Take them back to headquarters", she said. "We would like to question Spark if we have the time."

"Okay, Ms. Rose", the squadron member said. Rose turned to Shield as she calms him down.

"Are you okay", she said. Shield looked at Rose and smiled at her.

"Yeah", he said. "I'm okay. Let's get back to headquarters. Your mom would be happy to hear the good news."

Element Rose nodded and they headed back downstairs.

At Canterlot, as they arrived at the headquarters, Element Rose and Titanium Shield got out of the car and walked looked at the building. It was a tall building with a shield with Luna's cutie mark on it shining brightly. The two walked into the building and the inside is a massive as the outside. The walls and the floor are covered in dark blue with a desk that has a young bright magenta earth pony mare with long pink mane working behind it. Everyone inside was either escorting criminals to the prison on the bottom floor, taking mission files to the file room, or just going about their day. They noticed a brown middle-aged earth pony mare with a long, curly burgundy mane and tail and she was wearing a black business suit with a silver necklace and glasses. The mare turned to notice the two coming in.

"Rose, Shield", the mare said. "I see that the mission was a success."

"Yes, Ms. Charm", Shield responded. "I was."

"Please call me Silver Charm", Silver Charm responded. "Also, did you use your ability, Rose?"

"Yes mom", Rose answered. "I had to do it. The suspect was going to singe the bride's face. We didn't want that to happen."

"So no nosebleeds?"

"No."

"No headaches."

"No."

"No vomiting of blood."

"No."

"No migraines at all?"

"Mom! Nothing happened this time. There haven't been health problems relating to my ability for a long while now."

"I know, sweetie, but we can't be too careful."

"Ummm...guys", Shield interrupted. "I don't mean to interrupt the mommy-daughter time but I think we deserve a well-deserved break."

"Of course", Silver Charm said. "You both deserve it."

The sound of vibrating was coming from Silver Charm's pocket. She reached into her pocket to retrieve her smartphone. She noticed a familiar number and answered it right away.

"Hello", she said. "Um...yes, your highness. Wait...two ponies escaped from the facility. Okay, I'll be right there."

Silver Charm hung up the phone and looked at her daughter and her friend.

"I have to go", she said. "Something urgent has happened and I have to meet the princess."

"It's okay, Mom", Rose said. "Go to wherever you have to go."

"Okay", Charm said. "I'll see you later, sweetie."

And with that, Silver Charm leaves to meet with the princess.

"Well then", Titanium Shield said. "I have to get changed out of this and take a quick before I head for the gym."

Element Rose gave a light chuckle.

"You do that", she said. "I have to spend some time with Lily Heart before she goes to bed anyways. She should be here right now since it is Sunday."

"Then go to the kid", Shield said. "Don't keep her waiting."

Rose nodded and headed for the elevator that leads to her apartment sector.

Rose walked down the hallway and looked for her apartment number. The hallway is completely gray as well as the doors with the only exceptions being the doorknobs, door knockers and the number plates, which are gold and black vases filled with blue hydrangeas. The unicorn walked passed every door until she stopped at the door that reads '322'. She reaches for her keycard and uses it to unlock the door. As she opened the door, it reveals a living room that has a velvet red couch, matching loveseat, a large widescreen tv, a glass coffee table, matching end table, a tall lamp and various pictures of either Rose and her mother, Rose herself, Lily Heart or even various other things. Once Rose entered the apartment, she sees Lily Heart, a cyan unicorn filly with a short green mane with a dark blue headband, matching tail and magenta eyes. She is wearing a blouse that matches her headband and dark blue jeans. The filly was sitting on the couch and watching TV. She shifts her focus onto Rose and smiled.

"Rose", she shouted. "You're home!"

Lily Heart ran and hugged Element Rose as Rose herself returned the hug. Suddenly, a loud groan can be heard from the other side of the room. A dark purple earth pony with a long black mane and tail and blue sapphire eyes walked in behind Lily Heart and she was wearing a long black dress. The unicorn looked tired and she was holding a mug of coffee.

"Hey Shadow Aurora", Rose said. "How was she?"

"She was fine as usual", Aurora said as she sipped her coffee. "If you're wondering about her ability, well...hey Lily Heart! Show her!"

Lily Heart looked at Aurora and nodded. She releases Rose and grabbed her hand to lead her to the couch. Rose sat down on the couch and Aurora sat next to her. Lily Heart grabbed an empty flower pot and sets it on the table. She rubs her hands together and positions them around the pot. She took a deep breath and concentrated. She maintains her focus and then a plant began to grow. It continued to grow until it grew into a bunch of carnations.

"Ta-da", she yelled. "I give you carnations."

Rose and Aurora smiled as they clapped for the young filly.

"I see that you've been taking both of our advice", Rose said.

Lily Heart nodded.

"I took deep breaths as you told me", she said. "and I concentrated as Shadow Aurora said."

The filly checked to see if her nose is bleeding and it turned out it was.

"Rose", she said. "My nose is bleeding."

Shadow Aurora grabbed some tissue and approaches the filly.

"Your sister will be very proud of you when she hears about this", she said as she wipes Lily Heart's nose. "As for the nosebleed, it not as bad as before. So that's a good thing."

"Thank Celestia", Rose said.

"So how was that mission of yours", Aurora said as she turns to Rose. "I heard that the wedding was nearly ruined."

"How did you--"

"We were watching the news. That's how I knew."

"It went well. Turns out our suspect was taking Necro to get his ability."

"So his ability was artificial. I'm not too surprised."

Lily Heart listening in on the conversation and she was curious about what they are talking about.

"What are you talking about", she asked. "What is Nerco?"

Element Rose quickly turn to the curious filly. "Ummmm...remember those glowing green things that are dangerous to your health?"

"Yeah."

"That's Nerco."

"Ohhhhh. So Nerco is the glowing green stuff that is dangerous to my health. Okay!"

"Anyways", Aurora said as she finishes off her coffee. "I have to go. Visionary Curse wants me to meet her at the cafe. I'll talk to you and Lily Heart later."

"Alright", Rose said. "I'll see you later."

Shadow Aurora left the apartment as Rose showed her out. She closes the door and turns to Lily Heart.

"So we have the whole evening to ourselves", she said. "What do you want to do?"

"I want to watch a movie with you", Lily Heart said. "Maybe an adventure film."

"Alright", Rose said. "Maybe something appropriate for your age and after that, it's off to bed with you."

"Deal."

Rose sits on the couch and Lily Heart sat next to her. She picks up the remote and selects a movie.

"How about this one", Rose said.

"Okay", Lily Heart said as she nodded.

"Alright, let's watch it."

As she starts the movie, Rose makes herself comfortable and Lily Heart was getting excited about the movie. As the movie plays, Rose looks out of the balcony window and on to the night sky.

"What a beautiful night it is', she thought as she shifts her focus onto the movie.

As Luna looks at the city lights from her window in her office, she waits for five more ponies to arrive so she could get the meeting started. She could hear the door open and she could see Twilight Sparkle, who is wearing a white button-up shirt with a brown sweater vest and a long brown skirt.

"You called for a meeting, Luna", she said with a concerned look on her face. "You're saying that it's urgent."

Luna turned to Twilight and took a deep breath. "Yes, Twilight. It is. We just have to wait for everyone else so we can get the meeting started."

Then, four more ponies arrived. Applejack, who is wearing her usual hat, rugged blue jeans, plaid shirt, and brown vest; Rainbow Dash, who is wearing a general's outfit with only things different about her is that her rainbow mane has been cut short and there is a scar on her left eye; Silver Charm, who was holding her tablet and the pony to arrive was Bronze Gears, who is a beige middle-aged earth pony stallion with a red mane as he is wearing a lab coat, glasses and a black shirt. He was the only one who seemed nervous about this meeting.

"So", Rainbow said. "You called all of us here for an urgent meeting. Now, what is this about?"

Luna lets out a sigh. "Well, I'm glad that you asked, Dash. Silver Charm, if you please."

Silver Charm places her tablet on the stand where the port is and opened holographic footage of two ponies who are waiting in what seems a van with two other agents. One of them is a young adult and the other is a filly who is anxious about what was going on.

"Okay", Gears said. "Two ponies escaped from the facility. We have a lot of ponies who were from there. It's nothing new."

"Yes, I know that", Luna said. "But there is something unique about the filly."

"So what's so unique about her", Applejack said as her hands rested against her chin. "Ah'm a bit curious."

"Well", Silver Charm said. "All we know is that her name is probably Azure Orchid. She was kidnapped from her home in Manehatten with her parents being murdered by the kidnappers two years ago, she has one living relative, which is her brother, Maverick and so far, her ability is telekinesis. We're still trying to find out if she has other abilities at the time."

"So you could be saying that if she has any other abilities", Twilight said. "Then, she could be either a level three or four Omega."

"Well", Silver Charm said with a worried expression. "She could be a level five because I think that they injected more serum in her than other Omega."

There was a sudden gasp from everyone in the room. Dash stands up as she slams her hands on to the table.

"You mean that she is going to a FUCKING LEVEL FIVE", she yelled. "It's probably going to be like what happen to..."

Silver Charm looked down as she was ashamed of what happened all those years ago. Dash looked the mother with a saddened look on her face as she sat down.

"I'm sorry", she said as she took a deep breath. "I know that your daughter is doing better now. What I'm trying to say is that what if she's neither emotionally or mentally stable enough to control her abilities. What would happen then?"

"Then we'll all be doomed", Luna answered. "But only if she's a level five Omega. For now, we have to make her comfortable when she gets here. Rainbow Dash, make sure that you inform Fluttershy about this. The foal may need someone to make her feel welcome. Besides, the more comfortable she feels, the more likely that she'll be on our side."

"Right", Dash said. "I'll inform her, Princess."

"Applejack, I want you to train Scarlet Gem in combat after she gets settled. She seems to be at the appropriate age for missions."

"What ability does she have, Luna", Applejack asked.

"She can shapeshift into anypony she wants. She is a level three Omega."

"Well, there ain't nothing the Apples can't handle."

"Now that is settled. Silver Charm, I want you to assign both Scarlet Gem and Azure Orchid to Apt. 324. That's where Maverick lives."

"I understand, Luna", Silver Charm said with a nod.

"I also want you and Bronze Gears to find what other abilities Azure Gem has. We need to know these things to help her control her abilities better."

"Right Luna", said Bronze Gears. "We'll make sure that happens."

"Alright everypony. Now that you have your assignments, this meeting is now over."

As everyone leaves the meeting room, Luna eyed Twilight for split second.

"Twilight", she said. "I want you to stay for a few moments."

"Okay", Twilight said. She looks back at two of her friends and they turned back with reassuring looks on their faces.

"It's okay, sugercube", Applejack said. "I think she needs you for comfort."

Twilight nodded and stayed behind as everyone else leaves the room. The purple alicorn approaches the princess of the night with a worried look on her face.

"Are you okay, Luna", she said.

"We're so close, Twilight", Luna said. "We're so close to bringing that bastard to justice for all his wrongdoings."

"But if it weren't for him, we wouldn't found this agency. We're using his creations to keep Equestria safe."

"But what about the ponies whose parents away from them, the ones who have been scarred with flashbacks of torture. Do you know the dreams I've seen of all the torture that they went through for most of their foalhood? What about...?

"I know that you and everypony else want to bring him down. I get that. But what happens if it all goes wrong? What if he has the upper hand?"

"I won't let him, Twilight. Not over my dead body."

"Listen. We'll just have to wait for any results from Azure Orchid but either way, we'll have to be careful, just in case."

Luna took a deep breath. "You're right, Twilight. I just miss her so much."

"I know", Twilight said. "I miss her too."

"You may go now, Twilight. I need to be alone."

"Okay, Luna. I'll see you later."

Twilight leaves the room as she looked back at Luna and she soon closes the door behind her. Luna walks up to her desk and picks up a golden picture frame with a picture of her, Celestia, Cadence, and Twilight. She began to cry tears as she remembers everything from that day.

"Why did he have to send somepony else to kill you, sister", she said to herself. "Why?"
