A young fairy, with dark blue hair with pink stripes on it, is singing a beautiful tune near the Clock Tower. She stops when she sees another one of her fellow fairy. “Oh, hello Flash! Didn’t expect you to be here. I thought you were too busy with causing mischief around town again.” she said.

“Come now, Twilight. After all these years, you still doubt me? I’m so hurt!” Flash grins cheekily at Twilight.

“Stop lying, Flash. I know all the things you do when I hear of it. Remember the huge bridge that had to be built again? I knew it was you, you cheeky little guy. After all, I am The Queen of Fairies & you are the King. All the fairies know your handiwork.” Twilight winks.

“Nothing much, you know. Just a little mischief here & there. You managed to bring a maiden & prince several times when we were apart. Just the typical you, my lady.” Flash says as he takes Twilight’s hand & kisses it.

“So, what brings you here, Flash? Some fellow has caught your eye? I would love to know! I’m curious! You have a knack of choosing troubled youths all the time! But those youths have a heart of pureness. It amazes me everytime.” Twilight exclaimes.

“You know, as much as I do. This time, we’re working together. Our chosen fates’ have intertwined to bring us together as this point of life. I have chosen a young noble boy, born in the Royal Family. He has the qualities of a Prince ; kind, loyal & always ready to help. He cares ever so deeply about his people & I’m quite sure he’ll be a Great King. The boy, right now, does everything to please his father. He wants his father’s love ; he lives with a hope of gaining it one day. Beneath that wonderful Prince is just a lonely boy. The King is too busy to even pay proper attention to him. I feel very sorry for him. Well I’ve said mine, what’s yours, my Queen?” Flash says as he sits down beside Twilight.

“I have chosen a sweet girl. At first, you would see her as a simple girl, doing all chores in her house & all. But when you observe her carefully, you can feel the joy & warmth in her. Everyday, no matter what happens, she faces the World with a big, bright smile. She works incredibly hard for her whole family & never stops to give a helping hand to those around her. She cares about the ones she loves so deeply. But sadly, that’s her weakness too. You see, she’s never harsh with anyone. She just adjusts with whatever she can find. She holds onto a hope that everything will be a bliss for her but that hope gets broken when everyone else is so incredibly harsh on her.” Twilight says.

They sit under the midnight stars together as they imagine their fates’ being intertwined to get the two chosen people together. They talk about their futures & bid goodbye to one another as they go to their chosen people.
