Time In Olympus

As I wake up I remember what happened,' ok Twilight nothing happened you just fell asleep looking over the spell and had a bad dream. I'm guessing Luna's trying to pull tricks on me again.'

I feel something wet hit my face I open my eyes.......and shriek. There was a nymph looking creature peeking at me through the river. I keep one weary eye on it as I check myself again and go over my internal check list.

Lilac body. Check
Wings. Check
Horn. Like wings it is longer but, check
Tail. Check
Mane. Check
Cutie Mark. I turn to see it still on my flank. Check.

As I checked my flank I noticed still had the same colored tail but with a few golden streaks. I'm guessing my mane is the same.

What I didn't know is that while I checked my back end and took my eyes off the creature, it was taking that chance to reach out of the water to touch me. I freeze as I fell a damp hand stroking my neck. I slowly turn my head to find the nymph looking up at me with startling amethyst eyes.

As I look into her eyes my fear turns into fascination. She looks up at me with a warm smile and speaks with a melodic voice,"Hi there are you hungry?" I try to say *yes* but it comes out as a whinny. I started to worry but she appear to have understood me.

So I tested it out by asking,"Where can I find a library?" The nymph stratled me bursting into fits of laughter and splashing around in the river. When I was calm enough to get my wings back to my side ( since they snapped out when she scared me ) I gave her a questioning look. She looked at still chuckling but pointed to big white buildings off in the distance.

'How did I miss those?' I think to myself.

The nymph looked up at me mirth still in her eyes and said,"Although I don't know what you going to do with books."

I reached down to the water and nuzzled her in thanks. I got up and looked at my sleek muscled body. I was considerably bigger than before like a whole two heads taller than Celestia. I opened my wings they seemed to have grown so I hoped they hold my weight and that last night's flight wasn't me just gliding.

I started to flap my wings to lift off got a little bit off the ground but ultimately failed. As I began to get frustrated I heard the nymph call,"Try getting a running start." I nickered in reply and started galloping at full speed. Once I felt I was confident that I had enough speed I leapt in the air and began flapping my great wings. Once in the I shrieked with joy and headed towards the marble buildings.

As I got closer I felt a pull on my mana like somepony or someone was calling me. So I headed in that direction feeling it was the best place to start. As I fly through the sky I see an explosion go off. It felt as if that's we're the pull was coming from so headed there as fast as I could.

Once I got there I felt the pull get stronger and stronger as I searched the ruble for survivors. Soon I find a young girl under several large pieces of wood. I pull her out as fast I can and checked her pulse and breathing as well as I possible.

When I touched her I could feel my magic reserves start to drip back into existence. Once sure she would live I put her on my back with my magic( touching her gave some of my mana back). Then I turned and made my way through the rubble.

As I exited the explosion area a tall beautiful women with a spear was rushing my way. When she saw me with the girl she tried to take her from me but I reared back, careful not to knock the girl off and shrieked angrily at her. When she didn't leave and tried to reach of her again spread my great wings to block her view. When she saw my wings she froze and took in my appearance.

As she looked at me I kept a weary eye on her cause I could sense she was more than a mere human. I heard the sound of heavy hoof beats and a shrill whinny of worry. I turn my head to see a pure white Pegasus stallion chraging me with anger in his eyes.

When he got closer he reared up and tried kick me with his front hooves but I ducked out of the way and moved a safe distance. I took the girl off my back I checked my reserves, I had just enough mana to make a barrier to protect her. Once done I turned back to the enraged stallion and placed myself between him and the girl.

As turned to confront the stallion I reared up on my hind legs and streched a out my wings as I shriek in challenge. The stallion shrieked back and charged me. Once in range he reared up to bring for hooves down on my back. I twisted away just in time and pivoted on my front legs and bucked him in the side with my hind legs(who knew apple bucking with Applejack would come in handy?). Sending him several yards away.

After he recovered he made to charge again but the tall women stepped in front of him."Calm down Pegasus she isn't trying to hurt Emily." I looked on as she calmed the stallion. She then turned to me and approached slowly. She got closer she put her spear down and reached out to me. I took a step back but she just shushed me and reached out again.

As she touched my muzzle she looked calmingly into my eyes. She gave no sign of violence so I slowly lowered wings. She smiled at me and said, "Now may we have Emily back." I looked at the stallion as he walked up to me. He leaned forward and pressed his forhead just under my horn as a sign of respect and apology.

I nodded and turned to the girl that must be Emily. I take down the barrier and pick her up gently in my nagic. The stallion came forward so I placed her on his back. After Emily was safe on his back I turned to the woman,"Can you understand me as well?" I asked with uncertainty.

The woman looked at me not suprised and answered ,"Yes, I am Diana daughter of Jupiter and this is Pegasus son of Neptune. Thank you for getting Emily out of there. And may I ask your name?"

Bowed my head in respect and said," I'm Princess Twilight Spakle, diarch of friendship. I am currently lost. Where exactly am I?"

Diana smiled and spread her arms,"You are in Olympus."

I thought about the name then it hit me. Olympus the land of the gods from Greek mythology. (I read on it when me and spike went through the cystal mirror in other realm.) "Sweet Celestia it worked. I actually got the spell to work! Oh this is break through of a lifetime!"

Diana touches my neck to get my attention with a look of curiosity on her face," What worked?" She asked.

When I remembered why I came this way I turned to the stallion and the girl on his back. "First we need to get her taken care of if that is ok with you great huntress."

When I finished speaking she answered, "Yes please this way my father will like to hear of this as well." As we left I stayed as close to the girl as I could for she was something special. I could feel it.
