A long time ago one of my readers wanted me to make a back story for my Tenno’s but because no one knew anything about the old war. Heck the Orokin Empires accurate (dark history) I got nothing. So I focus my back story into a future that may or may not exist making it more unique and exciting. Please enjoy my warframe fiction and give me a like

CHAPTER 11: Day 8456 a false future

The Tenno waking up from his slumber as his eyes admire the beauty of deep space from his navigation room, Tenno Mastery Rank 30 Grand Master ExiaTrailblaze equip with his Main Warframe Umbral Inaros King of the Red Dessert loadout.

Ordis being the first to greet his Operator as he stands in the navigation room saying "The inbox has messages for the Operator, anything about Ordis in there...?" but before he could open to check appearing in his HUD is the Lotus saying

“Tenno the Corpus are amassing a large fleet in Pluto, I need you to intercept there forces and ----*BZZTT*something disconnected the transmission and was redirected to a different screen with a Sigil that has a full moon and a broad sword in the center it was the Umbra clans Sigil. The next to appear in the screen was the Warlord of the Umbra clan, Umbral Nova of the black moon.

“To all Umbras there is a Corpus Fleet that’s been gathering in Pluto within 12 cycles the Lotus are recruiting Tenno’s that doesn’t know the truth about her sins in the sentient war. Some will fight for her side but to those who knows the truth, for those who fought against Natah and her Sentients, open your eyes the Lotus betrayed us not because she was sentient but because it was her choice.

The Sentient won’t stop until every life form here in the Origin System is dead or turned. This is our home and we are Tenno master of gun and blade and for years. We fought for justice, honor and sworn protectors of the weak from enemies who wish nothing more than chaos and destruction. We are Tenno of the Umbra clan, Tenno of the Primes clan and all others joining us in our war to bring true peace in the Origin System.

The video that was being broadcast showed every clan leaders and warlords removing there sigil that has the Lotus symbol and that includes the Mastery Rank that has the symbol of the Lotus Order.

WE ARE NO LONGER PUPPETS, WE ARE NO LONGER MERCENARIES, WE ARE TENNO!!”

End Transmission --

“This is bad, Teshin wouldn't hold out on the rewards because of this right?” Exia thought then Ordis cutting him off his stupor saying “Operator did the leaders just --Bzzt*LOST THERE MINDS!!!!*Bzzt*-- betray the Lotus?!” Exia was just speechless but he needed to know what’s going on, opening the communication to his clan channel asking.

“Warlord did every clan in the Origin system just declared independence from the Lotus?”
“@ExiaTrailblaze do you know the truth to the question “who we really are?”

Before Exia could put a single letter to the clan channel for an explanation, Exia receive a message from the Warlord in his Inbox saying “Go to your mod station and put this in any filled Ayatan Sculpture” receive 99x Vanta Ayatan Black Star * It was ominous this ayatan black star was completely ethereal somehow Exia felt that even with a filled ayatan this thing could be put on top of the other stars and merge together. “I have a bad feeling about these things Operator” Ordis comments. “Me too Ordis but I don’t see any harm in putting one...” before Exia could put one Vanta Ayatan Black Star he felt a presence near him it was his void demon whispering in his ear saying “I wouldn’t do that if I were you kiddo”.

Alarmed by this Exia stop what his doing and quickly stare at his Void demon form. This Exia was wearing the Ceno Armor set and finally getting the attention the demon gestured to follow him to the lower deck of the Orbiter.

Personal Quarters

Entering his personal Quarters Exia notice every fish he caught in earth and venus in his main fish tank, All his ayatan treasures scattered all around. Statues of Warframe, Eidolon, Grineer, Corpus are everywhere, even Teshins bronze bust was here and the Lotus headgear that weirdly welcomes him when he open this doors isn’t here?.... It’s not here!!!

The Tenno suddenly hears music, someone else was inside his personal quarters setting off his Somachord Tunes. Exia dash to the edge of the room battle ready at the intruder but the person he saw sitting in his room was the Lotus holding her old headgear on her arm trying to explain “Tenno I—“

Exia gestured his hand for the Lotus to stop talking and said “We already had a civil war that decided your execution, my clan’s Warlord wanted us to fight for what we believe in and yet she told me fight for you because she knew my 6th unique ability *Hunter* can beat her 6th unique ability *Devil Trigger*. So tell me Natah”, Exia showed the Lotus the Shadow Ayatan Black Star. “Is this little trinket your end game? Still unsatisfied about Ballas? Who’s next on your list the Grinneer, Corpus? The Defectors or maybe the Myconians, No that can’t be it because Neewa and the rest of the myconians are dead!”

The Lotus gasps in horror “Tenno I... I didn’t know”

Exia used Transference entering the room through his Inaros, there Exia tore off his own Ceno headgear and grab the great sword behind his Warframe. It was well known as the strongest Sentient Slayer and Exia was threatening the Lotus with the Paracesis.

The Lotus look at the void child and she saw tears in his eyes and anger in his tone of voice. He stared at the Lotus with eyes so sharp it could cut her in half “are we next Lotus? Are we next in line for your grand scheme? Or did you prepare something special for us just like what you did to Ballas?!!”

Standing firm and with resolution in her eyes she said “My child I could never... You are a Tenno therefore you cannot truly die”

Exia giving back the question as a rhetorical one “The Tenno can’t die?” Exia opened his communications friend list there he showed the Lotus a few of his old friends.

“The list goes on and it’s not just me, everyone lost friends that could never wake up from this eternal slumber, we can’t die but there are some of us who just gave up and refuse to wake up because they’re sick and tired for fighting a battle field with no meaning, fighting for a future without a past. Sins we can’t even face” the Tenno was silent for a few moment then he ask the Lotus the most important question of all “Why did you left us for Ballas?”

The Lotus close her eyes and took a deep breath, as she opens them and calmly explains that “I wanted to be like Margulis but Ballas wanted me to take her place in his arms. Don’t misunderstand me Tenno, what I did was unforgivable but Ballas what his doing was insane. I need him to see that but” breaking out of character the Lotus ask “What would you do if some guy wants to be your girlfriend then he makes you dress, look, act, move and behave like a completely different person and that person is his ex-lover, even going as far as wearing the same skin. That’s just insane can you believe him?!! That’s not even love”

Exia look at the Lotus with a dumb founded expression then he begins to laugh “WhAhahahaha yeah that’s definitely makes sense. Ballas wasn’t really a trust worthy person to begin with but making that person suffer for it?, only a woman would go that far” satisfied with the answer the Tenno wipe the tears in his eye and returned the great sword in his Warframe. Exia gave the Lotus a friendly smile and ask “How can I help you today Lotus?”

The Lotus finally put on her headgear and smiled at the young Tenno when his karma changed. The Lotus open her palm showing a 3d image of a sun and a moon revolving around one planet and according to the data in the 3d projection this celestial body was travelling near the Origin System without reason. The Tenno looks at that planet with a somewhat familiar feeling “where have I seen that world before” he said. The Lotus spoke disrupting his train of thought.
“I’ve assembled a team with you to scout this planet first before the Corpus could fully prepare. Your squad are waiting for you in that Sigma Series MK.II Rail Jack Assault.” Pointing at the spaceship right outside the window it was a large customize Rail Jack that appeared out of nowhere right next to his Orbiter. The Lotus look at the Tenno and said “Hurry Tenno we don’t have much time”

Welcome aboard, Operator *Bzztt Operators Bzzt* this is the new sigma series mark 2 rail jack assault, a multi field interceptor, engineering ,tactical weapon system all await your command.

Exia entered the Rail Jack there he meets his squad for this mission there he notice someone familiar it was Lili’Lilyians of the Primes, Ex-member of the Umbra clan. She was the one that recruited Exia in the Umbra but things sort of happen and they had a falling out. It wasn’t a topic that should be discuss right now, She was using the Warframe called Gara of the Silver Mirror loadout (The Gara Warframe that set to look like silver mirrors in all abilities) and right next to her is a Warlord of the Storm clan wearing the Ash Prime of the Genji loadout.*A design that makes a look alike ninja from Overwatch*

Lili wave at Exia gesturing to come over here, we need to discuss something. Exia was surprised seeing a Warlord from a different clan asking “why is he here, didn’t you and your clan cut off all ties with the Lotus?”

Noticing the malice from Exia he friendly said “Oh come on Tenno don’t be like that, it’s just for show don’t worry about it. Look I got you guys the new Railjack, just don’t ask where I got it and it’s not like I use those Vanta black stars unlocking some fake memories that turns your morality 180 degrees”

“Huh so that’s what they do” Exia shrug it off and bring up a different issue “That’s not it, I want to know how you beat my 6th ability during the civil war”
Disrupting the guys discussion about the past “Exia will you stop pouting when your side won that battle besides your 6th ability haven’t evolve yet”

“It hasn’t what?”

Out of nowhere another Tenno entered the Railjack saying “You can evolve if it Onkko invites you to the Orokin Tower in Cetus” This Tenno was wearing the Excalibur Prime but with the Proto-Armor skin. “Sorry to interrupt but the Lotus told me to come here and help you, by any chance did you guys fought in the Sentient War?”

Lili rejoice “Yes we did we...” Lili stop and look at her new teammate saying “HaydenTenno, MR 30 Grand Master, no clan affiliation?” After checking his profile she tries to think where did she here this person before. When nothing came to mind she said “Who cares that’s the 4th member of the squad, we can finally start.” Changing her gaze to the next person to Inaros “Exia your the Tank with the Inaros Ramses and if I remember right you still have Guardian Derision in your arsenal correct? And Warlord...” She shrugs and said “meh your old enough do what you have too.” After a few minutes “this squad is finally complete, lock and load Tenno’s let’s begin” she dash straight to the navigation room. Lili put the squads comm on and said “Starting void jump now!!!”.

This was nostalgic Exia thought of the simpler days where Lili was still in the Umbra clan, always prepare your gear and mods before any mission No exception, even your focus must be double check to see if you had the right one. Exia thought inwardly (I already mastered all focus school but maybe I’ll use Unairu for this mission)

All four of the Tenno’s mission mark are counting down and at the same time the Railjack was beginning to charge its main engine for the jump.

Outer Terminous

After the Void jump all four Tenno was wide eye in surprised by what they saw. The planet they intended to scout is under attack by a gold and white Orokin Warship it look like the derelict but in full working condition. “are those Orokin?” Gara ask looking at her companions to clarify, The Warlord in there squad was about to say something when Ordis alarm went off saying “Operators bogeys in coming battle stations”. The Warlord scream at the squad “Look alive Tenno if you want to stay that way!!”

Lili went to the navigation to stir the ship to battle formation, Hayden went to the rear and jump in to the turrets while the Warlord went below to the main cannons. Exia on the other hand jump closer to the navigation window and took a closer look at those bogeys that were heading in their direction. In less than 400 meters he saw them for what those bogey really are, bullet jumping to the main console he reorganize the ships setting, ignoring the ships weaponry, Exia push the limit on shield and engine forcing the turrets and cannons offline.

Before the team could declare a mutiny he screamed at the squad’s comms saying “Abandon the turret and head outside, those aren’t just bogeys, THEY’RE ARCHWINGS!!”

Exia’s declaration was the right call because if they choose to fight using the Railjack it would have been chaotic against their favor because instead of bulldozing against normal grunts. Their enemies are 4 Odonata Primes with the Warframes Excalibur, Volt, Mag and Rhino against 1 Itzal (Inaros), 1 Elytron(Ash Prime) 1 Amesha(Gara) and Excalibur Prime who was busy guarding for void fissure and steering the Railjack towards the Orokin Warship, they needed to destroy that Warship at all cost. That thing must not return to the Origin System or conquer this planet, defeat is not an option.

150 meters till engaging the enemy Lili put her voice in the comms saying “Good thing you where able to catch that we could have been in deep sh*t if those things damage our Railjack before we fight the enemy flag ship” 75-74 meters There enemies are now clearly in view there Odonata Primes wasn’t the only concern because they were emitting golden lightning bolts and has this corrupted texture effect. Their enemies Archwings are giving twice the ability strength and range plus their Arch-guns have unlimited ammo.

Their enemies all have Odonata Primes as their Archwing and also all of them has the Kaszas Primes for their Arch-melee and the Velocitus Prime for their Arch-gun.

Exia initiated the first move by using *Blink* towards the enemy and appearing from their 6 o’clock, from there he drew his Arch-gun called Imperator Vandal firing a barrage of bullets to all enemies disrupting their momentum by facing the Itzal as all 4 of them cast *Energy Shell* energy shield can generates a large transparent shield protecting them from frontal attacks but this very same shield grants them return fire. Two of the Odonata Primes aimed there Velocitus Primes at the Itzal then the other two engage with the Elytron and the Amesha in melee combat.

The Elytron was seriously crossing blades in their arch-melee trading attacks and trying to out maneuver the other for a decisive blow since both of them are using the same scythe type weapons. The one piloting the Amesha Archwing on the other hand is holding down the Kaszas with one hand using her Knux Arch-melee.

She refuse to fight but instead she was trying to talk some sense to her fellow Tenno under that golden corruption but nothing, they’re not responding to words at all, as if these things are nothing more than mindless puppets but still she pleaded in despair “Wake up Tenno please wake up, we don’t have to fight. The Orokin are corrupting your mind, You have to break free” trying to make some sort of verbal connection looking at her enemy it was a normal Excalibur with no color for its uniqueness, no sigil or regalia and no syandana, It reminded her about her past in the old War.

In his side Exia was fighting a two and one battle but he still evades the enemy with ease simply waiting for the energy shell to wore off then he saw his chance. Exia charge at them with incredible speed then disappeared right in front of them (Itzal ability Penumbra). The two turned around waiting for the Itzal but instead they where barrage by bullets that’s coming out of nowhere, trying to recover from the heavy fire the two retreated to a safe distance but Exia wouldn’t allow it.

Looking at there retreating backs Exia boost his speed breaking the sound barrier in seconds and giving chase to the enemy it seems that the Itzal was far superior in speed. He pulled out his Prisma Veritux he charge at the enemy for a melee strike but then *Boom* one of them use *Repel* violently pushing him back a good meters away and the other one use *Seeking Fire*Boom,Boom,Boom,Boom* after that volley of explosion the Itzal was no more. Itzal wasn’t dead nor downed it was a combo ability after being push back by repel and saw the homing missiles, he activated Penumbra and Blink in that order to evade a mortal hit.

The two Odonata users believe that the Itzal user was destroyed and now there next target is Amesha.
Elytron notice the enemy charging at his ally in his HUD mini map so he disengage his foe and charge at Amesha’s battle field trying to intercept the up coming enemy while his earlier opponent was catching up close behind him.

Flying straight to Amesha’s battle field and passing them all three Odona Prime users are now in position then out of nowhere Exia use the*Blink* ability putting him in a peculiar spot in the battle field and at that moment the ability*Cosmic Crush* grab all four Odonatas in a miniaturize black hole freezing them dead in the center thanks to the *Cold Snap* Mod.

The Warlord grab the perfect opportunity to wipe the enemies and cast *Warhead* taking the chance of the Cold Snap effect. The Itzal and Amesha saw the incoming Warhead and took it as the signal to retreat back to the RailJack and away from the Warheads danger zone. Lili entered the Railjack Exia on the other hand charge to a different location with his Itzal.

The Warlord was in the comms reminding his team “Don’t forget we need to take them down 3 more times before the Orokin Reactor can’t sustain their revival.”

Exia was the first to ignore that plan as he break the sound barrier boosting his speed, in the squad’s comm he said “Ignore them, they already abandon this battle field and head straight for that planet”

Lili asks in the squad comms “How do you know that, Is your 6th unique ability working in Arch-wing mode?”

The Warlord smirk “I see, it seems your ability is finally evolving Tenno then shoot straight and good luck.
He turns his position away from the broken pieces in the battle field and made a beeline to the Orokin Warship. In the comms he said “Hayden, Lili head straight to the Orokin Warship, I’m boarding it. This war cannot reach the Origin System, Never again”
