Kshatriya and maud were just done with the last battleship of the new equestrian fleet when the rainbow guide entered in the hangar, yet this time kshatriya was surprised to see them in dresses instead of uniforms, spike him was wearing a silver suit on a more loose fashion, they all still had their prosthetics but it did little to reduce the classy aura they gave off.

Kshatriya turned to them since they were clearly heading toward her,"hi girls, spike. What with the cloths? Looking good by the way girls, still prefer spike more wild style thought."

Spike just nodded with a smirk looking at rarity who was rolling her eyes with a smile. "Hi kshatriya, thanks for the compliments, me and the others have come to realise that since you came to our world and more precisely joined us you did nothing but work, so we decided to invite you to join us for a party at the princess home, it's nothing much just a regroupement with drinks and chat but with the technologies you gave us to increase food production already yielding exceptional result and the large amount of food aboard the cargoship fluttershy helped retrieve we can finally let loose for a bit."

"So partner, care to join the party?"

"It's going to be super duper fun!"

"Ahah i'd love to girls but i have still a lot to do and the griffonian army could arrive any day now."

*grunt*"told you girls, with her it's always work and more work!" rainbow said exasperated."lets just start the party."

"Now now dash, we all guessed but it was still polite to ask her before going for plan B why do you think the princess had everyone waiting outside. She wouldn't be able to just pass on the celebration."

The hangar door opened and hundreds of equestrian entered behind their princesses with table and chairs, streamer and balloon and plenty of food and drink, they filled the hangar giving the worker what to clean themselves and glass of punch, while i looked around as young and old moved around pinkie burst next to my head standing on my shoulder, dash on her overbike told me how she got there, she had a long rope on her hand and when the gigantic party hat was on my head i couldn't help but laugh, a full blown laugh of pure fun with snorting and giggle,

'oh god its so undignified, b-but i can't stop it was years since i last was so how to say, alive!'

My laugh seemed to be contagious, little by little more and more started laughing and the laugh spread to not only the peoples partying in the hangar but all over the town where all were partying, even years later i would remember this moment, when all of the town was laughing at all the fear, pain and heartbreak tomorrow could bring.

Kshatriya looked at the rainbow guide who were joined by the princess now that the party was fully set inside the hangar.
"You know what? Hacks forget the last missing pieces of the MS-BB, i need to hug them, i want to be among them eyes to eyes!" all looked at my word and widened when my chest opened, from it jumped a green shape, it fell rapidly front flipping before landing neatly on the ground.

With a spiked right shoulder and a shield fixed on the left, an armored chest with a black and silver emblem. it had two cylinder with thruster on its back and a skirt of plate just above flesh legs who seemed to end with a pair of two bulky prosthetic at the knee, she also wore a set of glove with black and silver wrist band, all her armor aside of the few black and silver was a deep green she also had a strange stick behind her strapped on her lower back and a gun on her left scapula. She raised her head showing a gas mask below her neatly arranged haircut and piercing red eyes,

"MS-BB zulu-girl online, transferring optical and control to kshatriya....hya!" the newcomer started stretching and looking around not disturbed by the stare of everyone.

Kshatriya for her part started flexing her new hand and working her shoulder, the MS-BB was stocked in her chest in a fetal position so a good stretching of the joint was advised to move without creaking.

Her original body talked,"-kshatriya, how is the sub-units?"

"Feel pretty good so far, it still doesn't feel completely human on the inside but still way less bulky than my true body, it should do for now, shame we didn't had a mouth, had i know my first use would be during a buffet party i would have added it."

"-the biomass converter should fit if needed, it will allow the conversion of biomass into fuel, for the thruster, i will gather horizon zero dawn technologies about it and upgrade it."

"Thanks hacks."

"Ok what's going on here?!"screamed dash as she grabbed me into an headlock,"who are you?! We all know kshatriya doesn't have a cockpit let alone a pilot so start talking!"

"Easy dash, it me! I just made a small remotely controlled body to mingle now release me! I don't even breath so you can't really strangle me!"

She released me and i stumbled a bit trying to get used to the new center of balance without my wing."jeez didn't remember balancing was this hard without wing and hacks help!"

"It's really you..."said pinkie with a growing smile, my eyes widened when my optical catched her muscle flexing and her breath and heart rate change,"pinkie n-no!" i already knew i wouldn't be able to do my part, she knew i knew, she didn't care and pounced in a beautiful arc before glomping me in a hug i couldn't reciprocate as i screamed while falling, the meager semblance of balance i had found insufficient to hold back the pink predator expert take down. The others looked at us as i fell with a panicked shriek and landed on my back with pinkie arms and legs around me.

"It's so great! I can finally hug you kshatriya!"

"That you can pinky, that you can, should i be worried my mechanical body can't break free from you?"

"I'm titan bound, and my sister is the only one stronger than me."so she said without releasing me.

"Pinkie...let me stand up please."

"OK but i'll make sure you hug everyone!"

"Sure, i did want to mingle with everyone."

We stood up while the others walked to us, luna, who was back from dodge city since yesterday looked at me with wonder,"you look so...alive. How did you make this body of flesh?"

Kshatriya crossed her arm and huffed playfully,"fufu,i didn't use flesh here, it's just a covering. This body is pretty much a down sized MS using f-91's cyborg technologies, it also offer me a relative sense of touch thought since cyborg technologie is based upon upgrading a living body i still lack a few thing."

"This is fantastic, we can now show you around town!"luna said with her hand on kshatriya shoulder before hugging her.

Kshatriya hugged her back,"sure, honestly you were right, i could use a break."

Rainbow nudged me with her elbow,"of course we know, even us and the princess take break,"she drank from what seemed to be hard cider,"since equestria started the war two years ago we all worked really hard to be useful and-"

I grabbed her shoulder and got in her face."wait wait wait! Two years?! This war has been going for only two years?!"

"Euh, yes?"

I looked around before gathering the rainbow six and the princesses,"ok now that we are all here, can someone tell me how the fuck the situation got this bad in two years and how you seven become such strong pilots in only two years."

The all looked at each others before twilight seemed to see some signal from celestia and started explaining.

"Equestria situation is due to our strong dependence of magic but also because of the griffin launching a never seen before campaign against us in a sudden and ruthless onslaught, we lost all the east to them in barely a month with little to no survivor, south was assaulted by the changeling and the north suffered a lot from cloudsdale fall to the magic to create weather growing unstable, and the yaks attack that followed. In the end our frontier have reduced to one third of what it use to be, the crystal empire was luckier than us with its easy to defend position and its shield and enchantment mastery the last magic system having kept a good deal of its power with only its power upkeep growing a bit." she showed me two image of the frontier of equestria and i felt like gulping."the black line are equestria diarchy latest frontier and the pink one the crystal empire, the brown the yaks clans, the blue the dragonian kingdom, the green the changeling queendom and finally our biggest opponent the griffonia empire in red."

'its bad, they are surrounded and even their connection the crystal empire was cut off.'

"What about the west?"

The princesses grimaced,"it's the way to our homeland, the valley of the sun, it's now the home of the wendigo, and all creatures that we have no hope to best with our present strength, the magic there is also a lot more unstable to the point of any notion of reality being powerless there. All expedition came back spouting of giant with mask hunting for lost soul or undead centaur, sorcerer and even giant eye with tentacle appearing in an unnatural blue mist, still all those nightmarish creature are pretty much trapped by the almost alien magic they depend of and only exist there."

"*sigh* this is bad, we'll need to work harder from now on and-"

"Nay nay nay!"said luna while shaking her head,"tonight is a night of fun and merriment not fear nor worry. For now let's discuss you kshatriya, we all know very little of you friend~~and that despite you having been here for weeks."

"That's true, we don't even know anything about your home world."twilight had brought out a notebook and pencil from the same hammer space she had brought out the map from, because yes turn out all being in this world had an hammer space, it's pretty much common knowledge and while it has grown smaller with magic going wayward its still could hold a few thing.

Kshatriya shrugged,"not much to say, first there isn't any MS in my home world, all of the thing i have come from other world even my own body, i just made a trade with someone to get this body and the rest come from years of studies."

"Wow to think there is so many intelligent races in the star...i wonder if we will meet them someday."said celestia.

"Right?! I mean can you imagine how much we could learn?"said twilight with a smile.

"I wonder if they have their own version of apple."

"And the clothing darling! An entirely new viewpoint on style and class!"

"The holiday and celebration!"

Fluttershy nodded,"and the animals and their habitats."

"The new competition for best flyer in the universe! Oh yeah!"

"So many people living among our star we'd like to know what they think of them."

I giggled a bit gaining their attention,"you said that like its not going to happen soon, you do know i have more than enough space ship blueprint to allow us space colonization? Even terraformation in a few decade the moon could very well be part of equestria tourism route."

"Sure, still need to win the war and stabilize the country first thought."

"And we will, as if we could let some power hungry dirigeant stop us from seeing others walking on our moon!" said luna with a fist in the air, celestia laughed and nodded as she grabbed her sister shoulder,"indeed lulu, we will show those toddler our might, by the heaven we will send them back home with their behind sore!" we all stopped and looked at celestia with bulging eye.

'wait, red cheeks, higher body temperature and slight loss of balance...she's drunk?!'

"Tia...how many glass did you drink?" luna deadpanned while looking straight forward.

"Shthree? Sheven? Nay i shtopped c-counting at fifteen but it's been sho long shince i had good wine to drink!"

"B-but princes celestia never became drunk before?! No matter how much she drank."

Luna looked at twilight who had spoken,"*sigh* my sister has a strong alcohol tolerance but it's because she used magic to burn it out of her, now while she still has a generous upper limit to it once she pass said limit she immediately lose all restrain."she shook her head,"let us just enjoy the party, she will have to deal with her hangover anyway so she should at least make it worth it!"

And enjoy the party we did, i didn't share much about myself, just some stuff i did at school, my unconditional fear of octopus and my despise of the color brown, i also learned a few thing about the girls and spike, spike was actually in a relationship with rarity, they actually were married who would've thought? Rainbow told me she lost her arm to a changeling assault on ponyville, the first one actually, she dodged the deadly blow of an assassin but he got her arm above the elbow and she saw no point bothering with a shoulder when a full prosthesis was more stable and useful.

"Never understood this bullshit about fear of losing part of yourself, if it cannot fulfill the purpose we need it to it's better getting rid of it and replace it, don't say i said that to fluttershy thought, she'd pester me about this 'respecting your body' stuff."

"Strange, you didn't seem to be that out for blood when we fought the changeling, you'd think you'd be laying waste on them for getting your arm..."

"Eh eh still got a good kill count but honestly? I wasn't the most hurt by them, twilight was and she didn't join in at all, in all honesty when it come to who's the best soldier among us she's even better than me, she can do this stuff where she cut her personal feeling from her logic, it's great as a strategist, bad when it come to fighting, often it's anger and fear that push you strong enough to get this edge you need over a strong opponent."

"She's a good leader but a bad warrior?"

"Not bad, just not the best, that girl, is fluttershy title. i can't say much since its her story to tell, but never doubt shy kshatriya, some did and even i pity them, you never felt fear before facing a murderous fluttershy."

"Oh...i-i'll keep that in mind dash."

"What are you talking about girls?" pinkie came in with the rest of the rainbow guide aside of spike who was helping luna taking celestia to her room on the town last level, from what i understood she is its adoptive mother and he consider it its responsibility to help her, i wasn't blind, someone don't waste herself so quickly in public if she doesn't have some serious stuff to distance herself from, in her defence a thousand years worth of her work was unmade in barely two years so i can see how it would be a hard blow even for someone as old, wise and powerful as celestia.

"Nothing much, what's that? Is it for me?"dash took one of the glass of alcohol pinkie was holding,"is it cider? For a cheer?"

"Yeperonni, one of us almost completed her revenge, so no champaign yet but it was still close enough for cider right twi?"

"It sure was pinkie,"twilight looked at kshatriya and ended her a glass,"i know you can't drink it but i'd still like to cheer with you, please?"

she nodded,"sure twi, so, to what do we cheer?"

fluttershy whispered to me,"we all lost something when the wars started, we made an oath of retribution and shared them, if one of us die before fulfilling it the others will make sure to."

applejack raised her glass,"to us almost killing this loose cunt of a queen, she got away this time but she lost a good' deal of her rotten spawn, and the next time i ain't have no doubt twilight will repaint the ground with her innard."we all raise our glass,"to retribution!"

second chapter of october, still two to come in the next few day, i already got a good chunk done so if all go to plan another one coming the day after tomorrow and another one on halloween. mostly because i have family visiting today so can't write as much as i intended to.

i won't spoil much but next one start with battle preparation so action in coming.^^
