Sunburst’s eyes lit up and the unicorn hopped off his desk. He approached his gift and admired it like one might admire a new piece of furniture.
“I will have to thank his majesty for being so gracious.” Sunburst moved back just in time to avoid a kick from Thunderlane. “Ooh, and he’s so fiesty! You can strap them into the chairs over there.”
The guard moved carefully through the mess of scattered papers, rocks, and books towards 2 mahogany chairs in the back of the room. These chairs looked like electric chairs found in some prisons. The unicorn flicked the switch to power the chair and stood up, closing his journal with a loud clap, and walked in front of the black pegasus. He came face to face with an orange unicorn with piercing red and green eyes that gave off some sort of black smoke. As the king approached her with a sadistic look in his piercing eyes, Twilight has a brief moment of clarity. Sometimes Twilight tried to stay up and find out who was bringing her these things, but when Twilight stayed awake her things never came. Originally Twilight had nothing to entertain herself with. No books, no writing materials, not so much as a harmonica to play the blues with. Those were the hardest days. But later on, presumably as the King’s control expanded, she would receive reading material. It was always propaganda, but with nothing else to read Twilight had no choice. If the majority of the information in these magazines and books were to be believed, Sombra had conquered not only the Crystal Empire, but every pony controlled country in the world. Even Princess Celestia and Princess Luna were no match for the king’s power.
Twilight read much about the king’s greatly exaggerated conquests, and about the stallions he was “training” as the articles put it. They described stallions following the military forces that visited their town back to the crystal empire, where they pledged loyalty to King Sombra and were taught how to be “a good stallion in the eyes of our mighty king.” Twilight was quite relieved when she spotted Spike in this article. The sound of a large deadbolt being unlocked echoed off the long hallway, and ever so slowly the door creaked open. There in the doorway stood a sight that was simultaneously awful and wonderful. Her dragon son and her brother both stood there, with the evil King Sombra between them, standing at least 3 hands taller than the two. Her family members both had thick leather collars around their necks, with leashes connected to them that led back into Sombra’s big strong hands. Spike seemed oblivious to Twilight’s presence. He was pressed up against Sombra’s large figure, rubbing circles around the fully nude stallion’s left nipple. Shining Armor however was solely focused on his sister. His baby blue eyes cut through the silhouette cast on him by the light almost as much as the king beside him. “There she is my pets. Twilight Sparkle, princess of friendship.” Sombra said in his deep, gravelly voice. It was the first voice other than her own that Twilight had heard in over a year, and it was not a pleasant one. The second voice was much better though, as her brother shouted out and tried to run over to her.
“Twilight!” Shining Armor yelled. He attempted to run towards his sister, but Sombra’s vice-like grip on his short leash kept the stallion within arms reach of his king. Shining used all his strength to fight against the king to little effect. The king’s arm didn’t budge as Shining pulled against him.
The alicorn had gotten up from her bed and was making her own meager attempts to get closer to her brother. Her body was pressed up against the cell bars as she watched Shining pitifully attempt to fight the stallion who was far stronger than him.
With a grin the king took a step towards Twilight’s cell while Shining was pulling him, which caught the unicorn off guard and caused him to fall on his hands and knees. Shining quickly recollected himself though, and rather than standing up simply tried to pull the king from his position on the ground. He was like a dog that kept trying to run ahead of its owner. The king followed him with a look of simple amusement on his face, and Spike walked beside him in lockstep while slowly wrapping his tale around his king’s waist.
“Hello Princess. Long time, no see.” Sombra said in a mocking tone when he stood only a few feet away from Twilight’s cell. Shining was still on the ground, now just close enough to his sister to reach out and grab her hand. Twilight felt her brother’s hand, cold from touching the stone floor of the dungeon, and fought to hold back her tears. This was her first pony contact in so long, and regardless of the circumstances it felt good.

She expected to see Spike, the dragon she had come to consider her son, standing there as patient as ever waiting for his turn to say “Hello” to Twilight. Shining Armor tried to jump into the conversation by telling his sister “No” but Sombra was already chuckling to himself and reached a hand behind Spike’s neck. “Take the collar off? Well, if you say so, princess .”

“I know he is Twilight, but none of us can beat him so it’s pointless to even try. Besides, it’s not so bad. You haven’t even seen what life outside of here is like, there are still some things to enjoy.” Shining lied to both himself and his sister. Or at least he wanted it to be a lie. The unicorn still wanted to live his old life, when he was attracted to mares and had a beautiful wife that he loved. I want a brave stallion.” Sombra pushed his face against Shining’s staring deeply into the white pony’s blue eyes. “I want you Shining Armor. And now I have a very easy way of making sure you don’t try to kill me again. I’ll release Twilight. Not right now, but perhaps soon if you’re good. I must make some preparations for her. You will serve me just like Spike,” The dragon, who had been sitting obediently to the side this whole time perked up. It sounded like he would be getting a new friend. “when you are not undergoing training.”
“Y-you’ll let me go? Just like that?” Twilight asked with great suspicion.
“I am hardly letting you go. I am merely moving you from a secluded cell where nopony can hear you scream, to a larger cell where you’ll have other ponies to converse with and do whatever it is you mares do with each other.”
“And, I just have to act as your servant when I’m not being brainwashed?” Shining asked.
“Yes. Rather than spending time in that filthy courtyard, you’ll be in my throneroom.”
Shining Armor looked over at his sister. She was filthy, her mane was a mess, her coat was unkept and her fetlocks hadn’t been shorned in month. Aside from her poor physical well being there was also her mental health that Shining had to worry about. This was no place for his sister, and the unicorn would make any deal Sombra offered if it meant moving her somewhere nicer.
“Fine, Sombra. You have a deal.” Shining Armor extended a hand which Sombra did not shake. The larger stallion gazed down at Shining with a disappointed look on his face.
“If you going to be a pet, you had better start addressing me properly. I am your master, slave!”
Shining Armor gulped and dropped his hand to the floor before speaking again. “Y-yes master. I accept your kind offer.” The white unicorn bent over and kissed Sombra’s hooves as he had seen Spike do before. “It is the day you defeated me, my prince.” Sombra replied. His voice was dry and weak. A stark contrast to his old deep gravelly voice from when he ruled.

The prince stood up slowly from his throne and with one deft motion untied his belt. One of the guard’s closest to the king spoke up. “We found him in a secluded village, my king. We are still going through the citizens there, but he seemed like a very good candidate. Already very attracted to stallions, and very suggestible. We believe training him will be easy.”
“Good, then get this little slave a collar and have him begin training immediately.”
“Yes, my king.” The guard walked forwards and grabbed the rope tied around Double Diamond’s hands, pulling the earth pony towards the large doors. As the white stallion was being pulled away he shouted to Sombra. “Thank you, my king!”
Sombra said nothing further to the stallion. He moved on down the line, stepping in front of another earth pony. This one was older, with slicked back hair that had quite obviously been dyed. His face was just beginning to show signs of aging, with wrinkles around his face and bags under his eyes. This did not detract from the pony’s appearance though. He had a dark cream colored coat and for an older stallion he kept himself in good shape. His cutie mark were three cartoonish looking bags of money with green bit signs on them. Even when completely nude and restrained the pony had a suave air to him that intrigued the king. But Sombra was not very interested in older stallions. He preferred the tight, young ones whose hips he didn’t have to worry about breaking, even though his strength was enough to break just about anypony’s hips.
“And you?” Sombra asked the stallion before him.
“Filthy Rich, your majesty.” The stallion bowed slightly before the king.
“Filthy Rich? And just how much money do you have?”
“My net worth is 20 billion bits.” Filthy Rich replied nonchalantly.
“Interesting. And why has a stallion as rich as you come here to be my slave?”
“Well, not to pin the blame on your or anything my king, but after you captured that large stallion Macintosh and his sister, the apple farm where I get most of my product slowed to a crawl. The colt caught Sombra’s eyes. He was very short. Easily the shortest pony in the room. The little earth pony colt was white with large brown spots covering his body, most prominently one over his right eye. He had a large fluffy mane of brown hair and a short tail, and he was not as physically impressive as the stallions he was lined up beside. “I-I read the revised history of Equestria’s Empires, I did Mistah. It was real fascina’ing! I especially loved readin’ about how kindly you took in the princesses. Is it true that Princess Luna acshually surrendered to you after you agree to be kind to her ci’izens mistah king?” Pipsqueak was suddenly very excited, talking fast about what was apparently a favorite book of his. Sombra did not know what he was talking about. He never actually read the propaganda that was put out, and the former princess Luna never surrendered. If she weren’t trapped on the moon, the alicorn would likely still be fighting Sombra, or she would be dead.
A guard stepped forward to hand King Sombra a book. It was the Revised History of Equestria’s Empires, a well read copy judging by its state. There were yellow sticky notes sticking out of many of the pages with short notes on them. Sombra looked at the cover of the book. It showed a small tree with only a few branches. At the ends of each branch were the cutie marks of a ruler of Equestria, past or present. A corrupt version of the crystal heart sat at the very top of the tree, a stand in for the cutie mark that Sombra did not have. Sombra’s branch went into a branch with the cutie mark of Princess Cadenza, which itself was one of three branches sprouting from a branch that bore an elaborate spinning vortex type cutie mark with a sun at its center. The mother of Princess Celestia, alive before even Sombra. The other two branches sprouting from Celestia’s mother belong to Celestia herself, as well as her sister Luna.
At the bottom of the cover were the words “Written by Night Light & Published by the Crystal Empire Publishing Company.”
Night Light, King Sombra’s head of propaganda. The blue unicorn was roughly the same age as Filthy Rich, and was in charge of creating content that would alter public opinion of Sombra’s empire. Night Light was a father, though Sombra was never interested in finding out who his child or children were. And from rumors the guards told him, Night Light was considered “Daddy Material” by the younger soldiers. The king looked up from the book, examining the little colt whose question he had chosen to disregard. Night Light was doing a good job and a reward was in order.
“Sunburst!” The king shouted across the room to his magician. The unicorn jumped to attention and looked over at his king.
“Y-yes King Sombra!?”
“You can keep Filthy Rich.” Sombra began. At the mention of his name, Filthy turned to look at the young orange unicorn with creepy eyes whom he had just been “given” to. The unicorn was nearly jumping up and down while he rubbed his hands together in glee. “And take the colt too. Turn him into a gift for Night Light.”
“Yes, my king. Thank you so much! I’ll get started on them right away.”
Filthy Rich tried to speak up but was quickly stopped by a red rubber ball being stuffed into his open maw. A thick strap was tied behind his head, painfully cutting into his cheeks.

The royal wizard carried his new test subjects to his lab. The large room was just as cluttered as ever, with towers of books that threatened to topple over at any minute, cabinets overflowing with notes the unicorn had taken, and various objects and antiques that the unicorn had an interest in researching. However, there was now a large doggy bed at one corner of the room, upon which laid a charcoal colored pegasus curled up asleep. Sunburst wasted no time dropping the two of them in his mind blanking chairs. Small clouds of green mist surrounded the pony’s restrains, untying the ropes and tossing them off to the side before forcing their hands onto the armrests of the chair. Sunburst used his magic to tighten the leather wraps around Pipsqueak’s wrists and ankles, but crouched beside Filthy and handled his restraints ponyally.
“I hope that’s not too tight.” Sunburst said as he pulled the leather straps around Filthy’s wrists. The older stallion tried to speak but the gag in his mouth was still muffling his words.
“M-mine are a little tight mistah.” Pipsqueak chimed in.
“Oh I’m sorry little guy. Let me get those for you.” Sunburst reached over and pulled on the straps, tightening them around the colt’s wrists. “There you go, now be quiet.”
The unicorn stood in front of Filthy Rich and slowly unclasped the ball gag in his mouth. Filthy let the spit covered red ball fall into his lap and roll onto the floor while he stretched his jaw.

His horn was still light and behind the restrained pony he held his journal and a mirror in the grasp of his magic. He ground his ass into his new captive’s lap and made conversation while he aligned the crystals.

The room now stank even more of sex as the 4 stallions panted on the soft bed. Night Light wrapped his arms around Pipsqueak, pulling the colt close for a sweaty hug.
