Mistilie Flare, a super intelligent Android developed and created by Weyland Yutani Corp. The Android would be discovered by Twilight Sparkle to be the creator of the Xenomorphs and the cause of many deaths to hundreds of ponies. Twilight Sparkle, with her new abilities, would take a final stand against the Android at Canterlot Castle. During this fight, however, Twilight Sparkle was unable to help herself but to feel that there was something more too the Android.

Mistilie Flare's objective with the Xenomorphs to destroy Equis would fail and the Android would die at Canterlot Castle. The Xenomorph's given a new home due to Twilight's new connection with the Alien Race through the Queen Gene. Not much is known about why Mistilie Flare had such a hostile look on Equis ...
