Author's Note

You know ... I truly thought that the Alien Twilight Universe would end with the final story to the Alien Twilight Series. Though with the series itself brought to an end, there are just so many other stories from the same universe that has yet to be said. With that being said! I bring you the story of Mistilie Flare, the villain of Alien: Twilight's Gashing Origins.

With this story, I plan to bring the character herself into the new light!! To show you all of what she has done and how she came to be who she was in Gashing Origins. I feel Mistilie Flare deserves a bit of love ...

Goodmorning Mistilie

Prologue
Rahzzy runs straight past Twilight and Sunset Shimmer, straight into Flare, ramming a long sword into her side so hard he pins her up against the wall with the force. Mistilie's jaw drops, thick white blood collecting on the mares chin and her eyes begin to flicker from the fatal wound. Mistilie feels Rahzzy twist the sword to worsen the wound as he pushes the sharp blade deeper into her body.

"I told you ... I would kill you" Rahzzy whispers in the androids ear before falling over onto the ground, those being the stallions last words. Mistilie spits out blood, using her magic to grab a hold of the sword's handle she uses her remaining strength to rip the blad from her body. As the blade is removed, the android falls to the floor with a loud thud, Mistilie begins to crawl across the Throne Room floor.

The Throne Room Doors burst open, the Xenomorph Queen stomps through the large doorway with an echoing grow. The massive alien adjusting her wings as she shakes the debris from the door off her back. The Queen steps inside alone, looking around the room the large creature would look to Mistilie Flare. With long strides, the Empress Xenomorph soon stands over the downed Android like a tower. The debris on the floor of the room shake on the ground with every thundering footstep from the Alien Queen, Mistilie rolls over onto her back to look up at the creature standing over her.

"Without me ... you wouldn't exist" Mistilie speaks up at the Xenomorph as it stares down at her with a tilted head, the Queen was observing the android. Mistilie's eyes begin to flicker more frequently as her android blood pools on the floor underneath her.

"Without me ... none of this would exist" Mistilie says as her eyes follow the long tail of the Queen as it raises up above her. The sharp spike of the tail pointing straight down towards the android's chest, anger fills the mare knowing what was going to become of her.

"I AM YOUR ORIGINS!!!" Mistilie screams at the Queen, the spike smashing down into Mistilie's chest. Being raised into the air, everything around her begins to slow down. The Android's eyes flickering a couple more times as she is tossed from the spike out a window nearby. The final thing the android is able to see as she falls from the Castle's window is the Alicorn responsible for everything going wrong, Twilight Sparkle.

Chapter One, Good Morning Mistilie

It is a haze as her eyes open for the first time, however, there wasn't much for her to see around her. The room she was in was all one color with only two chairs in the room. The mare can feel a slight pain throughout her body as all her circuits and drives begin to boot for the first time. The Android's eyes adjust to the light around her shrinking and growing like an adjusting camera lens. A stallion sits in a chair across from her with a smile on his face, the pony pushes himself from the chair holding back a laugh of excitement as he chuckles instead. The Stallion appears to be part changeling, white fur, a rust red and blue mane with patchy holes, and shining blue eyes. A nametag rested on the tux the stallion was wearing and the letters across it read, White Lightning.

"Good Morning, Mistilie, It is amazing to see those eyes open for the first time" White Lightning says this as he uses his magic to adjust a tie he was wearing. "You simply are beautiful"

The Android, Mistilie, looks to the stallion tilting her head in question to who this pony was. Mistilie's eyes adjust once again as they still attempt to adjust to all the new information she was receiving from them. An awkward smile appears on White Lightning's face. The stallion walks forward a bit levitating a glass of water up from the arm of the chair he was previously sitting in.

"I wonder what voice you might have ... is there anything you would like to say?" White takes a sip of his water after asking the question.

Mistilie doesn't say anything but instead, the android looks to the glass of water curiously. White Lighting notices and chuckles a bit from it. The stallion levitates his water back over to his seat, moving a bit closer he now stands next to the chair Mistilie is sitting in.

"You are going to have to ask for it" White Lightning says as he points to the glass of the water with one hoof. "It is impolite if you don't ask"

Mistilie's horn suddenly gives off a magical glow, with that artificial magic she grabs the glass pulling it to her face. White Lightning can't help himself but smile seeing the Android use the magic, even if it wasn't what he was hoping to have her do. Mistilie looks into the glass at the water at the bottom of the cup, the lack of water bring's a frown to her face and she sets the cup down on the floor next to her seat.

"It's ... Empty?" Mistilie's mouth makes words for the first time, her voice is a higher pitch than a real adult mare's voice would be. The Android also has a very calm attitude in the tone of her voice, every word gives a calming vibe.

"Yes, it is, Mistilie." White Lightning replies chuckling more to himself, the stallion moving back over to his chair. "I think it is the time we go over who you are" White leans forward as he takes his seat, a wider smile on the stallions face as he stares at the Android. "I am White Lightning, I am the founder of the greatest asset the world has seen, Weyland Yutani Corp"

Mistilie tilts her head raising one eyebrow questioning this already, not aware of everything the company has done in the past for Equestria. The Android not even fully aware what Equestria was or anything about it. White's horn glows a dim glow levitating a map up to Mistilie's view. The map is of the entire planet, Equis, a section on the map was circled and labeled as Equestria.

"This is home ... ponies like myself and you live in this circled area" White continues on explaining everything as quickly as he could to Mistilie. "This land used to be protected by nothing but magic, however, technology and devices built by my company have changed that flow"

"You rely on creations to defend your home?" Mistilie replies using her magic to move the map away from her view and so she could look at White Lightning.

"We make devices to make life easier and safer for others, devices like you Mistilie" White gets up from his seat once again and steps closer to the Android. "The world is constantly changing and ponies changing with it"

The windowless room that once was, shifts creating an opening in the wall nearby, a large window opens up revealing a vast city outside. The city was bright and full of colors, soaring vehicles zoom past the opening showing just how far the technology has come. White Lightning turns to the window to admire the white pillow clouds that covered what was resting below the beautiful tops of the buildings outside.

"There is another company, Seegson Synthetics, they were always ahead of us in one portion of where technology is these days. The name itself might be enough to tell you what they lead in" White sighs to himself thinking about the other company, however, the sigh disappears quickly as he looks to Mistilie. "They were ahead ... Now Weyland Yutani has you, Mistilie"

"What purpose does your company have for me?" Mistilie gets up from her seat stretching her legs for her first stand, the mares fresh body creates some grinding sounds as she moves. "If you created me ... should I call you father?"

"You can call me that if you like, Mistilie. I want to explore the Space Frontier!" White Lightning levitates a remote from his chair, with a click of a button, images of creatures from around Equestria appear between him and her. "I have creatures of all types thirsty to build up there. Ponies, Dragons, and more ... though there are issues that prevent me from making this happen"

A very bright smile grows on Mistilie's face and she nods wishing to know exactly what that would be. The Android becoming more lively as the time passes, Mistilie looks at all the mugshots of the creatures before her. She looks to her father and the question comes out quickly.

"What can I do to help, Father?" Mistilie's smile grows more, eager to help in any way she could. "What is stopping you?"

"The Princesses of Equestria don't think it is as great of an idea like my company does" White Lightning clicks the remote again, the images flashing away faster than they appeared. "They want me to assemble a group of ponies who are a hundred percent willing, to go up there and see if it is even possible without magic"

"They don't trust you? I thought you were the greatest company to happen to this world" Mistilie responds, the more confused on why exactly the Princesses were against this movement.

"Weyland Yutani is responsible for many great things, however, the Royals don't think we are able to handle more with the frontier than we already have," White says with a heavy hint of disappointment in his voice, the stallion moving to look out the window again. "I want to see more than a trip to the moon ... or a space station in orbit. I just don't have the time to assemble a willing team"

"I can try and assemble this team for you, father" Mistilie steps to the window placing her hoof onto the glass, she isn't sure exactly how she could but helping her father is all that is on the mare's mind. "I am sure that ponies will be eager to help if it is for the company"

"You would want to help with this? Assembling a team wouldn't be the easiest thing ..." The stallion smiles in a way that almost says he is lying to make it seem harder than it really is. "An android like yourself should be doing greater things than assembling a group of ponies for me"

"You said I was created to help ponies, let me start by helping you" Mistilie looks over to her creator with a soft smile, her rainbow-colored eyes shining brighter than before. "I can start looking in this city, it looks like it has more than enough ponies here" she looks over to the window again at the active city outside, the massive towers outside stretch so far she is unable to see where they end. "Father?"

The window of the room slowly begins to close, White Lightning's horn glowing once again as he pulls a coat from the corner of the room. The outfit is made of red leather with blue cuffs and a small Weyland Yutani Symbol on the chest piece of the coat. The stallion levitates the outfit placing it around Mistilie, the Android slips into the outfit before looking over before the window closes completely to see her own reflection and how she looks in the uniform.

"Okay Daughter, I think I can trust you with this" White Lightning grins, the pony seeming a bit shady on all his intentions but Mistilie doesn't care. This task is for her creator and what he wants to do is everything to her, wanting to show her appreciation of being created. "Though the ponies up here are less likely to join willingly, I suggest you start your search below the clouds"

"I promise to make you proud" As Mistilie says this, a group of armed guards enter the room. The ponies are dressed ready to escort the Android out of the room.

"I expect you to do just that, Mistilie Flare, Good Morning" White Lightning says this, turning away from her as he waits for the guards to come and take her out of the room. "We are going to build a better world together"

Breaking through the thick white clouds and leaving the beautiful city above them, Manehatten's darker side becomes visible. The city is built like a layer cake, building floating over one another and the deeper you went through this cake of a city the worse the living became. The craft dodges through the traffic as it descends to the second layer of the city, the area looked aged, unlike the sparkling city Mistilie saw from the window. There are many platforms hanging over thick dark clouds, the craft slowly comes to a stop lowering down to one of these landing pads.

"The ponies down here are rough and tough!! I suggest you act tougher to get their attention!!!" The pilot screams back, the engines only making it slightly hard to hear him. "Remember what we are after? We need a team of ponies a hundred percent willing or this isn't going to work"

"Shouldn't the ponies here be willing to do anything for Weyland Yutani?" Mistilie steps out of the craft, looking back at the pilot for an answer. Her mane flowing into her eyes from the wind created by the engines she could hardly even see where she was standing.

"If that faith in our company isn't enough, Mistilie. You are going to have to force them to be willing" The pilot smiles lowering his visor before pulling up on the joystick of the craft. "There has to be a mean bone in you somewhere"

The craft pulls away from the landing pad kicking up a bit more dust as it leaves than when it arrived. The particles blow past Mistilie, the androids moving a hoof over her eyes to prevent the mess from getting in her eyes. After it all clears up the Android gets the chance to look at exactly where she was, the area was dark and there was only a couple of ponies actually around to look at. A mare near the landing pad with a navy blue fur color, yellow eyes, and a rugged blue and yellow mane stares from a distance. Mistilie moves ahead to get a little closer to the mare, however, the mare gets up to move away as the Android got closer. Examining where the mare was looking exactly, it becomes obvious she was staring at the Weyland Yutani Badge on the coat Mistilie is wearing.

"Hello? Is there something wrong here?" Mistilie says in a calm voice, raising a brow as she looks over to the pony. "My name is Mistilie Flare and I am with ..."

"Weyland Yutani ... what are you doing here?" The Navy mare gets in front of Mistilie pointing one hoof at the Android. "The Second Layer Residents of Manehatten don't need your help, Yutani"

Mistilie's ears pin back and she moves away feeling one of her many emotions for the first time, Everything felt very new to her and this was not the greeting she was hoping for. After seeing the beautiful city above, the Android was hopeful that despite the city being less attractive, that the ponies who lived here might make up for it. Flare moves around the mare to get away from the landing pad, the Android ignoring the question and focusing on what she came here for. An emotion inside her artificial heart preventing her from being mean to the mare despite how she was treated.

"I was talking to you!! Get back here, Yutani!" The mare screams from behind but soon the screams go quietly as Mistilie moves inside the dense ally ways of the Second Layer.

The city down here was dark, dense, and quiet. There wasn't as much activity down here from ponies or vehicles, the transports only zooming overhead every couple minutes before stopping completely. Alongside that loneliness above there were no signs of ponies being down here at all besides the ones at the landing pad.

"Why did you send me down here, father? The ponies here are almost none existent" Mistilie says quietly to herself as she looks around the area. Every building around gave off zero light like there was nopony inside, close by the only light source that wasn't from the sunlight that barely seeped through the clouds above was a sign on one of the buildings. Reading it over the sign would read, 'Activity Plaza'.

Following the sign up some stairs, Mistilie moves on to find this Plaza. To her, it sounds like a good place to start and there should be more ponies to see at a center with activities. Walking through a dark tunnel the city becomes darker, the sound of dripping water and a couple voices talking in the darkness bring a very creepy vibe. Mistilie's eyes glow in the darkness but it doesn't let her see what is around her, all she hears is ponies talking, they weren't even talking about anything that really made sense to her.

"Did you see it? I hear it is magical" A voice from the darkness echoes through the tunnel, there wasn't even a way to tell where it was coming from.

"Magical ... I like that brand" Another voice echoes in response to the other, after hearing the voices around her, Mistilie rushes a bit faster to exit the tunnels and see what was waiting for her on the other side of it. The voices wouldn't react and she wouldn't hear anything that showed anypony was following her around. The Second Layer of this massive city just showed that some areas, don't even have to try to be scary .. they just are scary.

Entering the Activity Plaza only brings more disappointment. Every Building in the area seems completely abandoned, not a single pony was seen in the area. Mistilie's eye twitches at the sight of emptiness, taking the short stairs down to the plaza the Android looks around with hope she was wrong. However, there is nothing to see but the building's itself and papers scattered all over the ground from all newspapers.

"Get off of him now, Cloud!!! STOP!!" A loud crash and a scream from a mare come from one of the buildings, looking to it now Mistilie notices it is the only building actually lit up with an Open Sign. "CLOUD!!!"

Mistilie's heart begins to beat faster, hearing the crashing sounds become more frequent. The sound of breaking bottles and a chair cause her to start rushing towards the building. The front door revealing it was a bar and that this was probably going to be a fight inside.

Inside there is a mare behind the counter screaming at a large stallion, the large stallion had a smaller pony pinned to the floor and a broken glass bottle pressed to the pony's throat.

"Cloud!! You are going to kill him, Stop it!!!" The mare stays behind the bar counter, obviously scared to death of getting involved in this fight. Nopony notices Mistilie enter and the fight continues on, the pony being attacked is a smaller stallion. Red Fur, Orange Eyes, Black Mane, and Tail. The smaller Stallion is wearing glasses that are all cracked in one lense as if he was punched there moments ago.

"Belle!! Your brother is a bit of an Asshole ..." The Red Stallion says cowering in fear as the glass is pressed against his throat. The Larger Stallion growls down at him and screams down at him.

"Rahzzy!! Stay away from my sister!!!" Cloud screams ready to push the broken glass into the throat of Rahzzy. "You bastard!"

Cloud yelps as a magical glow cover his body, being pulled back the stallion yelps more as the intense power of the magic brings chills down his spine. The Barmare turns to see Mistilie at the doorway, using her magic to keep the attacker still from hurting anypony. The Red Stallion pulling himself from the ground shaking the dust off of his body before turning to see who had saved him.

"I have been here for only a couple minutes and I have seen it all" Mistilie narrows her eyes looking at the stallion she had in her magical grasp. "Though I would never expect another pony to attempt killing another!"

"Who the fuck are you!! Let go of me you stupid mare!!!" Cloud wiggles in the magical grasp, nopony able to see Mistilie fully in the shadows of the entrance of the poorly lit bar.

Stepping out into the light revealing her Weyland Yutani Outfit to everypony, Cloud goes silent and everything he has already said changes fast. The Stallion turning from a tough guy to a soft guy pleading to Mistilie Flare.

"Please!! I had no idea I was talking to a Weyland!" Cloud falls to the ground as he is released by the magical glow, the stallion backing away towards the restrooms as an escape. "I was just angry and I would never hurt, Rahzzy"

"Well, you actually hurt me quite a bit ... Cloud" Rahzzy says rubbing the back of his head groaning in pain, "What is a Weyland doing here?"

Mistilie watches as the attacker leaves to the restrooms, she wasn't sure why the stallion was scared of Weyland Yutani but if it meant that these ponies were going to be safe. It was all that Mistilie cared about and the Android showed she was grateful by beaming a smile to Rahzzy.

"What I am here for isn't important, I am just glad you are alright, ponies here actually hurt each other?" Mistilie raises a brow confused, stepping forward she looks at Rahzzy a bit closer to see his condition. "That ... just seems wrong to me"

Rahzzy and the Barmare look confused themselves, both looking over at each other before returning their attention to the Weyland Mare. Rahzzy clears his throat and smiles at Mistilie before speaking.

"You're not from here, are you? Thank you for saving me ... nopony else would have" Rahzzy chuckles and moves away as Mistilie gets a little to close for him. "Ponies don't help other ponies here in the Second Layer and it is just strange to see anypony trying to help. Especially when the pony is dressed like you and is as well kept as you"

Mistilie looks to the glass on the floor to see her own reflection, she sees that she is indeed better looking than the other here. Her mane is groomed and she isn't covered in dirt. Rahzzy and even the Barmare weren't looking that well, both the ponies looking just as awful as the building around here.

"My name is Rahzzy Dazzle and this is Belle Cara," Rahzzy says trying not to stare at Mistilie, the mare being quite the item in these parts. "Why are you here again?"
