Spike The Dragon Welcome to Gaia

Spike woke up with Twilight still asleep in his arms, a sight that told him last night was far more then just a wonderful dream. He give her on her head as carefully got out of bed making sure not to wake his princess, after a little trip to the bathroom, a shower, and fresh set of clothes Spike decided to make some breakfast for his purple pony princess.

It took a little longer then he would care to admit to find the castle's kitchen but once he did he started cooking right away. "These are some big eggs." Spike said as look at the eggs in the refrigerator seeing that they came in two different sizes. One type a normal size chicken egg while the other was about the size of a football but other then its size was like a normal chicken egg in looks. "Well I guess we can have left-over scrambled eggs, now lets see should I go with the carton of milk or the glass jug of milk? Hm, Twilight must have gotten the jug at a farmers market guess I'll use it." Spike said as he got one egg and the jug of milk out with a little bit cheese.

"Now where that spic?" Spike said as he starts to look around, "Wow! I guess this is for Barbs" Spike said as found a shelve full of gems. After finding the spic it didn't take him long to get the food ready.

"So this is where you ran off to lover." The purple naked alicorn said as she enter the kitchen.

Spike blush seeing her like this, he may have made love to her last night but seeing her naked was something he doesn't he would ever get use to. "I thought making you breakfast was the least I could do after all you have done for me, especially after last night."

Twilight giggle a bit on hearing that,"Well in that case we may have to do more often. So what are we having?"

"I got us some scrambled eggs, or should I say scrambled egg, some toast and I got us some of that jug milk out. Hope you enjoy it." Spike answer back

"I think will, here I'll set the table." Twilight said as use her magic to pick up the food as she led Spike into a large room with a crystal table and seven crystal chairs around. Twilight quickly set up the food, as she and Spike sat down to eat.

"Wow not only is this egg the biggest I seen its the tastiest is too!" Spike said soon as he finish his first bite

"Barbs will be happy to hear that, she always a little self conscious about what other think of eggs." Twilight said as she took a bite of her own.

This cause Spike to stop,"Wait, her eggs? As in eggs that she lay herself?"

"Yes, you didn't know?" Twilight answer back

"NO! Why were they right beside the normal eggs!?" Spike said as started to panic

"What? Spike calm down it just an unfertilized food egg and I don't thin Barbs were planning on anything that she can't use the other eggs for." Twilight explain

"What? Twilight you may need to explain something here." Spike said

"I guess I do well dragons lay eggs and like almost all races that lay eggs they sometimes lay plain egg white unfertilized eggs that we call food eggs, and in dragons case their food eggs don't even have the armor scales their fertilized eggs have." Twilight explain

"So dragons and all the other races you told me about that lay eggs sale their unfertilized eggs as food?" Spike said as he try to warp his head around it

"Not all of them as not all of them do that but yeah sometimes, in fact Barbs lays about two egg week or so." Twilight said

"Do the smaller eggs come people too? And is there anything I should know that made from people." Spike ask

"Those were normal Gaia chicken's eggs and as to the second part there are a few other things. Like our wool come from satyrs of the sheep tribe and then there milk." Twilight explain some more as Spike was drinking some of his milk.

"What now? You mean to say this milk came from a person?" Spike said as he look down at his milk

"Gaia doesn't have any animals like Earth's domestic cows but there are some races that the females make though out there adult lives instead of only making when they are nursing babies or at least some of them do. So instead of letting go to waste they normally sale it or give it away." Twilight said

"What races are those?" Spike ask still looking at the milk he was drinking

"Minotaurs are where most milk comes from as they make more of it being bigger then most other races, follow by some satyrs and some but not all ponies do it as well. In fact this milk is from Pinkie Pie." Twilight said

"Pinkie Pie? Is that why its so sweet?" Spike ask

Twilight giggle a little,"I guess all those sweets has to go somewhere besides her plot, and she going to love that you her milk. Now we better hurry and finest eating we have a lot to do today." Twilight said

"We do? Like what?" Spike ask

"First we need to go to the town hall so you can finish a little bit of paper work about moving into town, its not a lot but may take awhile just to get it. Then afterwards I think it would be a good idea to show you around town to help get a lay out of it, also it may help ponies get use to you faster if they see you walking around with me instead of by yourself." Twilight said

"Well that last part sounds fun at least, I hoping to actually get to see the little town you told me so much about."
Spike said

"Also I was kind of hoping that you may only if you feel like it of course ask the others out on some dates." Twilight said as she started to blush a bit

"So soon? I mean I'm still up to trying at this herd thing but we have just started dating, wouldn't that make seem like we are rushing it a bit?" Spike ask

"Not really, I have been telling them about you sense we first met so they already have a good idea bout you and that normally the first step in a herd." Twilight said.

"I guess we really do have a busy day ahead of us then." Spike said as ate his breakfast and trying to figure how he, someone who didn't even have a parents to look to as an example of a relationship was going to do this herd thing.
