I sat on a rock in front of the front gates just sharpening my blade. It was a good ten minutes before I heard movement, I turned my head to see Fluttershy walking over to me. “*Sigh* hey Fluttershy how are you?”

“Shouldn't I be asking you that?”

“Ha saying that with a secret like yours… I have to ask why hide who you are?”

She started to look panicked as she tried to find a answer. “I-I-I don't know what you mean?”

“I'm talking about your pendant that's hiding your true wings.”

She looked shocked “h-h-how did you know?”

“Easy the spell was easy to see. Plus I could practically smell the magic come off of it. You're lucky the thing didn't break from the stress the lack of magic was putting on it.”

“Please don't tell anyone.” She asks in a worried tune

“I didn't plan on it, but just promise me you'll try to accept real yourself.” I said looking to her eyes. But out the corner of my I could the princesses Fluttershy’s friends, an I see a lack of prince fuck face.

Princess Celestia walked over to me “hey listen I'm sorry for what shining armor said. I know it probably doesn't mean much coming from me.” She said lowering her head

I gently place my hand on top for her head “your fine princess besides something feels off about him. Would care if I used a is secret reveal spell on him?”

“And what might it do?” She asked rising a eyebrow

“Reveals the truth that one hides but unaware he is. I'm sorry but something feels off about him. An trust me after a five thousand years war you pick up how tell somethings off inside someone just by looking at them.”

Her mouth open and close a few times before saying “it's a dual after all. I have no say what the rules are, those are up to him.”

“Ok just wanted to check with you first.” I walk back over to rock and sat back down. Then idea to pass hits, ‘You know long has it been since I played the guitar? Fuck it I'm probably shit now two hundred years without playing.’ I then summon guitar and start to play.

(Pov cadence)

I was looking at city gate waiting for shining to come so I can try to talk some sense into him. But then hear the sound guitar. The Melody alone stole my breath and made my heart start to flutter. I look back to see Conner was the one playing it. I look over to my aunt's to them sitting down in the grass with large dopey smiles and eyes closed. So is Fluttershy and Twilight and soon enough so am I.

As the song came to end heard the familiar sound of clinking armor I turn back around to see at least 50 unicorn guards and shining armor walking in front. I get up to talk him but he just tells me shut up. I won't lie that cut me deep.

(Pov Conner)

‘Ok time to see what this prick is hiding.’ I thought as stood up and walked over to him. “Let me guess, there here to fight with you.” I said as dismissed my sword.

“Yes and we’re going to kill you!” He replied angrily

“So tell me what's your plan for cadence after this?” I said as cast the spell of truth.

(Spell of truth: the person it was cast on can not lie or avoid any and all questions.)

“It's simple really after I marry her and sleep with her. I become immortal and kill her with the blade death. An while celestial and Luna try to comfort me I kill them to.” everyone look shocked (except the guard's) that quickly changed to anger

“What other crimes have committed?”

“oh you know hired assassins to kill the other people that wanted to become the captain of the Guard. Kill other ambassadors that try to come to our nation. Torture prisoners on a daily basis sold prisoners into slavery.”

I look over to cadence was crying her heart out. “Princess Cadence, Twilight do you want me to kill him or let him live?”

“Please those stupid bitches wouldn't let me die even if you wanted to?!” Yelled shining armor

“Oh why's that?”

“Because she's still under a love spell. And I'm Twilight's brother!”

“Oh that's all, I already broke that little spell a while ago. So it's your choice princess, Twilight.”

They stood trying to comprehend everything until finally it clicked. “I don't want to ever see him again so kill him not for me but for the ones he made suffer!” said cadence Twilight sadly nodded in agreement

I turned to shining and his group teleport us far enough away so that they can't get caught in the crossfire. Once there I cast a dome over the battlefield so it'll stop anyone from actually dying except for shining armor and me.

“So before I start I'd like to set the stage if you will.” Conner said as a thick fog started to cover the battle. Soon a haunted tune started to play.

“Slender man, Slender man, all the children try run.

Slender man, Slender man, to him it's part of the fun.

Slender man, Slender man, dressed in darkest suit and tie.

Slender man, Slender man, you most certainly will die.”

“AHHH” screamed one of soldiers as he was cut down. His blood spring onto his friends and when his friend's turned around they couldn't see the attacker. A child’s laughter throughout the fog as the haunting melody continued.

“Slender man, Slender man, his branching arms are for collecting.

Slender man, Slender man, his face is empty of expressing.

Slender man, Slender man, he won't let you say goodbye.

Slender man, Slender man, you most certainly will die.”

More and more of the guard's fell as the song repeatedly said “you most certainly will die” shining’s group was cut down to fifteen men.

“Slender man ,Slender man, sometimes hums a lowly drone.

Slender man, Slender man, he will wander ‘round your home.

Slender man, Slender man, blends in well within the trees.

Slender man, Slender man, in the he's hard to see.

Slender man, Slender man, dressed in darkest suit and tie.

Shining armor was the only one left as his men laid dead missing arms, heads, hearts. He was furious as he looked around trying to find what killed his men. And when he it his eyes widened in horror at what he saw.

Suddenly the song ended, the fog started dissipate so did slender man.

“You know they didn't have to die.” Shining armor quickly turned around to see Conner wearing his dark knight armor and sword. “You could've face your doom yourself but no you led them to their deaths.” (here's what the sword looks like)

“SHUT IT BEAST YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE KILL US YOUR JUST A LOWER LIFE FORM!” Yelled shining armor as draw his sword from his

“ARE YOU STUPID EVERYONE KNOWS UNICORNS ARE THE SUPERIOR TO THE OTHER RACES!”

“you know what, I'll give one free hit.”

He grinded held up his sword. “THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE!” He yelled as he charged Conner.

Conner just stood there with his sword lazily sitting on his shoulder as shining armor charged him like a mad man. As soon as shining armor was within reach he swung his blade at Conner’s head. With a loud clang shining's smug look changed to a look of horror as the blade snapped in two.

Conner looked down at shining armor with blank experience and said “my turn.” a but planted his sword into ground and walked to shining armor and through him on to ground, his nick barely missed getting cut from it. Conner walked over shining stop just in front of him. Conner lifted his right leg and then kicked shining's head into the blade cutting his head clean off.
