It's Not That Bad... Right?
Having two-three days off from all the Royal Guard duty is the best possible time for Shining Armor, not only he had the time to relax from all of the stress caused by working as the 'Captain of the Royal Guard', he can spend some time with his family he missed so much. But instead of his parent he visited, he chooses to spend it with his little sister, Twilight Sparkle, currently living as a librarian in Ponyville. Surely, his parent won't really mind if Shining spent some quality time with Twilight, she is the one he cared the most anyway.
He boarded a train to Ponyville while carrying a heavy backpack strapped to his back. Months of training in the Royal Guard made him strong enough to carry such weight, in fact, it was a lightweight according to Shining. He was excited to see his dearest sister, how long since he visited her? Shining couldn't remember how long, but he was sure it was a long time ago.
He find an empty seat on the middle of the third passenger car, using his magic to levitate the heavy backpack across the seat. Sitting down, he thought all things he could do with Twilight, he just can't wait to see his little sister. His face showed many expression, one of many --that he showed the most-- are eagerness and enthusiasm, he's more than ready to hug (and probably crush) his little sister and told her how much he misses her. He simply couldn't wait any longer, or he might lose it due to sheer amount of excitement.

The journey to Ponyville was uneventful, nothing out of ordinary. For somepony on that train, have a high probability of falling asleep on the way or boringly looked over to the countryside. It was neither of them on Shining case, he was just so impatient and eager to see his little sister, waiting to disembark at the station. He didn't sent Twilight any letters, so it was a surprise visit. He couldn't wait to see his little sister reaction by the time he'd arrived.
Minutes later, the train has finally arrived at Ponyville station, and soon after, the station was flooded with ponies disembarking. Carrying his heavy backpack, Shining walked out of the train and head towards the town center. Hopeful to find any sign that can lead to the 'Golden Oak Library', he never been to Ponyville before so it might be hard for him to find the place Twilight was supposed to live in.
Walking down the street, he'd struggle to find the place he's looking for. He knows the description of the place, but having trouble to find its way there, looking around. A dark purplish stallion with a pointy ear, and two different blue colored manes, walked past the confused white unicorn stallion. Glancing towards the stallion, Shining Armor manages to stop the stallion.
"Excuse me there," Shining Armor began. "Do you know where to find 'Golden Oak Library'?"
The stallion narrowed its eyes, disbelieving of what he just heard. He then raised his hooves, pointing towards a large tree that stands out in the open amidst the town normal houses. "I believe that, is the place you're looking for."
Shining's eyes went wide, how could he didn't realize that? Wow, I did not expect that. Shining Armor thought to himself, realizing of how easy to find the library.
Thanking the Stallion, Shining Armor quickly trot over to knock on the door, again, his face are filled with many emotions, smiling widely as he could, so eager to see his little sister. But all of that cheerful thought of how he's going to spend the time with her suddenly disappeared, just because he heard a faint sobs inside, much to his surprise; it was coming from Twilight. Sure it was vaguely heard from the outside, but Shining can tell that it was his sister sobbing and possibly crying inside. Without any hesitation, he slowly knocks on the door. The sobbing as expected stopped momentarily.
"C-coming!" said Twilight as she trotted down the stair, and then trotted to the door. She tried to hide her tears, but to no avail. It's obviously visible for anypony to realize she was crying, and that's what Shining Armor looked at by the time she opened the door.
Shining tried his best not to look horrified at Twilight, seeing his little sister at such disheveled state. Her mane was sticking out; her face's looked rather pale and her tears...
Shining Armor couldn't withstand seeing her like that, he then gave her a (rather crushing) hug at the moment she opened the door. Twilight in the other hoof, shocked, and confused at the same time as her brother gave a very warm embrace, despite the fact he was crushing her, but she didn't care. She find such embrace to be rather relieving, almost immediately forgetting everything. One thoughts that flew on her mind was; Why did Shining came here? Didn't he supposed to be on Royal Duty or something?
Shining released Twilight from his (crushing) hug, "H-hey, sis. What happened to you?" Shining Armor looked desperate for an answer. He wanted to know what had caused her to cry. "You're not being harassed by anypony right?"
"W-wh-what!? No! Of course not!" Twilight lied, still trying to hide the fact that she was hurting in the inside.
"Twily!" Shining Armor almost raised his tone. He sighed, changing his tone into more rather softer and calming one. "Twily, you can tell me the truth... it’s okay, don't worry, just tell me everything."
Twilight sniffed, and then she leaps to her brother embrace as she cried out loudly. Shining returned the hug, wanted her to forget what had happened before her depressed state.

Twilight had finally calmed herself down. Two cups of tea is the best way to relax her mind temporarily. She cleared her throat, "So, what are you doing here, Shining?" Twilight began, she's curious of how and why did he come all the way from Canterlot to Ponyville just to see her.
"Aw, Twily. Did you not miss your big brother? or perhaps, I'm not welcomed here?" Shining smugly replied with a grin.
"N-n-no, it's not like that. I thought you have a Royal Guard duty back at Canterlot."
Shining smile grew widely, "Well guess what? I got a day off from the Royal Guards!"
Twilight eyes widened, she then squealed in delight. Bouncing in place and at one point almost crashed herself to Shining. "Oh my gosh, really?!"
"Yeah, Twily! I can spend the weekend with you," Shining hopped from his chair, and do the exact same thing Twilight does earlier.
Both cheerfully hopped around the library, chasing each other in an attempt to hug her/his siblings, accompanied with a laugh from both side as they tried to tackle each other. The laughter died down to a chuckle as they tired themself out, Shining kissed Twilight in the forehead before he return to the fallen chairs, accidentally knocked by the two while hopping around. Returning with the chair, he sat down in front of Twilight.
"So, what makes you on such state, Twily?" Shining began, his tone was serious and Twilight didn't like it. She knew exactly where things are going.
"What state?" Twilight attempt to act innocent, but Shining didn't budge. Resisting the amount of cuteness he gained from Twilight puppy eyes.
Shining sighed, "Look you know where I'm going with this. I can't let you handle your own problem, not like this." Twilight's ear dropped down, looking down to the floor. Avoiding eye contact created by her brother, she opened her mouth and tried to spoke up, but no word came out of her throat. Instead, it was tears that came out of her eyes; Shining wrapped his hooves around her neck. "Shh, it's okay. You can tell me anything."
After calming down, Twilight begin her story. "So, I fell in love with a stallion and-"
"Wait, you fell in love?" Shining interrupted. "I can't believe it, my sister is growing up!" he then gave Twilight another (crushing) hug; some of his 'liquid pride' manage to drop from his cheek.
"Um... Shining? C-can you let me go?" begged Twilight as she had hard time to breathe due to his hug.
Letting go, Shining Armor couldn't help but grin. "I couldn't believe my little sister is growing up. It feels like only yesterday that you were a filly."
"Shining...” Twilight gave him a glare, and somehow sending a shiver to her brother.
"Okay, okay. Continue."
"Where was I? Oh right," clearing her throat, she'd continue. "To make it short, I fell in love, he fell in love too, and then we start dating for two weeks. And due to my obsession to books, he eventually..." Twilight fell silent. She didn't dare to say another word, even if she tried, there's no word came out of her throat. Tears started to form in her eyes as she tried to finish her story, but only her sobs that came. Shining once again hugged her, but not as crushing as last time, he let her hugged him and cried out her pain, sharing it with him.
"He...*sobs* He j-just... left me like that. *sobs* I-I thought we..."
"Shh... it's okay, Twilight. Just let it all out," Shining Armor whispered to her ears, slowly caressing her mane in the attempt to calm her down. It only does a little to calm her as she let out everything she had in her mind.
Letting go, Twilight finally calmed down. "Thanks, Shining. I really need that."
Shining Armor let out a grin, while patting her head. "Anything for my sister,"
Twilight returned his smile, but she still kept the rest of her emotion deep inside of her.
“So,” Shining began. “Anything I can help you with, Twily?”
Twilight put a hooves on her chin, afterwards; a sly grin crosses on her face. “Well, we can do something to… how should I say it? Let’s just say, ‘comfort’ me.”
Shining grinned, “Heh, my little sister had a naughty thought, hmm?”
“Wait, what?! No that's not what I'm-”
Shining Scoffed at her. “Oh come on, Twily. I got a better idea than reading you some books.”
“Well then, what is it?" Twilight curiously asked.
The smile on Shining's face grew and without any hesitation, he kissed her right in her lips. Twilight was caught by surprise, but instead of resisting, she'd return the kiss. Both locking lips and exploring each other's mouth, occasionally letting out a small moans. This continue on for another minute before the two broke the kiss.
Gasping for air, Twilight smiled. "So this is your idea, huh?"
"Mhm, and it's all up to you. Either we continue or..."
"I'll be waiting upstairs," Twilight winked at him and trotted upstairs. Leaving dumbfounded Shining who still couldn't process what he had just heard.
Before she goes any further however, Shining had a thought in mind and decide to ask her directly. “Wait, have you done this before?”
Twilight stopped midway and blushed. The red on her cheeks turn to grow into the point she looked like a steam train. She tried to form an answer, but to no avail. Instead she meekly replied, “No…”
And before he knows it, Twilight dashed to her room and slams the door behind her. Shining sighed, but smiled afterwards. “Well… seems like she haven’t.”
Smirking he trotted upstairs and approached Twilight’s room, pushing the door open; he found Twilight lying down on the bed with a sultry look on her eyes and smiling down at him, candle lit nearby on the end table which further made the room to be romantic. This made Shining blushed by the sight of her, he’d never know Twilight could be so… Hot.
His mouth agape in surprise, he couldn’t really believe what was in front of him.
“I-I hope this wasn’t too much…” said Twilight, blushing lightly.
Closing his jaw, Shining then trot over next to the bed and now looking down at Twilight. Gulping, he sits down near Twilight.
“You look gorgeous, Twily,” said Shining Armor without thinking. He immediately regret saying it, she’s your sister for Celestia sake. “I-I mean y-you l-look pretty!”
Twilight smiled, “Well, if you think I’m gorgeous. Why don’t you lie down?” she’d crept closer to him, and pushed him down.
Before Shining could protest, Twilight kissed his lips. Shining, much to his surprise didn’t resist and returned the kiss instead. Twilight completely dominate him, and he could feel his shaft erect and rubbing her entrance. Twilight gasped, breaking the kiss, taken by surprise once again.
“H-hey, that’s not fair. I’m not ready yet!” Twilight yelped as Shining kept on rubbing her entrance, biting her lower lips to endure the amount of pleasure she had. And without her knowing, Shining thrust his shaft deep inside her. Twilight couldn’t handle the amount of ecstasy so she’d screamed as Shining member stayed inside her.
Shining slowly move his shaft, grinding his hips into her. There is no constant rhythm yet, but Shining wanted for Twilight to get used to it first before going on to a constant rhythm.
Shining pulled his shaft before once again thrusting faster and deeper inside, slowly but surely making a rhythm. Shining hips pounded against her, occasionally letting out joyful moans, telling him to go faster. Which Shining complied as he thrust his shaft deeper inside, each thrust goes faster than before and the volume of the moans grew louder. Twilight could feel his shaft at the entrance of her womb, and she rapidly reaches her climax.
Thankfully she didn’t have to wait long as Shining shouted at her, “Twily, I-I’m about to cum.“
Twilight didn't reply, lost in euphoria. Shining, let out one final thrust inside of her, before unleashing his seed and filled her womb with it. Both let out a blissful of moans as they reaches climax together.
Twilight collapse on top of him, she whispered next to his ear. "T-that was... lovely." She kissed him in the cheek before falling asleep next to him.
Shining let out a chuckle before kissing her forehead, "Have a pleasant dream, my little Twilight."

Woooweee, My first ever stories. Much to my surprise, that I manage to write a clopfic. 
And yeeeaah, it wasn't great. But hey, least I tried.
