After the respective battles against the Storm King and the treacherous minister Instant Justice, life in Equestria returns to normal as Tony Stark opens a Stark Enterprises facility in Canterlot.

However, a disgruntled pony named Titanium who was rejected a job vows revenge against Stark by creating an army of cyborg ponies. Only Iron Man, his girlfriend Spider-Woman and his close friend War Machine can stop him.
