just walked to my job as I usually do, but I little overslept that day and well what to say I was late. When I arrived at forge
and my boss saw me he immediately rushed to me.

"Finally, what took you so long."

I was trying to explain, but I did not have a chance. Boss was usually calm and concentrated stallion even if somepony was
late, but today he was……..angry, and for the first time I saw him like this.

"Okey we will solve this later, now come with me."

"I...I don´t understand any of this, what is happening."

"Look we got a situation, this morning Princess Celestia herself came in and ordered me to create as much swords and spikes as I can, and she also told me to borrow some workers to the other forges, so this is it if you don´t have any questions then start working."

I was in shock when he told me that.

"W.....w.....w.....okey if I overlook that you just told me situation under 10 seconds I have some questions like, why do we have to create as much weapons as we can, why we have to create them and most mainly HOW MUCH of them we must create."

"Look right now I can answer only to one of them…...war is coming"

And then just like that, he went back to help other workers. I could barely believe that……...equestria has been over thousand years in peace and harmony and now we are preparing to war, but against who or what I wonder. After shift when everypony leaved forge I stayed and told that I want to help create more

"Look I understand that you want help, but I just don´t have bits to pay you more and...."

"No" I stopped him

"I will do it for free, because I understand situation."

I swear to Celestia that in that moment his eyes began to sparkle, and after that he began to cry.

"...….thank you so much it means lot to me."

"It´s really nothing"

And after that we both continued at work. We created at least 250 weapons on that shift.

"Wow this stallion sure had nuts."
"He sure did"
"Well what´s next?"

When it was 5 AM and we both were really tired, Princess Celestia herself visited our forge and with sad face she asked us.

"How much of a progress had you done?" Then boss speaked

"Well princess there has been some, but I´em also afraid that it isn´t enough for whole army."

"I understand that everypony is working very hard to help, and I´em also happy to see that you made this much in 1 day with such low number of workers."

"Thank you for your sympathy and patience princess."

"Well I will send soldiers to deliver those weapons to the palace immediately."

And what Princess Celestia told, happened. Few hours later I was walking streets of canterlot. When I was in the market nothing special happened. Citizens were shopping as usually. After that I went to the palace, look to training ground that were once silent as night, but now......damn that action. Multiple squads were training. Attack, defense and other military stuff. Then I headed to my home. When I was near I suddenly heard something. I headed to the source and as I was closer and closer it more likely reminded of voices, but not just few but at least hundred. When I arrived at the source of sound I saw that.......the whole crowd of ponies. They were screaming, roaring and shouting and they had something above they´re heads whitch seemed like posters of moon symbol and they were shouting something like "we want Luna" and "return our night princess." I asked somepony in the crowd what is happening

"Hey......ehm can you please tell me what is happening here?" Dark blue stallion answered

"Isn´t it obvious, we want our night princess back" He said angry.

"We want justice, we want end the rule of the sun."

"We want moon!! We want moon!!"
And as he begin to shout "we want moon" the others began to shout it too. I was really shocked that somepony is mad at Celestia and for the very first time I was afraid that Celestia might go away, sure there has been some protest before, but this.....I headed home after I saw some guards runned down from the palace. On the way I was thinking about the whole accident that happened. Why would anypony get mad even hate Celestia.

"Damn could you imagine how much of ponies must have been there" said Silver
"I think.........a lot"
".......You are an idiot"
"Shut up and read, what happened next?"

Next day I woke up and headed to my the forge again. On the way I saw that same street where were protests last night and it looked...devastated. Broken signs on ground, even some flags with symbol of moon. I again was shocked and stunned on place. After a minute of staring at that mess I get myself going. As I came to the forge boss granted me.

"Oh here is one of my best workers, how was your break?"

"Great after what we did at night."

"Yeah, well again thank you so much for help I really appreciate it."

"It was nothing sir really."

After our little chat I began to work. After work I went home. But at my way home I again heard sounds and not only heard, but now I saw it too. And it was bigger than the last time.......a LOT bigger. I hided at nearby bush and watched. This time protestants had bigger flag bigger signs and newly torches. They were not standing as the last time now they were marching.......to the palace. In the last row of protestants I saw something that looked like homemade bows. And guards that were guarding the bridge to the palace didn´t saw that. So I decided to warn them. Sadly I cannot perform much spells, but lucky I know the "short-range teleport" spell. So I stood up next to the wall and used spell. And like in blink of an eye I was up on the wall.

"Thanks for my ´elementary magic school´"

I said and I landed on the other side of the wall. Then I runned to guards that were guarding the bridge.

"HEEEY I have something REALLY important to tell you!!"

One of the guards looked at me and pointed a spear at me

"Stop right there!"

"What no I have something REALLY important to tell you."

As I approached him, but he pushed me back and then on the ground.

"Hey what the hell are you doing I em trying to help you!"

"You are just another protestant and like that you will be inprisoned."

"What NO!!" I shouted and kicked him back.

"Look I´em trying to help you, but you must listen to me. Those protestants have..."

"Shut up you traitor!"

I was cut off by him.

"You will be imprisoned and..."

He was cut off by some stallion that stepped out of the shadows.

"What is happening here?" Said stallion.

"Sir one of the protestants tried to infiltrate us from inside"

"That´s NOT true you....AH please just listen to me!"

"No room for traitors like you to speak!"Said guard.

"Wait." Stallion said as he hold guard back.

"Let him speak, what do you want here?" Said stallion.

"I want to warn you."

"From what?"

"Those protestants have bows in their last row!"

"Interesting......Private go for more troops we gonna need some reinforcements, and you will come with me don´t worry I will not imprison you we are gonna watch from watchtower above what will happen"

"O..okey"

I said as we went to the watchtower above us. When we were there reinforcements arrived and we watched as they approached protestants with magic shields and swords.

"Moment of truth" Said stallion as we watched as protestands really used their bow´s

"It seems you said truth, good work.....because of you the palace and princess can have a good sleep tonight."

"Thank you sir, it was honor to help royal guards."

"Well I´em technically more at Equestrian army than royal guards, what´s your name boy?"

"M...my name is Iron Heart sir."

"Good, well now that I know your name it´s only fair that you will know mine, my name is Duck Keeper nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too sir."

"Technically it´s sergeant, but I will overlook it this time."

"Oh sorry sir I didn´t know."

"It´s okey, well If you are intrested in defending princess, people of Equestria and Equestria herself you can join our forces."

In that moment I was really REALLY shocked.

"Well i...it sounds really interesting, but I don´t know, I have job and other things."

"It´s okey you don´t have to answer now, go home and think about it and if you are interested in joining us then tomorrow we are recruiting volunteers at the barracks, and in case that you don´t know where are barracks it´s that building on the left with red roof."

"O...okey sir I will think of it, so thanks for the offer and see you later"

"Bye Iron, take care of yourself."
That night I thinked, probably more then in my whole life.
