Spike glanced around when he entered the dining hall. The early morning sun glinted off the polished cutlery that decorated the long table. "Huh, that's weird." He thought, spying the empty tables. "Figured Cadance'd already be up."

Looking her way, he noticed she was standing beside a wrapped package. "She also requested that you wear this for the event."
"What's this?" He asked, taking it. Whatever it was, it had a bit of weight in it.
"She didn't say, just that she is...eager to see you in it."
"Um, ok. I'll try it on after breakfast." He sat it down beside him while he sat down to a big stack of pancakes that was already waiting for him.
Once he was done, he took the package back to his room. "Let's see what this is." He quickly tore open the brown wrapping paper to reveal a simple white box with a note taped to it:
